일반적으로 직무만족은 종업원의 생산성과 연관된다고 판단되기 때문에 광범위하게 연구되어왔다. 그러나 광고디자이너들의 직무만족에 대한 실증적 연구는 거의 없는 실정이었다. 광고디자이너의 조직심리 또는 조직형태를 학문적으로 다룰 필요성이 있는 현실 속에서, 이 연구는 광고대행사에 조직관리차원의 유용한 자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 학자들의 선행연구에 의하면 직무만족은 크게 개인적인 요소와 조직차원의 요소에 의해서 결정된다. 그러나 본 연구결과에 의하면 직무만족에는 개인적 성향 보다 조직적 요인인 승진과 보수 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 보수보다 승진에 더 크게 영양을 받고, 상사나 동료의 인정, 공간의 쾌적함이나 휴가활용 등과 관련 있는 업무환경의 영향력이 컸다. 이를 종합하여 광고디자이너는 이 직무만족결정요인에 대한 최종 모델을 마들어 본 결과 보수, 승진, 및 대인관계가 광고디자이너의 직무만족도를 결정하는 요인이 일반적인 것과 크게 다르지 않은 것은, 대행사가 디자이너의 고유성을 잘 반영하지 못하고 다른 조직원들과 동일한 직무환경과 시스템을 제공하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 디자이너의 생산성 향상을 위해서는 광고대행사가 보수와 평가 등에서 광고디자이너의 고유한 특성과 정체성을 잘 반영하는 합리적인 인사정책을 수립하고 이를 통해 직무만족도를 상승시키는 노력을 기울여야 한다.

최근 스마트폰을 이용하여 개인 인증과 전자결제를 수행하는 근거리 무선통신 NFC 기술이 다양한 분야에서 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나, 기존 모바일 서비스 및 기기와 쉽게 융합이 가능하기 때문에 개인정보 및 위치정보와 관련된 보안이 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야에서 서비스되고 있는 NFC 결제 시스템의 사용자 개인정보 및 위치정보를 보호하기 위한 NFC 결제 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 사용자의 개인정보 및 위치정보를 보호하기 위해서 Tag 기반 서비스를 이용한다. Tag 기반 서비스를 이용하는 제안 모델은 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 장소에서 간단한 Tag만으로 다양한 정보 확인이 가능한 특징이 있다.

오늘날 결제 시스템이 무인화되면서 키오스크로 결제하는 방식으로 변화하고 있다. 이는 소비자가 화면 터치만으로 메뉴 선택 및 구매 제품 개수를 지정할 수 있어 결제가 편리하다는 장점을 가진다. 그러나 시스템 보안 측면에서 바라보면, 실재하는 키오스크 시스템은 다양한 취약점이 존재한다. 이는 관리자 계정을 탈취하여 시스템 권한을 획득하고, 악의적인 행위를 진행할 수 있다. 또한 결제 개수를 비정상적으로 증가하여 불필요한 자원을 낭비하고, 기기가 정상적인 작동이 불가하도록 진행되게 할 가능성이 존재하는 등 많은 보안 위협에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 solana 블록체인의 참여자의 어떠한 노드가 올바르지 않은 fork를 승인한다면, 투표한 노드들의 지분은 삭제된다는 점을 이용한다. 또한 블록체인의 특성상 거래내역을 참여자 모두 볼 수 있기 때문에, 프라이빗 블록체인을 통해 접근권한 부분을 분리해 두도록 하여, 키오스크 결제에 대한 취약점을 개선하는 시스템의 논문을 작성하고자 한다.

There have been many research papers and practical implementations on the various EC(Electronic Commerce) aspects such as merchant system, security, payment gateway, legal and policy issues. However, it is very hard to find the systematic approaches and business process models from the viewpoint of the company willing to start B2C(Business-To-Customer) EC. Therefore, we develop business process models for the planning, systems analysis and design, implementation, and operation of internet shopping mall to suggest a guideline and reference model for the realization of successful B2C EC.

