Exploring Interpersonal Trust Online

  • This study views the people's propensity to rely on others' evaluations as the interpersonal trust online despite a lack of personal interactions. Therefore, this study explores the underlying dimensions of interpersonal trust and examines how interpersonal trust influences trust in the e-tailer and behavioral intent. Data of 395 adults who had purchased apparel goods online were collected nationwide using an online questionnaire. Exploratory and confirmative factor analysis identified five underlying constructs of interpersonal trust online such as peer identification, ability, integrity, shared lifegoals, and benevolence. A structural equation modeling test was conducted to examine the relationships between interpersonal trust, trust in the e-tailer, and behavioral intent. Interpersonal trust influenced on trust in the e-tailer, specifically on trust in the e-tailer's competence which subsequently increased a customer's behavioral intent such as attitude toward the e-tailer and shopping intention. Although no direct effect of interpersonal trust on the behavioral intent was found, interestingly, the effects of the interpersonal trust on the e-tailer trust which derived the behavioral intent to purchase. This result suggests that marketers devise a more effective system and environment that can encourage the interpersonal trust between customers to build a strong trust in e-tailers. It also provides a theoretical framework of online trust in the way of classifying interpersonal trust and trust in e-tailers.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the requirement for child life support specialist and fetal education for children with cancer. This research presented was composed with three chapters : First chapter, I presented the purpose, scope and definitions of this research. Second chapter, I defined about hospice care service for children with cancer and kind of pediatric cancer. And general characteristics of children with cancer, a understanding character of death and dietary therapy. Lastly, I defined and investigated about spiritual care. Third chapter, I concluded with some of findings and final suggestions based on the results. According to the developmental stages children with cancer are disability of communication competence and more dependence on their parents, therefore parents' decision making were more difficulty. And parents with a child who suffers from a cancer needs a counseling in order to discover the meaning of life. Parents' psychological experience about the caring for their child suffering from pediatric cancer was equal to broken hearts due to shadow of the child's death from time to time. In other words a parents with a child who suffers from a cancer needs comprehensive services such as hospice, consultor as well as wide experienced pediatrician and nurse. Child life support specialist can help them recover and improve their o주 potential strength in behalf of overcoming their difficulties. And pastoral counseling can help them reduce the fear and anxiety about unknown world and death. The systematically developed a school-based counseling program would help children adjust to the difficulties after a perfect cure because of children adjusted to school well when they have good peer relationships.

Effect of Exam Anxiety, Academic Stress and Alcohol Dependence on Academic Achievement of Nursing Students

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is that the college age is an important transition period from youth to adulthood. Nursing students are unfamiliar with their field of study and need to adapt to a large amount of academic and practical training, so that they can have a better college life. An attempt was made to determine the effect of exam anxiety, academic stress, and alcohol dependence on the academic achievement of nursing students. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of the study were 130 students from all grades who agreed to participate in the study after expressing convenience among students attending the Department of Nursing at a university in Gyeongnam. The data collection period was from August 15 to September 15, 2023. It was about a month. The data investigation was conducted through a self-report survey. Results: Results showed that significant variables included exam anxiety, academic stress, alcohol dependency, parent relationships, peer relationships, and major satisfaction, explaining a total variance of 31.9%. Among these, the most influential factor was academic stress (β=-.352). Conclusions: This study identify factors influencing the academic achievement of nursing college students and hopes to contribute to formulating strategies for their growth and competence development.

학습흥미 유발을 위한 초등학교 국어 교과서 디자인 연구 (A Study on the Design of Korean Textbooks in Elementary Schools for Learning Interest)

  • 미래사회가 요구하는 핵심 역량을 갖춘 창의융합형 인재를 양성하기 위한 교과서의 근간을 이루는 것은 초등학교 1~2학년 군 국어과 교과서이다. 이에 교과서를 기본으로 한 학습효과 증대를 위하여 학습 흥미가 발생하는 기제를 기초로 흥미 유발 인자를 도출하여 전문가 집단의 심층 인터뷰 및 토의를 통해 교과서 디자인을 요소별로 분석한 결과, 시각적 학습흥미 유발요소로 작용하는 만화적 캐릭터와 색의 조합, 밝고 부드러운 색채를 사용한 그래픽 요소, 학습 내용과 관련된 또래 집단의 삽화, 산세리프체의 탄력적인 사용 등이 적용되어 있었다. 그리고 사진과 일러스트레이션의 적절한 혼용 부족, 학습도우미 캐릭터의 추가 개발, 여유 있는 여백을 활용할 수 있는 단 구성, 그래픽 이미지 설계 그리고 색과 시각이미지를 활용하는 조형적인 레이아웃의 연출 부족 등을 개선점으로 제언하였다.

