고강도 콘크리트의 탄성계수에 미치는 배합재료의 영향 평가 (Effect of Mix Ingredients on Modulus of Elasticity of High-Strength Concrete)

  • This paper report the effects of mix ingredients on the modulus of elasticity of high-strength concrete. The test of 284 cylinder specimens are conducted for type I with 10% replacement of fly-ash cement concretes. Different water-binder ratio, amounts of water and coarse aggregate as variables were investigated. And also analyzed it statistically by using SAS.

  • This paper reports the relation of concrete setting characteristic and lateral pressure in mass concrete wall such as side wall of LNG underground storage tank. In order to estimate the lateral pressure, initial setting time of low heat cement concrete with type of mineral admixture was measured for three concrete mixtures(W/P=41.6%) containing limestone powder, fly ash, and slag powder. As a result, the lateral pressure of the concrete containing limestone powder was the smallest than those of other concretes as well as the initial setting time.

  • High strength concrete was placed at the mass concrete slabs, walls, pillars of RC building from August till August. And the construction is going on now. This paper presents mix design, production, quality control and experience with field application of high strength ready-mixed concrete under hot weathered conditions. It is shown to be possible to produce high strength concrete that has 45MPa compressive strength using superplasticizer and cement replaced with 20% fly-ash with appropriate control.

  • This paper discusses laboratory evaluations to assess the physical properties of antiwashout underwater concrete (AWC) containing pozzolanic materials such as fly ash (FA), blast furnace slag (SG) and metakaolin(MK). For the experiments, pH value, suspended solids, slump flow, efflux time and compressive strength were tested. According to the results from compressive strength test, MK10 showed the very high compressive strength characteristic during the entire curing days, but the rate of strength development was decreased as time goes by.

  • For the development of lilght weight cement concrete with high durability, this study used perlite and paper sludge ash by the light weight material, and polypropylene fiber by the reinforcment, and poly-acrylic ester emulsion by the matrix improvement. According to the increasing mixture ratio of fiber and use of polymer, the light weight polypropylene fiber reinforced polymer cement ratio of fiber and use of polymer, the light weight polypropylene fiber reinforced polymer cement concrete were showed high resistance for frost damage.

  • This paper deals with a reduction in the setting shrikage of polymer concrete using bentonite as shrinkage reducing agent. This study with polymer concrete using unsaturated polyester(UP) based on recycled PET waste was performed to verify the effect of various shrinkage reducing agent contents and the types of filler which are fly ash and $CaCo_3$. Setting stress induced by setting shrinkage was investigated in temrs of mechanical and chemical combination.

  • The corrosion failure analysis for the heating pipeline of apartment was performed. Usually, the heating pipe was layed in the concrete. However, it was known that the corrosion problems could be induced by admixture containing chlorine such as set accelerant. antifreezer and so on. Therefore the new construction method using stone ash instead of concrete was attempt to solve these problems. However water leaking accidents by corrosion occurred after 1 month from the completion of the apartment. In this paper, the reason of corrosion failure was investigated by the field study and laboratory analysis in many aspects.

  • 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 폴리에틸렌 섬유 등의 합성 섬유는 고연성 섬유보강 시멘트 복합재료를 제조하는데 성공적으로 사용되고 있다. 폴리프로필렌 섬유 역시 복합재료를 제조하는데 사용되고 있지만, 고연성을 구현하는 목적보다는 고온에 노출된 콘크리트의 내화 성능 향상 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 폴리프로필렌 섬유로 보강된 시멘트 복합재료의 성능을 향상시키는 방법에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 폴리프로필렌 섬유보강 시멘트 복합재료의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 5가지 배합을 결정하였다. 1종 보통포틀랜드시멘트 (OPC)와 OPC를 다량 치환한 플라이애시를 결합재로 사용하였고 물-결합재 비는 0.23~0.25이다. 또한 부피비로 2%의 폴리프로필렌 섬유가 사용되었으며, 연성을 향상시킬 목적으로 폴리스틸렌 비드가 사용되었다. 슬럼프, 밀도, 압축강도, 1축 인장 실험을 포함한 일련의 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험결과, 파괴역학, 마이크로역학, 통계이론을 이용하여 폴리프로필렌 섬유보강 시멘트 복합재료의 성능을 향상할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
