The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of sportsclub on social integration through the sportsclub participation and social integration index. To achieve this goal, 26 countries among OECD members were selected. Life satisfaction, mutual trust, social isolation, happiness index, social conflict index were selected for correlation analysis. Main findings were as follows. First. Norway, Denmark, Germany, Sweden had higher sportsclub participation, on the contrary, Korea, Poland, Hungary, Greece, USA had lower sportsclub participation. Second, sportsclub participation had significant correlation with life satisfaction, mutual trust, social isolation, happiness index, and social conflict index. Specifically, sportsclub participation had positive relationship with life satisfaction, mutual trust, happiness index and negative relationship with social isolation, social conflict index.

The purpose of the research is to provide the basic information to broaden a population in marine sports and mark the beginning of the era of the marine sports with a yacht, water ski and a various of marine sports activities by researching the effect of sailing school participants' motive and satisfaction on continuous participation, preparing for the era of a 30,000~40,000 dollars per capita GDP in the near future. To achieve this purpose, through the research from December 2009 to April 2012, the following is concluded. First, in regard to psychological satisfaction and facility satisfaction, all subordinated factors of participating motive affect, health-oriented and social relations in the aspect of social satisfaction, and health-oriented, home entertainment and social relations in the aspect of self satisfaction. Second, sports capability affects health-oriented and pastime entertainment, sports habit and peer affect health-oriented, and sports environment affects home entertainment. Third, sports capability affects psychological satisfaction, sports habit affects psychological satisfaction and facility satisfaction, sports environment affects social satisfaction.

The effective development of event product for a successful event is first started with figuring out the participation motive of event. Second, what level of expectation before participating event for participant will have. Third, what level of satisfaction and safety satisfaction based on figured out motive and expectation will participant have. Fourth, what level of revisit based on satisfaction will have. The study is needed for these low items. Therefore, this investigation started as an exploratory study for a successful event to analysis the relationship among expectation satisfaction, safety satisfaction and revisit. The results indicated that participated motive is positively influenced on expectation. The expectation is positively influenced on safety satisfaction. The satisfaction is positively influenced on revisit. Finally, the safety satisfaction is positively influenced on revisit. The unique characteristics of this study is considered a safety satisfaction as m event safety and as an important factor when terror becomes often these days.

The purpose of this study was to prepare a student and education guideline by examining the college life satisfaction of students studying dental hygiene. Subjects were students going to dental hygiene-related department of three colleges in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. College life and life satisfaction was examined at general characteristics. The following results were obtained. 1. Subjects included 35.7% of 1st grade, 33.4% of 2nd grade, and 30.9% of 3rd grade. In the health state, average accounted for the highest percent(76.9%); in the student's associates, a little for the highest percent(76.8%); and in the participation in clubs, no participation for the highest percent(77.1%). 2. For motives to select the dental hygiene, good employment after graduation accounted for the highest percent(61.0%). The highest desired employer was a dental clinic(33.5%), and the highest desired duration was a whole life(61.0%). 3. According to the grade, satisfaction was significantly different in social recognition, major in education, professor, facilities, professor-student, career, and college development(pE0.05). 4. According to the school record, satisfaction was significantly different in social recognition, major in education, professor, professor-student, career, college development, and general life(pE0.01). 5. According to the student's associates, satisfaction was significantly different in social recognition, major in education, professor-student, and general life(pE0.01). 6. According to the participation in clubs, satisfaction was significantly different in professor, facilities, college development, and religious life(pE0.05). In conclusion, as students were in the lower grade, made good school record, had happier associates, and participated in clubs more actively, their satisfaction at college life became higher. Accordingly, professors and school authorities should strive to examine students' actual problem and discuss and resolve them in order to help their effective school life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the longitudinal change pattern of life satisfaction and the effect of social capital of people with disabilities. For this study, data were drawn from the panel data employment for the disabled from the second to the fifth. It includes 3,206 person with disabilities. The methodology adopted in this study is the latent growth curve modeling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, Life satisfaction has been decreased over years and the difference between individuals of life satisfaction of people with disabilities were statistically significant. Second, The intercept of life satisfaction in the disabled was positively associated with network, and slope of life satisfaction was negatively related to network. Third, social participation positively influences the intercept of life satisfaction but, no significant affect to the slope. Based on results of the study, practical implication and the political-approach to interventions for the better life satisfaction of the disabled are being discussed.

