  • Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

모바일 콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 인지된 사용자 가치 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Users' Perceived Value on Mobile Contents Service)

  • Recently, mobile internet technologies are enabling the possibility of radically new computing services which can share information and communicate with others on the move. In this situation, prior studies have attempted to identify of what factors make people use mobile internet. However, prior researches focused on investigating the factors affecting users' adoption to Mobile Internet. In order to offer beneficial materials to mobile internet companies, we investigated important factors to increase mobile users' value from the viewpoints of customer. In particular, this study was progressed how characteristics of mobile contents affect users' intrinsic attributes and how perceived users' network effects affect users' value in the mobile computing environments. To empirically test proposed hypotheses, we have analyzed 285 survey data gathering from mobile internet users and verified hypotheses by using SEM (structural equation modeling). Based on the results of this study, we found that content accessibility and content quality have significant impacts on users' intrinsic attributes such as perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, this study also revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment were positively related to users' emotional value. Moreover, this study found that perceived users' network effects could affect users' monetary value by mediating expected benefits. Based on our findings, we can understand that this perspective can provide a deeper understanding of the mobile users' value adoption by bridging the gap between mobile internet studies and actual practice.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 회원가입자의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting on Internet Shopping Mall Members` Relationship Quality)

  • This paper examines internet shopping mall members' relationship quality and its antecedents variables. For this purpose, five types of membership customers' perceived variables, including convenience, product assortment, product information, shopping mall design, and service quality are proposed to affect customer satisfaction and consequently relationship quality. This study, which used data from customers of membership internet shopping malls, showed satisfactory data-fit to the proposed model and except product information hypothesis, supported all of research hypotheses. Also four types of membership customers' perceived variables(convenience, product assortment, shopping mall design, and service quality) take significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the satisfaction in turn have influence on relationship quality.

청소년이 지각한 가족기능, 사회적 지지 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (A study of Family Function and Social Support toward Perceived Quality of Life in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore family function, social support, perceived quality of life(QOL) in adolescent period and to find out the correlations between family function, social support, perceived QOL in adolescents. Method: The questionnaire to get some information for this study consisted of adolescents'general characteristics, 20 questions regarding family function, 11 questions regarding social support, 8 questions regarding perceived QOL in adolescents. The subjects of this study consisted of 128 adolescents who were living in S area. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation using the WINSPSS program. Result: The mean score for family function was 3.07(max. : 5) and there was significant difference according to middle-high school student. The mean score for social support was 2.86(max : 5) and there was no significant difference. The mean score for perceived QOL was 4.02(max score: 7) and there was significant difference according to disease condition. There was a positive correlation between family function, social support, perceived QOL in adolescents. Conclusion: Consequently, the development of program, policy assistance and policy implementation to elevate juveniles' perceived quality of life is strongly required.

사이버 쇼핑 환경에서 소비자의 쇼핑몰 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Investigation into the Factors Influencing Shopping Mall Selection Decisions in the Cyber Shopping Environment)

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

Customer Acceptance of Self-service Technologies in Retail: A Case of Convenience Stores in China

  • This paper investigates how firms increase customer acceptance of self-service technologies in retail, and the impact of self-efficacy on customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. We conducted our empirical research by administering 308 questionnaires to customers of self-service convenience stores in China. We employed a structural equation model to analyze the relationship between service quality, revisit intention, and word of mouth. The results indicate that perceived service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, with the service quality of self-service retail and experience value being important factors in consumer acceptance of self-service retail stores. Additionally, we investigated the relationship between customer experience value, satisfaction, and loyalty, and found that self-service retail stores exert a significant impact on perceived self-efficacy. Informed by the research on customer acceptance of self-service technologies in retail, promoting further development of self-service retail technologies can effectively aid companies in generating profit while offering more convenience to customers.

