한·일 노인복지시설 종사자의 업무저해요인과 안전문화인식 비교 (A Study on the Comparative Study on the Work Obstacles and Safety Culture Perceptions of Elderly Welfare Facility Employees in Korea and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 노인복지시설종사자들의 업무저해요인 및 안전문화인식을 비교하기 위하여 실시한 비교서술연구이다. 연구대상은 일본 'N'시 지역 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 460명과 한국의 K도의 'A'시, 'S'시에 소재하는 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 220명으로 총 680명 이었다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 이었으며, 자료는 ${\chi}^2$- test, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 업무저해요인은 한국과 일본 두 집단 간의 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 안전문화 인식에서는 한국 노인복지시설 종사자들이 일본 노인복지시설 종사자들 보다 안전문화인식의 수준이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 양국 모두 업무저해요인이 적을수록 안전문화인식을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무저해요인이 안전문화인식에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과는 안전문화인식을 높이고 업무저해요인을 감소시키기 위한 근무환경개선과 인적자원관리 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대된다.

  • Recently, Rural village of japan are enlarging and enriching the service of health, medical and welfare facilities for the elderly. Concentrated arrangement of the three types of facilities is one of the effective ways especially for the small-scale local governments. This paper focus on a questionnaire survey of employees who work in the facilities to evaluate service network. Using this survey data, it is used to make a plan of intensive arrangement. As a result, their satisfaction with concentrated arrangement was considerable high. In particular, they expressed satisfaction with service network between Medical and Welfare. Due to increasing outpatients, the concentrated arrangement has contributed to hospital funds and given emotional security to the aged in welfare facilities. In order to promote service network effect, there are many opinions that management of health facilities(local governments) is needed.

Does Perceived Organizational Politics Mediate the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior? Insights from Bangladesh

  • Purpose: This study mainly aims to investigate the connection between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of bank employee. Another objective of this study is to check out the mediating impact of perceived organizational politics of bank personnel on the connection between their job happiness and citizenship behavior. Research design, data and methodology: Snowball sampling is utilized in this study, which is done among bank personnel at different public and private banks across north-eastern region of Bangladesh as well as information is accumulated through the use of a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. IBM SPSS v22, Andrew F. Hayes process macro v3.5 and SmartPLS 3 are used to complete descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study results explore that employees' political perception has a negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior where bank employees' job happiness has a positive impact on structural citizenship manners and negative impact on perceived organizational politics. Surprisingly, perceptions of organizational politics were found to have an insignificant mediating effect on the connection between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusions: The present study reveals that satisfied bank personnel shows positive and constructive actions toward their organization where their political perception has an insignificant mediation.

The Association between Fair Hiring Policy and Employee Job Satisfaction: Theoretical Approach in the Literature Analysis

  • Purpose - This study aims to build other studies and research on the perception and association of fair hiring policy and employee job satisfaction. The reviews and further research of the performance appraisal and employee satisfaction topics provided a basis to conduct this study based on the challenges that result from equality hiring perception on the performance appraisal on the job satisfaction by employees. Research design, data, and methodology - The author collected many textual contexts from mostly peer-reviewed academic journals, which means that academic comprehensive integrity can be obtained by qualitative approach for this study with discussing and following a constructive review analysis. The content analysis aims to determine a textural dataset in the longtime frame from the newest textural information. Result - There is little doubt that this study was significant and relevant to the relationship between fair hiring policy and worker's job satisfaction, indicating that an organization that practices a fair hiring policy positively affects employee job satisfaction. After all, the employee needs are well catered for and meet appropriately. Conclusion - This study suggests that fairness extensively relies on the organization's ability to identify and eliminate any form of performance challenges regarding equity and has proved and determined the significant relationship between fair hiring policy and employees' job satisfaction

병원정보시스템 품질에 대한 인식 및 평가 (Perception and Evaluation of Quality of Hospital Information System)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of quality property of hospital information system, the quality level, and its effects. The participants were 730 employees who are using hospital information system in hospitals. In order to analyze the relationship, the quality property regulates the consideration of user's taste and the state of user's favor for the design of hospital information system, and the quality level regulates user's convenience and properness. The main results from this study can be summarized as follows, First, the perception of quality property for hospital information system showed few significance level between occupation, but revealed significance level between position. The evaluation of quality level showed significance level depending on the occupation and position. Second, quality property which generally affects to the quality level of the hospital information system were different between types of occupation and quality factor.

전시회 서비스에 대한 주최자의 중요도와 참관객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exhibition Services Organizer's Perception and Participant's Satisfaction)

  • This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.

