It also identified the possibility of human rights abuse in the aptitude assessment system, the lack of independent monitoring agencies, the impossibility of internal accusations, and the possibility of wide confidentiality designation. Furthermore, analyzed how the problem affects Japanese records management and freedom of information system. Through this, I suggested the improvement of the system of the secret level records management system in Korea, the establishment of the clear purpose of the secret record management, the application of the Tshwane principle, and the establishment of the independent and professional monitoring agency.

This study aims to investigate how the management style that pursues environmental protection affects the various outcomes at each management process such as planning, producing and supervising process. Research design, data, and methodology - We surveyed 319 manufacturing companies from April 1 to April 30, 2016. Green purchasing, environmental technology management and management support are selected as independent variables and firm performances as dependent variables. Three analyses including factor, regression and moderating were conducted. Results - Regression analysis was performed to set up hypotheses. Consequently, the total six hypotheses were adopted and then innovative management style showed moderating effect. Conclusions - Companies should consider environmental factors to improve the financial performance in the long term. Especially the cooperative style enhances financial performance by implementing eco-friendly design in cooperation with customers. Also, eco-friendly activities with suppliers could have direct environmental protection effects. Therefore, a manufacturer needs to cooperate with both suppliers and customers to maximize the protection effect. The production of eco-friendly products and implementing eco-friendly design with customers positively affect product quality.

  • There have been proposed various copyright protection protocols in network-based digital multimedia distribution framework. However, most of conventional copyright protection protocols are focused on the stability of copyright information embedding/extracting and the access control to data suitable for user's authority but overlooked the privacy of copyright owner and user in authentication process of copyright and access information. In this paper, we propose a solution that builds a privacy-preserving proof of copyright ownership of digital contents in conjunction with keyword search scheme. The appeal of our proposal is three-fold: (1) content providers maintain stable copyright ownership in the distribution of digital contents; (2) the proof process of digital contents ownership is very secure in the view of preserving privacy; (3) the proposed protocol is the copyright protection protocol added by indexing process but is balanced privacy and efficiency concerns for its practical use.

  • This paper is concerned with a protection system for the mentally handicapped, which is utilizing a GPS receiver and mobile communications. The protection system consists of a location notification equipment, a location identification and management server, and a cell phone of guardian. The location notification equipment is made up of a GPS receiver, a CDMA communication module and a microprocessor. The equipment transfers the location of the mentally impaired to the location identification and management server when the handicapped gets out of a certain bound of the designated facility. The server marks the handicapped's location on the map in the server and also notifies the guardian's cell phone of the locations. With applying the proposed protection system to social welfare organizations related to the mentally handicapped, it is expected to efficiently contribute to the promotion of the handicapped's welfare.