자기결정성과 자기주도학습에 의한 기업 이러닝이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Learning Satisfaction in Corporate E-learning based on Self-Directed Learning and Self-Determination)

  • Companies want organizational members who take e-learning courses to enjoy the advantages of transcending time and space that e-learning has, but also want what they have learned to help the organization, the work they perform, or their future careers. In addition, while enjoying the effect of reducing education costs compared to offline education through e-learning, it is expected that executives and employees will apply the knowledge and skills learned to the field and perform tasks to achieve results. As COVID-19 continues, many education programs that have been conducted offline at corporate sites have been converted to e-learning, with a larger number of e-learning operations than in the past. This study was conducted based on the perception that learners' learning satisfaction is important for the successful operation of e-learning education, and that learners' own self-directed learning ability and self-determination are important as well as corporate efforts. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1-1, 1-2, 1-3-1, and 1-3-2 that the better the self-determination (autonomy, competence, full-time support, and peer support) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will be. Both Hypothesis 2-1 and Hypothesis 2-2 were adopted that the better self-directed learning (subjectivity, execution ability) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will increase. In conclusion, it is necessary to properly introduce the concepts of self-determination and self-directed learning in corporate education while operating with the corporate education system.

전통춤프로그램이 가정위탁아동의 대인관계향상에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Traditional Dance Program on the Improvement of Interpersonal Relationships of Foster Care Children)

  • 가정위탁제도는 일반적으로 친부모로부터 적절한 보호와 보살핌을 받을 수 없는 아동이 위탁가정에서 친부모를 대신하여 규정된 시간 안에 계획 하에 구성된 필요한 보호를 받으면서 가정의 기능을 보완하는 사회복지서비스이다. 위탁보호아동들이 겪게 되는 정서적 어려움 중 큰 부분은 대인관계 부적응이다. 긍정적이지 못한 대인관계로 인해 낮은 자아존중감이 나타나며, 사회적 관계형성에 어려움을 겪게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 대전광역시에 거주하는 위탁아동들을 대상으로 전통춤 프로그램을 통해 가정위탁아동의 대인관계를 향상 시키며 이를 통한 대인관계 효과를 검증하여 전통춤프로그램이 대인관계프로그램으로 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 전통춤프로그램을 통해 참여 아동들의 대인관계에 대한 사전 점수와 사후 점수를 비교해 본 결과, 프로그램 후 대인관계 점수가 상승하였다. 아동간의 친밀감 형성 및 의사소통 등이 향상됨을 볼 수 있었다. 참가자들은 초기에는 프로그램에 적극성이 떨어졌으나 프로그램 중반으로 갈수록 흥미를 느끼고 적극적인 모습이 자주 관찰 되었다. 대부분의 참여자들이 프로그램 중반부로 갈수록 친밀감이 형성되면서 의사소통 횟수가 증가 하였으며, 또래 관계에 있어서 자신감이 향상 되는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구는 전통춤을 활용한 대인관계 향상에 대한 기초연구로 추후연구에서는 다양한 내용으로 구성된 전통춤프로그램을 장기간에 걸쳐 적용함으로서 가정위탁아동의 정서적, 사회적, 문화적 등 다양한 영역에서의 대인관계능력이 향상 될 수 있는 기회가 되도록 해야 할 것이다.

