Pb($Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3}$)$O_{3}$가 ($Pb_{x}Ca_{1-x}$)$ZrO_{3}$의 소결과 마이크로파 유전 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Pb($Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3}$)$O_{3}$ on the sintering and dielectric characteristics of ($Pb_{x}Ca_{1-x}$)$ZrO_{3}$)

  • In this paper, the microwave dielectric properties of the yPb($Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3}$)$O_{3}$ - (1-y)($Pb_{x}Ca_{1-x}$)$ZrO_{3}$ system were investigated. It was found that an addition of Pb($Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3}$)$O_{3}$ promotes the grain growth, the solid solution between the Pb-based perovskite and the Ca-based perovskite and the decreasing of the sintering temperature. Especially, we found that 0.05Pb($Fe_{2/3}W_{1/3}$)$O_{3}$-0.95($Pb_{x}Ca_{1-x}$)$ZrO_{3}$ ceramic has not only lower sintering temperature but also better dielectric properties than those of the (Pb, Ca)$ZrO_{3}$ systems.

  • $0.05Pb(Al_{2/3}W_{1/3})O_3-0.95Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti0.48)O_3$를 기본 조성으로 $MnO_2,Fe_2O_3$를 첨가제로 하여 사진식각법(Photolithography)을 이용 세라믹 필터를 제작하였다. $MnO_2$의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 전기 기계 결합 계수(Kp)가 낮아지며, $Fe_2O_3$의 경우 Kp값은 57% 정도로 우수하나 기계적 품질 계수(Qm)는 $MnO_2$첨가의 경우에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 값을 보여주고 있다. $MnO_2$0.3wt% 첨가의 경우 3dB 대역폭은 155kHz, $ Fe_2O_3$0.1wt%인 경우 260kHz로써 Qmr값이 크기에 반비례하였으며, 군지연시간 특성은 $MnO_2$의 경우 Gaussian 특성을,$Fe_2O_3$의 경우 Butterworth 특성을 나타내었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 0.45Pb(Fe$_{1}$2/Nb$_{1}$2/)O$_{3}$- (0.55-xPb(Fe$_{2}$3/W$_{1}$3/)O$_{3}$ (x=0.20, 0.25, 0.30) 세라믹을 950~990[.deg.C]에서 2시간 유지시켜 일반소성법으로 제작하였다. 제작된 시편에 대해 적층 세라믹 캐패시터로의 응용가능성을 고찰하기 위해 조성비와 소결온도에 따른 구조적, 유전적 특성을 조사하였다. PMN의 첨가량이 증가할수록 결정립 크기는 감소하였으며 상전이 온도는 증가하였다. 소결밀도는 970[.deg.C]에서 소결된 0.45PFN-0.30PFW-0.25PMN 시편에서 7.86[g/cm$_{3}$]의 최대값을 나타내었다. 유전상수는 990[.deg.C]에서 소결된 0.45PFN-0.25PFW-0.30PMN 시편에서 20,751의 최대값을 나타내었으며 유전손실은 모든 조성에서 5[%]이상을 나타내었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$-(0.20-x)Pb(F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3-x}$Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$ (x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03) 세라믹을 소결온도 및 시간을 각각 860~960[.deg.C], 2시간으로 하여 일반 소성법으로 제작하였다. 시편의 조성비와 소결온도에 따른 구조적, 유전적 특성을 조사하였으며 유전손실 특성의 개선을 위해 조성 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$-0.18Pb (F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3}$-0.02Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$시편에 Mn $O_{2}$를 0~1.25[wt%]로 첨가한 후 유전특성의 변화를 관찰하였다. Mn $O_{2}$의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 결정립의 크기와 유전상수는 점차 감소하였다. 소결밀도는 900[.deg.C]에서 소결시킨 시편의 경우 최대값을 나타내었다. Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$의 양이 0.01에서 0.03[mol]로 증가함에 따라 상전이온도는 38[.deg.C]에서 2[.deg.C]로 감소하였다. 조성 0.80Pb(F $e_{1}$2/N $b_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$0.18Pb(F $e_{2}$3/ $W_{1}$3/) $O_{3}$-0.02Ba(C $u_{1}$2/ $W_{1}$2/) $O_{3}$에 Mn $O_{2}$가 0.25[wt%] 첨가된 시편의 20[.deg.C]에서의 유전상수는 16,700으로 최대값을 유전손실을 1.28[%]로 최소값을 나타내었다. 또한 모든 시편은 온도 및 주파수에 따라 유전상수가 완만하게 변화하는 유전이완 특성을 나타내었다.다.

