중년여성의 사회적지지, 자기효능감이 노화불안에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Support, Self-Efficacy on Aging Anxiety of the Middle-Aged Women)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중년여성들의 사회적지지, 자기효능감이 노화불안에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 노화불안의 감소를 위한 교육과 중재프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. B광역시에 거주하는 중년 여성을 대상으로 2018년 5월 10일부터 동년 5월 28일까지 수집하였다. 총 대상자는 210명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 program 으로 t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 노화불안은 연령, 교육수준, 가구월평균소득, 결혼생활만족도, 여가시간 활용종류, 친구수에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 노화불안과 사회적지지, 노화불안과 자기효능감 간에는 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의하였다. 중년여성의 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악한 결과 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감, 결혼생활 만족도, 사회적지지로 나타났다. 이중에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감이었고, 전체 설명력은 42.7%로 나타났다. 중년여성의 노화불안을 감소시키기 위해서는 사회활동 참여와 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램과 가족이나 지역사회내의 다양한 관계형성을 위한 프로그램 제공이 필요하다. 또한 노화에 대한 올바른 적응과 긍정적인 인식을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육과 중재 프로그램 제공이 필요하다고 사료된다.

자활사업에서의 사례관리 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구 (The Application of Case Management to the Self-support Program)

  • 본 연구는 자활사업의 개입모델로서 사례관리를 제안하며 그 실천적 적용가능성을 살펴본다. 근로빈곤층을 대상으로 한 자활사업이 궁극적으로 탈빈곤의 효과와 함께 지역사회에서의 자립된 삶을 얻는 기회를 제공하기 위해서는 일자리제공을 통한 경제적 자활 뿐 아니라 지역사회에서 개인의 삶에 영향을 미치는 다양한 사회적 위험요인들에 대한 지지적 서비스가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 자활이 갖는 실천적 의미와 사례관리의 필요성을 살펴보고 이에 적절한 사례관리의 유형과 사례관리자의 역할을 살펴본다. 또한, 자활사업에 필요한 사례관리의 개입방향-상황중심적 사고를 통한 통합적인 사례관리체계의 구성, 역량강화적 접근에 기초한 주체적인 참여와 자율적인 운영, 사회망 개발과 연대적 노력을 통한 포괄적인 사례관리 프로그램으로의 발전-을 제안함으로써 고용과 복지가 통합적으로 고려되는 자활사업의 틀을 구성하고자 한다. 본 연구는 자활사업대상자와 기관차원에서 활용할 수 있는 실천프로그램을 제시함으로써 정책적 차원에 그치던 자활사업에 관한 논의를 서비스제공 차원에서 구체화시킨다는 의의가 있다.

자활참여자의 경험을 통해 본 인문교육의 의미 연구 '서울시, 희망의 인문학 과정' 이수자들의 경험을 중심으로 ? (The Meaning of Humanities Learning among the Participants of the Self-supporting Programs)

  • 본 연구는 자활참여자들의 인문교육 체험의 의미를 밝히기 위하여, '서울시, 희망의 인문학 과정' 기초 및 심화과정을 모두 수료한 자활참여자 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고, 이들의 체험을 해석학적 현상학 연구방법으로 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 다음과 같은 4가지 본질적 주제를 도출하였다: '낯선 것에 대한 탐색과 수용', '반성과 성찰에 따른 자아의 재인식', '인문(人文)적 가치로 자아 재구성', '인문(人紋)적 자아의 지속적 탐구.' 연구 결과, 이들에게 인문교육은 '자신의 본래성을 회복'하고 '인간답게 살아가려는 노력'을 의미하였으며, 연구 참여자들은 교육 후 1년이 지난 시점에서도 스스로 부여한 삶의 의미를 지키고 유지하기 위해 노력하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

심부전 환자의 사회적 지지와 부정적 정서상태가 자가간호 이행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Social Support and Negative Emotional Status on Self-care Adherence in Symptomatic Patients with Heart Failure)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify factors related to self-care adherence in symptomatic patients with heart failure (HF). Methods: Using a cross-sectional design, a convenience sample 209 outpatient clinic patients were recruited at two medical centers. Between October 2011 and August 2012, data were collected using the structured questionnaire. Factors related to self-care adherence were examined using hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Mean age of participants was 67.71 years and a half of them (53.6%) were female. They showed relatively low self-care adherence with mean scores of $61.88{\pm}12.92$. Lower self-care adherence was reported in asking for low sodium items, weighing oneself, checking for ankle edema, and exercising for 30 minutes. The overall model significantly explained 23.9% of variance in self-care adherence. Among the predictors, education, New York Heart Association functional classification, and social support were statistically significant in influencing self-care adherence. The variable of negative emotional status such as anxiety and depression were not found to be significant. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate that social support could help self-care adherence among symptomatic patients with HF. Thus, programs targeting self-care adherence in this population should consider the strategies improving social support.

