맞벌이부부의 결혼만족도와 우울증에 관한 연구 - 학동기자녀를 둔 맞벌이부부를 중심으로 - (A Study on Marital Satisfaction and Depression of Dual-Earner Couples)

  • This study was to examine the marital satisfaction and depression of dual-earner couples, and it placed emphasis on the factors affecting the marital satisfaction and depression of dual-earner couples who have school-age children. The sample consisted of 265 husbands and wives in dual-earner families living in Seoul. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Wives' marital satisfaction was significantly affected by wives' perception of inequity in the division of family works, joint leisure activities, sexual satisfaction, wives' job satisfaction, wives' satisfaction with marital communication and perceived benefits resulting from wives' employment. 2. Husbands' marital satisfaction was significantly affected by sexual satisfaction, role conflicts, perceived benefits resulting from wives' employment and degree of husbands' housework participation. 3. Wives' depression was significantly affected by role conflicts, perceived sexual problems caused by their employment, wives' job satisfaction, sex role attitude and perceived inequity in the division of family work. 4. Husbands' depression was significantly affected by role conflicts, the degree of their housework participation, their job satisfaction and perceived sexual problems caused by wives' employment.

모바일 콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 인지된 사용자 가치 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Users' Perceived Value on Mobile Contents Service)

  • Recently, mobile internet technologies are enabling the possibility of radically new computing services which can share information and communicate with others on the move. In this situation, prior studies have attempted to identify of what factors make people use mobile internet. However, prior researches focused on investigating the factors affecting users' adoption to Mobile Internet. In order to offer beneficial materials to mobile internet companies, we investigated important factors to increase mobile users' value from the viewpoints of customer. In particular, this study was progressed how characteristics of mobile contents affect users' intrinsic attributes and how perceived users' network effects affect users' value in the mobile computing environments. To empirically test proposed hypotheses, we have analyzed 285 survey data gathering from mobile internet users and verified hypotheses by using SEM (structural equation modeling). Based on the results of this study, we found that content accessibility and content quality have significant impacts on users' intrinsic attributes such as perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, this study also revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment were positively related to users' emotional value. Moreover, this study found that perceived users' network effects could affect users' monetary value by mediating expected benefits. Based on our findings, we can understand that this perspective can provide a deeper understanding of the mobile users' value adoption by bridging the gap between mobile internet studies and actual practice.

일반 사병들의 에이즈에 대한 지식, 태도, 건강신념에 관한 연구 (A Study on Soldiers' Knowledge, Attitude and Health Belief about AIDS)

  • Purpose: This study purposed to investigate the relationship between soldiers' general characteristic and their knowledge, attitude and health-belief about AIDS. Method: This study conducted a survey of 197 soldiers using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected from the 10th to 30th of May 2003. Result: The average age of the participants was 21.6 years, 78.2% of them were undergraduates of universities, and by religion the number of Christians was largest. In addition, 81.2% of them had lived with their parents and siblings before they joined the army and most of them were unmarried. Of the subjects, 75.1% finished education about AIDS, 64.5% experienced a sexual intercourse and 6.3% experienced a venereal disease. The participants' knowledge level about AIDS was 14.6 out of 20 points and their attitude about AIDS is 3.96 out of 5 points on the average. Their health-belief about AIDS was 4.0 out of 5 points in 'perceived benefits,' 2.9 in 'perceived barriers,' 2.6 in 'perceived seriousness' and 2.6 in 'perceived sensitivity. Among the subjects' general characteristics, religion was found to be a statistically significant variable for their knowledge level about AIDS. A variable that is statistically significant for the subjects' attitude toward AIDS was families they had lived together before joining the army. Statistically significant variables for the subjects' health-belief about AIDS were perceived sensitivity and experience in venereal diseases, perceived benefits and AIDS education and perceived barriers and marital status. The subjects' knowledge about AIDS was in a statistically significant correlation with their attitude toward AIDS, and their attitude toward AIDS with perceived benefits. Conclusion: According to the results of this study. those who had had AIDS education appeared to have high attitude and health-belief concerning AIDS. Thus it is necessary to execute AIDS education systematically and continuously in order to have right attitude and high health-belief concerning AIDS.