고등학교 남녀 학생의 수학 능력에 대한 담론 연구 (A Study on the Discourses Related to Mathematical Aptitude in High School Students)

  • This study aims to study the discourses influencing high school students' concept and attitude toward mathematics, and to examine how gender differences concerning mathematical aptitude are created. This study is based on the results of previous two studies which suggested that mathematical competence differs not only according to gender, region and school year, but also even within the same gender. For this study, 12 students ranking in the top 10% at two co-ed high schools were interviewed to find out 1) what discourses are related to gender and mathematics, 2) in what way these discourses are formulated and gain currency, and 3) how they have affected students in general. Common notions concerning mathematics may be summed up as follows: 1) Most of the students believe that gender difference in mathematical aptitude results because biologically men tend to be strong in mathematics and analytical skills while women tend to have better linguistic ability. This concept can help male students' studying to have a greater learning toward mathematics. 2) A large number of the students believe that male students' studying method is based on comprehension whereas female students' method is based on retention, and hence the former group tends to be better at applying their learning than the latter group. This notion seres to encourage male students and discourage female students from tackling difficult mathematical problems. 3) Many students believe that, although female students may surpass their male counterparts in middle school or the first year of high school, they will eventually fall behind by the 3rd year. Despite research which shows that these common beliefs are not grounded in scientific proof, high-school girls, who may be strong in mathematics, lose self-confidence and feel a sense of crisis. The mechanisms which produce and reinforce such concepts as those mentioned above can be summarized as follows: 1) Regarding the choice of majors and future career paths, parents show different attitudes toward sons and daughters, and this tends to influence high-school girls and hinders them from entering mathematics-related fields. 2) Teachers with value systems based on stereo-typed gender roles affect students a great deal, and give different advice according to gender of their students, for selecting their major fields - for instance, whether to study the natural sciences as opposed to humanities. 3) This study indicates that peer-group behavior, of either support or exclusion, also reinforces the process of internalizing notions of gender difference related to mathematical aptitude. 4) The gender-based notion that men are naturally more inclined to have better mathematical ability has caused male students to choose the natural science subjects and female students to turn to the humanities. The discourses discussed above, propagated in schools and homes, and in the mass media, are continually reinforced along with general gender inequalities in the society at large.

국내 프랜차이즈 사업에서의 인적자원개발에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰 (Systematic Literature Review for HRD in Korea Franchise Business)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify and analyze existing studies from various angles through systematic literature review of how human resources development has been researched in the domestic franchise business. These studies are intended to suggest the direction in which human resource development research should be conducted in the future in the franchise business. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on systematic literature review methodology. It has gone through the process of subject language setting, literature search routing, search term selection, literature selection, literature classification and literature analysis. The systematic literature review identified 59 peer-reviewed dissertations and scientific journal publications on the subject of HRD in Korea franchise business. Result - This study analyzed by research methods, research industries, research population and dependent variable using the systematic review process. The literature studied in the 2000s mainly led to research on education and training of franchise employees in beauty franchise business. In the literature studied since 2010, human resources development was mainly studied in the supervisor in the restaurant franchise business, and in the study of competence rather than education and training. According to the research methods, statistical methods were mostly relatively simple, such as t-test or one-way distribution analysis until the 2000s, and after 2010, in-depth and structural studies using multiple return analysis, structural method analysis, path analysis, multi-dimensional scale analysis, AHP, etc were conducted. When classified by study dependant, early research until the 2000s focused on the study of education and training, which is an independent variable, on the satisfaction of education programs, job satisfaction, and immersion. On the other hand, studies conducted since 2010 have produced more complex results using various medium variants, and those related to management performance and relationship performance have been mainly studied, rather than the satisfaction of the education itself. Conclusions - While the domestic franchise business is expanding in terms of quantity, such as the number of franchises and franchises, the development in terms of quality for the joint growth of franchises and franchisees is still lacking. In order for the franchisee to continue to grow with each other, the franchisee must identify and develop their current performance or expected capabilities through capacity modeling at various targets and levels.