대학생의 비교과 만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The impact of college students' Extracurricular Curriculum satisfaction and career decision self-ef icacy on career preparation behavior)

  • This study conducted a survey of 330 students participating in the extracurricular curriculum program at K University in Chungcheongbuk-do to analyze the impact of extracurricular satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior. The main results and implications are as follows. First, the positive perception of participation in extracurricular curriculum programs had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Second, high career decision self-efficacy was related to active career preparation behavior. It is necessary to provide continuous career program support, provide counseling tailored to the needs of each student, and establish a systematic career diagnosis system. This study is limited to extracurricular curriculum program participants and has limitations in generalization. Comparative and analytical research is needed by measuring the performance of various educational programs conducted in universities. It is necessary to support the development and operation of various extracurricular curriculum programs that reflect the needs of society and students and to prepare continuous quality management measures.

여성노인의 세대 간 사회적 지원교환과 자기효능감이 우울정도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Intergenerational Social Support Exchange and Self-efficacy on Level of Depression among Elderly Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the effects of intergenerational social support exchange (providing social support, receiving social support) and self-efficacy on the level of depression among elderly women. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 247 elderly women, over 60, living in Seoul. Data were collected by convenience sampling using self-reported questionnaires that consisted of items on general characteristics, depression, intergenerational social support exchange and self-efficacy. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Self-efficacy had the greatest impact on the level of depression among elderly women, followed by perceived health status and providing social support toward adult children. The model explained 39% of the variance. Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that as a way to prevent depression, the health administration needs to develop programs to enhance self-efficacy and to promote the supportive role of elderly women within the family.

여성결혼이민자의 어린 아동의 문제행동 모형 탐색 : 중국, 필리핀, 베트남 출신 여성결혼이민자를 중심으로 (The Mediational Role of Parenting Self-Efficacy and Behavior on Child Problem Behavior : Femaile International Marriage Immigrants and Their Children)

  • This study investigated the relations between mother's parenting self-efficacy, perceived social support, parenting behavior, and acculturative stress, and young children's problem behavior, focusing on the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy and parenting behavior. Mothers were female international marriage immigrant from China, Philippines, and Vietnam. The participants were 374mothers of young children and teachers of the children in Busan and Gyungnam, Korea. Questionnaires were based on Choe and Chung (2001), Shin(1996), Lee (1996), Hong (1995), and Han(1996). Structural equation modeling indicated that mother's parenting self-efficacy and parenting behavior were significant mediators of the relation between mother's perceived social support and child's problem behavior. The results will be useful for parent training programs for female international marriage immigrant.

제2형 당뇨병 환자의 자가간호행위, 임파워먼트 및 사회적 지지가 당화혈색소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-care Behaviors, Empowerment and Social Support on Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the effects of self-care behavior, empowerment, and social support on glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: The data were collected during the period of July 1 to July 31, 2016. In total, 172 participants were recruited from outpatients who had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at a health care center, a health promotion center at National Health Insurance Corporation, and a tertiary hospital. Statistical data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 using frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The study results showed that self-care behavior (${\beta}=-.34$, p<.001), empowerment (${\beta}=-.34$, p<.001), and social support (${\beta}=-.20$, p=.018) were found to be influential factors affecting glycosylated hemoglobin, with an overall descriptive power of 69%. Conclusion: Self-care behavior, empowerment, and social support are considered to be important factors in blood glucose management for the patients with type 2 diabetes. Therefore, self-caring blood glucose programs and internal synchronizing education through social support and empowerment need to be improved.

가족건강성이 청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향 -자아탄력성의 매개효과- (The Effect of Family Strength on Adolescents' Adjustment at School -Focused on Mediation Effect of Self-resilience-)

  • This study invesitgated the mediation effect of self-resilience on the relationship between perceived family strength and adolescents' level of adjustment at school. Participants were 479 elementary and middle school students from Daejeon. Data were analysed by SPSS 12.0 and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 5.0. Results were as follows: Firstly, family strength gives a direct effect on adolescent's school adjustment. Secondly, family strength is mediated by self-resilience on adolescent's school adjustment. Thirdly, significant differences in the path coefficients of the two groups were not found. These results indicate that we should expand the subjects of family and juvenile welfare, including general adolescents and general families, in order to improve family strength. In addition, programs such as the personal relationship and confidence elevation programs should be enacted to support elementary students' self-resilience.

여성 직업 교육프로그램실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구: 제주특별자치도를 중심으로 (Women's Vocational Training Programs and Satisfaction with the Programs in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.
