This study aims to identify factors affecting the acceptance intention of cultivating a new Italian ryegrass(IRG) variety using partial least square structural equation modeling(PLS-SEM) and find priority to maximize the acceptance intention of new IRG variety using importance-performance matrix analysis(IPMA). The data were collected on a seven-point Likert-type from 188 farm households located in Korea central region for two months. As a major result of PLS-SEM, expected effect significantly affected acceptance intention. The IPMA also showed expected effect should be considered as the most important factor to improve the acceptance intention. This study suggested the new technology distributors should scientifically prove and actively promote the effects such as increase in farm income, productivity improvement, labor saving and management efficiency caused by planting new IRG variety.

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of organizational culture, environmental uncertainty, and manager's personnel value on environmental disclosure through the environmental organizational structure of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses the structuration and contingency theory. The sample in this study focused on the level of heads or managers or directors of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data was obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to heads or managers. The total sample of this study is 161 manufacturing companies. The data comprising of 64 respondents was completed and can be processed. Empirical testing used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Square (PLS). The result shows that environmental uncertainty and management personnel value have a positive effect on the environmental organizational structure, as well as the environmental organizational structure has a positive effect on the environmental disclosure. However, organizational culture has no effect on the environmental organizational structure. This research can provide benefits for manufacturing companies. The limitation include the low level of response from the respondents. Also the results cannot be generalized due to its specific focus on the manufacturing companies.

본 연구는 농업 신기술의 효율적 확산을 위해 혁신저항이론과 부분회귀-구조방정식모형을 통해 신기술 도입의향의 구조관계를 분석하였다. 혁신저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 상대적 이점, 기술 적합성, 기술 복잡성, 시험 가능성, 위험성을 선정하였고, 혁신적 개인성향과 교육, 기술, 자금지원으로 구성된 농촌지도기관의 서비스를 영향요인으로 추가하였다. 본 연구는 33개 문항으로 신기술 도입의향을 포함하여 11개 요인을 측정하는 설문지를 구성하였다. 자료수집은 농촌진흥청에서 개발한 신기술을 보급하기 위하여 시행된 시범사업에 참여하지 않은 180농가를 대상으로 2017년 4월부터 10월까지 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 혁신저항에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 기술 복잡성과 위험성으로 나타났다. 혁신적 개인성향은 혁신저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 신기술 도입의향에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 농촌지도기관의 서비스는 혁신저항에 음(-)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 신기술 도입의향에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 농업 신기술에 대한 반감을 최소화하기 위해 농촌지도기관은 신기술과 관련된 교육, 컨설팅, 홍보 및 시범사업과 같은 활동에 노력할 것을 제안했다.

본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 혁신활동이 혁신성과와 서비스품질의 개선에 영향을 미치는지 여부와 혁신활동을 통해 창출된 혁신성과와 서비스품질이 물류기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 있다. 우선 혁신활동, 혁신성과에 관련된 이론과 선행연구를 분석하였다. 그리고 혁신성과와 함께 서비스품질의 개선에 관한 선행연구들도 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해, 한국노동연구원의 사업체패널 자료를 활용했고, 총 88개의 샘플을 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구조방정식 분석을 위해 PLS를 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 물류기업의 혁신활동은 혁신성과와 서비스품질개선의 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 혁신성과와 서비스품질은 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 물류기업에게 혁신활동은 물류기업에게 뚜렷한 경쟁우위를 가져다주고, 서비스품질의 개선을 가져다주게 된다. 이는 물류기업이 경쟁에서 승리하고 생존하기 위해서는 꾸준한 혁신활동이 필요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주었다.
