모바일 패션 쇼핑 특성이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성, 구매태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 스마트폰 사용자를 중심으로 - (Effects of mobile fashion shopping characteristics on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, purchase attitude, and purchase intention of mobile fashion shopping mall - Focusing on smartphone users -)

  • In this study, we identified the characteristics of mobile fashion shopping and verified the path model of effects of these characteristics on mobile fashion shopping purchase intention through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. We conducted the survey targeting smartphone users in their 20s~30s and analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS 16.0. The results were as follows: Mobile fashion shopping characteristics (enjoyment, credibility, instant connectivity, security, and personalization) had positive effects on perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness influenced attitude toward purchase and purchase intention positively. Attitude toward purchase affected purchase intention in a positive way and perceived usefulness had indirect effect on purchase intention through attitude toward purchase. In conclusion, we proposed the marketing strategies of the mobile fashion shopping businesses.

금융 마이데이터 서비스 특성과 수용의도의 관계: 개인혁신성과 기술적 보안성의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Financial Mydata Service Characteristics and Intention to Use: The Moderating Effects of Innovativeness and Technology Security)

  • 데이터가 새로운 핵심자원으로 주목받으면서 마이데이터가 금융, 의료, 공공 등 다양한 분야로 확산되고 있지만 마이데이터 사용자의 행동연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 마이데이터가 가장 활발히 이루어지고 있는 금융 분야를 대상으로 마이데이터 특성이 가치 인식에 미치는 영향과 수용행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기존 연구를 근거로 연구모형을 제안하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 개인을 대상으로 295부의 설문 자료를 수집하여 AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 금융 마이데이터 특성으로 제안한 자기정보결정권, 금융 편의성, 개인화서비스는 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 가치는 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 본 연구는 개인혁신성과 기술적 보안성을 조절변수로 제안하여 변수 간의 관계에 어떤 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 개인혁신성은 자기정보결정권, 개인화서비스와 지각된 가치 간의 관계를 강화시켜주는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술적 보안성은 지각된 가치와 금융 마이데이터 수용의도 간의 관계를 강화시켜 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 금융 마이데이터 사용자의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이해하고 개인의 혁신성 수준과 기술적 보안성의 중요성에 대해 이해하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

대학생의 생성형 AI 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증분석 (The Empirical Analysis of Factors Affecting the Intention of College Students to Use Generative AI Services)

  • ChatGPT를 포함한 생성형 AI 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 관점에서 생성형 AI 서비스의 확산하는 요인에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Value-based Adoption Model의 프레임워크를 토대로 연구모형을 도출하였다. 혜택요인으로 유용성과 즐거움을, 희생요인으로 보안성과 할루시네이션을 도출하였다. 이러한 요인들이 생성형 AI 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 위하여 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유효한 200부를 분석하였다. 분석은 AMOS 24를 활용하여 구조방정식으로 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 유용성, 즐거움은 인지된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보안성과 할루시네이션은 인지된 가치에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 인지된 가치에 영향을 미치는 영향력의 크기는 유용성, 할루시네이션, 보안성, 즐거움 순이었다. 인지된 가치는 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 인지된 가치는 유용성, 즐거움, 보안성, 할루시네이션과 생성형 AI 서비스 이용의도간 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학술적으로는 기존의 검정된 모형을 바탕으로 생성형 AI 서비스의 특성을 결합하여 그 유효성을 검정함으로써 연구의 지평을 넓혔고, 실무적으로는 유용성이 여전히 중요한 요인인 것을 검정하였다는 점에서 의의가 있었다.

공공데이터 품질 요인이 공공데이터 개방정책의 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Data Quality Factors Affecting the Confidence of the Public Data Open Policy)

  • This article aims to identify the quality factors of public data which have increased as a public issue; analyze the impact of users satisfaction in the perspective of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and investigate the effect of service satisfaction on the government's open policy of public data. This study is consistent with Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) of MIT, it focuses on three main qualities except Contextual Data Quality (CDQ) and includes seven independent variables : accuracy, reliability, fairness for Intrinsic Data Quality (IDQ), accessibility, security for Accessibility Data Quality (ADQ), Consistent representation and understandability for Representational Data Quality (RDQ). Basing on TAM, the research model was conducted to examine which factors affect to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service satisfaction and how service satisfaction affects to the government's open policy of public data. The results showed that accuracy, fairness, understandability affect both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; while reliability, consistent representation, security, and accessibility affect only perceived ease of use. This article found that the influence of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness and the influence of these two causes on service satisfaction in the perspective of TAM were significant and it was consistent with prior studies. The service satisfaction when using public data leads to the reliability of public data open policy. As an initial study on unstructured public data open policy, this article offered quality factors that pubic data providers should consider and also present the operation plan of public data open policy in the future.