In the near future, the multicultural families are expected to be the majority of population living in the rural area, which is an aged and small-scaled society. Moreover, they are expected to have an important role in sustaining the culture of agriculture and a rural community. Therefore, it is very important for them to adjust and settle urgently as well as to develop a policy and social services for the adjustment and settlement. The purpose of this study is to identify different aspects of the participation in agricultural, social, and job activities of married immigrant women in a Korean rural area as well as to investigate the change of life satisfaction resulting from the l activities. The following findings were established from this study. First, married immigrant women participate in local social and agricultural activities in a Korean rural area more frequently than in their own country. However, the frequency of their participation in job activity in a Korean rural area is lower than in their own country. Second, the main factor that prevents married immigrant women from participating in agricultural activity in a Korean rural area is to carry out childcare, household chores, and farming at the same time. Their low participation in social activity and job activity mostly results from their lack of fluency in Korean. Third, married immigrant women score higher in the change of life satisfaction after participating in social activity and job activity than in agricultural activity.

This research made a evaluation indicators of public management system for operating efficient urban and housing redevelopment. We analyzed how satisfaction of participants about the evaluation indicators are used to parameters and affects intension of participation structure by using PLS structural equation model. We choose result evaluation tools: Foucs Group Interview and Balanced Score Card for appraising public management system. Specifically, We categorized setting business planning and selecting business tool, operating participation groups, motivating participation, post management and sustainability, and economics of business. As a results of the evaluation, setting business planning and selecting business tool, post management and sustainability, and economics of business influence comprehensive satisfaction. Post management and sustainability, economics of business, and setting business planning and selecting business tool turned out that they are very influential in the arranged order.

This study was proceeded with interest on residents' perception of local festival(Boryeong City, Korea) and tried to examine the relation with their participation level and satisfaction. This study used 'festival visiting experience' as moderating variable with the expectation of difference in residents' perception according to visit. This study result indicated that residents can recognize local festival negatively if they feel they have no benefit from the festival even though the festival has many visitors with growing reputation. Also, festival visiting experience has no moderating effect on residents' participation intention in this study. The facts also find that the residents-oriented festival planning and promotion is more important in the partnership with local government and private sector-local residents. Further, it is very important to notice internal customer as well as external customer to ensure residents' satisfaction and participation.

This study attempted to provide basic data on the operation plan by investigating how the servicescape of domestic water sports facilities affects customer satisfaction and participation behavior. Therefore, participants in their 20s or older were selected as samples among those who experienced water sports facilities. The survey was conducted non-face-to-face from April 25 to July 15, 2022, and a total of 243 copies of data were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, item consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects the value in the order of convenience, empathy, and facility environment. Second, it was found that customer satisfaction at water sports facilities had an effect on participation behavior. Third, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects participation behavior in the order of facility environment, service, convenience, and empathy.

Corporate interest and participation to the corporate philanthropy have increased since sustainable business management and win-win business management is on the rise to be the major task of the corporation, due to global economic recession and shrinking of consumption market. Employee participating corporate philanthropy, such as giving or volunteering, are especially increasing recently. This study analyzed the effects of giving and volunteering participation of the employees on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy. Structural equation modeling was employed for statistical analyses. As a result of the study, it is clear that giving participation of the employees has a positive influence in job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by the recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy. However, the effects of volunteering participation of the employees on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediated by recognition and attitude about corporate philanthropy was non-significant. Based on this result from the study, factors to increase the inner stakeholder effect of employee participating corporate philanthropy are proposed.
