Protective relay in power system play a prominent part, Simulators for the relay test were introduced in early 1980's, A number of open loop designs have been developed and Recently, several developments of real-time simulators have been reported. But they are very high cost. And then they are difficult to apply for relay testing in small business. This paper presents the structure and performance of a new pc based simulator for digital protective relay testing.

바이트 단위로 접근이 가능하고, 비휘발성을 가지는 SCM(Storage Class Memory)을 이용하여 프로세스의 작업공간으로 활용함과 동시에 파일을 저장하는 형태의 운영체제 기법에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 형태에서 파일이 저장되는 방법을 토대로 프로세스 생성 시 실행 파일의 읽기 전용의 특성을 가지는 실행 코드를 프로세스 공간에 직접 매핑하는 기법에 대하여 제안한다.

Recently, public office building projects are being recognized by many construction engineers and researchers, as the critical projects in the construction industry. The project budgets have sometimes exceeded due to the lack of core knowledge, experiences, skills and experts concerned in cost planning and estimating in the pre-construction stage. It has been highlighted that planning and estimating effectively the cost of public office building projects as critical in the design stage. Within this context, some cost data books and systems, such as RSMeans cost data systems and Spon's price book, have been systematically developed and used by many construction cost managers and organizations in order to effectively estimate and use their project budgets. As a result of this research, a cost estimating model for finishes has been developed, considering the cost data used in public office building projects.

Plastic wastes have a negative impact on marine environments; however, they can be used as carbon sources and habitats by certain microbes. Microbes in the marine plastisphere can migrate worldwide through the ocean and cause serious environmental problems when they encounter suitable environments. Therefore, efforts to investigate the microbes inhabiting the marine plastisphere are increasing. In the present study, fungal strains were isolated from plastic wastes buried in Korean sea sands and mudflats and identified using molecular and morphological analyses. Five species were identified that were previously unrecorded from South Korea: Cladosporium funiculosum, Neosetophoma poaceicola, Neosetophoma rosigena, Parasarocladium gamsii, and Trichoderma fomiticola. Their molecular phylogenies and morphological characteristics are described in this study.

본 논문에서는 시각장애인을 위한 교통시설 앱 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 시각장애인이 편리하게 사용하고 안전하게 교통수단을 이용할 수 있는 음성지원 경로 알림이 탑재되어 있는 내비게이션 앱이다. 스마트 디바이스 기기만 있으면 쉽게 설치가 가능하며, 이를 통해 시각장애인에게 경로 이탈에 대한 두려움을 줄이고 음성지원 경로 알림 서비스를 제공해 안전하게 교통수단을 이용할 수 있다. 50개국 이상 언어지원 블록체인을 이용한 구조 A-GPS, T MAP, 음성을 사용 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 문제점 해소와 더 나아가 시각장애인의 독립적인 이동 문화 형성을 제공한다.

The unit-water content of concrete is one of the important factors in determining the quality of concrete and is directly related to the durability of the construction structure, and the current method of measuring the unit-water content of concrete is applied by the Air Meta Act and the Electrostatic Capacity Act. However, there are complex and time-consuming problems with measurement methods. Therefore, high frequency moisture sensor was used for quick and high measurement, and unit-water content of mortar was evaluated through machine running and deep running based on measurement big data.

An 1-year-old, spayed, female Labrador Retriever was presented for bilateral epiphora. A complete ophthalmic examination was conducted, including Schirmer tear test, rebound tonometry, fluorescein staining, slit lamp biomicroscopy, and binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy. To determine the patency of the nasolacrimal duct system, a nasolacrimal flush and dacryocystorhinography were also performed. Although the nasolacrimal flush showed patency in the upper and lower lacrimal puncta in both eyes (OU), the lower lacrimal puncta were not found in the original palpebral conjunctiva, but on medial canthal skin with very small opening. Moreover, the nasolacrimal ducts in OU were not patent with flushing. Bilateral nasolacrimal duct atresia was confirmed by dacryocystorhinography. No other abnormalities of the eyes were found on complete ophthalmic examinations. Bilateral congenital anomalies of the lower lacrimal puncta and nasolacrimal duct atresia were diagnosed in this dog.

This study was to estabilish the composition and vegetation of vascular plants on natural mashes in Wondae-ri(710m: $37^{\circ}$ 58' 30" N, $128^{\circ}$ 12' 15" E), This work was conducted from April to October, 1999. Vascular plants were composed of 71 families, 175 genera, 228 species, 1 subspecies, 33 varieties and 3 formae, totaling 265 taxa. Among the investigated vascular plants, 19 families, 24 genera, 31 species, 5 varieties, 1 formae, totaling 37 taxa (13.9%) were hydrophytes and hygrophytes. The forest vegetation was classified into 1 community and 2 subcommunities ; A. Phragmites japonica community A-1. Salix gracilistyla-Impatiens noli-tangere subcommunity A-2. Spiraea prunifolia var. simpliciflora-Artemisia capillaris subcommunity.

Uncaria sinensis(OIi.) Havil (USH) is used in traditional Korean medicine to treat inflammation such as amebic dysentery. In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effect of USH. The water extract of USH significantly inhibits lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitrite oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor $(TNF)-{\alpha}$, interleukin (IL)-6and IL-12 productions in murine peritoneal macrophages. Furthermore, USH selectively inhibited activation of the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) but not of p38 MAPK, c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and nuclear $factor-{\kappa}B$ $(NF-{\kappa}B)$. In murine model, we found that administration of USH reduced serum levels of $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6 and IL-12 productions in LPS-treated mice. Our results suggest that USH exerts ant-inflammatory effects in macrophages via inhibition of ERK activation and may be a useful therapeutic approach to inflammatory diseases.

An unstable second metatarsophalangeal joint may produce pain in the forefoot. Plication of stretched lateral ligament and capsule and transfer of the extensor digitorum brevis under the transverse intermetatarsal ligament performed as the primary procedure to stabilize this painful joint. But the pain was not subsided and the proximal phalanx was resubluxated. So, we osteotomized the second metatarsal to restore a normal alignment of the second toe. Then the symptom was subsided. We report a case of painful instability of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the second toe.