냉동 가공 식품, 식품 표시 및 영양 표시에 대한 냉동 식품 산업 종사자와 비종사자의 인식 차이 조사 연구 (Comparison of the Perception of Frozen Processed Food, Food Labeling and Nutrition Labeling between Employees and Non-employees in the Frozen Food Industry)

  • The objective of this study was to compare the differences of opinion, purchasing behavior, and recognition of food labeling and nutrition labeling of frozen processed food between employees and non-employees in the frozen food industry. The results of this survey study showed that the group working in the frozen food industry had a positive opinion of frozen processed food compared to the non-employee group who was not working in the food industry. The main reason for the positive opinion of frozen processed food was because it was convenient and easy to prepare while the main concern with consuming frozen processed food was that it was bad for one's health. The most popular menu was western style. Sixty one percent of employees in the frozen food industry preferred the microwave-cooking method, while only 37.9% of non-employees preferred the microwave-cooking method followed by cooking in boiling water (27.6%). There was a significant (p<0.001) difference in the preference of cooking method between these two groups. Most of the respondents considered 'taste' as the most important factor and 32.9% of the respondents selected 'sanitation/health' as the most serious concern for the consumption of frozen processed food. Both groups checked the food & nutrition label to verify the expiration date and the presence of food additives. The non-employee group recognized the need for nutritional information on total calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, minerals, vitamins, sodium, and fiber on the nutrition label of frozen processed food.

직장인의 일에 대한 재미지각척도 개발 및 구성타당도 검증 (Development and Validation of a Fun Perception Scale for the Korean Employees)

  • 본 연구는 직장인들이 일의 상황에서 재미를 느끼는 요인을 측정하는 척도인 재미지각척도를 개발하고, 그것의 구성타당도를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 먼저, 문헌연구, 심층면접, 개방형설문, 사전조사 등의 예비연구를 통해 40개의 재미지각척도 예비문항을 개발하였다. 본 조사는 직장인 250명(남: 125명, 여: 125명)을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문항분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 결과, 전체 29문항으로 구성된 7개의 요인이 추출되었는 바, 자기결정성, 외적 보상, 목표의식, 과정의 즐거움, 회사기여, 무가치성, 도전성이 그것이다. 각 요인의 내적일관성 수준도 유의미하게 높게 나왔다. 다음으로, 척도의 구성타당도 검증을 위해 AMOS 16.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 모든 적합도지수(X2/df, TLI, CFI, RMSEA)가 유의미하게 수용적인 것으로 나타나, 구성타당도가 높음을 보여주고 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로, 재미지각척도가 갖는 의의와 후속 연구에 대한 제언에 대하여 논의하였다.

기업의 CSR 활동이 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of CSR Activities on Organization Trust and Job Satisfaction in Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 방산제조업체인 H사의 현장 사원 289명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고 기업의 CSR 활동이 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 확인하고자 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 CSR 활동은 현장 사원들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 CSR 활동은 현장 사원들에게 매우 중요한 동기부여가 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 자신이 근무하고 있는 조직이 적극적으로 사회적 책임을 이행하고 있다고 인식한 직원들은 조직신뢰에 대한 지각수준도 높다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 직원들의 조직신뢰가 높아질수록 직무만족도 증대하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업의 CSR 활동과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 있는지에 대한 검증을 한 결과, 완전 매개효과와 부분매개효과가 혼재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 연구결과는 방산제조기업이 계속 기업으로 성장에 필요한 효율적인 조직관리 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

호텔 연회 주방 종사원의 식품위생 중요도 인식이 수행도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of the Important Perception on Food Hygiene to Kitchen Employee's Performance in Hotel Banquet)

  • This study was carried out to find out the effect of food hygiene awareness on kitchen employees' performance in the banquet cuisine of five-star hotels in Seoul. 279 kitchen employees were asked to fill out the questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS package(version 11.0). First, results of analysis on food hygiene showed that there were four factors, each respectively named as, food security regulations, food storage, period of circulation of food, and food safekeeping. Second, after analyzing each item in whole according to each of the factors, the average degree of priority on food hygiene in general was 4.52. Results according to each of the elements showed that food security regulations(4.56) and period of circulation of food(4.55) were considered as a priority. After analyzing the difference between the degree of priority and degree of performance according to each of the factors, it was found out that the latter was significantly lower than the former in all factors. Third, after analyzing the difference of food hygiene priority in accordance with general characteristics, statistically significant difference was only shown in education(F=3.308, p<0.05) and class(F=4.418, p<0.01). Fourth, after analyzing the difference of food hygiene performance in accordance with general characteristics, the only significant difference was found in food security regulation of education(F=4.418, p<0.01) and food security regulation of class(F=3.859, p<0.01). Fifth, after analyzing the effect of cook's awareness of priority on food hygiene on the degree of performance, it was found out that the awareness of priority on food hygiene had a positive effect(+) on the degree of performance. Therefore, we can conclude that as kitchen employees recognize the priority on the food hygiene better, their degree of performance was higher.
