슬개하 지방체에 발생한 조직구종 (Histiocytoma of the Infarapatellar Fat Pad)

  • 슬관절에서의 양성 섬유성 조직구종은 매우 드문 질환으로 우연히 발견되는 경우가 많고, 가장 호발하는 부위는 수지 및 완관절과 족지 및 족관절의 건초나 활액막에 발생하는 것으로 알려져있다. 조직학적으로 병변의 위치에 관계없이 유사한 소견을 보이고 대부분은 특별한 증상이 없으나 관절운동 제한, 동통 등의 동반증상이 발생하며 치료는 절제술만으로도 충분하다. 저자들은 슬개하 지방체와 활액막 사이에 발생한 양성 섬유성 조직구종의 1례를 치료 경험하게되어 진단적 관절경 검사 시행 후 변연부 절제수술을 시행하여 병변을 치유하였다. 수술 후 24개월의 추적 관찰상 재발은 없었으며 또한 슬관절 기능도 만족할만 하였다.

가변스트레치성형 설계변수와 성형오차의 상관관계에 대한 통계적 연구 (Statistical Study on Correlation Between Design Variable and Shape Error in Flexible Stretch Forming)

  • A flexible stretch forming process is useful for small quantity batch production because various shape changes of the flexible die can be achieved conveniently. In this study, the design variables, namely, the punch size, curvature radius and elastic pad thickness, were quantitatively evaluated to understand their influence on sheet formability using statistical methods such as the correlation and regression analyses. Forming simulations were designed and conducted by a three-way factorial design to obtain numerical values of a shape error. Linear relationships between the design variables and the shape error resulted from the Pearson correlation analysis. Subsequently, a regression analysis was also conducted between the design variables and the shape error. A regression equation was derived and used in the flexible die design stage to estimate the shape error.

에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 삼원 공중합 (EPDM) 발포체의 충격음 저감 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impact Sound Insulation Properties of EPDM Micro Cellular Pad)

  • EPDM 발포체의 정적/동적 특성을 측정하여 재료 특성과 진동 특성과의 연관성을 알아보고 이로부터 충격음 저감재로서의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 정적/동적 특성은 material test system (MTS)를 사용하여 시편의 형상, 두께, 초기하중, 발포도 등에 따라 정적 탄성계수, 동적 탄성계수, 전달율의 변화를 조사하였다. 정적 탄성계수와 동적 탄성계수의 경우, 형상이 단순하고 두께가 얇을수록 큰 값을 나타냈고, 전달율과 동적 탄성계수는 상호 비례 관계에 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특징적으로 동적 탄성계수가 증가하면, 전달율의 특성 피크치는 같은 주파수 영역에서의 증가 혹은 고주파수 영역으로의 전이의 형태로 일어나게 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 실험실적 모사 시험장치를 통해 충격에 따른 주파수별 진동 속도측정과 유한 요소 해석 모델을 사용하여 mode shape에 의한 충격 해석 결과를 알아보았는데, EPDM 발포체를 사용함으로써 2.5-3.5배의 진동 속도 저감이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었고, mode shape의 경우 몰타르와 콘크리트만으로 구성된 구조물에 비해 진동 충격에 대한 변위가 급감함으로써 충격음 저감재로서의 EPDM 발포체의 적용 가능성은 상당히 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

성형 오차 예측 모델을 이용한 가변 성형 공정에서의 탄성 회복 보정 (Compensation for Elastic Recovery in a Flexible Forming Process Using Predictive Models for Shape Error)

  • The objective of this study is to compensate the elastic recovery in the flexible forming process using the predictive models. The target shape was limited to two-dimensional shape having only one curvature radius in the longitudinal-direction. In order to predict the shape error the regression and neural network models were established based on the finite element (FE) simulations. A series of simulations were conducted considering input variables such as the elastic pad thickness, the thickness of plate, and the objective curvature radius. Then, at sampling points in the longitudinal-direction, the shape errors between formed and objective shapes could be calculated from the FE simulations as an output variable. These shape errors were expressed to a representative error value by the root mean square error (RMSE). To obtain the correct objective shape the die shape was adjusted by the closed-loop using the neural network model since the neural network model shows a higher capability of estimating the shape error than the regression model. Finally the experimental result shows that the formed shape almost agreed with the objective shape.

스플린터 및 판상형 티탄산칼륨염 합성 및 브레이크 보강재로서의 평가 (Synthesis of splinter-type and plate-type potassium titanate as reinforcements in brake pad for automobile)

  • 스플린터(splinter) 및 판상(plate shape) 형상을 가지는 티탄산칼륨염(K2O·nTiO2, PT)을 합성하고 브레이크 마찰재의 보강재로 이용하여 마찰 특성을 평가하였다. 스플린터형 티탄산칼륨염을 합성하기 위하여 먼저 판상 형상을 가지는 사티탄산칼륨염(K2O·4TiO2, PT4)을 합성하고 칼륨 이온(K+)을 일부 산침출(acid leaching)하여 육티탄산칼륨염(K2O·6TiO2, PT6)으로 변환시킨 후, 800℃에서 열처리하여 스플린터 형상의 입자를 얻었다. 판상형 티탄산칼륨염을 합성하기 위해서 염화칼륨을 융제로 사용하고 마그네슘(Mg)을 일부 첨가하여 판상의 형상을 가지는 마그네슘티탄산칼륨염(K0.8Mg0.4Ti1.6O4, PMT)을 합성하였다. 얻어진 육티탄산칼륨염 및 마그네슘티탄산칼륨염 입자를 보강재로 이용하여 브레이크 패드 마찰재를 제작하고 1/ 5-스케일 다이나모미터(scale dynamometer)를 이용하여 마찰 마모 특성을 평가하였다. 평가 결과, 두 종류의 보강재가 유사한 마찰계수 및 Fade & recovery 특성을 보였으며 판상형 마그네슘티탄산칼륨염의 경우, 스플린터형 육티탄산칼륨염보다 우수한 내마모성을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다.

