크롬박막의 레이저 어블레이션에서 열적.기계적 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermomechanical Analysis of Laser Ablation on Cr thin film)

  • Single-shot laser damage of thin Cr films on glass substrates has been studied to understand the cracking and peeling-off mechanism. A numerical model is developed for the calculation of transient heat transfer and thermal stresses in Cr films during excimer laser irradiation and cooling, the transient temperature, and the stress-strain fields are analyzed by using a three-dimensional finite-element model of heat flow. According to the numerical analysis for the experimentally determined cracking and peeling-off conditions, cracking is found to be the result of the tensile brittle fracture due to the excessive thermal stresses formed during the cooling process, while peeling-off is found to be the combined result of films bulging from the softened glass surface at higher temperature and the tensile brittle fracture during the cooling process.

토너 박막의 신뢰성 평가를 위한 Peel-off Test의 주요인자 (Key Parameter of Peel-off Test for Reliability Assessment of Toner Film)

  • 레이저 프린터에 의해 만들어진 인쇄물 및 활자는 토너 박막과 종이 사이의 계면력에 따라 그 품질과 신뢰성이 크게 좌우된다. 현재 토너 박막의 계면력을 측정하기 위한 방법은 peel-off test로써 이는 토너 박막의 표면 특성, 테이프의 점착특성, 그리고 실험을 수행하는 작업자의 성향과 같은 여러 복합인자들에 따라 측정되는 계면력 특성이 변한다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 peel-off test에서 측정된 계면력에 영향을 미치는 주요인자에 따른 토너 박막의 계면력과 박리 정도의 기여도를 다구찌 실험계획법을 사용하여 알아보았다. 그 결과, 토너 박막의 계면력은 주요인자들의 수준이 커질수록 그 영향력이 크게 증가하지만 토너 박막의 박리 정도는 그렇지 않았다. 또한, 본 연구의 주요인자들에 대한 조건에서 가장 큰 기여도를 가지는 인자는 시편의 이송속도로 나타났다.

편향요크코일의 에나멜 탈피 및 통전성형을 위한 탈피통전기의 개발 (Development of the controller for peeling off the enamel and forming of deflection yoke coil)

  • Developed controller is the part of deflection yoke winding machine which controls the power to form the deflection yoke coil into desired shape after winding. So as to form the deflection yoke coil, it is needed to melt the bonding material which is spreaded on the coil. The heat melt the bonding material which is produced by flowing the current through the winded coil. Therefore, at first it is needed to peel off the enamel from the winded coil so as to flow the current, and then supply the power to produce the heat which form the winded coil into desired shape. Naturally developed controller is composed of the peeling part and the conduction and forming part. All of them consist of the inverter structure and control the output current. The peeling is achieved by low voltage and high AC current, the conduction and forming is by DC current. Developed controller also has a function that detect the resistance of the deflection yoke coil to prevent the damage of the load which is produced by poor peeling.

숭례문 복원 단청에 관한 연구 (Study on the restored Sungnyemun Gate Dancheong)

  • 복원된 숭례문 단청에서 박리 박락 등의 손상이 발생함에 따라 원인을 규명하기 위해 사용된 재료를 중심으로 연구하였다. 사용된 안료 12종에 대한 성분분석을 실시한 결과, 호분과 석간주를 제외한 10종은 인공안료로 확인되었다. 교착제의 종류와 비율을 달리하여 시편을 제작하였고, 현장에서 채취한 단청 시편을 대상으로 용해 비교 시험을 실시한 결과, 단청 시편은 변화가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 교착제의 도포 순서를 달리하여 시편을 제작하고 촉진내후성을 평가하였다. 전체적으로 도막 층이 두꺼워지고, 다른 물성의 교착제를 교차하여 사용하였을 때 박리 박락의 발생률이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

텅스텐 실리사이드 박막 들뜸에 관한 연구 (A study of WSi$_2$ film peeling off from Si substrate)

  • High temperature anneal of W-rich silicides, inferior to adherence compared with Si-rich silicides, resulted in the film peeling off from the Si-substrate when WSix thickness reached more than critical thickness. Investigation of the W-rich silicide films peeling off from the substrate revealed that the voids underneath the $WSi_2$ produced through silicide reaction were responsible for the poor adherence of W-rich silicide. In addition, internal stress in the film increased as the silicide thickness increased. In order to promote the adhesion of WSix to Si-substrate, thin Ti-layer was formed between WSi and Si-substrate(WSix/Ti/Si). No voids were observed in $WSi_2$/Ti/Si $N_2$-annealed at $1000^{\circ}C$, thereby leading to an increase of the critical thickness from ~1700$\AA$ to more than 2500$\AA$. However, higher resisiti-vity was obtained in WSix/Ti/Si than in WSix/Si. Finally, different silicide reaction mechanism for the structures(WSix/Si, WSix/Ti/Si) was proposed to explain the formation of voids as well as the role of thin Ti-layer.

