양수발전 설비에 적용 가능한 새로운 고장 예측경보 알고리즘 개발 (Development of a New Prediction Alarm Algorithm Applicable to Pumped Storage Power Plant)

  • The large process plant is currently implementing predictive maintenance technology to transition from the traditional Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) approach to the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) approach in order to improve equipment maintenance and productivity. The traditional techniques for predictive maintenance involved managing upper/lower thresholds (Set-Point) of equipment signals or identifying anomalies through control charts. Recently, with the development of techniques for big analysis, machine learning-based AAKR (Auto-Associative Kernel Regression) and deep learning-based VAE (Variation Auto-Encoder) techniques are being actively applied for predictive maintenance. However, this predictive maintenance techniques is only effective during steady-state operation of plant equipment, and it is difficult to apply them during start-up and shutdown periods when rises or falls. In addition, unlike processes such as nuclear and thermal power plants, which operate for hundreds of days after a single start-up, because the pumped power plant involves repeated start-ups and shutdowns 4-5 times a day, it is needed the prediction and alarm algorithm suitable for its characteristics. In this study, we aim to propose an approach to apply the optimal predictive alarm algorithm that is suitable for the characteristics of Pumped Storage Power Plant(PSPP) facilities to the system by analyzing the predictive maintenance techniques used in existing nuclear and coal power plants.

  • The urban transit vehicles has very complicated structures composed electric and mechanical parts and systems. Its system is important to insure operating stability pursuant to massive transfer. Also, its system takes a lot of maintenance cost than constructing cost due to its system which has longtime life cycle. Generally it is know that maintenance cost affect a lot on total cost because its life cycle cost takes a part more than 60~70%. For these reason, it is really important to reduce its maintenance cost through efficiently operation and maintenance management system construction.

  • 국내 교량의 사용 수명은 대부분 30년 미만으로 향후 유지보수에 투입되어야하는 예산이 증대될 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 교량에 투입할 수 있는 예산은 한정되어 있기 때문에 효과적인 예산 투입을 통한 교량의 요구 성능 달성을 목표로 수행되고 있는 자산관리에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 교량의 효과적인 자산관리를 수행하기 위해서는 건설사업 수행 전 단계에서 발생하는 정보들을 효과적으로 활용해야한다. 따라서 효과적인 정보관리를 통해 자산관리를 지원할 수 있는 시스템과 DB의 구축이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 건설사업의 정보관리에 활용되고 있는 BIM을 활용하여 교량의 유지관리에 적용할 수 있는 BIM기반 교량 자산관리모델 개발을 목표로 설정하였으며, 선행연구조사를 통한 BIM 기능 및 자산관리 세부구성항목 도출을 수행하고 상호간의 연계성을 고찰하였다. 이를 기반으로 구축된 자산관리 모델은 유지보수 대안별 소요예산과 정체시간을 산정하는 모델로 구성하였다. 또한 구축된 BIM기반 교량 자산관리 모델의 타당성 및 적용성 검증을 위해 사례연구를 수행한 결과, 본 연구에서 제안된 BIM기반 교량 자산관리모델은 현행 교량 유지관리 업무절차에 적용이 가능한 모델로써 한정된 예산 내에서 효율적인 교량 유지관리 업무를 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

금강수계 내 환경기초시설 운영실태에 관한 연구 (A Study of Actual Condition on Operation and Management of Environmental Infrastructure in the Geum River System)

  • The various environmental problems that we face on today are basically about environmental quality. Since early 1960s affluent material was produced because of remarkable economic growth by many cooperations. However, for the lack of environmental policy, environmental pollutions has been serious. The central government should transfer the producing and consuming structure to environmental affinity through the regulations for developing Korea as a model of environmental nation which takes an active part in global environmental programme and in which the environment and economy are well harmonized. Moreover, the central government should take the lead in prevention of environmental pollution through the direct policies such as strengthening the discharge limit or setting up environmental basic institutions by securing budget for conserving environment. This thesis emphasize on the public institution among many environmental basic institutions for environmental anti-pollution project. It will find the problems with running those institutions, and will suggest the preview of improvement. Also, it is necessary to investigate of variation trend for inflow and pollutant loading to environmental infrastructure as increased of the diffusion rate as established and maintenance of sewer system. The purpose of this study is to investigate for inflow and pollutant loading to environmental infrastructure, and also to provide the method of efficiently maintenance and management. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. Survey of actual condition on operation and management of environmental infrastructure was evaluated the propriety of treatment process and problem of plant management. 2. Analysis of pollutant loading contribution for river system of environmental infrastructure with data analysis of water quality measuring network. 3. To investigate on case study for efficiently maintenance and management of environmental infrastructure. The result on this study was provide the method of efficiently maintenance and management with survey for establish and repair of sewer system and survey of actual condition on operation and management of environmental infrastructure in the water area of discharge to Geum River System. Application as guideline for establish and management of environmental infrastructure, and management of Geum River System. Also, application for preliminary data for fulfill-assess of total effluent regulation of water pollution.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine which variables affect customer relationship management in discount store focusing on satisfaction, trust and commitment. A total of 360 participants who had purchased fashion products in discount store were used in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS program. As the result, benefits, information, reputation, product, location, salesperson and price factor were extracted. The price, information, reputation, product and location variables had the effects on satisfaction, especially, price had the major effects on satisfaction. The satisfaction, information, salesperson, price and location had the effects on trust. The satisfaction, trust, information, benefits and product had the effects on commitment. The reputation variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. Also, satisfaction, trust and commitment had the effects on relationship maintenance. Specifically commitment had higher effect on relationship maintenance than satisfaction and trust did. The results of this study would provide CRM marketing strategy for fashion marketers of discount store.