As the computer-based electronic processing of financial transactions become more and more popular in financial areas, the need for more efficient and secure infrastructure has been increased. This Paper addresses the current status and Policy issues in building such infrastructure for electronic financial transactions in Korea. We examine our financial computer networks, electronic payment and clearing systems, standardization, and related laws, comparing with those in United States, Japan, and European countries and suggest policy recommendation in each area.

금년 들어 미국의 신용카드 결제처리업체인 하트랜드 시스템즈(Heartland Payment Systems)에서 사상 최악의 신용카드 정보 유출 사건이 발생했으며, 이로 인한 금융 피해금액이 수억 달러에 이를 것으로 추산되고 있다. 이 회사는 매달 1억건에 달하는 신용카드 거래를 처리한다고 하니 그 유출된 개인 금융정보의 양은 상상을 초월할 것으로 보인다. 이렇게 유출된 정보는 카드복제, 신용도용 등 쉽게 예상할 수 있는 범죄 이외에도 어떠한 형태의 범죄로 당사자들에게 피해가 되돌아 올 지는 가늠하기 어렵다. 최근 국내에서 발생한 일련의 개인정보 유출사건과 마찬가지로 정보화와 개인정보보호 문제에 경종을 울리는 또 하나의 사건이라 하겠다.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래에서 사용자 인증을 위한 생체 측정 시스템에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 현재 개방형 정보통신망 확산에 따른 보안 취약점이 노출되고 있어 역기능 방지를 위한 정보보호기술에 대한 요구도 급격히 증가하고 있는 설정이다. 이를 위해 안티바이러스, 방화벽, 가상사설망, 인증, 암호, 공개키 기반 기술과 보안 관리 기술이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중 효과적인 전자 결재 시스템의 구축을 위해 사용자 인증을 행하는 시스템에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 생체 측정 기술을 이용하여 사용자 인증을 행하는 시스템을 개발하고자하며 실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

For constructing the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce, Means-Ends Network model was used for identifying means and fundamental objectives and their relationships were analyzed by the structural equation. A questionnaire survey of 481 customers in their internet shopping experiences was conducted to extract valid means and fundamental objectives' factors. As a result, 6 means objectives shopping travel, shipping errors, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems and 3 fundamental objectives-shopping convenience, internet ecology, and customer support were founded. Using these 9 factors, structural equation was analyzed 4 times to ensure statistical validities and to establish new interrelationships among them. The results showed that fundamental objectives are affected by the strong relationships within means objectives. This interrelationship with mens and fundamental objectives is interpreted as the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce in this paper.

현재 사용되는 전자 지불 시스템은 전자 상거래의 기본 요소인 기밀성, 인증, 메시지 무결성, 부인 방지, 재사용 방지 등을 위하여 공개키 방식의 연산을 수행한다. 그러나, 이러한 공개키 방식은 많은 시스템 연산 수행을 요구한다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 네트웍 보안에 많이 사용되고 있는 VPN( Virtual Private Network )을 이용하여 대칭키 기반의 전자 지불 시스템을 설계함으로써 좀 더 안전하고 효율적인 전자 지불을 수행하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall, grope for as active plan to the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall as a strategic method of fashion industry. The fashion industry of Internet Electronic Commerce has good prospect, and I propose the following some strategic plans of Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall. On the basis of my study, as a means of technology supplement, Virtual Reality System, such as 3D System or the newest Electronic Dressing Room System to solve the problem of products'an actual feeling, should be needed for consumers to feel as they really put the clothes on. Second, to offer more diversity programs, such as consumer sensitivity program, additional service, fashion news, life information and so on, are needed for companies to come over again the consumers to connect to the shopping-mall site. And, to build more perfect security terms of payment systems, such as ICash, Disital Cash, Net Check, Internet Insurance and so on, should be introduced for consumers to pay and furnish their personal information. If these technological developments are realized, Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall products will be a great success.
