  • Pspice을 사용하여 IGBT의 게이트 드라이브의 동작과 시스템의 단락에 의한 Fault 발생시 IGBT를 보호하기 위해서 밀러 효과에 의한 전류를 게이트 저항을 통하지 않고 이미터로 흐르게 하여 게이트 전압의 상승을 줄여주는 방법을 제안하고 게이트 전압을 낮게 클램핑하는 방법과 비교하였다.

  • PSPICE modeling of a commercial LED driver IC (TOP245P) and PC817A optocoupler is proposed for the switch-mode power supply (SMPS) (applicable to LED driver) design and simulation. An analog behavioral model of the TOP245P IC including the shunt regulator, under-voltage(UV) detection, over-voltage(OV) shut-down and SR flip-flop is developed by using PSPICE. The empirical equation of PC817A current transfer ratio (CTR) is fitted from the datasheet of PC817A. Two types of SMPSs are simulated with the averaged-model and switching-model. The simulation results by the proposed PSPICE models are in good agreement with those in the data sheet and an experimental data.

  • In order to analyze the electrical characteristics of complicated thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) array circuits, it is indispensible to use simulation programs such as PSPICE and AIM-SPICE. In this paper, we present a systematic method of extracting the input parameters of poly-Si TFT for SPICE simulations. This method was applied to two different types of poly-Si TFTs, fabricated by excimer laser annealing and silicide mediated crystallization methods, and yielded good fitting results to experimental data. Among the SPICE simulators, PSPICE has the graphic user interface feature making the composition of complicated circuits easier. We added successfully a poly-Si TFT device model to the PSPICE simulator, and analyzed easily the electrical characteristics of pixels considering the line RC delay. The results of this work would contribute to efficient simulations of poly-Si TFT-LCD arrays.

  • In this paper, a novel approach to using Subcircuit of Pspice in designing feedback for DC-DC converter systems is proposed. Proposed new approach, the feedback design procedures which are based on small signal modeling are programmed as a subcircuit in Pspice. For this purpose, Analog Behavioral Modeling (ABM) is used. By using the subcircuit, the component values of the error compensation amplifier can be easily obtained by means of Pspice DC analysis. The methodology of development is presented in detail and application examples demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach in designing feedbacks for DC-DC converters. The converter with PWM method used continuous current mode and calculated buck converter control signal with average and linear current technique. To decide pole and zero K-method was adapted and this kind of design procedure took stable function.

  • In this paper, the ordinariest and strongest simulator that many used to power electronics circuits and many different control technology can apply to more easily understand modeling the element, PSPICE and MATLAB are adapted a micro IGBT, a macro IGBT, PWM generator and to library moeling of validity of the Induction motor is interpreted. Micro IGBT model of demagnetization quality proved for modeling accuracy to through experiment, macromodel IGBT were simulated which the applied to voltage type PWM inverter to the cyclo-converter and induction motor of demagnetization.

  • Power supply to the motor using the emergency power system is being used. However, this system is rarely used except during emergency power is not inefficient. On the other hand, the use of solar power systems Emergency backup power supply as well as in normal maintenance savings, as many have benefits. In this paper, general-purpose simulator PSPICE simulations performed using the PV system to be used in the various models made by the library. In addition, for use as an emergency power generation solar power system design, modeling and analysis of the characteristics and practical use make an effective device was confirmed.

  • Pspice is not offered a library of mechanical factor like DC Motor, Induction Motor which is needed in Power Electronics field. Therefore, Induction Motor was made library by Equibalent circuit in this study. This model is applied in Voltage-Type inverter and is investigated its characteristics. IGBT is tested by two methods of Macro and Micro Modeling as semiconductor. PWM signal is used of pulse signal. Voltage and current, speed was simulated for assurance of model.

  • 본 논문은 고압 나트륨 램프용 전자식 안정기의 회로 특성을 보다 효율적이고 경제적으로 비교 평가하기 위해, Pspice를 이용하여 전자식 안정기 구동회로를 시뮬레이션하고 이를 실제 안정기 출력과 비교한 논문이다. 본 논문에서 사용한 방식은 공진형 인버터를 이용한 Half-Bridge Inverter 구조의 자려식 구동방식으로서 실제 안정기의 동작 특성과 같은 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, the authors describe the equivalent circuit for a DC motor in consideration of both magnetic saturation and armature reaction phenomena. To develop DC motor model in PSPICE is to eliminate the gap between drive electronics and models of driven machine. On the basis of these results the dynamic characteristics of a MOSFET chopper controlled DC series motor are investigated by PSPICE simulation and experiment.
