Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify for perception and preference on Flexible working pattern of Nurses in hospital. Method: The subjects were 260 nurses enrolled in 11 hospitals located in S and P city. Questionnaire method was utilized for data collection. Data was analyzed by SPSS statistical program. Results: 86.5% of the nurses were working 3 shifts. 70.8% of nurses agreed that they decided to give up nurses because of very irregular working pattern. They want to work 40hrs/weeks, and agree to applying to Flexible working pattern. There was statistically significant between career(F=2.839, p=.039), working place(F=3.086, p=.047), the mind of change of occupation(F=.479, p=.002) and expected life pattern change after applicating for Flexible working pattern. Conclusion: We need to Various Flexible working pattern model. As well as we need to public information about nurses' Flexible working pattern.
This research shows how the perception of digital shadow work varies depending on the user's period of use of digital services in applications, which are key areas of digital services. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the digital shadow work type changes over time. This research adopted a qualitative research method for location-based service "help application" users and examined the change in perception from the app service acceptance stage to the app service continuous use stage with two-times interviews of ten users by a longitudinal research design. This study conducted a longitudinal analysis focusing on how digital shadow work occurs in the application subscription process, exploring phenomenologically how the type changes throughout the process over time.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to summarize and report on the change of food allergy in elementary school students and perception and practices in school nutritionists in Korea from 1995 to 2015. Methods: The search strategy was "(food allergy AND elementary school AND Korea) AND (nutritionist OR perception OR practice)". The search was conducted via KISS, DBPIA, RISS, NDSL, PubMed, Scopus, and Google scholar and full text and abstracts on the topic of food allergy evaluating prevalence, allergen, symptom, perception and practices were included in this review. Results: Out of 1379 records found in the sources, 13 related studies were included in the final analysis. The results showed that the number of students who had experienced food allergy was increasing. The two frequent allergenic foods were eggs and milk. The perception and practices of food allergy in school nutritionists was gradually increased. Conclusion: Further objective evaluations are required to confirm the food allergy status and its management in school.
Purpose: This research investigates whether the existence of preannouncing price discount before purchase has an effect on after regret about purchasing and price fairness perception. Moreover, this paper examines whether the preannouncing effects on regret (or price fairness perception) are moderated by motive inference type (or brand trust). Research design, data and methodology: This experimental design consisted of total 8 between-subjects full factorial, which is completed by 2 (preannouncing price discount before purchase) × 2 (motive inference type) × 2 (consumer's brand trust level). Results: First, regret (or price fairness) differs depending on the presence/absence of preannouncing price discount before purchase and price discount motive inference type. Second, interaction effect of preannouncing price discount presence/absence before purchase and price discount motive inference type on regret (or price fairness) after purchase differs depending on motive inference type (or brand trust). Conclusions: Preannouncing external cue could decrease the possibility of consumers to regret and prevent consumers perceiving price change as unfair. Thus, corporations should sufficiently explain to consumers about preannouncing and specific reason of price fall in order to decrease regret caused by price fall and to increase price fairness perception from preannouncing effect.
As the education and training is such a virtual environment is applied to various fields, its usability is endless. However, there is an underestimation of the depth of perception in the training environment. In order to solve this problem, we tried to solve the problem by applying the top-down correction method. However, it is difficult to classify the result as a learning effect or perception change. In this study, it was confirmed that the proportion of spatial components of urine had a significant effect on the depth perception, and it was confirmed that the size perception were corrected together. In this study, we propose a correction method using spatial component and depth perception to improve the accuracy of depth perception.
This study examines the longitudinal effect of goal perception, mathematics class factors(perceptions about mathematics teachers (PMT), mathematics classroom attitude), and mathematics academic achievement. This study consists of three research models. First, we examined the longitudinal change of goal perception, perceptions about mathematics teachers (PMT), mathematics classroom attitude, and mathematics academic achievement using latent growth curve modeling. Secondly, the slope of PMT is a critical mediator between the slope of goal perception and the slope of mathematics academic achievement. Finally, the slope of mathematics classroom attitude is a critical mediator between the slope of goal perception and the slope of mathematics academic achievement. Data were extracted from Seoul Education Longitudinal Study from 2010 to 2012 (in three waves), and the analysis used by middle school students, measured by 4163 students of the three-wave surveys. Latent growth modeling was applied to verify the research problems. The results of the research are as follows. First, the slope of goal perception had positive and significant effects on the slope of PMT and mathematics classroom attitude, respectively. Second, the slope of PMT and mathematics classroom attitude had positively significant effects on the slope of mathematics academic achievement. Finally, it was confirmed that the slopes of PMT and mathematics classroom attitude are critical mediators between the slope of goal perception and the slope of mathematics academic achievement.
