The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning and structure of the experiences of 20 years old women who participated in the pregnancy recognition improvement program developed by JA Kim et al. The participants of the study were interviewed three times in total for 20 years old of 6 women. The interview period was from December 1 to December 30, 2018. The interview data were processed through the analysis and interpretation process using the phenomenological research of Giorgi method. As a result, 33 semantic units were derived, and then divided into 4 subcomponents and divided into 2 categories. After participating in the program, they tried to maintain their health, use appropriate welfare policies, and deeply consider their lives as mysterious mothers. In conclusion, this study suggests that the implementation of the pregnancy awareness improvement program for young women in a small group, more systematically and continuously, effectively implements low fertility measures in Korea.
This study made an approach to the industrial exhibition space, which is a medium of marketing communication, from the position of an enterprise and consumers through the output of Space Design, and conducted it with focus on B2B transactions among specialized exhibitions. In addition, this study inquired into what factors should be considered along with space design by interpreting the purpose of participating in the exhibition and space design of the enterprise which supply capital goods, elements, related technologies and materials, etc. This study aimed at drawing the direct/indirect effect, produced by space design, on the marketing by analyzing correlation between space design and participating enterprises' marketing. Despite the marketing effect of the exhibition, which was proved by preceding research results, the reality is that exhibition-participating expenses work as considerable burden on enterprises. Particularly, booth design, which is forming the most proportion among the participating expenses, was found to have insufficient influence on visitors due to the decline in its importance among diverse factors influencing visitor's decision to visit a booth. Regardless of the business category of participating enterprises in the exhibition, the standard of exhibits was ranked as the most important consideration factor in visiting a booth. Even by business category, the standard of booth design rarely had an influence on booth visit. Booth design had an affirmative influence on participating enterprise's preference, but its influence on product purchase or business talk & contact with a participating enterprise or price was found to be extremely low. It's difficult to judge marketing success or failure of an exhibition by the form and standard of booth design. Preferably, this study infers that it's necessary to put much weight on qualitative excellence of an exhibition, which consists of participation of an enterprise in possession of excellent technologies, exhibits with higher standards and high-quality visitors with purchasing power. This study suggests that it's more effective to set up the plan for expansion of participation in exhibition by optimally regulating the proportion of space design in participating expense to increase marketing effectiveness of an exhibition. The limitations of this study, analysis of which based on the visitors to an exhibition only, requires supplementation through the follow-up research work on participating enterprises in the exhibition.
The purpose of the study you have seen is to verify the effectiveness of existing quantitative research and to put the Empathy Training Program to practical use for participating children. From looking into this, the changes in empathic understanding that came to light in relationships between teacher and children and children and children are sure to have that effect. For this work, I established the following subject of inquiry: What kind of changing processes can be seen in the empathic understanding of participating children in the Empathy Training Program? To resolve the above line of inquiry, six female sixth grade elementary school students were chosen and they progressed through twelve sessions of the Empathy Training Program. The children were given a sentence completion exam, recognition work, neat writing exam and a school adaptation exam both before and after participation in the program, making data for analysis. To analyze, first, participants had one or two meetings of forty to fifty minutes each. Progress through the program's curriculum was recorded and through the repeating and copying method, to be sure participating children's empathic understanding was revealed, empathic language and behavior was routinely chosen. Next, according the above criteria I looked into visible changes of the participating children's empathic expressions, classifying and analyzing changes in empathic understanding and six instances of common changes in the emphatic understanding of the participants relationships were analyzed and put together. Next I will summarize the findings we have seen in this research: First, if we look into changes in common empathic understanding from the beginning, using the criteria of empathic language, each individual showed understanding at the beginning and passed and progressed through stages of care, insight and emotional expressions. Second, when we looked at the criteria of empathic behavior from the beginning to the end, one's line of vision and ability to concentrate one's attention was connected. Next, the act of nodding one's head looked like a brief nod at first but at the end, it was not just a simple nod but rather they could feel deep empathy. The condition and substance of the facial expression was seen to match and at the very end the child was expressive and stretched out arms to hold and pat the other person and the act of holding hands could also be seen. Among lots of empathic behavior the final stage was shown by half of the children. Third, from the first stage to the last stage there were many cases revealed. The more the children went the more complete their empathic language became. Their vocabulary increased and became more diverse with empathic actions. Also, when comparing actions and expressions from the beginning with the end, visible expressions became more natural and sincere at the end. The result of the research we have seen is that through receiving experience of empathic understanding, participating children showed a sense of self-confidence and they looked to make peaceful expressions while not being aggressive or defensive about problems. In addition, from understanding empathic expressions, participating children's relationships felt closer. This outcome within this group in this case will be applied and the formation of empathic understanding can be used by the children internally to solve their own problems, acquire close relationships with their teachers and others. It will also contribute to smooth classroom management.