NFT ART의 특성이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Investigating the Influence of NFT ART Characteristics on Consumer Perceived Value: Insights from Purchasing Experience)

  • Purpose: Non-Fungible Token (NFT) ART, based on NFT technology, represents a novel form of art that has recently garnered significant attention in the art market. NFT technology enables the assertion of ownership over digital data, introducing the concept of ownership into the digital realm. As digital data gains ownership, NFT ART is anticipated to be positively viewed as an investment and expected to become more active due to the characteristics of this new technology. Therefore, this study aims to verify the influence of NFT ART characteristics on perceived value. This study contributes to extracting the distinctive characteristics of NFT ART compared to other forms of art and to understanding the perceived value of NFT ART among consumers with purchasing experience. Methods: This study applied structural equation modeling to explore the relationships among the variables using SPSS 26.0 and R program version 4.2.3. A total of 320 questionnaires were retrieved, all of which were adopted as valid analytical samples without missing values. Results: The findings indicate that the decentralization, transparency, and scarcity of NFT ART positively influence the perceived usefulness and enjoyment among consumers, while security does not have a significant impact. This suggests that higher levels of decentralization, transparency, and scarcity in NFT ART enhance perceived usefulness and enjoyment for consumers, significantly influencing the perceived value. Furthermore, it was confirmed that these characteristics are considered important values and perceptions from the consumer's perspective. Conclusion: The research presents positive factors for the activating of purchases among consumers considering buying NFT ART. It emphasizes the necessity of benefits for all participants to activate the art market. Additionally, the perceived value provides crucial insights for inducing active purchasing behavior in the NFT ART market and serves as a foundational study for further research.

관광정보서비스, 결재서비스, 만족도, 재이용의도의 구조적 관계: 중국 시에청을 대상으로 (Structural Relationships among Tourism Information, Payment Service, Satisfaction, and Intention to Reuse: Focused on the Ctrip APP in China)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of six factors (accuracy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, instant accessibility, and ease of use) on re-use intention; and then to help to establish future marketing strategy. In order to achieve the study's objectives, this study conducted an online questionnaire on the Internet, Wenjuanxing. The total of 270 copies through APP-Wechat (Wicket), and 245 were used for analysis. For statistical processing, SPSS22.0 is used to analyze the influence relationship amongst factors for mobile tourism information service, a variety of analysis, such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, mass regression analysis, simple regression analysis were employed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. As a result of analyzing the factors affecting the satisfaction of consumers using chinese Ctrip mobile app, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of mobile tourism information service attributes have a significant effect on user satisfaction. The accuracy of mobile information service were found to have no significant effect on satisfaction. The security, immediacy of access, and usability of the payment service of mobile APP were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant effect on re-use intention.

Differences of Gender Perception in Adopting Cashless Transaction Using Technology Acceptance Model

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), to determine differences in gender perceptions in adopting non-cash transactions. In this study, the authors provide a measurement of differences in gender perceptions in adopting cashless, which refers to perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, and perceived security. Respondents in this study were students from the millennial generation who are very familiar with the use of technology, especially non-cash transactions. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey, by distributing questionnaires to 260 respondents. The data were processed statistically through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that for men, ease-of-use of transactions does not increase the use of non-cash transactions. Meanwhile, for women, perceived ease-of-use has a significant and positive effect on the use of non-cash transactions. Furthermore, perceptions of usability and security have a positive and significant impact on using non-cash transactions. It was also found that female students had a positive, but not significant, effect on the use of non-cash transactions. This means that there has been a difference in the perception of gender, between men and women, in responding to the use of non-cash transactions.

An Integration of TAM and D&M Model in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Kuwait

  • This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

The Effect of Mongolian Mobile Banking Service Quality on User Satisfaction

  • This study attempted to demonstrate the role of perceived value and trust in the relationship between mobile banking service quality and use satisfaction. A survey was conducted on customers of Mongolian banks, and an analysis was conducted based on the collected data With the development of the fintech industry, the Internet-based mobile banking market is striving to provide convenient services to consumers. The result led to the introduction of an online-oriented Internet bank that can operate 24 hours a day regardless of time and space. The characteristic of operating only with the Internet has a positive aspect of providing services quickly and conveniently, but at the same time, including concerns about security and personal information leakage. This can make you hesitate to use the service. Therefore, we attempted to find out how the quality of mobile banking service affects the perceived value and satisfaction of using trust. A survey was conducted to verify the contents of the research model and hypothesis. This is to secure data to be used for empirical analysis of research hypotheses. The survey was conducted with 124 consumers in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Based on the analysis results, we understood the satisfaction of consumers using mobile banking and suggested ways for consumers to improve their actual satisfaction using mobile banking. Specifically, service quality sensitivity, security, convenience, and design had a positive effect on perceived value or trust, ultimately leading to consumer satisfaction.

의료산업 블록체인 도입을 위한 연구 (A Study to Accept Block Chain System on Medical Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의료산업에 블록체인 기술의 도입을 위한 블록체인 특성을 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 독립변수인 블록체인 특성은 선행연구를 기반으로 하여 5가지(보안성, 가용성, 신뢰성, 다양성, 경제성)을 사용하였다. 그리고 매개변수와 종속변수는 새로운 기술도입을 위한 수용의도 연구에서 널리 사용되는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 활용하였다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 의료분야에 종사하는 사람을 의료제공자로 구분하고 일반인을 의료소비자로 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하고 상호 비교분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전체 응답자, 의료제공자, 의료소비자 모두 가설1-1(보안성-지각된 용이성-수용의도), 가설2-1(보안성-지각된 유용성-수용의도), 가설 3-1(보안성-지각된 용이성-지각된 유용성-수용의도)이 기각됨이 확인되었다. 추가적으로 의료소비자는 블록체인 특성(가용성, 신뢰성, 다양성, 경제성)이 용이성과 유용성을 거쳐 수용의도로 가는 가설3-2에서 가설 3-5 모두 기각되었다. 이를 통해 블록체인의 특성이 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성을 통해 수용의도로 감에 있어 의료제공자와 의료소비자 간의 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지금까지 블록체인의 활성화를 위한 연구에서 거의 이루어지지 않은 실증분석을 통하여 활성화 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다 할 것이다.