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting subjective body shape perception among female university students. This research conducted a survey targeting 121 female university students. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression using SPSS/Win 23.0. were identified as factors influencing on subjective body shape perception in female university students. As the results of regression analysis, sociocultural attitudes towards appearance, body cathexis, self-esteem, BMI demonstrated significant effects on subjective body shape perception. and these are significantly predicted 46.8% of subjective body shape perception. The factor of the greatest impact on subjective body shape perception is sociocultural attitudes towards appearance. In order to positively change body shape perception, it is necessary to help them perceive their body shape as it is, accept the actual body shape, and have a specific way to be satisfied with their body shape.
In this paper, we analyze the effect of the depth perception, volume perception and visual discomfort according to the change of the quality of the depth image and the depth of the major object. For the analysis, a 2D image was converted to eighteen 3D images using depth images generated based on the different depth position of a major object and background, which were represented in three detail levels. The subjective test was carried out using eighteen 3D images so that the degrees of the depth perception, volume perception and visual discomfort recognized by the subjects were investigated according to the change in the depth position of the major object and the quality of depth map. The absolute depth position of a major object and the relative depth difference between background and the major object were adjusted in three levels, respectively. The details of the depth map was also represented in three levels. Experimental results showed that the quality of the depth image differently affected the depth perception, volume perception and visual discomfort according to the absolute and relative depth position of the major object. In the case of the cardboard depth image, it severely damaged the volume perception regardless of the depth position of the major object. Especially, the depth perception was also more severely deteriorated by the cardboard depth image as the major object was located inside the screen than outside the screen. Furthermore, the subjects did not felt the difference of the depth perception, volume perception and visual comport from the 3D images generated by the detail depth map and by the rough depth map. As a result, it was analyzed that the excessively detail depth map was not necessary for enhancement of the stereoscopic perception in the 2D-to-3D conversion.
This study was conducted to establish the effects of subjective body-forming perception on weight-controlling behavior and weight loss, and to suggest the need for proper information and education. Using the data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted in the 6th period (2013-2015), 6,238 women aged 19 and over who have a body mass index of $18.5-25kg/m^2$ were analyzed. As a result, the higher the level of education and income level, the higher they were perceived to be obese, the more they chose to lose exercise and diet in order to lose weight across the board. The weight loss effort rate was higher in the obese body type recognition group, but the body weight type was the highest in the one year body weight change group (p < .001). As a result, subjective perception of body shape affected not only weight control behavior but also weight change (p < .001). Accordingly, it is necessary to have a systematic education on healthy weight-controlling behaviors, proper body image, and healthy body type recognition.
The object of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress and the extent of coronary artery stenosis in 101 patients with coronary artery diseases. Global assessment of recent stress(GARS) scale and perceived stress response inventory were used to measure perception for stressors and stress responses. Biological variables such as the extent of coronary artery stenosis, the number of the affected lesions on coronary angiography, serum Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL)-cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol, and total cholesterol were measured in all the subjects. Scores of perceived stress related to changes in relationship and overall global scores on GARS scale had significantly positive correlation with the extent of coronary artery stenosis. On the other hand, scores of percieved stress related to changes in relationship and changes or no changes in routine had significantly positive correlation with the number of the lesions. Scores of perceived stress related to change or no change in routine also positively correlated with serum level of LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol. In contrast, general somatic symptoms negatively correlated with the extent of coronary artery stenosis. Impulsive-aggressive behavior negatively correlated with the number of the lesions. However, impulsive-aggressive thinking positively correlated with LDL-cholesterol. The above results suggest that perception for stressors may negatively affect the extent of coronary artery stenosis, the number of the lesions, serum LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol. However, some stress responses showed inconsistent effect on the above biological variables. Thus, strategies designed to modify perception for stressors and some stress responses are likely to help the patients minimize the extent of coronary artery stenosis and prevent the diseases.
