Mediating Effect of Attitude toward Advertisement on the Relationship between COVID-19 Involvement and Behavioral Intention of Social Distancing in Loss versus Gain Advertising Context (손실과 이득 메시지 프레이밍 광고상황에서 COVID-19에 대한 관여와 사회적 거리두기 실천의도와의 관계에 영향을 미치는 광고태도의 매개효과)

  • Purposes of this study were to identify the relationship among involvement in COVID-19 (IiC), attitude toward advertisement (AtA), and behavioral Intention to social distancing (BItSD), and to investigate the mediating effect of AtA in a loss versus gain advertising context. The participants were 379 adults who have been consecutively living in Korea since January 2020. The participants were randomly assigned to one of two advertisements using an online survey system. We found that IiC affects BItSD since Korean adults recognize the risks and seriousness of COVID-19 infection or transmission through IiC. Induced positive attitudes or emotions through involvement in the COVID-19 preventive behaviors including social distancing and vaccination are helpful to increase the BItSD. Thus, health care and information providers should give an accurate message, which induces a positive attitude, to recognize that our world is a risk of the COVID-19.

Improvement of Hi-Pass Users' Satisfaction Using Modified Importance Performance Analysis (M-IPA 기법을 이용한 하이패스 만족도 제고 방안)

  • The electronic toll collection system(ETCS), is globally used in about 40 countries. In Korea, the Korea Expressway Corporation led the nationwide introduction of the ETC system in 2007 under the brand name of the Hi-pass. Since then, Hi-pass, with its rate of average daily use reaching about 70%, has become an essential facility in Korean expressways. To identify users' perception on Hi-pass (satisfaction, preference, etc.), this study conducted a Modified Importance-Performance Analysis (M-IPA). With this, this study attempted to identify the kind of efforts necessary to enhance current Hi-pass users' convenience and satisfaction. According to the result of M-IPA, the items including "non-stop payment" and "toll discount" are identified as key items that require further improvement. For improvement in the "non-stop payment" item, operations of Hi-pass toll booths appropriate for the demand for Hi-pass use and the selection of Hi-pass booths' locations in consideration of entry and exit lanes need to be improved. In addition, with regard to the "toll discount" item, although toll discount is currently provided to Hi-pass users, thus, PR thereof will have to be strengthened. It is expected that this study will be used as basic data to devise methods of enhancing Hi-pass usage through improvement of Hi-pass users' satisfaction.

  • 불어의 "묵음 e(e muet)"에 대한 정의를 내리기는 매우 까다롭다. 불어에서 "e"가 "묵음 e(e muet)"로 불리우는 이유는 "e"가 흔히 탈락되기 때문이다. 현재 "e muet"는 다음 발화체에서 볼 수 있듯이 열린음절에서만 나타난다. "Je/le/re/de/man/de/ce/re/por/ta/ge/." [omitted](나는 그 리포트를 다시 요구한다. : 이 경우 실제 발화시 schwa 삭제 규칙이 적용된다.) 둘째, 접두사에 나타나는 "e muet"는 s의 중자음 앞에서 s가 유성음, [z]로 발음되는 것을 막기 위해 쓰인다. "ressembler[omitted](닮다); ressentir[omitted](느끼다)" 같은 경우, 셋째, 몇몇 낱말의 경우 고어의 철자가 약화되어 "e muet"로 발음이 되고 있다. Analysis for the Consumers' Cognition and Opinion about Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) (기업의 사회공헌 활동에 대한 소비자 인식 분석)

  • The goal of this study is to examine consumers' cognition for the corporate social responsibility(CSR) and opinion to practical use of CSR on advertising (ex. corporate PR) in situation that CSR is treated with long-term and continuous activity in strategic marketing. The results of survey in this study are, first, the best effective method of CSR to introduce is TV or radio program placed first, internet came second, and followed by advertising. But the cognition process of CSR is internet palaced first in frequency. Thus it is very important to use of new media as a internet with regard to CSR. Second, respondents have thought positively about CSR and to practical use of CSR on advertising. But respondents answered that CSR is not enough though it's importance. Therefore marketers of companies is needed to transfer direction of CSR accord with consumers' liking and taste. Third, consumers have recognized that CSR in connection with characteristics core business of the companies. It is, image of company is not detached with CSR, more effective that CSR reflected characteristics of the company. Fourth, consumers have thought to active for CSR that the companies they like. Finally, these results are showed that is important brand management and corporate image management in strategic and macroscopic level include CSR.

Power of SNS Authenticity on Company Reputation (기업명성과 SNS 진정성의 영향력 연구)

  • SNS is in the process of fast evolution as well. This study is about influence of authenticity and interactivity among Facebook Fan Page users. Authenticity is something people form in the process of expressing and sharing information thru SNS Facebook Fan Page. Interactivity is a level of participation of users in the process of expressing and sharing information thru SNS Facebook Fan Page. The focus of this paper is to see the power of authenticity and interactivity of SNS Facebook Fan Page users in a time of crisis. Authenticity is proven as a valuable asset for corporations for it showed a sturdy characteristic even when something terrible happened. When a crisis attacked, high authenticity user group was not willing to change their evaluation on a company reputation and image as much as low authenticity user group. Interestingly enough, the meaning interactivity level was strikingly different from what we expected. The more their level of interactivity, was the more they were likely to change their evaluation on a company in a time of crisis. A serious discussion is necessary for this contraty results.