공공데이터 품질 요인이 공공데이터 개방정책의 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Data Quality Factors Affecting the Confidence of the Public Data Open Policy)

  • This article aims to identify the quality factors of public data which have increased as a public issue; analyze the impact of users satisfaction in the perspective of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and investigate the effect of service satisfaction on the government's open policy of public data. This study is consistent with Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) of MIT, it focuses on three main qualities except Contextual Data Quality (CDQ) and includes seven independent variables : accuracy, reliability, fairness for Intrinsic Data Quality (IDQ), accessibility, security for Accessibility Data Quality (ADQ), Consistent representation and understandability for Representational Data Quality (RDQ). Basing on TAM, the research model was conducted to examine which factors affect to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service satisfaction and how service satisfaction affects to the government's open policy of public data. The results showed that accuracy, fairness, understandability affect both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; while reliability, consistent representation, security, and accessibility affect only perceived ease of use. This article found that the influence of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness and the influence of these two causes on service satisfaction in the perspective of TAM were significant and it was consistent with prior studies. The service satisfaction when using public data leads to the reliability of public data open policy. As an initial study on unstructured public data open policy, this article offered quality factors that pubic data providers should consider and also present the operation plan of public data open policy in the future.

모바일 인스턴트 메신저 및 플랫폼 신뢰도가 모바일 콘텐츠 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 카카오플랫폼과 카카오톡 이모티콘을 중심으로 (The Impact of Trust in Mobile Instant Messenger and Platform on Mobile Contents Purchase Intention: Focusing on Kakao Platform and KakaoTalk Emoticon)

  • Purpose Mobile phones increase the frequency and speed of communication. The most popular mobile application in Korea is KakaoTalk, one of the mobile instant messenger(MIM) services. Although studying mobile services such as SMS, SNS and SNG suggests drawing upon theories in marketing, consumer behavior, psychology to investigate their personal use, research on MIM is scarce. We designed this paper to fill this gap. More specifically, this study is focused on the relationships among consumers psychological variables related to purchase intention to emoticons in context of MIM. Design/methodology/approach Data was obtained from 310 KakaoTalk users in Korea via questionnaire. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling in order to verify the relationship between variables in the model. Specifically, this study is designed to examine the structural relationships among perceived benefits, perceived risks, trust in messenger service, system quality, trust in platform, and emoticons purchase intention. Findings The findings of this study are as follow. First, perceived benefits and perceived risks had a significant impact on trust in MIM service(e.g. KakaoTalk). Specifically, while perceived benefits had a positive effect on trust in MIM service, perceived risks had a negative effect on trust in MIM service. Second, trust in messenger service also had a positive impact on system quality. Third, trust in messenger service and system quality had a positive effect on trust in platform(e.g. Kakao platform) directly. Lastly, trust in platform had a positive influence on emoticons purchase intention in KakaoTalk messenger.

생산정보시스템에 대한 품질인식이 사용자 성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Quality toward User Performance and Corporate Performance in Production Information Systems)

  • 본 연구는 생산정보시스템에 대한 품질인식이 사용자 성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악해 보는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위하여 관련 선행연구에 관한 고찰결과를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. 생산정보시스템을 도입 활용 중인 132개 기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 이용하여 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생산정보시스템의 생산정보품질과 지원서비스품질은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산정보시스템의 품질요인, 즉 생산정보품질, 시스템품질, 지원서비스품질은 모두 시스템 활용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 생산정보시스템에 대한 사용자의 만족도, 시스템 활용도, 성과개선 간에는 모두 긍정적인 관계성이 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

베이커리 제품의 영양학적 정보가 지각된 위험과 소비자 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perceived Risk and Consumers' Evaluation Based on the Nutritional Information of Bakery Products)

  • Consumers purchase bakery products and evaluate them with various wants and needs when they need them. It shows that there are changes and improvements in quality factors like nutritional consideration rather than simply eating for survival. The purpose of this study was to research how well the consumers perceive necessary nutritional information, how nutritional information on bakery products affects the consumers' perceived risk and evaluation, and how consumers' perceived risk on bakery products affects their evaluation on them. The research was done through surveys for the people in the Busan Metropolitan area. 200 out of 250 answers were used in analyzing frequency, factor, and simple regression through SPSS Win 10. The findings were as follows; first, the more nutritional information consumers have, the less perceived risk they feel, i.e., positive nutritional information affects reducing the consumers' perceived risk. Second, as perceived risk gets reduced, consumers' evaluation on bakery products has meaningful influence on their perceived risk level. Third, these consumers' perceived risk affects their evaluation on bakery products meaningfully. The results of this study can be the meaningful base of information sources in establishing marketing strategies in bakery industry.
