Treating the osteosarcoma (OSA) remains a challenge. Current strategies focus on the primary tumor and have limited efficacy for metastatic OSA. A better understanding of the OSA pathogenesis may provide a rational basis for innovative treatment strategies especially for metastases. The aim of this review is to give an overview of the molecular mechanisms of OSA tumorigenesis, OSA cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and chemotherapy resistance, and how improved understanding might contribute to designing a better treatment target for OSA.

Fever in cancer patients is often due to the following causes: evil qi and toxity stagnancy, disorders of qi and blood, deficiencies of zang and fu organs, and the disorder of yin and yang. The treatments given to cancer patients with a fever are according to five: (a) Excessive inner heat and toxicants: remove heat and the toxicant, induce purgation. We use Cheng-Qi-Tang plus Qing-Wen-Bai-Du-Yin. (b) Tangle of damp and heat, and qi stagnancy: remove damp and heat, smooth the qi channel. We use Gan-Lu-Xiao-Du-Dan or San-Ren-Tang. (c) Obvious blood and heat stagnancy: remove heat and blood stasis. We use Xue-Fu- Zhu-Yu-Tang. (d) Deficiency of spleen qi, inner heat caused by a yin deficiency: nourish spleen qi and yin to remove the inner heat. We use Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang or Xiao-Jian-Zhong-Tang. (e) Prominent yin deficiency and hectic fever: replenish yin and remove inner heat. We use Qing-Hao-Bie-Jia-Tang or Chai- Qian-Mei-Lian-San. The pathogenesis of fever in cancer patients is complicated. We can see both deficiency and excess in one differentiation. Therefore, we must make sure of it, then we can get the most effective treatment.

We solve the Klein-Gordon equation with the modified Rosen-Morse potential energy model. The bound state energy equation has been obtained by using the supersymmetric shape invariance approach. The relativistic vibrational transition frequencies for the $6^1{\Pi}_u$ state of the $^7Li_2$ molecule have been computed by using the modified Rosen-Morse potential model. The calculated relativistic vibrational transition frequencies are in good agreement with the experimental RKR values.

A modified version of Zhang's reversible data hiding method in encrypted images is proposed in this letter. To make full use of spatial correlation in natural images, the former idea of block division is thoroughly abandoned, whereas the random diffusion strategy is used. Additionally, the fluctuation measurement of pixels containing embedded data is improved by accurate prediction. The experiment results reveal that our proposed method is superior to both Zhang's method and the later improved version proposed by Hong and others.

For an n ${\times}$ n real matrix X, let ${\Phi}$(X) = X o (X$\^$-1/)$\^$T/, where o stands for the Hadamard (entrywise) product. Suppose A, B, G and D are n ${\times}$ n real nonsingular matrices, and among them there are at least one solutions to the equation (equation omitted). An equivalent condition which enable (equation omitted) become a real solution ot the equation (equation omitted), is given. As application, we get new real solutions to the matrix equation (equation omitted) by applying the results of Zhang. Yang and Cao [SIAM.J.Matrix Anal.Appl, 21(1999), pp: 642-645] and Chen [SIAM.J.Matrix Anal.Appl, 22(2001), pp:965-970]. At the same time, all solutions of the matrix equation (equation omitted) are also given.

Based on the current solutions to the problem of energy hole, this paper proposed a nonuniform node distribution clustering algorithm, NNDC. Firstly, we divide the network into rings, and then have an analysis and calculation on nodes' energy consumption in each ring of the network when clustering algorithm is applied to collect data. We also put forward a scheme of nonuniform node distribution on the basis of the proportion of nodes' energy consumption in each ring, and change nodes' active/hibernating states under density control mechanism when network coverage is guaranteed. Simulation shows NNDC algorithm can satisfyingly balance nodes' energy consumption and effectively avoid the problem of energy hole.

In recent years, with continuous research efforts targeted at studying the effects of pre- and after-treatment of inhaled anesthetics, significant progress has been made regarding the common clinical use of low concentrations of inhaled sevoflurane and its effect on induced central ischemia tolerance by pre- and post-treatment. In this study, we collected, analyzed, classified, and summarized recent literature regarding the effect of sevoflurane on central ischemia tolerance and its related mechanisms. In addition, we provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of sevoflurane to protect the central nervous system and other important organs against ischemic injury.

Three-level neutral point clamping (NPC) converter has been widely applied in high power drive system. And in this paper, a novel method is proposed to realize this algorithm based on FPGA, And the system is consist of two parts, the DSP part and FPGA part, the DSP part includes the control algorithms and the FPGA part works to generate and putout 12 PWM pulses. And the system is tested and verified using both simulation and experimentation.

In this paper, with a graphical approach, a series of stability charts for homogeneous slopes with benches are presented based on the upper bound limit analysis theory and strength reduction technique. The objective function of the slope safety factor $F_s$ is optimized by the nonlinear sequential quadratic programming, and a substantial number of examples are illustrated to use the stability charts for homogeneous slopes with benches driven by only the action of the soil weight. These charts can be applied to quick and accurate estimations of the stability status of homogeneous slopes with benches. Moreover, the failure modes and the formula for safety factor Fs of homogeneous slopes with benches are provided to illustrate the stability analysis of slopes with benches, which is validated by samples.
