최근 지식재산권의 모방과 권리 침해는 국가 산업발전의 저해요소로 인식되고 있다. 많은 연구자들은 이러한 저해요소로 인하여 발생하는 막대한 손실을 막기 위해 지식재산권의 보호와 효율적 관리에 관한 연구를 다양하게 진행 중이다. 특히, 특허 등록 예측은 지식재산권 보호와 권리 주장을 위해 매우 중요한 연구이다. 본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 이용한 특허문서 분석을 통하여 특허 등록 및 거절 여부를 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 거절된 특허문서들의 단어 빈도수를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 생성한다. 그리고 생성한 데이터베이스와 다른 특허문서들을 비교하여 각 문서와 데이터베이스와의 유사한 정도를 판단하는 유사치를 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 특허 거절 기준 값을 선정하기 위하여 분할 군집화 알고리즘인 k-means 사용하였다. 그 결과로 거절된 특허 문서와 유사한 특허 문서는 거절될 가능성이 높다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 실험을 위한 데이터는 현재 미국에 출원되어 있는 블루투스 기술, 태양전지 기술 그리고 디스플레이에 관한 특허 문서를 이용하였다.

본 연구는 기술수명을 직관적이 아닌 정량적이고 객관적인 방법으로 추정하기 위한 것으로 미국특허에서 인용된 특허의 수명을 분석하고자 하였다. 인용 특허의 수명을 추정하기 위해 기술예측 방법론 중의 하나인 탐색적 기법을 근간으로 하였으며, KISTI의 미국특허 데이터베이스(USPA)를 대상으로 계량정보학적 방법을 이용하여 인용특허의 수명을 추정하고 이를 통계적으로 나타냄으로써, 해당 기술군에서 인용된 특허들의 수명 분포를 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 기술의 속성 분석을 고려함에 따라 기술수명주기 분석 및 기술가치평가시 기술의 경제적 수명추정에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

This paper relates to a software patent of a computer related invention, explains a describing method of software patent claim which can be registered software patent of computer related invention instead of computer program copyright which is the Intellectual Property about software since 1998 in the Korea Intellectual Patent Office(KIPO) by developing an information communication infrastructure technology and WWW technology. Also, it introduces an international and domestic trends of the software patent for computer related invention and related database for the software patent of the world and mentions advantage and disadvantage of software patent regime of each nation and the facing software patent problems as the Intellectual Property.

Patent analysis is the extracting knowledge which is needed for the company's research and development strategy through accumulated worldwide patent database. In order to set the future direction corresponding technology which is scheduled to be developed, the technology trends and deployment processes are identified by analyzing results of present patent applications. The patent analysis provides the required results for analyzing present patent applications. In this paper, technology classification for related patent analysis methods and system, and patent analysis for desalination technology using solar energy development was carried out as well. The patents in Korea, USA, Japan, China, and Europe were searched. The technology trend desalination technology using solar energy was analyzed based on patent application year, countries, main applications, and each technologies. The application status of desalination patents showed a tendency to increase slightly. It was found that the number of patent for applied desalination was USA patent 21.0%, Japan patent 27.0%, China 24.8%, EU 2.7% and Korea patent 24.5%, respectively.

There are many statistical information sites as the use of internet is increased quickly in recent years. In this paper, we explore and analyze internet sites for statistical information such as statistical survey system, education, database, and terminology. And then we classify these sites to apply statistical information to some particular spheres easily. Also, we analyze the patent map for domestic patents of statistical information. In so doing, the result of this study aims at enhancing our understanding of internet sites for statistical information.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze for the patent application tendency in Korean Oriental Pediatric Medicine. Recently, many studies are published in Korean Oriental Pediatric Medicine. However, in the patent area, the research results are few. Method : For patent analysis, we searched the database kipris (http://www.kipris.or.kr) which managed in the Korean Intellectual Property Office by keywords about Korean Oriental Pediatrics. They are technically analysed by year and IPC, patent's contents, main applicant and organization. Results : 1. Patents by year have been on the rise 2 in 1997 to 32 in 2011. 2. Our findings are Section A61;182, A23;46 in IPC analysis 3. In classification of content, 'application-food' is 67 cases, 'application-functional cosmetic' is 18 cases, 'application-clothes' is 5 cases. 4. Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine have 14 patent cases, that is the most patent agency in possession. Main applicants are person > company > university > laboratory > state or local government. Conclusion : This study shows that it has high frequency of daily necessity in patent cases about oriental pediatrics. The results are more distributed 'applied' field than 'treatment' field. The patent information should be connected research achievement results in Korean Oriental Medicine.

Recently, as importance of knowledge property right is rising, a patent is being issue. A patent is exclusive rights of knowledge or technique, and it must be registered for approval of rights. Therefore, prediction of patent registration can be important information for company or individuals which gain profit using a patent. In this paper, we proposed a method for prediction of patent registration using text mining and a algorithm for constructing database.

기술정보와 지적재산권정보의 효과적인 입수와 이용은 연구자들의 연구개발 과정에서 발생하는 시행착오나 중복연구를 방지할 뿐만 아니라 산업재산권의 침해를 사전에 예방할 수 있기 때문에 보다 효율적인 연구를 추구하는 사람들에게 있어서는 필수적인 요소이다. 하지만 정보가 폭증하는 지식정보사회에서 연구자들이 정보활동에 쏟는 시간의 과다는 연구시간의 단축을 의미하며 이는 연구의 생산성을 저하시키는 결과를 초래한다. 본 연구는 연구자들의 연구생산성 향상을 위한 하나의 도구로써 연구자들을 대신하여 전자문서의 내용을 자동적으로 분석하여 핵심적인 내용들을 추려서 문제와 해결방안의 형태로 된 지식 데이터베이스를 구축하고 이와 연계된 자동화된 특허출원엔진의 개발에 초점을 맞추었다. 전술한 두 시스템의 개발 가능성과 타당성에 대하여 논의하고 시스템 구축에 필요한 요소와 기술적인 문제들을 모형 개발을 통하여 제시하였다.