브래지어의 패턴 구성요소 분석 및 제작법 연구 (The Analysis of Pattern Components of Brassiere and Study on Its Making)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer basic data for designing and making of brassiere with the consideration of the physiological nature of man. Each of 3/4-cup wired upward-support-type Mold Bra of 75 size with basic pad made at three representative domestic companies (A, B and C Company) was selected for analysis of pattern and components. The following is the result of this study. 1. That Company A's bra had the highest cup, relatively narrow width, the widest front-center and the highest front center at front pad. That of Company B had relatively short wing over the base and much difference at the height of cup depending on the presence of wire. That of Company C had low and wide cup, the widest bust span and the front center width, the front center height of front pad, the base length of front pad and the length of wings were observed to be of the figures between those of Company A and B. 2. The Bra of Company A had the biggest front center angle of $6^{\circ}$, while that of Company C had the biggest wing angle of $18^{\circ}$. The Bra of Company B showed the biggest difference of patterns depending on the presence of wire. Those of Company A and C showed very similar shape when wire was inserted. 3. The order of making brassiere is following: making of exterior mold cup${\rightarrow}$ sewing exterior cup and circumference of mold${\rightarrow}$ sewing base and wings${\rightarrow}$ sewing binding tape to base${\rightarrow}$ sewing cup and main pad${\rightarrow}$ sewing binding tape to upper sides and upper part of wings${\rightarrow}$ sewing wire-tape to interior base of cup${\rightarrow}$ inserting of wire inside wire-tape${\rightarrow}$ sewing hook & eye on the back of wings${\rightarrow}$ sewing shoulder string.

  • 최근 4차산업혁명으로 대용량 데이터 처리를 위한 고집적 반도체에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 반도체 제품에 장착되는 소자들의 크기가 작아 짐에 따라 표면실장기술(SMT)의 신뢰성에 대한 연구가 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PCB의 패드 디자인이 수동소자의 조립 및 접합 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 실험 계획법(design of experiment, DOE) 이용하여 분석하였다. 수동소자를 실장하기 위한 PCB의 패드 길이, 너비 및 두 패드간 거리를 변수로 하여 실험계획법을 수립하였다. 저항칩의 오배치(misplacement) 방향에 따른 수동소자의 톰스톤(tombstone)불량률을 도출하였다. 전단테스트를 통해 수동소자와 PCB 사이의 전단력을 측정하였다. 또한, 단면분석을 통해 패드 디자인에 따른 솔더의 형상을 분석하였다.

국가등록문화재 제607호 서재필 진료가운 보존처리와 유물 충전재 개발 (Conservation Treatment and the Development of a Relics Filling Pad to Maintain the Shape of a Doctor's Coat Worn by Seo Jae-pil, the National Registered Cultural Heritage No. 607)

  • A doctor's coat worn by Seo Jae-pil (1864-1951)-National Registered Cultural Heritage No. 607-was conserved with wet cleaning to remove thick wrinkles and brown stains that had been present for a long time. This paper also applied microscopic observation and infrared spectrophotometric analysis to obtain scientific investigation data on the cotton fabric of this doctor's coat. Information about Seo Jae-pil's time as a doctor, the process of changing his English name, and C.D.Williams & Co., which produced the medical coat, revealed that this doctor's coat was worn by Seo Jae-pil between 1892 and 1898 or 1926 and 1939. Additionally, this paper proposes a pad for filling relics that can protect the shape of modern and contemporary clothing, such as Seo Jae-pil's doctor's coat, for display at a museum site. Specifically, this research provides detailed information on the manufacturing of filling pads that can prevent damage to modern and contemporary jackets and coats so that they can be used in the cultural heritage field by developing filling materials for three-dimensional costume artifacts.

Measurment of Fluid Film Thickness on The Valve Plate in Oil Hydraulic Axial Piston Pumps (Part II : Spherical Design Effects)

  • Tribological characteristics in the sliding parts of oil hydraulic piston pumps are very important in increasing overall efficiency. In this study, the fluid film between the valve plate and the cylinder block was measured by using a gap sensor and the mercury-cell slip ring unit under real working conditions. To investigate the effect of the valve shape, we designed three valve plates each having a different shape. One of the valve plates was without bearing pad, another valve plate had bearing pad and the last valve plate was a spherical valve plate. It was noted that these three valve plates observed different aspects of the fluid film characteristics between the cylinder block and the valve plate. The leakage flow rates and the shaft torque were also investigated in order to clarify the performance difference between these three types of valve plates. From the results of this study, we found that the spherical valve plate estimated good fluid film patterns and good performance more than the other valve plates in oil hydraulic axial piston pumps.

전술차량용 종감속기 마모패드 최적설계에 관한 연구 (The Optimal Design of Wear Pads for the Final Reduction Drive in Tactical Vehicles)

  • The final reduction drive in tactical vehicles has a wear-pad that helps to maintain adequate end floating when the hub assay operates. The input axis and sun gear move repeatedly with the axis when tactical vehicle is operating. The hub assay is designed so that the wear pads won't seize during operation. Seizure of the wear pads during operation results in oil leakage. In our study, the fault mechanism was analyzed to prevent the seizure of the wear pads and an optimal design for the shape and material of the wear-pad was explored. We then observed the changes in temperature, shape, and material of several important parts.
