This study is purposed to suggest the method for improving the effect of the mental health project by checking the influence of the "value and function of the mentally disabled" to the "satisfaction to current life of the mentally disabled" for the users of the daytime mental rehabilitation service in the local community, and the difference in the"satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled" and "value and function of the mentally disabled" depending on the participation into the mental rehabilitation program. With regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", the result showed that the "relation between the current user members" and "consideration about himself in usual time" were the positive influential factors out of the measuring factors for the "value and function of the mentally disabled." In addition, with regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", in case of participating to the "vocational rehabilitation program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs, the general "personal value and function which are felt by the mentally disabled" has higher significant difference in case of participating into the "social technology program", "daily life program", "vocational rehabilitation program", "leisure activity program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs than non participating.

This study is for rationalizing the collecting system of recycling waste materials in elementary, middle and high school in Incheon. The student participating in collecting system is so much helpful in env. educational aspect, So the students need to be took part in the system. The result on investigating actual condition of the student's participating of schools in Inchon City is not sufficient to be helpful to env. educational effect. 1st. The names of recycling waste can are so various that the students can's understand which can in for Recycling. 2nd. Collecting system is also very different according to schools. 3th. The incentives for student's participating in collecting process are also not sufficient. The conclusion is that the school should provide the students incentives for taking parts in the collecting process, in that actualizing the recycling process is helpful to env. education, and the another one in that we should remove the recycling ideology, which is the some belief, the more production is no problems, if recycling is activated socially. But this idea is evident error. In this aspect the concept of recycling should be changed from re-using to re-turning to nature.

The purpose of this study is to analyze that hours for participating in CTL program and whether or not make of CQI have a effect on the student evaluation about teaching of engineering professor. This inquiry have done a multiple regression analysis that student evaluation grade of teaching on 2018-1st semester of 240 engineering subjects of N University in Chungcheongnam-do as dependent variable, and background factors and work factors as independent variable. Research results is follows. First, employment type haven't a effect on teaching evaluation scores. And subject type, student' concentration of class, teaching evaluation pre-scores have a positive effect on teaching evaluation rating, but student number have a negative effect. Second, hours for participating in CTL program haven't a effect on teaching evaluation scores, but to make of CQI report have a positive effect on teaching evaluation scores. And I suggested to make CQI for improve teaching evaluation scores and manage the quality of education.

It is also difficult for SMEs to pursue their own innovation activities due to their limited resources and capabilities. There are various government support policies for small and medium enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of the nation by improving sustainability management based on productivity improvement of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that are important for the external support by the government and the related organizations in the machinery industry participating in the industrial innovation movement and identify the appropriate measures within and outside the organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher the innovation commitment quality of the SMEs in the machinery industry, the more positive the non - financial performance. Second, the higher the quality of support from the headquarter, which has comprehensive responsibility for external support, the more positive the non - financial performance of participating companies. Third, it was concluded that the role quality of the consultant did not significantly affect the non - financial performance of participating companies in the machinery industry. Fourth, as the financial performance of the firm is better, the financial performance is also positively improved.

NFTs, which guarantee ownership of digital files using blockchain technology, are the new field for the content industry. The NFT provided new opportunities for content creators to trade digital contents without going through mediation freely. Additionally, collectors and investors can safely and easily own their works without the threat of illegal copies. However, since only a limited number of content creators are participating in the NFT market, there needs to be an influx of various content creators and a process of popularization for this market to grow and develop into the main stage. Furthermore, research on NFT has been limited, and understanding the drivers of creators choosing to participate in NFT is insufficient. Thus, this study aims to identify the factors affecting content creators participating in NFT by applying a mixed-methods approach and presenting practical implications. Using topic modeling and in-depth interviews, this study derives the positive and negative factors and suggests strategies to activate content creators' participation in the NFT market. Through this, we can guide that management implication to reduce the risks and costs of participating in NFTs is needed to encourage the participation of creators. It will also provide insight into ways to develop the NFT content market.

This study examines the effects of participation purpose, corporate readiness, and acceptance of changes that may occur in the course of expert guidance on the performance of smart factory. For this study, 129 questionnaires obtained from SMEs participating in the Smart Meister support project were used, and SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 program were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of the hypotheses test. It was found that the company's business participation motivation and readiness status had a significant effect on the acceptance and cooperation of changes that occurred during the consulting process. In addition, the acceptance and cooperation of changes within the company had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the Meister support project and the financial performance. Companies participating in the Meister support project need to clarify their motives for participating in the project and make stable corporate readiness in advance. In addition, based on the CEO's support, it is necessary to have a motivational program and to build an organizational culture that can actively accept innovation.