관계효익이 관계 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relational Benefits Affecting Relationship Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relational benefits affecting the relationship quality and the existence of differences to which relational benefits are most important to the customers across the type of services that customer buys and customer's relationship orientation in how they orientate their relationships with service firms. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, all relational benefits, economic, social, psychological, functional benefits, is related the relationship quality. Second, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customers will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across the type of service. The more service is customized, the less economic benefits affect relationship quality and the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. however there isn't a difference in the effect of functional benefits on relationship quality across the types of service, functional benefits are a important benefits both situations. Third, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customer will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across customers. The more customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. The less customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more economic and functional benefits affect relationship quality. However there isn't a difference in the effect of social benefits on relationship quality across customers. In addition to, relationship orientation is related to demographic facets such as sex-type, age and income. Male is higher relationship orientation than female. The more customers are older, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms and the more customers have income, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms.

1인 미용실의 관계혜택이 추천의도와 이탈의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 고객만족의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effects of Solely Operated Beauty Salon's Relational Benefits on Recommendation and Defection Intentions: Mediating Effects of Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 1인 미용실을 이용하는 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택이 고객만족과 추천의도 및 이탈의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 미용과 경영을 융복합하여 조사하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 1인 미용실 이용자 322명을 최종 유효 표본으로 연구를 수행 하였다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 15.0과 Amos 18 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계 혜택은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1인 미용실 고객의 관계혜택과 추천의도 및 이탈의도간의 관계에서 고객만족은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.

판매원 서비스와 관계효익이 구매만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Relationship Benefits and Salesperson's Service on Buying Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the perceived difference of salesman's service and relationship benefit according to types of customers, to explain the effects of salesman's service and relationship benefit on buying satisfaction and repurchase intention, and to reveal the influences of satisfaction with purchase on repurchase. The data were collected from 318 female adults in Gwangju using a questionnaire to salesmen's service, relationship benefits, buying satisfaction, repurchase intention, and were analysed with factor analysis, t-test and regressive analysis with SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The regular customers perceived a significantly higher salesmen's services and relationship benefits than irregular customers. 2. In regular customers, 'knowledge of products', 'etiquette' and 'confident benefits' had a significant influence on buying satisfaction. 'Confident benefits' had a significant influence on repurchase intention. Tn irregular customers, 'etiquette', 'easiness' and 'confident benefits' had a significant influence on satisfaction with purchase. 'Knowledge of products', 'easiness' and 'confident benefits' had a significant influence on repurchase intention. 3. Satisfaction with purchase had a significant influence on repurchase intention in both regular/irregular customers.

맛집 블로그의 신뢰성이 외식소비자의 지각혜택, 지각위험, 그리고 온라인구전에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Relationship of Gourmet Blog's Reliability with the Perceived benefits, Perceived Risk and Online Word of Mouth of Eating out Consumer)

  • 본 연구는 맛집 블로그의 신뢰성이 온라인구전에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하여 블로그 마케팅 활동을 하고 있는 외식업계에게 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 다루어온 외식소비자의 지각혜택과 지각위험을 블로그의 신뢰성이 온라인구전에 미치는 매개변수로 채택하였고, 각 변수에 대한 이론적 배경을 중심으로 각각의 구성개념을 도출하여 영향관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 맛집 블로그의 신뢰성이 미치는 범위에 있어 블로그의 지각혜택은 정(+)의 관계로, 그리고 지각위험은 부(-)의 관계로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 맛집 블로그의 신뢰성이 온라인구전에 미치는 영향에서도 정(+)의 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 온라인구전에 미치는 변수들의 관계에서 블로그의 신뢰성과 외식소비자의 지각혜택은 정(+)의 영향관계로 유의했으나, 지각위험은 영향관계에 있지 않았다. 결론적으로 블로그의 신뢰성이 높으면 지각혜택은 높이 평가하고, 지각위험은 감소하는 것으로 요약되며, 온라인구전에 블로그의 신뢰성에 의한 외식소비자의 지각혜택이 온라인구전의 핵심 변수임을 확인하였다.

