모바일 클라우드 스토리지 서비스 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence Factors of the Mobile Cloud Storage Service Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: Nowadays, Mobile Cloud Storage services are used widely. For sustainable use of this service, we need to determine what factors affect satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence satisfaction. Methods: To analyze factors that influence satisfaction, this study sets the factors into three dimensions such as service quality, perceived risk, and individual characteristics and analyze the causal relationship between influence factors and satisfaction through Structural Equation Model. Results: The results of this study are as follows; among service quality, user interface and reliability influenced satisfaction, but adaptability did not have any influence. Perceived risk of illegal access had a negative influence on satisfaction, while perceived risk of privacy leakage did not have significant influence on satisfaction in perceived risk. At last, self-efficacy had a significant influence on satisfaction. Conclusion: We identified the influence factors that influence satisfaction. Our findings will be necessary for Mobile Cloud Storage service providers to strengthen their service.

혁신기술수용모델(TAM)을 응용한 인터넷쇼핑행동 고찰 (An Investigation on Consumer's Internet Shopping Behavior Explained By the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • This study investigates internet shopping behavior of consumers. The rapid growth of the internet shopping markets is solely dependent on the voluntary adoption of internet shopping medium by the personal users. But the studies on this topic are very limited. Based on these facts, this study, recognizing the internet shopping medium as an innovation, studies how consumers understand and use innovative internet shopping medium by applying and extending the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis et. al.(1989). The results of the survey on 947 consumer panel reveal that compatibility, system quality have positive impact on the formation of perceived ease of use. And it is also shown that the perceived ease of use, system quality, and compatibility have positive influence on perceived usefulness, but computer-efficacy has no effect on perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that perceived usefulness and compatibility have positive effect on attitude toward internet shopping behavior, but perceived ease of use has no effect. In addition, perceived security and social norm, as opposed to the hypotheses, are shown to have no effect on internet shopping behavior. Lastly, applications and related limitations are discussed.

대중 집단지성의 사용자 수용 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Acceptance Model of Mass Collective Intelligence)

  • As web technologies evolve and so-called Web 2.0 technologies appear, collective intelligence is being applied in widespread areas. In general, mass collective intelligence like Wikipedia is created, revised, and managed by anonymous participants in an uncontrolled system. Thus, the knowledge provided by mass collective intelligence may be distorted, and may not be true, which may affect the user acceptance behavior. However, there have been few academic studies that analyzed the factors that affect user acceptance of mass collective intelligence, and their relationships. Under this academic background, we develop a model to examine how mass collective intelligence is accepted by users. The theoretical model is validated through an online survey of the Wikipedia users from three universities in Korea. The results reveal that the users will have positive attitude towards adopting mass collective knowledge when they perceive that the knowledge from mass collective intelligence is useful. We also find that the perceived usefulness of the knowledge is affected by perceived knowledge quality and trust in knowledge contributors. The results also suggest that perceived knowledge quality is determined by perceived level of collaboration, perceived objectivity, and recipient expertise, whereas trust in knowledge contributors is determined by natural propensity to trust and perceived objectivity. Theoretical and practical implications about mass collective knowledge are discussed.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

온라인 제품정보와 시각적 심상 : 감정과 제품품질지각에 미치는 영향 (Online Product Information and Visual Imagery: Effects on Mood and Perceived Product Quality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 쇼핑 환경에서 제품정보에서 유발된 시각적 심상이 소비자의 반응에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구는 이중부호화이론을 이론적 기반으로 하고 있으며, 2 (세밀한 vs. 비세밀한 시각적 정보) ${\times}$ 2 (세밀한 vs. 추상적 언어적 정보) 집단 간 실험설계를 통해 연구가설을 조사하였다. 여대생 439명이 실험에 참여하였고, 최종적으로 433명의 응답이 연구결과 분석에 이용되었다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, (1)시각적 정보와 언어적 정보가 시각적 심상에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, (2)시각적 심상과 감정 간에 정(+)의 관계를,(3)시각적 심상과 제품품질지각 간에 정(+)의 관계를, (4)감정과 제품품질지각 간에 정(+)의 관계를, (5)최종적으로 제품품질지각과 구매의도 간에 정의(+)관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 이용자의 모바일 E-book 애플리케이션 사용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기초하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 독립변수로는 접근성, 편리성, 품질 및 혁신성을 선정하였고 잠재변수(매개변수)는 인지된 용이성과 유용성을 선정하였으며 종속변수는 사용의도를 설정했다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 인천소재 고등학교 학생 170명을 대상으로 모바일 E-book 애플리케이션 사용의도에 대한 조사를 실시하였으며 자료 분석방법으로는 구조방정식을 적용하였다. 그 결과 모바일 E-book 애플리케이션의 시스템적 특성요인인 접근성과 편리성은 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 용이성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보품질과 사용자 특성요인인 혁신성은 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 용이성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며 이는 모바일 E-book 애플리케이션 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

이용자와 상호대차담당자가 인식하는 외국학술지지원센터(FRIC)의 서비스품질과 고객만족도 분석 (An Analysis of the Service Quality and Satisfaction Perceived by Users and Librarians on the Foreign Research Information Center)

  • 이 연구는 외국학술지지원센터의 이용자와 상호대차담당자들을 대상으로 외국학술지지원센터에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 품질과 고객만족도에 대한 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 외국학술지지원센터의 자체이용자, 최종이용자, 상호대차담당자의 서비스품질 지각과 고객만족도는 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자체 이용자와 최종이용자간에 만족도와 충성도, 서비스품질에 대한 지각에서 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 자체 이용자가 최종이용자보다 만족도 관련 6개 항목, 충성도 관련 1개 항목, 서비스품질관련 7개 항목에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자체이용자와 최종이용자에 대한 구조방정식 모형을 설정하고 검증한 결과, 두 모형 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 자체이용자와 최종이용자 양 집단에서 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 원문복사의 신청 성공률과 제공 자료의 전반적인 상태를 포함한 자료자체인 것으로 나타났다.

수산물 전문 쇼핑몰 핵심성공요인 : 생산이력추적정보와 지각된 품질의 연계 (Key Success Factors of the Internet Shopping Mall of Marine Products : Linkages Between Traceability Information and Perceived Quality)

  • This study developed the traceability information for tracing fishery products from the production step to the consumption step in the distribution channel of fishery products. Based on it, we further presented the theoretical linkage between traceability information and perceived qualities of internet shopping malls, and then investigated how traceability information affected trust and perceived usefulness in the internet shopping mall to find the key success factors of internet shopping malls of fishery products. We collected 194 responses from internet consumers who had prior experience on purchasing fishery products. This survey data was used to empirically test the ten research model hypotheses by using PLS. The PLS results indicated that traceability information had significant impact on trust and perceived usefulness. Finally, trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to be related to online consumers' intention to purchase fishery products.

  • In modern society, the online to offline (O2O) market has become an emerging market. Based on social and cultural phenomena, the importance of "FOODTECH" linked with mobile applications is growing in the food and restaurant industry. This study examined subjective food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions. According to this study, of foodtech service quality attributes, only information, mobility, and reliability had positive (+) relationships with perceived value. However, foodtech service quality attributes did not have a direct impact on behavior intentions. Perceived values had a positive (+) relationship with behavior intentions and showed full mediation effects between foodtech service quality attributes and behavior intentions. Based on these results, future research on the relationship among food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions is needed.

  • The object rye of this study is to analyze the relationship of the main variables - perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) - wi th self-efficacy and IT service quality. In result, we show that IT service quality effects on PEOU and PU, and computer self-efficacy effects on PEOU.
