In order to build up the infrastructure of the globalization of herbal material, the system of culture, distribution, treatment and sale should be established on the basis of the official documents. In this context, the state compendium needs to be theoretically established in perfection 0in order that it may be globally authoritative. The ultimate goal of this study is to clarify the origin and description of the herbal material unregistered in the official documents, as well as to establish the criteria of assessment. The technical books on herbage, published in the country and other countries, were compared with each other. Also, on-the-spot surveys were made to learn specialists' know-how. The description of the collected drug-stuffs Were analyzed in connection with external morphology, internal morphology and microscopy. And the laboratory test was performed to differentiate such drug-stuffs.

This study is on a mathematical model of profile shifted involute gear, and this model is based on Camus's theory. Gear is general mechanical elements that used for power transmission between two shafts that interval is comparatively short. and it delivers bit power as accurate ratio of speed. The profile of Spur gear which is the most basic factor is divided into Trochoidal fillet curve and Involute curve. Involute curve is used a lot of a shape curve of machine parts such as a gear, a scroll compressor and a collar of centrifugal pump. However, It is poor to study the modeling of Trochoidal fillet curve and the three dimensions model shaped mathematical curve. So we draw three dimensions gear have accurate mathematical function using ADS(Automatic Drawing system), VisualLISP. To check accuracy and perfection, we make a program of checking Interference. and use for this study.

The results of researching Jang's use of herb remedies through his book "Uihakchungjungchamseorok(醫學衷中參西錄)" are as follows. 1. Jang Seoksun's medicine is based on "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", "Sanghanron(傷寒論)", "Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經)". And through constant study he brought to perfection his own unique medical theory. 2. He introduced Western medicine, and united it with traditional Chinese medicine. He perfected the Chinese-Western medical theory, by Chungjungchamseo(衷中參西) which means 'roots in traditional Chinese medicine, reference in Western medicine'. 3. He thought Onbyeong(溫病) was not an independent category of disease, but included it into the category of Sanghan(傷寒). So he used modified prescription of "Sanghanron(傷寒論)" to treat Onbyeong(溫病). 4. He expanded the category of remedy uses by using various compounds, such as minerals and animal compounds. He has also developed substitute remedies.

With the increase in amount of data and information available on the web, there have been high demands on personalized information retrieval services to provide context-aware services for the web users. This paper proposes a novel dynamic multi-agent context-awareness user profile construction method based on ontology to incorporate concepts and properties to model the user profile. This method comprehensively considers the frequency and the specific of the concept in one document and its corresponding domain ontology to construct the user profile, based on which, a fuzzy c-means clustering method is adopted to cluster the user's interest domain, and a dynamic update policy is adopted to continuously consider the change of the users' interest. The simulation result shows that along with the gradual perfection of the our user profile, our proposed system is better than traditional semantic based retrieval system in terms of the Recall Ratio and Precision Ratio.

The purpose of this study is ultimately to contribute to enhancing quality of patients' life, by grasping quality level of care-giving service that is recognized by inpatients of long-term care hospital, and by pursuing a plan for improving quality of care-giving service based on this. For this, targeting 500 patients who entered 40 long-term care hospitals in Daejeon Metropolitan City, the quality of service was multi-dimensionally grasped by using SERVQUAL scale. As a result of research, the quality of care-giving service, which is recognized by patients as survey subjects, tended to be relatively high with about 4 points as a whole out of 5-point perfection. By item, reliability was indicated to be the highest with 4.56 points. The next was surveyed to be in order of tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance.

In this paper, we have investigated the effects of rapid thermal process on the electrical and structural properties of silicon films. It was shown that required times and temperature for the successful activation of dopants (Boron, Phosphorus:5E15atoms/cm\ulcorner were above 1000\ulcorner, 10sec, respectively. The typical resistivities of films deposited below 600\ulcorner were in the range of 1.0 E-3ohm-cm which was 20-30% lower than that of initially polycrystalline silicon depositd above 600\ulcorner. After rapid thermal process at high temperature above 1000\ulcorner, the films did not reveal any change in resistivity due to the dopant segregation, and better electrical conductivity could be obtained by increasing the process time. The grain growth by RTA treatment was more salient in the case of the doped amorphous than that of initially polycrystalline. The surface of the films also preserved the higher structural perfection and surface smoothness.

The trend of payment terms of an international trade has been changed from letter of credit to open account. In this regard factoring has come out to support SMEs in terms of financing on a without recourse basis. However, factoring is in Korea is not workable softly due mainly to legal system affecting smooth assignment of receivables. Therefore this study suggest the following solutions : Korean Civil Law shall be modified to protect factor's position as a right creditor to debtor and protect factor's position when perfection among several creditors are incurred. However, formal modification to this end would not be easy in short run and it is suggested that a special law be established in case a commercial receivable assignment both domestic and internationally happens between seller and factor.

Yttria-Stabilized Cubic Zirconia Crystals with Various Y2O3 amounts (6-15mol%) were grown by the Skull melting technique. The modeling of the nucleation at the Skull bottom and the best growth condition were studied. The abrupt changes in generator heating Power and lowering rate of crucible caused the dendritic growth in the grown crystal. The optimum condition of cubic Zirconia single crystals was obtained when the lowering rate was gradually increased. The effect of Y2O3 amounts on the perfection adn the color of the grown crystal were determined. The darkish color generated in the crystals added Y2O3 amounts over 12mol% was eliminated by the annealing in air at 1200$^{\circ}C$ for 24hrs.

The increase in the productivity and the assurance of quality machining on the NC machines depends on, amongst other things, the perfection of the programming using adequate methods of interpolation. The programming language is until now based on the code ISO 6983 which defines the principles of the code G. This latter is not well adapted to the new strategies of machining imposed by the machining of complex surfaces and machining at high speed with the increasingly more severe requirements of precision. The CNC which adopt the interpolation of NURBS (Non Uniform Rational B-spline) are very rare (FANUC Siemens${\ldots}$). Based on the advantages of NURBS (continuity, flexibility, smoothing$.{\ldots}$), new formats G are currently developed but their use is still very limited. Our work consists on putting forward these new approaches of programming using the interpolation of NURBS. For this reason, a program capable to trace NURBS trajectories under Visual BASIC 6.0 was developed. This program was used thereafter in CAM software for the generation of NURBS formats like their new formats NC.

The United Nations Environmental Program Governing Council has regulated mercury as a global pollutant since 2001 and has been preparing the mercury convention, which will have a strongly binding force through Global Mercury Assessment, Global Mercury Partnership Activities, and establishment of the Open-Ended Working Group on Mercury. The European Union maintains an inclusive strategy on risks and contamination of mercury, and has executed the Mercury Export Ban Act since December in 2010. The US Environmental Protection Agency established the Mercury Action Plan (1998) and the Mercury Roadmap (2006) and has proposed systematic mercury management methods to reduce the health risks posed by mercury exposure. Japan, which experienced Minamata disease, aims vigorously at perfection in mercury management in several ways. In Korea, the Ministry of Environment established the Comprehensive Plan and Countermeasures for Mercury Management to prepare for the mercury convention and to reduce risks of mercury to protect public health.