  • 국내 건설 산업이 대형화 및 복잡화됨에 따라 건설프로세스에서 발생하는 각종 공사 관리정보를 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 방법과 통합적으로 관리하는 것에 대한 사회적 요구가 증대되고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내의 시설물 유지관리 체계는 시스템 개발과 적용보다는 유지관리 노동에 대한 투자가 큰 노동집약체계로서 시스템 발전이 상당히 정체되어 있고, 건설 프로세스 과정에서 생성되는 정보의 수집 및 활용에 상당한 시간 및 비용이 비효율적으로 소모되는 등 여러 가지 문제점에 직면해 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 새로운 IT기술인 NFC(Near Field Communication)와 데이터베이스 시스템 그리고 스마트 기기를 연동하여 건설 프로세스 과정에서 생성되는 각종 건설정보의 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 체계적이고 효율적인 유지관리체계를 통해 건설공정 및 유지관리 품질을 향상할 수 있는 댐 시설물을 대상으로 한 스마트 통합유지관리시스템을 개발함으로 업무 편의성과 사용성을 향상하고, 건설 유지관리업무의 효율성 증진에 이바지하고자 한다.

  • 최근 핵가족화, 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 인해 장시간 보육시설에 맡겨지는 영유아의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 보육시설의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 외부환경에 민감한 영유아들에게 보육시설의 물리적 환경은 필수적인 관리대상이다. 현재, 국 공립 보육시설은 시설운영 및 유지관리비를 지방자치단체로부터 지원받고 있으나, 불공평한 지원문제를 가지고 있다. 왜냐하면, 시설규모나 유지관리 항목에 따른 시설 개 보수비 산정기준이 부족하고, 보육시설 운영유지를 위해 사용되는 보육시설 세출 예산과목 중 시설비와 시설 장비 유지비가 현실적이지 않기 때문이다. 이러한 이유로 한정된 예산으로 보육시설의 유지보수 항목을 적절하게 배분할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국 공립 보육시설물의 실내외 시설 설비 등 33개의 운영유지항목을 정리하고, 설문조사를 통해 각 운영유지 항목의 중요도를 산정하였다. 이를 통하여, 실무자가 적정한 시설운영유지항목을 바탕으로 한정된 예산으로 보육시설 운영유지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하고자 하였다.

An Automatic Generation Method of Traceability Links from Requirement to Design in Business Applications

  • Requirements traceability link information is the basis for determining whether requirement change requested throughout the software development life cycle should be reflected in the system. Setting up complete requirements traceability links requires considerable effort. However, the commensurate benefits can be obtained in later development or further maintenance phases. For this reason, setting up and managing requirements traceability links in the software development phase are tasks that cause considerable resistance to developers. This study proposes a method for generating requirement traceability links in business applications. The key feature of the proposed method is that the traceability link from the requirements element, which is the basis of the corresponding element to the analysis element, is automatically established at the same time the elements of the analysis model are identified. This can be a way to reduce developer effort while increasing the efficiency of the traceability model. A case study on a Course Registration System demonstrates the feasibility of applying the proposed requirements traceability management method to actual software development.

국방시설에 적합한 선진 유지관리예산모델의 적용에 관한 연구 (The Study on Application of Advanced Maintenance and RePairBudgeting Model for Domestic Military Facilities)

  • 공공 시설물별 특성을 반영하기 힘든 Incremental Budgeting 모델에 근거한 유지관리예산의 산정 및 배정은 유지관리 요구와 투자예산간의 관련성을 더욱 격리시켜, 시설물의 조기 노후화를 발생시키고 있다. Incremental Budgeting 모델의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 노력이 일부에서 진행되고 있으나, 기존 모델의 테두리에서 이루어져 근본적인 처방이라 보기 힘들다. 공공 시설물 유지관리예산모델의 해결방안은 새로운 시각에서 바라보아야 한다 이러한 관점에서 $50\%$ 이상이 80년대 이전에 축조되었으며, 최근 대형화$\cdot$현대화되는 추세인 국방시설을 대상으로 문헌연구와 전문가 면담조사를 통해 적합한 유지관리예산모델을 선정하고, 이에 따른 현행 업무프로세스를 개선하였다.

  • Recently as return farmers has been increased rapidly, the introduction of a system of rental housing is being considerated in order to induce regional fixation. It was examined organizational management, business scope of rural type rental housing, management role, through the analysis about the management realities of the business of similar form Rural-Fishing New Town project. Jangseonggun and Hwasungun have maneged rental housing 280ho in Rural-Fishing New Town project. It is large village among Rural Rental Housing. And these counties have organized the complex on a large scale among the rental housing. Local governments have managed and operated directly, also these governments have two different methods for the co-management, and the way of making payment. Rental housing management services are divided into rental management, housing management, tenant management. Rental management services such as residents of recruitment, tenants and retreat, rent collection and the storage, management and leasing promotion of the cantilever, surveys of residents. Housing management services such as check of various facilities, maintenance and maintenance work, security and cleaning and daily facility management. Tenant management is life management in connection with housing welfare. In the rural type of rental housing, there are few cases to operate a management office. It is often supplied by rental housing to buy a house or vacant land within the existing village. In this case, by utilizing community facilities within the existing village instead of establishment of extra facilities,It doesn't need to make payment for maintenance fee. In the smaller complex than No. 20, it is self-managed by the tenants in order to reduce the administrative costs and specify the necessary municipal manager. Organization form can be maneged directly from local governments and part of for the management of the building can be employed a mixed management system to delegate management to private organizations such as non-profit organizations or neighborhood association. Tenant management helps people who move in a rental house live on stable circumstance in there area by connection with the program of life support.