This study examined the mediating effects of the adult educator's characteristics on the relationship between the characteristics of the participants attending adult continuing education and the happiness index of lifelong learning, the motivation of participating in learning and the institution characteristics. The research results showed that there is no difference in the happiness index of lifelong learning according to the sex of the adult learners, education level, age, residence, participation experience of lifelong learning, occupation, and type of lifelong programming being participated. The characteristics of adult learners do not have a direct impact on the happiness index of lifelong learning. The characteristics of adult learners affect the characteristics of adult educators, motivation of participating in learning and institution characteristics. Although the characteristics of educators do not affect the happiness index of lifelong learning, the motivation of participating in learning and institution characteristics have a positive impact on the happiness index of lifelong learning. While the characteristics of adult educators do not have a mediating role for the characteristics of adult learners and happiness index of lifelong learning, the motivation of participating in learning and institution characteristics have shown a complete mediation for the characteristics of adult learners and the happiness index of lifelong learning. These findings suggest that the participating motivation of adult learners, adult educator's improved understanding on adult learners and education quality of education institution are very important for increasing the happiness index through a lifelong learning experience.

The nutrient intakes of elementary, middle and high school children whether participate the school milk program or not, were assessed by estimating meals provided for one month. The schools were selected at random all around the country, and were 52 and 32 schools which were participating and non-participating in the school milk supplying program, respectively. Overall, the students, were enrolled schools with participating in milk program, intake higher energy, protein (p<0.01), lipid, sugar, Ca(p<0.001), P (p<0.001), Fe, K, Vit A and cholesterol compared to those of students were enrolled schools of non-participating, statistical significantly. The calcium intake of students participating in school milk program (PMP) about 1.5 times higher than those of students in the schools of non-participating milk program (NPMP), especially. The calcium intake of student were $24{\sim}28%$ and $43%{\sim}51%$ of RDA in PNP and NPNP students, respectively. Therefore, the calcium intake quantities of students, were provided with the school lunch without milk, were low-end limit of RDA. Considering the school lunch with the Koreanstyle foods mostly, the milk supplying were solved this problem. Especially, the difference of the nutrients intake which were followed in the case PMP which will consider an average 15-20% food left, magnification of milk supplying program in schools may help more growth of children, so the expansion of milk supplying programs in the schools were demanded, urgently.
The study is set out to examine the degree of on the life satisfaction and policy effects of the job creation project for the participating elderly The Subject of the study were 950 elderly people patrici parted In the job·creation project for the elderly in the aged welfare agency in the Seoul. This study proposes a methodology to analyse social networks among participating design engineers during product development projects. The proposed methodology enables product development managers or the participating design engineers to make a proper decision on product development considering the performance of participating design engineers. It considers a product development environment where an integrated product data management (PDM) system manages the product development data and associated product development processes consistently in its database, and all the design engineers share the product development data in the PDM database for their activities in the product development project. It provides a novel approach to build social networks among design engineers from an operational product development data in the PDM database without surveys or monitoring participating engineers. It automatically generates social networks among the design engineers from the product data and relationships specified by the participants during the design activities. It allows analysts to gather operational data for their analysis without additional efforts for understanding complex and unstructured product development processes. This study also provides a set of measures to evaluate the social networks. It will show the role and efficiency of each design engineers in the social network. To show the feasibility of the approach, it suggests an architecture of social network analysis (SNA) system and implemented it with a research-purpose PDM system and R, a statistical software system. A product configuration management process with synthetical example data is applied to the SNA system and it shows that the approach enables analysts to evaluate current position of design engineers in their social networks.

The purpose of this study is to identify the radiative heat transfer augmentation by a coaxial cylinder introduced in the infinite cylindrical pipe enclosing a participating gas. The gas is either a mixture of water vapor and carbon dioxide or gray. The gas is assumed to be homogeneous at a constant temperature, and has a refractive index of unity. All of the surfaces are opaque and gray, diffusely emitting and reflecting at a constant temperature, The effect of system diameter, diameter ratio, wall emittances, gas and surface temperatures, mixture component on heat transfer augmentation are studied by using the zone method with participating gas radiative properties evaluated from the weighted sum of gray gases model. From the radiative equilibrium condition, the installed wall temperature is formulated and calculated by the iteration method. If the medium is a gray gas, the augmentation observed are negligible. For the range of values studied for a real gas, if the system diameter is larger than about 0.1m the augmentation parameter increases up to about 1.2 as the system diameter increases. The augmentation parameter have a maximum value at a certain diameter ratio. The augmentation parameters decreases as the emittance of the installed wall decreases. If the gas temperature is higher than about 1273 k, the augmentation parameter decreases as the gas temperature increases.
