This study examines that how can we pursuit the happiness through sport activities. For achieves this purpose, focusing specifically on what is happiness, physical happiness process and psychological happiness process. Therefore, this study was started that sport have an influence of individual's physical and psychological health. The conclusions of this study are like that: Individual's participation in sport is very important. Sport experience requires understanding of inherent meaning attached to sport and ongoing efforts to acquire wisdom to capitalize on sport in an appropriate manner. Sport experience should be deemed as a means of serious activities and pursuit of happiness. In sport participants, someone's age is not meaningful. As getting old, a sport participate rates and happiness are increasing. Especially, In aging society, This facts are very meaningful. Therefore Sport participation is closely related to the perceived quality of life and happiness. It can be further suggested that physically active sport-leisure participation rather than passive or sedentary leisure involvement increases perceived quality of life and happiness. Happiness is life itself.
The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of participation sport for how this affects the objectified body consciousness of the Physically Disabled. The subjects were enrolled in the members participating in the sport for the disabled, while 221 people living in the city A. Data processing was carried out frequency analysis, factor analysis using SPSS 21.0 program, the analysis of the specific factors independent t-test and the way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis was carried out. All statistical significance level was set at .05. First, population, gender (male), age of the sociological characteristics of the handicapped (40, 50), the objectification of the body consciousness level of the disability rating (Level 4) showed that a positive effect. Second, there are life sports participation rate (exercise duration, exercise time, exercise intensity) has positive effects on the body shame of objectification of the body consciousness of the handicapped, the body monitoring Exercise Period, the body shame, the intensity of exercise, control beliefs this exercise showed that each time a positive impact.
The purpose of this study was to develop the Constraints in Physical Activity Scale for people with physical Disabilities(CPASD) which measures the constraints in physical activity of people with physical disabilities. For this study, the 5 step analytic framework of unified validity developed by Messick (1995), the framework for conducting a strong program of construct validation by Benson (1998) method were applied. Furthermore, the validity of CPASD was systematically presented by applying common factor model and measurement model to 264 persons with physical disabilities. The conclusion based on the results and discussions of this study is as follows. First, CPASD presented evidence of job validity. Four factors (17 items) were developed, consisting of leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints through the analysis of the factor structure and the fit of factor coefficients. Second, the factor structure of the developed CPASD (leader constraint, economic constraint, prejudice, exercise environment constraint) was statistically distinguished and stably reflected the existing exercise participation constraints theory. Third, the developed CPASD presented evidence of the validity of the criteria. Leader constraints and prejudice were negatively correlated with positive motor emotions, leader constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints were positively correlated with negative motor emotions. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to reevaluate the current system and actual condition related to leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudices, and exercise environment constraints derived as factors of CPASD. To do this, it is necessary to judge the degree of reality based on the causal relationship verification and IRT theory using CPASD.

In the field of mental health care, long-term healing programs have gained widespread recognition for their effectiveness in promoting well-being. However, the efficacy of shorter-term interventions, such as 1-night 2-day programs, remains relatively understudied. The primary objective of this initiative is twofold: firstly, to enhance the overall well-being and resilience of participants, and secondly, to investigate the program's potential to ameliorate specific mental health indicators. These indicators include physical stress levels, autonomic nervous system health, brain activity, brain stress, and concentration. A 1-night 2-day mental health healing program was implemented for 560 civil servants from Jeollanam-do (mean age 47.87 yrs). The focus was on measuring changes through baseline assessments before participation and post-program assessments upon completion. Measurements included physical stress index, autonomic nervous system health, brain activity level, brain stress, and brain concentration. There was a significant decrease in physical stress, as well as a significant decrease in autonomic nervous system health (p<0.05). Although there was no significant difference in brain activity level, there was a tendency for brain activity level to stabilize in the high-frequency range. Additionally, a significant decrease in stress levels and an improvement in concentration were observed. Incorporating 1-night 2-day relaxation programs into our daily lives offers a holistic approach to caring for both our physical and mental health, providing essential moments of rejuvenation and self-care that contribute to overall well-being and fulfillment.

