도시공간에 있어서 둘러싸인감의 적용방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Application Method for the Enclosed Effect in the Space of Cities)

  • 본 연구는 일본의 도시공간을 중심으로 D/H와 둘러싸인감이 어느 정도 관련성이 있는지 평가하였다. 동일 샘플에 대해 D/H의 각도 순위와 실험자가 느끼는 실제공간의 둘러싸인감 순위를 순위상관분석을 통해 평가한 결과 42개의 전체샘플(0.49), 25개의 내부공간 샘플(0.63), 17개의 외부공간 샘플(0.59)의 상관성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 D/H의 각도로 현대의 공간을 설명하는 것은 한계성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 현대도시는 공간구조가 복잡한 요소로 구성되어 있어 과거의 D/H와 둘러싸인감 이론을 바탕으로 공간을 평가하는 것은 한계성이 있다. 따라서 앞으로 둘러싸인감을 평가하기 위해서는 새로운 평가모델이 구축되어야 할 것이며 도시공간과 둘러싸인감의 영향에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

의복의 속성 지각이 의류제품의 선호와 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 -여대생의 의복 관여를 중심으로- (A Study on the Influence of the Attribute Perception of Clothing upon Preference and Purchase Intentions)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the substance of clothing attributes which influence the preference and purchase intentions of consumer's on the clothing products and to analyze the influence of such attributes. The subjects of this study are 434 students and formal survey methodologies were used in collecting data. Moreover SAS Package(Ver 6,12) Program was used for analysis and various methods such as factor analysis cluster analysis ANOVA Scheffe test conjoint analysis multiple regression correlation analysis and {{{{ chi ^2 }}-test were followed. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Clothing involvement consists of the affective factor and the cognitive factor 2) The consumers were divided into three groups with regards to the degree of their clothing involvement : those are the high cognitive and high affective involvement group the low cognitive and high affective involvement group and the low cognitive and low affective involvement group 3) The objective attributes of clothing were determined by such factors as price brand style and color whereas the subjective and fashionability 4) Significant differences were found regarding the importance of such clothing attributes among these groups 5) Partial significant differences were found regarding the importance of such clothing attributes among these groups. 5) Partial significant differences were found with regards to the influence of the objective attributes on the subjective attributes among these groups 6) Partial significant differences were found with regards to the influence of clothing attributes on the preference and purchase intentions among these groups. 7) There were differences in the correlation of preference and purchase intentions among these groups : such among these groups with regards to the demographic characteristics of these groups.

다중-셀 이중-홉 MISO 릴레이 시스템에서 부분 채널 정보를 이용한 협력 전력 할당 기법 (Partial CSI-Based Cooperative Power Allocation in Multi-Cell Dual-Hop MISO Relay Systems)

  • 본 논문은 다중 안테나를 가진 릴레이가 설치된 다중-셀 다중-사용자 시스템에서 부분 채널 정보를 이용하여 기지국과 릴레이 간 협력적으로 전력을 할당하는 기법을 제안한다. 이중-흡 MISO (Multi-Input Single-Output) 릴레이 채널에서, 릴레이 채널 용량(end-to-end capacity)을 최대화하기 위해 홉 간 송신 전력을 채널 상태에 따라 동적으로 할당할 필요가 있다. 제안된 기법은 목표 릴레이의 평균 채널 이득과 인접 릴레이로부터의 원하는 채널과 간섭 채널의 송신 상관 행렬의 주요한 고유벡터의 상대적인 각도 차이를 고려하여 릴레이 송신 전력을 동적으로 할당한다. 상향-경계치 분석을 통해서 릴레이 채널 용량은 원하는 채널과 간섭 채널의 주요한 고유벡터의 상대적인 각도 차이가 직교가 될 때 최대가 됨을 이론적으로 증명하였다.