다문화가정자녀에 대한 일반아동의 사회적 거리감에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study of factors influencing on Children's Social Distance towards Children from Multicultural families)

  • 사회적 거리감(social distance)은 사회집단에 대한 태도를 측정할 수 있는 개념으로서 취약층의 사회행동 연구에 유용하다. 일반 아동들이 보이는 사회적 거리감이 두드러질수록 다문화가정자녀들의 자신감과 사회적 유능성이 저해될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 다문화가정자녀에 대한 일반아동들의 사회적 거리감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다문화접촉경험, 긍정적 정서와 인지로 본 고정관념, 단일민족의 식을 중심으로 고찰하여 일반아동의 사회적 거리감에 관한 경험적 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 주요결과는 첫째, 다문화접촉경험 중 높은 친밀도, 외국인 이웃의 인종(특히 백인과 흑인), 미디어와 다문화 교육을 받은 경우가 높은 수준의 사회적 거리감과 관련되었다. 둘째, 다문화가정자녀에 대해 긍정적으로 느끼고 인식할수록 사회적 거리감은 낮아졌다. 셋째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 다문화가정자녀에 대한 긍정적 정서, 긍정적 인지가 사회적 거리감을 유의하게 낮추는 효과가 나타났고. 친밀도와 다문화 교육은 사회적 거리감을 오히려 높이는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 다문화가정자녀를 대하는 일반아동의 행동에 관한 사회복지실천을 위한 함의를 제시하였다.

산업 성장잠재력 제고를 위한 신도제제도의 개념 요소에 대한 연구 (A Study on Constituents of the New Apprenticeship Concept for the Promotion of Industrial Growth Potential)

  • 이 연구는 산업 현장에의 보다 발전된 성장 잠재력을 제고하기 위하여 문헌분석과 직업교육 전문가들을 통해 델파이 조사를 하고 신 도제제도의 구성 영역과 요소들을 찾고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 연구와 조사 연구가 이루어졌는데, 조사 연구의 경우 총 3차례의 델파이 조사를 통한 전문가 의견 수렴 과정을 거쳐 이루어 졌다. 제 1차 델파이 조사에서는 개방형 질문을 통해 8개의 구성 영역과 64개의 하위 요소들을 도출하였다. 그 후 추가적인 2차례(2, 3차)의 델파이 조사에서는 델파이 패널의 수정 의견, 제 2차 조사 결과의 내용 타당도 분석 결과, 그리고 전문가 자문 위원회의 검토 결과를 종합하여 문항을 추가, 삭제, 통합, 재진술, 이동 등으로 수정 보완하였다. 이를 통해 최종적인 신 도제제도의 구성 영역과 요소들(총 6개 구성 영역, 41개 하위 요소)을 추출하였으며, 각 영역과 요소들의 내용 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 그리고 연구를 통해 추출한 신 도제제도의 각 영역과 요소들에 대한 중요도 순위를 확인하였다. 위와 같은 연구방법과 절차에 따른 연구의 구체적 결과는 다음과 같다. 도출된 6개의 구성 영역 중 A. 기술 기능적 영역에서는 기술 기능의 현장 적용 능력, 새로운 기술 기능 습득, 품질 확보 능력, 연구 개발 능력, 자원 관리 활용 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 핵심 기술 기능 이해 능력, 아이디어의 형상화 표현력, 창의적 디자인 능력, 총 9개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다. B. 제도적 영역에서는 탄력적 인적 물적 지원, 명확한 업무분장, 객관적인 성과평가, 사제간 책임과 의무의 제도화, 직무발명 보상의 제도화, 총 5개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다. C. 정의적 영역에서는 사제와 동료 간의 예절 및 협동심, 직업에 대한 가치관, 기술에 대한 기본자세, 직업윤리 의식, 다른 조직에 대한 존중, 조직변화에 적극적 대응, 기술 계승자로서의 태도, 봉사 정신, 총 8개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다. D. 자기 계발 영역에서는 자기 평가 및 성찰, 조직 이해력 함양, 진로 설계와 개발 능력, 건전한 인생관, 의사소통 능력, 의사결정 능력, 개인역량 증진 제도 마련, 자기 통제력 향상, 돌발 상황에 대처, 총 9개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다. E. 지식적 영역에서는 해당분야의 기초 지식, 신기술, 선행기술에 대한 지식, 지식의 융합 및 이전, 실천적 지식, 총 4개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다. F. 환경적 영역에서는 기업 환경에 대한 인식, 교육 및 실천 환경의 이해, 도제의 기업 수요 이해, 지역사회와의 연계성, 노동시장 변화에 적응력, 사회 환경 변화에 대한 인식과 같이 총 6개의 하위 요소를 도출하였다.
