To this end, data were collected from 214 pastors and they were analyzed. In order to derived the results of a study, we used the statistical processing technique SPSS, to perform verification of factor analysis and reliability of each variable, AMOS analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. The results are as follows. First, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between subjective norms and intention, perceived behavior control and intention of retirement preparing. Second, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between intention and behavior, perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. Third, intention had a partial mediation effect between perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for improving of retirement preparing by pastor.

  • Purpose: Shared mobility services are the most notable in the shared economy; however, they have yet to be activated in Korea due to various regulations and conflicts amongst stakeholders. Nevertheless, shared mobility has become an irresistible trend of the times, as it can cause a great deal of economic and environmental benefits. In this vein, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of shared mobility services in Korea and to provide service providers with implications for developing consumer-oriented marketing strategies. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the reasons that the users do not use shared mobility service, the factors influencing the behaviors of shared mobility users are structured and analyzed in a reliable, technical and procedural manner. To this end, the theory of reasoned action (TRA) of Ajzen and Fisbbein, the initial trust model (ITM), task technology fit (TTF) and switching cost (SC) are adopted. A total of 202 questionnaires were collected from the respondents who were aware of shared mobility. Then statistical processing of the collected data used SmartPLS(v.3.2.8), a PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) analysis program. The steps of the analysis are as follows. First, a PLS-Algorithm analysis was performed to evaluate the measurement model, and a Bootstraping and Blindfolding analysis was performed to evaluate the structural model and verify the hypotheses. Second, a multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA) was conducted to further analyze the differences depending on whether or not users experienced shared mobility service. Results: The results showed that initial trusts model (ITM) and task technology fit (TTF) have positive effects on users' behaviors through the mediation of the intention to use. As opposed to the assumption, switching costs did not have negative moderating effects in relation to the intention to use and users' behaviors. The influence of IT self-efficacy was significant, depending on the prior experience to use shared mobility services. Conclusions: This study will contribute to the revitalization of domestic shared mobility services and the formulation of service providers' marketing strategies. In future studies, there is a need to explore, reconstruct, and validate factors other than the impact factors of the shared mobility services used in this research model.

A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. • The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of team efficacy between interpersonal competence and perceived learning in project learning for pre-service early childhood teachers. Based on a literature review, team efficacy and interpersonal competence were identified as variables having an effect on project learning. The data were collected from 172 students who participated in a project learning course offered by a university located in Seoul, Korea, and were analyzed by Baron & Kenny's (1986) framework. As a result, team efficacy was found to act as a partial mediator between the two variables, understanding of and consideration for other people and perceived learning. This study suggests that team efficacy and understanding of and consideration for other people should be facilitated in project learning courses. The possibility that some teaching strategies could enhance the project learning effect for learners and pre-service teachers is discussed.

  • Job stress of Korean workers is 87.8% which is the highest level among OECD countries(average 80%), and job satisfaction is 69% which is the lowest satisfaction much lower than the average(81) of OECD. This study aims to analyze the effect of LMX; Leader-Member Exchange regarding job stress and job satisfaction empirically. According to the result of the study of employees in special hotels in capital areas and Jeolla province, the difference between job stress and intensity showed partial differences in marital status. In addition, the mediating roles of the LMX quality showed that the only organization-related stress consisting of role conflicts and role ambiguity factors was found to be mediated by the quality of LMX in terms of the effect on job satisfaction. Also, the effect of job authority-related stress and job environment stress on job satisfaction showed that the quality of LMX didn't have an influence.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the formation of turnover intention of restaurant employees by considering their group cohesiveness, organizational commitment, and employment status(full-time vs part-time). Also, following Baron and Kenny's(1986) guidelines, it examined a mediating effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. The results of an empirical analysis showed that group cohesiveness had a significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment was negatively associated with turnover intention. Also, group cohesiveness was negatively associated with turnover intention. That is, the higher the group cohesiveness and the organizational commitment, the lower the turnover intention. In addition, the results of mediation tests revealed that organizational commitment was a partial mediator in the relationship between group cohesiveness and turnover intention. Finally, employment status did not moderate the relationship between group cohesiveness and organizational commitment, organizational commitment and turnover intention, or group cohesiveness and turnover intention. Implications and suggestions for future research were discussed.

  • Many previous studies on the subject of supply chain have consistently claimed that they need collaboration among the partners of supply chains in order to enhance supply chain performance. The purpose of research is to examine the causal linkages among relational characteristics, collaboration, performance in the logistics firm and this research focuses on two types collaboration(operational collaboration and strategic collaboration) as the mediation variable between relational characteristics and supply chain performance. To test the above research questions, we collected data from logistics firm(N=164). The proposed structural model was tested using the PLS(Partial Least Square) statistical program. The research results are as follows. Trust, and information sharing have positive influences on operational collaboration, and operational collaboration have also positive influences on supply chain performance. Duration and information sharing have positive influences on strategic collaboration. However, strategic collaboration has non-positive influences on supply chain performance. The effect of relational characteristics on supply chain performance is mediated by operational collaboration.