  • 전력용 케이블은 전선로의 지중화 추세에 따라 사용이 증가하고 있다. 케이블 절연체의 경우 장기간의 전압인가에 의해 열화 및 절연파괴 된다. 전력용 케이블의 절연파괴시 발생하는 사회/경제적 문제는 매우 심각한 것으로 알려져 있다. 절연체의 열화에 영향을 주는 요인은 매우 복잡하지만 그중에서도 전기트리 열화에 의한 파괴는 비교적 두꺼운 고체 유전체인 경우에 절연파괴 사고의 주된 원인이 되고 있다. 전기트리의 개시나 진전시 부분방전이 발생하므로 부분방전의 검출에 의해 전기트리의 발생 및 진전 양상을 관측할 수 있고 부분방전의 해석에 의해 절연재료의 잔여 수명을 예측할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고전압 전력용 케이블 절연재로써 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 시편에서의 전기트리 진전 양상을 비파괴 진단 기법에 의하여 검출하고자 내부 부분방전을 관측/해석하였다.

회전근개 손상의 특징에 따른 유착성 관절낭염 이환 시기와의 상관관계 (Correlation between the Rotator Cuff Disease Type and the Adhesive Capsulitis Development Time)

  • Objectives Adhesive capsulitis (AC) is a restricted shoulder range of motion. Rotator cuff disease (RCD) has been believed to be a major etiologic factor of AC, however, how soon is the development time from RCD to AC (DTRA) has not been elucidated. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the correlation between the ultrasonographic characteristics of RCD and the DTRA. Methods Total 40 patients who were diagnosed as AC were recruited. The clinical characteristics of RCD were diagnosed by ultrasonography and classified with the Southern California Orthopedic Institute for Rotator Cuff Classification. The correlation was analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test and one-way analysis of variance. Results 60% of full thickness tear and 40% of partial thickness tear patients (10 male and 30 female, mean age of $54.0{\pm}8.4$ years) and 38% of bursitis and 21% of neovascularization were observed. The mean value of DTRA was $74.8{\pm}131.3$ days. There were no correlation between DTRA and gender (p=0.63), location of the partial tear (p=0.63), the severity of the partial thickness tear (p=0.63), full thickness tear (p=0.66) and completeness of the tear (p=0.16). The presence of bursitis or neovascularization was not associated with DTRA (p=0.60, p=0.61). Conclusions Although RCD is a major etiologic factor of AC, the severity, the type of RCD and the presence of bursitis and neovascularization were not statistically correlated with the DTRA in our study. Comprehensive consideration about etiologic factor analysis of AC will be needed with prospective study design for future study.

한국노인에서 심장혈관계 질환 위험인자에 대한 비만지표인 체질량지수, 허리-엉덩이둘레비, 및 허리둘레의 타당도 비교 (Comparing Validity of Body Mass Index, Waist to Hip Ratio, and Waist Circumference to Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors in Korean Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the validity of obese index among body mass index (BMI), waist to hip ratio (WHR), and waist circumference (WC) and to determine which is the best in relation to cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk in Korean elderly more than 65 ages. Data from the 1998 Korean Health and Nutrition Survey were used (n=1017). Anthropometric indices and CVD risk factors were measured, and chi-square test, analysis of variance following duncan's multiple range test, partial correlation analysis, and Receiver Operator Characteristic (ROC) curves were used in the analysis. Anthropometric values were decreased in both male and female when ages were goes up. In female elderly, it specially showed the characteristics of upper body fat and systolic blood pressure risk (p<0.05). Among life style factors the current smokers were prevalent in obese male (p<0.05), but not prevalent in female having obese or upper body fat. Also, person with upper body obesity have more exercise than that of normal group (p<0.01). Mean BMI values of the current smoker was lower than that of normal group in both sexes (p<0.01). Mean BMI value of person with other risk factors were higher than that of normal groups (p<0.05). Among 7 CVD risk factors in partial correlation analysis, WC had the highest correlation coefficient in 5 in male, whereas BMI in 4 in female. In ROC analyses of 12 risk factors and health conditions, the largest area under curve of obese indices for risk factors were WC>WHR>BMI in male and BMI>WHR>WC in female. The optimal cutoff values of each index (BMI : WHR : WC) for one or more risk factors were 19.02 : 0.84 : 71.3 in male and 19.04 : 0.88 : 85.6 in female. In conclusion, Most Korean elderly showed non-obese and abdominal obesity likewise other Asians. Also CVD risk factors were prevalent in Korean elderly within normal limits of obese indices. Therefore the upper body fat indices reflected in the aged whose muscle mass is replaced by fat must be used as an indicator of CVD risk together with BMI. Although WHR was the worst index based on partial correlation analysis and so located between BMI and WC in ROC curve analysis in both sexes, it need to be use with WC to screen the cardiovascular risk group.