산약(山藥)의 품질인증(品質認證) 방안(方案) (Quilitative certificational plan of shanyao)

  • Now many sustitution and false articles is used in korea instead of shanyao. To use shanyao correctly, we will make a quilitative certificational plan of shanyao to investigate all of lieraturea, records and documents. And we could reach conclusions as folloews. 1) Source About a source of shanyao, though korea and china has a each other source, we think there is no problem in use of both. 2) Process In our country producing shanyao as medical use is a 'duanma', we can divide into peeling and non-peeling, drying at bulks and at briquets, steaming shanyao and fresh shanyao. Regardless of existence for peeling and steaming, a distributing shanyao is received a proper judgment. Like this result was expressed by insufficiency of standards about medical components or indicating components. We detected a reminding S02 more than 10 ppm. And this expresses that there ia a problum at a drying method. To suggest proper processing methods, a standard of quility will have to be made which the existence of peeling, difference of quility between 'changma' and 'duanma', drying method and exudation test with cutted thickness are adaptable. Besides, 'maoshanyao' and 'guangshanyao' of china is processed by various methods which decrease a medical effect such as too much soaking shanyao in water, steaming with a sulfur, too much peeling, So we must process shanyao like the next methods. (1) When harvesting, dig deeply not to cut off roots. (2) Not to peel, wash shanyao in a washing machine. (3) Dry to 50-60% degree at sunny place or drying machine. (4) To be easy for drying and exudation, cut off a thick piece with 5 mm (5) Dry perfectly at ding machine. 3) Quality3) Quality (1) Functional standards It is not Proper that 'guangshanyao' is used in china because it has a problem with quility on process of working, If they did not soak shanyao in water or heat with steam, it is the real situation that they cannot cutt off shanyao evenly. In conclusion, shanyao must be heavy, powdery with a perfectly non-peeling surface, section surface is yellow-white color, unequal and has no holes. (2) Physicochemical standards It is the real situation that we can not distinguish into quility of shanyao with established test because various workings which decrease medical effects is used. Therefore we suggest a testing standard of S02 which is used in bleaching. And testing standards relatived with decrease of medical effects must be established at once. It must that Dry on loss is less than 14.0%, content of ash is less than 6.0%. Content of acid-nonsoluble ash is less than 0.5%. Contens of heavy metal has to detect less than 30 ppm and there is no reminding agricultural medince.

탄소 및 아라미드섬유를 이용한 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단보강에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Shear Strengthening of the R/C Deep Beams Using Carbon and Aramid Fibers)

  • An experimental study was carried out to examine the structural behavior of reinforced concrete deep beams strengthened with aramid fiber sheets, carbon fiber sheets and plates, and to propose the reasonable strengthening method for the deteriorated R.C. deep beams. Results show that the most significant differences in behavior of reinforced concrete deep beams strengthened with fiber sheet and plate were mainly due to various fiber orientations and anchorage. Deep beams diagonally strengthened with carbon fibers show better performance compared with those of vertically, horizontally strengthened specimens and produce the increase in the shear resistance through the redistribution of internal forces after the initial cracks occur. However, strengthened deep beams without anchorages might show unreasonable, brittle peeling-off failure of fiber reinforcements.

태양광 모듈 표면 온도 제어에 따른 백시트 박리 거동 (Peeling Behavior of Backsheet according to Surface Temperature of Photovoltaic Module)

  • In this study, we investigate the relationship between the peeling behavior of the backsheet of a photovoltaic(PV) module and its surface temperature in order facilitate removal of the backsheet from the PV module. At low temperatures, the backsheet does not peel off whereas, at high temperatures, part of the backsheet remains on the surface of the PV module after the peeling process. The backsheet material remaining on the surface of the PV module is confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis to be poly-ethylene(PE). Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) is also performed to investigate the interfacial characteristics of the layers of the PV module. In particular, DSC provides the melting temperature($T_m$) of laminated ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) and of the backsheet on the PV module. It is found that the backsheet does not peel off below the $T_m$ of ethylene of EVA, while the PE layer of the backsheet remains on the surface of the PV module above the $T_m$ of the PE. Thus, the backsheet is best removed at a temperature between the $T_m$ of ethylene and that of PE layer.

베어링메탈 제조공정에 따른 결함발생 및 피로균열 전파특성 (Properties of Defect Initiation and Fatigue Crack Growth in Manufacturing Process of Bearing Metal)

  • A study has been made on defects which are formed in manufacturing processes of engine bearing and also on fatigue crack growth behavior in each step of bearing metal manufacturing. After the first step(sinter brass powder on steel plate ; Series A) many voids are made on brass surface and its size is decreased by the second step(rolling process of sintered plate ; Series B). After the third step(re-sintering step of brass powder and rolling ; Series C) the number of voids is decreased and its type shows line. The time of fatigue crack initiation and the growth rate of fatigue crack are in order of Series A, Series B, Series C. These reasons are that void fosters the crack initiation and growth, and residual stress made by rolling process effects on the crack growth rate in Series B, C. In forming and machining processes by use of final bearing metal, crack was observed at internal corner of flange and peeling off was observed at junction between steel and brass. Owing to the above crack and peeling off, it is considered that there is a possibility of fatigue fracture during the application time.