This study was conducted with students who participated in an online extracurricular after COVID-19 in order to analyze the effects of college students' learning strategy, learning attitude, and achievement motivation on satisfaction. After participating in the online extracurricular, an online survey was conducted, and responses from 163 students were collected. Based on the collected data, the study results were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, learning strategy was found to have a positive effect on satisfaction. These results can be inferred that positive recognition worked in the process of actually applying the learning strategies acquired through the extracurricular to their own learning. Second, learning attitude had a positive effect on satisfaction. The learner's learning attitude to develop necessary skills through experience and the sense of achievement experienced in the process of participating in the online extracurricular had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, achievement motivation was found to have a positive effect on satisfaction. It can be inferred that the learner's active behavior by participating in the program acts as a motivation for achievement and affects satisfaction. Finally, through this study, a plan for effectively operating extracurricular in an online environment was presented.

The purpose of this study was to investigate current practices in blended instruction. In particular, the study explored (1) the types of instructional delivery methods, technologies, and instructional components, (2) the reasons why faculty apply blend instruction, and (3) the advantages and challenges in delivering blended instruction. This study focused on the practices in the Universities that have the extensive doctoral research programs classified by the Carnegie Foundations. The survey was performed with the sample of faculty from 30 universities and the survey data included 133 faculties out of the total 1,000 randomly selected faculty members. Of the 133 responses, 111 (77.7%) participants had certain degree of experience, while 17 faculty (or instructors) (13.3%) did not have any practice with blended instruction. The most common instructional delivery format in the participating universities was blended instruction that added supplementary online instructional components in the class. Online Course Management Systems (CMS) and multimedia presentation tools were common technology for course delivery, and "discussion" was the most general instructional activity for the class. The participating faculty often preferred the blended format since it provides students and faculty with convenience, flexibility, active engagement, efficiency in using resource materials, and a feeling of connection between/among students and instructor. Benefits to the class were availability of more authentic experience and diverse curricular materials, and the instructional format that meets the needs of remediation and enhancement of students. This study addressed not only advantages and challenges of blended instruction, but also suggestions based on the comments by the participating faculty.

The purpose of this study was aimed to identify the relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior by spectators participating security exhibition. The result of study is significant because it may provide more effective and aggressive marketing strategies to the future companies participating security exhibition, and suggest developmental direction by actively responding spectators' needs. The subject for this study was spectators who participating World Security Expo 2014 held three days from March 12 to 14 in 2014. 300 samples were selected by convenience sampling for subject of this study. 283 out of 300 surveys, excluded 17 unfaithful and defected surveys, were used for data analysis. Research tool was questionnaire which was based on and recomposed by previous researches home and abroad. The collected data were treated for analysis of frequency, reliability, factor analysis, correlation, and regression by using SPSS statistic package version of 18.0. Through the above research method and procedure, the results were as followings. First, the relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior after participating exhibition appeared positively. It was found that there was high relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior. Second, analyzing relationship of factors between pursuit benefit and behaviors resulted to effect information exploration, good use of spare time, and product purchase on word of mouth. Third, analyzing relationship of factors between pursuit benefit and behaviors resulted to effect good use of spare time, information exploration, and product purchase on re-participation.

The purpose of the present study is to explore the process of teacher change as elementary school teachers participated in a community focused on improving mathematics teaching. To do so, a professional community lot improving instructional practice consisted of a group of voluntary elementary school teachers. The professional community provides participating teachers with great opportunities to share their understanding of practical knowledge related to mathematics teaching and learning and change mathematical beliefs as well as to learn pedagogical content knowledge. This study approached to teacher professionality in terms of mathematical beliefs and teaching practice. The change of teaching practice was measured coherently both with a questionnaire and with a mathematics teaching standard developed for this study. The findings of this study point out that techers' beliefs about how students learn mathematics have chantged. This study also indicated that after participating in the professional community focused on improving mathematics teaching, teachers' mathematical teaching is changed toward the more students' oriented way. Especially, it is observed that the meaningful change in participating teachers' teaching practice took place with respect to the role of teachers, students' interaction, mathematical tasks, and problem solving. Finally, this study implies that teachers can have an opportunity to change their beliefs and deepen their professionality about elementary mathematics teaching and learning through participating in the community of practice, through which participating teachers can share their practical knowledge and their understandings about teaching and learning of elementary mathematics.
