경쟁시대의 병원마케팅전략 : 포지셔닝과 고객만족을 중심으로 (Hospital Marketing Strategies in Competitive Era : Positioning and Patient Satisfaction Strategies)

  • The Korean hospital industry is rapidly changing along with the competition among hospitals. Until recently it was easy for hospitals to profit even without efficient management and competitive strategies. However, the increasingly intensive competition endanger their profits but also their survivals. Hospital managers have no choice but to seriously consider competitive management and marketing strategies to remain alive and prosper. This study introduces a useful methodology--perception map drawn using multidimensional scaling--for developing competitive strategies, and illustrates its application to developing a perception map of 9 Seoul-based general hospitals. We also suggest the concepts and examples of positioning strategies and patient satisfaction management system. One of the interesting findings is that the Samsung medical center which opened less than a year ago is ranked first in most aspects such as kindness, facilities, waiting time, and parking, and the second in clinical performance just after the Seoul National University Hospital.

Analysis of Changing Perceptions of Residents after Covid-19

  • This study is an analytical study of changes in the perception of Covid-19 communities and surveyed residents aged 20 or older living in 00-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, to identify community awareness (anxiety, stability, economic problems, and director's intention) after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing community perception (anxiety about COVID-19, stability, economic problems, and intention to move) according to gender, age, and family specificity, the survey subjects showed the highest anxiety about COVID-19 among community perception with 4.94, followed by stability 3.92, director's intention 3.51, and economic problem 3.21. primarily aims to find ways to contribute so that residents can restore trust in the local community, rebuild healthy families, and settle down in their daily lives.

그래픽 영상에서 입체감과 색채 속성의 연관성 관련 연구 (Correlations between Stereoscopic Perception and Colour Attributes in Graphic Images)

  • 디지털 영상 분야의 디지털 테크놀로지 발전은 다양한 형태의 미디어 환경을 만들어 내며 급격하게 변모하고 있다. 이러한 영상분야는 멀티미디어 테크놀로지의 급격한 발전을 통해 방송 영상 처리 기술 분야에서는 보다 실감나는 영상을 제공하기 위해 지속적인 발전을 하고 있으며 평면 화질 향상의 요구는 거의 충족되어 기술적 포화상태에 이르게 되었다. 현재 평면 화질에서는 3D 입체 영상 화질에서 충족시킬 수 없는 시각피로 분야에 대한 자유성 및 대중성을 갖고 있다는 장점을 보유하고 있으며 보완 작업 기술 분야로는 평면 화질에서의 입체감 향상 기술이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 평면 디스플레이에서 제공되는 그래픽 영상을 대상으로 색채 속성과의 연관성을 알아보고자 입체감 관련 실험을 진행하고 이를 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 색채 속성으로는 색상, 밝기, 채도를 차등적으로 그래픽 영상에 적용하여 입체감이 가장 큰 요인에 대해 분석하고 아노바 분산분석을 통해 교호작용을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 진행된 실험결과를 분석하여 입체감과 관련 있는 색채 요인의 유의미 여부를 정의하고 그래픽 영상 처리 시 입체감 향상을 위한 색채 조절 방안을 제시한다.

  • As it gets nearer to the modern society, social and cultural situations are changing and the spatial form of public space is changing into the complex structure where it is interlinked with each other diversely. In particular, as the development of large-scale complex spreads nationwide, the form of complex commercial space assuming the nature of malls appears prominently. In such a large-scale complex commercial space, the diverse visual elements make the environment difficult to be perceived. Like this, the attention in the commercial space where a variety of visual stimuli are in the presence, is important element, so the plan of VP(visual presentation) is needed for effectively selecting or inducing the space. Thus, in this study, human visual and perception process will be reviewed and a method to evaluate the attention will be proposed. Also, the attention of each stores in the complex commercial spaces will be evaluated to propose the indicators for resonable spatial panning in the future.

소비자 인식을 바탕으로 한 원산지표시 개선 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the Country-of-Origin Labeling Based on Consumer's Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve some problems of the country-of-origin labeling based on the perception of consumers. For this, we surveyed 636 people. The questions of the survey are largely divided into three categories; 1) criteria and subject for imposition of fine, 2) the possibility of getting consumers confused with the products using domestic regional names as domestic products, 3) criteria for the country-of-origin transplantation of agricultural products and forestry products. According to the results, more than 30.0% of consumers preferred that it is adequate for imposing fine as much as its total sales, regardless of the type of business. In addition, in the case of products using domestic regional names, consumers can be confused about the products with domestic ones, even though there is a standard for confusing country-of-origin labeling. Standard for changing the country-of-origin of agricultural, forestry products and livestock, fisheries products are not balanced. The results of this study can be used as basis data for revising the country-of-origin labeling.