The purpose of this review was to investigate the relationship between aerobic exercise and cognitive function as well as synthesize the effect of aerobic exercise intervention studies centered on psychiatric symptoms associated with general cognitive deficit. Prospective studies on aerobic exercise and improvement of cognitive function were reviewed and synthesized. In addition, this literature review provides significant positive results on the relationship between aerobic exercise and general cognitive deficit associated with psychiatric symptoms. Review of this literature suggests that there is a positive relationship between participation in aerobic exercise and cognitive function. In this text, there are at least three general pathways by which aerobic exercise may facilitate executive function in children : 1) cognitive demands inherent in engaging in physical activity, 2) cognitive demands inherent in cooperation of complex motor tasks, and 3) physiological changes resulting from aerobic exercise. Another main finding of this review is that physical activity has a stronger influence on cognitive deficit, including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, and anxiety. Development of cognitive function is the most important factor for children and youth. Therefore, future research should prove relationship between physical activity and cognitive function using a more scientific and quantitative approach design.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a physical activity program on body composition, depression and risk factors of dementia in elderly women. Subjects were 40 women aged 65~75 years, classified into two groups (experiment group 20, control group 20). The factors measured in this study were body composition (weight, percent body fat, body mass index, body fluid), depression (BDI score) and risk factors of dementia (K-MMSE, LDL-C, HDL-C, insulin, ${\beta}$-amyloid, DHEAs) at 12 and 24 weeks before and after the program. Subjects of experiment group participated in a 24 week physical activity program (45~60 min, 3~4 day per weeks). Data were analyzed by repeated ANOVA method of SPSS, with accepting levels for all significances above ${\alpha}$=0.05. The results of this study were as follows. In body composition, the experiment group showed significant differences in the weight, percent body fat and body mass index compared to the control group. In depression score, the experiment group showed no significant differences regarding BDI score level compared to the control group. In risk factors for dementia, the experiment group showed significant differences in levels of K-MMSE, LDL-C, HDL-C, insulin, ${\beta}$-amyloid, and DHEAs compared to the control group. This study showed that a 24 week physical activity program had positive effects on almost all of the factors evaluated in elderly women, and that elderly women who did not participate in the program experiences no such positive effects. Therefore, regular participation in a physical activity program could be advocated as one strategy to enhance body fat, depression, and risk factors of dementia and may result in improving risk for diseases of age in elderly women.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between A Study on the Weight Change and Exercise Immersion for Activation of Aerobic Dance and to suggest the continuous activation of Aerobic Dance. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted using a convenience sampling method, which is one of non-probability sampling, in April 2020, targeting general aerobic dance members in Gyeongnam. The results of this study are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics were partially different. The age was 40 to 49 years, height was more than 160cm, occupation was housewives, weight change was more than -3kg, participation intensity was more than 100 minutes, participation frequency was 4 days, and participation period was less than 5 years. Second, the results of this study are as follows: Weight Change(Body Confidence, Activity Confidence, Dance Confidence, Psychological Stability Effect, Dance Activity Effect, Perform-motion Effect) and Exercise Immersion(Behavior immersion, Cognitive immersion) were partially high There was a difference. PURPOSE: This study aimed to utilize the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) tool to identify a problem list and explore intervention effects using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) for improving the crosswalk performance of patients who have undergone a bilateral hip arthroplasty. METHODS: The subject of this study was a 43-year-old male who had undergone a bilateral hip arthroplasty. To address the subject's functional status, a clinical decision-making process was carried out in the order of examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcome. Patient information during the examination was collected using the ICF core set. The evaluation involved listing the items of each problem using the ICF assessment sheet and identifying the interaction between activity limitations and the impairment level. The diagnosis explicitly described the causal relationships derived from the evaluation using ICF terminology. The prognosis presented activity goals, body function, and structured goals in terms of the activity and participation levels that needed to be achieved for an individual's functional status. The intervention approached problems through the four components of the PNF philosophy, namely basic principles and procedures, techniques, and patterns, in an indirect-direct-task sequence. Results were compared before and after the intervention using the ICF evaluation display. RESULTS: The results of the study showed that the primary activity limitation, which was the walking time across the crosswalk, showed improvement, and the trunk's counter rotation and the weight-bearing capacity of both the lower limbs, which were impairment level indicators, were enhanced. CONCLUSION: This study suggests that PNF intervention strategies will serve as a positive approach for improving crosswalk walking in patients with bilateral hip arthroplasty.
It is generally found that geography majors' progression in society has a very limited scope in Korea and this is one of the causes of lessening geographers' job market. As an attempt to draw a solution to this problem, this paper, by a close examination of the French case, tries to discuss the possibility of geographers' participation in the public sector. Geographers' participation in political and social issues has long history. They acted as providers of geographical knowledge on human and physical features of the world and also as counsellors for effective administration and politics. French geographers evaluate that it is the characteristics of geography that enable geographers to progress into the public sector. They also perceive that such fields as regional development, environment, economy, tourism, international politics are possible ones for geographers. Some implications can be drawn from this case study to extend geographers' participation in the pubic sector in Korea; it is required to sustain open mind to every field of social sciences, to improve specialized as well as generalized knowledge on geographical features, and to provide practical knowledge on spatial analysis and management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between students' motivation for participating in leisure sports, students' physical self-concept and the life satisfaction of university students. A total of 419 students were finally analyzed using the convenience sampling method of non-random sampling method after selecting those university students participating in leisure sports at a university located in J district. The results of analysis using SPSS version 21.0 program are as follows. First, there is a positive (+) correlation between the motives of participation of university students and their physical self-concept and satisfaction with university life. Second, the influence of the motive to participate in sports has a positive (+) effect on sports competence and this is affected by health fitness and social interaction, physical activity is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and conditioning, self-esteem, muscular strength is affected by pleasure, health fitness, condition, and society, flexibility is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and society. Third, the influence of participation motive had a positive (+) effect on school satisfaction is affected by pleasure, health fitness, physical condition, external display, socialization, and fellow satisfaction is effected by pleasure and condition.