신경회로망에 근거한 강건한 비선형 PLS (Robust nonlinear PLS based on neural networks)

  • In the paper, we porpose a new mehtod of extending PLS(Partial Least Squares) regressiion method to nonlinear framework and apply it to the estimation of product compositions in high-purity distillation column. There have veen similar efforets to overcome drawbacks of PLS by using nonlinear-mapping ability of meural networks, however, they failed to show great improvement over PLS since they focused only in capturing nonlinear functional relationship between input data, not on nonlinear correlation inthe data set. By incorporating the structure of Robust Auto Associative Networks(RAAN) into that of previous nonlinear PLS, we can handle nonlinear correlation as well as nonlinear functional relationship. The application result shows that the proposed method performs better than previous ones even for nonlinearities caused by changing operating conditions, limited observations, and existence of meas-unrement noises.

송전 XLPE 케이블 절연층을 이용한 전기트리 형성과 부분방전 양상의 상관관계 (A study on the correlation between the PD pattern and the formation of electrical trees by use of XLPE insulation for the underground power transmission cable)

  • In this work, PD patterns and electrical trees are observed by use of the XLPE cable insulation. and the tree initiation voltage related to the contamination are also measured in order to calculate the electric stress necessary for the design of cable insulation. Throughout these works, correlation between the PD pattern and the shape of electrical tree has been observed that there may exist three distinct pattern of PD dependence on the stage of tree propagation, Such correlation could bring a basic information in connection with the partial discharge of cable system. It was also found that the electrical stress necessary for the initiation of electrical tree was measured to the 290kV/mm for the 154kV XLPE cables manufactured in KOREA.

  • Most designers of equipment, or of a workplace layout, frequently choose 5 percentile female and 95 percentile male dimensions as design limits. If the design is not an one-dimensional problem, it is difficult to choose '5 percentile female' or '95 percentile male'. Hence it is important to consider the interactions or relationships between body dimensions. This paper deals with correlation analysis, factor analysis and partial correlation analysis using data above age 20 from the national anthropometric survey in Korea, 1986. Besides, a model which represent the extremes of body size of Korean has been developed in this paper.

영상집적 기반의 다시점 부호화 기술을 이용한 디지털 홀로그램의 압축 기술 (Digital Hologram Compression Technique using Multi-View Prediction based on Image Accumulation)

  • 본 논문에서는 다시점 예측기법과 MPEG 동영상 압축 표준 기법을 이용하여 CCD 카메라로부터 광학적으로 획득되거나 컴퓨터에 의해 생성된 디지털 홀로그램(프린지 패턴)을 효율적으로 압축하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 RGB의 각 색차신호를 분리하여 처리하고, 각 색차신호의 객체영상을 $N{\times}N$ 크기로 분할한 부분영상들을 기본단위로 하며, 이때의 각 부분영상은 객체 전체에 대한 정보를 보유하고 있다. 본 논문의 방법은 분할되고 주파수 변환된 한 열의 부분영상들을 다시점 예측기법을 이용하여 집적영상을 만들고, 이 영상을 기준으로 데이터압축을 수행한다. 즉, 이 집적영상에서 역으로 생성된 부분영상과 원 부분영상에 대해 MPEG의 움직임 예측/보상방법으로 데이터를 압축한다. 따라서 압축된 데이터는 집적영상을 만들기 위한 각 부분영상의 변위벡터, 집적영상, 각 부분영상에 대한 움직임벡터 및 보상영상이다. 이 방법을 구현하여 실험한 결과 기존의 방법에 비해 동일 압축율에서의 NC(Normal Correlation) 값이 약 4% 이상 높은 값을 보여 압축효율이 더 좋음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 논문의 방법은 디지털 홀로그램 데이터를 전송하여야 하는 응용분야에서 보다 효율적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
