This paper introduces the concepts of UML(Unified Modeling Language) and the applying this technique for implementing voltage stability analysis program. Conventional function-oriented software development methodologies are inadequate to support further maintenance and enhancement. To overcome drawbacks of these methodologies, this paper proposes applying object-oriented technology for voltage stability evaluation software development. In this paper, a modal analysis approach, a steady-state voltage stability evaluation method, is used and UML is applied to the analysis and design for software development.

This paper intends to analyse the export assistance programs for SMEs(Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) located in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province as well as to suggest export promotion policy for the local government. In order to accomplish these objectives, the present paper makes an extensive survey about export-support programs conducted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. The survey was rigorously made to evaluate export-support programs taken by the provincial government of Gyeongsangbuk-do and the regional firms' awareness about them. The paper utilized SPSS for empirical analysis. The frequency analysis was used to know the precision of data and its general features. The Crosstabulation Analysis was also used to evaluate firms' recognition about export-support programs and their practical use, satisfaction and relationships with the characteristics of enterprises. The results show that the local government must effectively systematize export support programs and develop export-support programs customized for the characteristics of enterprises in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

This paper is analysis of stiffened opening thick plate on foundation. This paper has the object of investigating natural frequencies of opening thick plates on Pasternak foundation by means of finite element method and providing Kinematic design data for mat of building structures. In this paper, vibration analysis of rectangular opening thick plate is done by use of Serendipity finite element with 8 nodes by considering shearing strain of plate. And vibration analysis of stiffener is done by used of Timoshenko beam-column element wit 3 nodes. It is shown that natural frequencies depend on not only Winkler foundation parameter but also shear foundation parameter, opening position, opening size, stiffener size.

This paper has the object of investigating natural frequencies of opening thick plates on Pasternak foundation by means of finite element method and providing Kinematic design data for mat of building structures. Vibration analysis that opening plate subjected to In-plane stress is presented in this paper. Finite element analysis of rectangular opening plate is done by use of rectangular finite element with 8-nodes. In order to analysis plate which is supported on Pasternak foundation, the Winkler foundation parameter is varied with 0, 10, 102, 103 and the shear foundation parameter is 0, 5, 10, 15. The ratio of In-plane force to critical load is applied as 0.2, 0.8, respectively. This paper analyzed varying opening Position and opening size.

In the beginning of vehicle development, it is difficult to define the concept of engine mounting system. With only the property of vehicle, we have to find the direction of engine mounting system. And it is important to find common mounts for several engine variation in order to reduce the cost and manage mounts efficiently. This paper introduces the software which has developed for engine mounting system analysis. And its function and usefulness are explained in paper. The examples have correlated between the analysis model and real model to raise the accuracy during development of engine mounting system are shown in paper.

This paper has the object of investigating natural frequencies of thick plates on inhomogeneous Pasternak foundation by means of finite element method and providing kinematic design data lot mat of building structures. This analysis was applied for design of substructure on elastic foundation. Mat of building structure may be consisdered as a thick plate on elastic foundation. Recently, as size of building structure becomes larger, mat area of building structure also tend to become target and building structure is supported on inhomogeneous foundation. In this paper, vibration analysis or rectangular thick plate is done by use or serendipity finite element with 8 nodes by considering shearing strain of plate. The solutions of this paper are compared with existing solutions and finite element solutions with 4${\times}$4 meshes of this analysis are shown the error of maximum 0.083% about the existing solutions. It is shown that natrural frequencies depend on not only Winkler foundation parameter but also shear foundation parameter.

The purpose of this paper is to get a powerful tool for response analysis of a spherical dome subjected to dynamic excitation based on mathematically analytical method, i. e., the Galerkin procedure in modal analysis, with sufficient accuracy and practicality. At first, this paper provides an approximate solution of eigen modes, which has sufficient accuracy and praticallity for response analysis in symmetric and antisymmetric state. In the second stage of this paper, response analysis of a dome subjected to horizontal earthquakes is executed as the application of these approximate modes. Many important response characteristics may manifest themselves through parametric survey of material and geometric properties.

본 논문은 신경망 근사 해석 모델 개발을 궁극적인 목적으로 하는 기초적 연구로서, 기존의 수치해석 알고리즘과의 성능 비교를 통하여 신경망 알고리즘의 특성과 역할을 수치해석의 관점에서 정확히 판단하는데 목적이 있다. 신경망 알고리즘을 변형하여 선형 연립 방정식의 해를 구하는 두가지 방법을 제안하였고, 회귀분석, 보간법과의 비교를 통하여 광범위한 근사자(universal approximator)로서의 역할을 보였다.

The quantitative trace analysis of ions could be deteriorated by filter papers because of the effect of adsorption. Generally the adsorption of anions on filter paper did not occurred. Instead, $Cl^-$ and $NO{_3}^-$ ions were extracted from the filter papers. However, most metal ions were adsorbed on the filter papers by the formation of hydroxide in neutral solution. The adsorption of metal ions except $Ag^+$ ion could be avoided depend on the acid concentrations.

An extensive literature review has been made in this paper to build the evaluation hierarchy structure for the certification of electronic commerce services. In building the evaluation hierarchy structure, major candidate evaluation factors are selected by bench marking the various certification practices, including the Malcolm Baldrige award, ISO9000, and BSC(balanced scorecard) techniques. This paper deployed principal component analysis and factor analysis techniques to develop a statistically solid and systematic evaluation model. The final evaluation model, as presented in this paper as a model for the certification of electronic commerce services, produces a numeric score on the 100% scale, which can be served as a metric for the certification decision. The AHP technique was used in converting the various qualitative and quantitative evaluation values into a single measure for the certification decision.