  • With technology rapidly changing our economic, cultural and social realities, the question of how to educate the generation for the fourth industrial revolution has been a pressing issue. The purpose of this study is to review teachers' perception regarding the educational change in the fourth industrial revolution. For this purpose, we surveyed 420 school teachers and administrators. Most teachers highly understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and they think AI(Artificial Intelligence) is a core technology. They recognize The Fourth Industrial Revolution is very important and great influence in the education field. For this, they need educational innovation in the education field. Elementary school teacher perceive understanding Elementary school teachers think that understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and change of curriculum is highly important. And, Secondary school teachers perceive that the change of education system and class is very necessary. Lastly, STEAM education is the most appropriate to prepare for a changing society.

고속도로 연결로상 연속 분류지점 간의 이격거리 검토 (Determining Ideal Distance between Consecutive Exit Ramps)

  • 고속도로 분기부 연결로상에서는 연속되는 유출형태가 나타나게 되어, 주행상의 안전성을 고려한 1차, 2차 분류지점 간 적정 이격거리(L)를 확보하는 것은 매우 중요한 사항이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 도로설계 지침에서 제시한 240m라는 동일한 설계기준을 적용하는 대신에, 동 구간에서 운전자에게 필요한 인지반응시간과 차로변경시간을 고려한 적정 이격거리를 산정하는 방식을 제안하였다. 특히 인지반응시간과 관련하여 정지시거 계산에 활용되는 기존의 2.5초와 더불어 기하구조 상의 특성을 고려한 판단시거 계산에 활용되는 보다 긴 인지반응시간을 추가적으로 고려하였다. 더불어 적정 이격거리 산정의 타당성을 확인하기 위해 고속도로 분기점 중 사고가 잦은 네 개의 분기점을 대상으로 교통사고 발생현황을 조사하여, 본 연구에서 검토한 적정 이격거리 산정방법을 적용하여 최소 이격거리를 도출하여 보았다. 연구 결과, 현재의 기준치가 정지시거를 중심으로 할 때는 충분한 최소 이격거리를 제시하고 있지만 판단시거를 중심으로 할 때는 충분하지 못하다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 사고가 잦은 현장에서 조사한 차량들의 실제 주행속도가 설계속도와 비교해 월등히 높은 점을 감안한다면, 지침에서 제시하는 것과 같은 획일적인 이격거리의 적용보다는 예상되지 못한 상황을 가정하여 적정 이격거리를 구하게 되는 판단시거를 중심으로 한 이격거리 계산과 설계가 오히려 더 설득력 있을 것으로 사료된다.

미술관 전시공간 형태의 변화에 따른 관람자의 작품 인지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Public's Perception on Accordance with Change of Exhibition Space in an Art museum)

  • In the Relationship between exhibition space and art work in museum, new paradigm has being presented from 1990' s as a turning point. Even if the formal exhibition space that emphasizes itself as a background has currently being continued, the informal exhibition space is coming to the new art museums, especially after 1990's. This study is to understand how the advent of informal form of space in an exhibition of art museum makes a new paradigm in the relation between the exhibition space and art work in conjunction with public's perception after 1990' s that is identified to the time of Pluralism. To do this, the study raised a question on how the public perceive the relation between space and art work through photographs that contain the information on relation between space and art work. And the questionnaire performed through the curators who are working for art museum, students who studies fine art, students who studies design and public who comes to art museum. After survey through this questionnaire, it is made clear that the informal form of space simply has played a role of background since the beginning of art museum. In other hands, the informal form of space that is mainly presented after 1990' s begins to interrupt the public's perception of art work, changing it's meaning through a spatiality.

한식조리기능사 자격증에 대한 인식 및 취득 동기, 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the Perception, Motivation for Acquisition, And Improvement Measures of the Korean Cooking Certificate)

  • The purpose of this study is to make profits and enhance national competitiveness through the globalization of Korean food. For this purpose, this study analyzed the certificate of qualification for Korean cooking technicians in the field of technical cooking. The results of presenting the perception, motivation for acquisition, and improvement measures of the Korean cooking certificate are as follows. First, as for the perception, if Korean cooking technicians acquire the certificate, they are acknowledged to acquire the qualifications and basic technology as licensed cooks in Korean food; however, they cannot practically execute cooking affairs. They cannot receive additional marks in time of employment. Getting the special education in cooking schools is helpful to acquiring the certificate. Second, the motivation for acquisition results from its advantage over other types of business, and a hope for running Korean food restaurants. Third, the improvement measures cover changing examination contents to be utilized in practical affairs, improving cooking methods, fair evaluation, and considering excessive technicians not to depreciate the value of the certificate.

  • In the relationship between exhibition space and art work in art museum, the Pluralism on the late of the 20th century made the new form of exhibition space to be appeared on the stage. Even if formal exhibition space that emphasized itself as a non-spatial background is currently being continued, the informal form of exhibition space is coming to the new art museums, especially after 1990's. This study is to understand how the advent of new designed the informal form of exhibition space in the Glytothek museum(the formal form of exhibition space) design a new paradigm In the relation between the exhibition space and art work in conjunction with public's perception. To do this, it is made clear that the Glytothek museum(the formal form of exhibition space) simply has played a role of non-spatial background. In other hands, the new designed informal form of exhibition space that is mainly presented after 1990's begins to Interrupt the public's perception of art work, changing it's meaning through a spatiality.