  • In the ceramics of PFN-PFW system modified with MnO2 dielectric properties and the relation of its microstructure have been investigated. The amount of MnO2 variations was 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25 and 0.3 mol%, respectively. In the result of the microstructure and electrical properties, the solid solution range of MnO2 was 0.15 mol%.

  • $Fe_2O_3$ added Pb$(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3-PbZrO_3 $ (PNN-PT-PZ) ceramics were produced in order to use them as a bimoph acturator for energy harvesting. Especially, the 0.25 wt% $Fe_2O_3$ added 0.4PNN-0.357PT-0.243PZ, having the composition of morphotropic phase boundary, showed good piezoelectric properties of $d_{33}$ of 810 pC/N, $k_p$ of 77% and $Q_m$ of 55 along with a high Curie temperature of $210^{\circ}C$. A bimorph actuator, composed of the two piezoelectric layers bonded together with a phosphorous bronze layer as a central metallic electrode, was successfully fabricated. The bimorph actuator, vibrated with a 1.3 mm amplitude at 68 Hz, produced high electric power of approximately 60 mW.

  • On heating amorphous Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 ceramics, glass transition occurred at 35$0^{\circ}C$, crystallization at 394~420, 485~550 and 540~571$^{\circ}C$ (depending on the heating rates of 2.5~8$0^{\circ}C$/min), phase transformation at 680 and 73$0^{\circ}C$, and melting at 935$^{\circ}C$. A curve-fitting computer program was made using FORTRAN, based on a kinetic equation. Reconstructed thermograms (using the program) turned out to be very close to the measured DSC results for all the heating rates, with average deviation of only 4% at maximum.

  • In this study, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0.05Pb(AlS12/3TWS11/3T)OS13T-0.95Pb(ZrS10.52TTiS10.48T)OS13T system ceramics were investigated with respect to the variations of MnOS12T and FeS12TOS13T additions amounts. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows: 1. As the amounts of MnOS12T and FeS12TOS13T are increased, tetragonality(c/a) and apparent density were decreased but grain size was increased, also the limits of solubility were revealed because pores were formed at the amounts of 0.3wt% MnOS12T and 0.5wt% FeS12TOS13T. 2. AS the increasing of amounts of MnOS12T and FeS12TOS13T, the temperature of phase transition(TS1cT) was decreased, and pemeability had maximum value at the amount of 0.3wt% MnOS12T but were sharply decreasd for the increasing FeS12TOS13T amounts. 3. As the amounts of MnOS12T and FeS12TOS13T are increased, the electro-mechanical coupling factor(kS1pT) was decreased from 60% to 41%, 19% respectively, but mechanical quality factor(QS1mT) had maximum values 720 for amount of 0.3wt% MnOS12T and 320 the amount of 0.5wt% FeS12TOS13T.

  • High power characteristics with vibration velocity were studied in $Pb(Y_{2/3}W_{1/3})O_3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$(PYW-PZT) ceramics by using the constant current method. Young s modulus $Y_0^E$ and mechanical quality factor $Q_m$ are a function of the square of effective vibration velocity \upsilon_0$. The nonlinear proportional constants of the above functions indicate the degree of stability under the vibration level change. The stability of PYW-PZT ceramics estimated by these constants coincides with the results obtained through the heat generation. It was found that $Q_m$ was markedly decreased with increasing the vibration velocity, accompanying a lot of heat generation. The vibration hysteresis and dielectric loss according to the vibration velocity was reduced by doping $Fe_2O_3$to the ceramics. On the contrary, these losses was increased by doping $Nb_2O_5$.