기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택을 매개로 농업드론 서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Technology Acceptance Factors on Behavioral Intention for Agricultural Drone Service by Mediating Effect of Perceived Benefits)

  • 본 연구는 농업드론 서비스의 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 농업 관련 종사인 324명의 설문결과를 SPSS v22.0 및 PROCESS macro v3.4를 사용하여 분석하였다. 통합기술수용이론에 의한 기술수용요인이 농업드론 서비스의 사용의도에 미치는 영향과 인지된 혜택의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 기술수용요인은 인지된 혜택과 농업드론 서비스 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 혜택은 성과기대를 제외한, 편의적 혜택은 사회적 영향을 제외한 기술수용요인과 농업드론 서비스 사용의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나 실용적 혜택은 유의한 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 향후 농업 또는 드론 교육을 받은 사람이나 드론 자격소지자를 대상으로 추가 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

중국의 무인편의점 특성이 지각혜택과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 언택트성향의 조절효과 (The Effect of Unmanned Convenience Store Characteristics on Perception Benefits and Revisiting Intention in China: Moderating Role of Untact Tendency)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the influencing factors on the revisit intention of unmanned convenience stores for Chinese consumers who use unmanned convenience stores. The effect of unmanned convenience store characteristics (operation system, store arrangement) on customers' perceived benefits and the effect of perceived benefits (convenience, speed, stability, playability) on revisit intention were verified. In addition, by using untact propensity as a control variable, the purpose of this study was to examine that the characteristics of unmanned convenience stores have a moderating effect on the perceived benefits of customers. Design/methodology/approach - The study collected 201 survey data from unmanned convenience stores in China. In order to analyze the data, Smart PLS was used to carry out empirical analysis. Findings - The results showed that operating systems had a positive impact on convenience, speed, and safety, while store layout had a positive impact on playfulness. Perceived benefits (convenience, safety, and playfulness) had a positive impact on their intention to revisit. Rapidity had a negative impact on the intention to revisit. Contactless tendencies regulate the effect of operating systems on convenience. Research implications or Originality - Unmanned convenience stores are striving to provide high-quality experiences to customers and increase customer satisfaction by utilizing cutting-edge IT technologies in stores such as AI, mobile device payment services, QR codes, and big data technologies. Recently, research on unmanned convenience stores has been active in the service and distribution industry-related fields, but research on the intention to revisit is insufficient. Also, few studies have used untact propensity as a control variable.

소비자의 웨어러블즈 스포츠웨어 기술수용 과정에서 연령, 인지욕구, 패션관여의 조절효과 연구 (Differing effects of perceived psychological benefits of wearables adoption by consumer age, need for cognition, and involvement)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 기술수용모델의 핵심인 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 편의성이 소비자의 제품 품질 지각에 미치는 영향에서, 연령, 인지욕구, 그리고 패션관여가 미치는 조절효과를 조사했다. 분석 결과, 가정되었던 지각된 유용성과 사용용이성의 지각된 품질에의 긍정적 영향력은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 웨어러블즈의 수용에서 기술수용모델을 적용하여 설명했던 선행연구들의 결과와 일관되었다. 반면 가정되었던 연령, 인지욕구, 패션관여의 조절효과는 부분적으로 지지되었다. 가령 응답자 연령은 웨어러블즈에 대한 지각된 유용성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향에 유의한 부적 조절효과를 보인 반면, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향에 유의한 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.