Taxonomical Classification and Species-specific Detection of Genus Some Phellinus using Phylotype (Phylotype에 의한 수종의 Phellinus속의 분류체계 확립 및 종간구별을 위한 신속동정법 개발)

  • This study was carried out to identify the phylogenetic relationship of Phellinus species and to know its distribution by comparing the DNA sequences of internal transcribed spacer regions(ITS1 and IST2) and 5.8S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) repeat unit. The Phellinus species had their specific sequences in IST1 and 2 regions depending on suedes. The comparison of the ITS sequences of standard strains indicated that the sequences of ITS1 were more variable than those of ITS2. Nine strains of the commercial products of Phellinus species used in this study were identified as P. lintues, P. baumii, P. igniarius, and P. pini. Most of commercial species were P. pini and P. baumii, and P. gilvus was not found. Also, P. linteus was only found in form of mycelial culture rather than fruiting body. Moreover, the species-specific primers were designed based on ITS sequence data. Each species-specific primers were bound in P. lintues(ITSF-PL2R), P. baumii(PB1F-ITS4R), P. igniarius(IF1-IR3), P. pini(PF1-PR3), and P. gilvus(GF2-GR4), respectively. These primer sets would be useful fer the detection of specific-species among unidentified Phellinus species rapidly.

  • The political dynamics of Malaysia in 2016 should be seen as a process of losing an political opportunity mainly due to the split in opposition parties. The opportunity for political development was triggered by the ruling party in crisis. The ongoing 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal involving the Prime Minister Najib Razak would have provided a favorable condition for the transfer of power. The opposition parties have however failed to utilize the chance that has arisen since the general elections in 2008 and 2013 due to the chronic problem of disunity. It can be seen as distortions of political development referring to a phenomenon in which a chance for regime change formed by the crisis in authoritarian regime is distorted by internal conflicts among opposition parties. Malaysia's political turmoil seemed to paralyze its economy while foreign policy was used as a tool for domestic politics. It was reported that the key economic indicator have worsen including exports and budget deficit. The ringgit had dropped to its lowest level since the economic crisis in 1997-98 which was mainly attributed to diminishing credibility on the Najib's administration. Najib's political struggle has also impeded Malaysia's foreign policy which has attempt to embrace China and the Rohingya issue. The chance to manage key risks would be diminished if oppositions' disunity continues as there is speculation that the general election could be held in 2017.

Die politische Diskussion des Patientenrechtegesetzes in Deutschland und die wesentliche Regelungen (독일의 환자권리법에 대한 입법정책적 논의와 중요내용)

  • Mit dem Patientenrechtegesetz, das im $Fr{\ddot{u}}jahr$ 2013 in Kraft treten soll, $f{\ddot{u}}rt$ der Gesetzgeber eine jahrzehntelange Diskussion um die Rechte von Patientinnen und Patienten zu einem guten Ende. Demnach geht es darum, Transparenz ${\ddot{u}}ber$ die bereits heute bestehenden, umfangreichen Rechte der Patientinnen und Patienten herzustellen, die $tats{\ddot{a}}chliche$ Durchsetzung dieser Rechte zu verbessern, zugleich Patientinnen und Patienten im Sinne einer verbesserten Gesundheitsversorgung zu $sch{\ddot{u}}tzen$ und insbesondere im Fall eines Behandlungsfehlers $st{\ddot{a}}rker$ zu $unterst{\ddot{u}}tzen$. In Verfolgung dieser Zwecke $schl{\ddot{a}}gt$ die Bundesregierung ein Artikelgesetz vor, dessen wesentliche Teile das BGB und das Recht der sozialen Krankenversicherung betreffen. In das BGB soll ein neuer Abschnitt ${\ddot{u}}ber$ den "Behandlungsvertrag" $eingef{\ddot{u}}gt$ werden. Als Standort ist der ${\ddot{U}}bergang$ vom Dienstin das Werkvertragsrecht vorgesehen, der um die neu zu schaffenden Vorschriften der ${\S}{\S}$ 630 a bis 630 h BGB erweitert wird. Die acht Paragrafen enthalten im Kern eine Kodifikation der von der Rechtsprechung entwickelten $Grunds{\ddot{a}}tze$ zur Arzthaftung. Der Beitrag stellt die bisherige politische Diskussion des Patientenrechtegesetzes vor (II). Im Anschluss daran wird die einzige wesentliche Neuerung des Gesetzes $n{\ddot{a}}her$ untersucht und werden Regelungsziel und Grundkonzept der Kodifikation einer $Pr{\ddot{u}}fung$ unterzogen (III). $Schlie{\ss}lich$ werden einen politischen Ausblick auf die neuen Herausforderungen und die Bewertung der $gegenw{\ddot{a}}rtigen$ Lage und der erwarteten Entwicklung gezogen (IV).

U.S. Commercial Space Regulatory Reform Policy (미국의 상업적 우주활동에 대한 규제개혁 정책)

  • In order to promote the commercial space activities of the private sector, the Trump Administration announced the commercial space regulatory reforms by issuing the Space Policy Directive-2 (SPD-2) on May 24, 2018, followed by the SPD-3 dealing with a separate issue of the space traffic management on June 18. Both executive orders, based on the recommendations prepared by the National Space Council (NSC) reconstituted in June 2017 and signed by the President, involve regulatory reform policy related to launch services, commercial remote sensing, establishment of one-stop shop office in Commerce Department, radio frequency spectrum, export control, and space traffic management, providing a strong guidance to the Federal Government. The commercial space regulatory reform policy can be seen in broader terms of the National Security Strategy earlier announced on Dec. 18, 2017, and as such, it pursues the economic growth of the U.S. and the national security as well. The U.S. law and policy prioritizing its national interests by promoting commercial space activities may lead to concerns and debate on the potential breach of the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty. Hence, it is worth noting the legal implications as derived from the U.S. space policy and domestic legislation, thereby accelerating international discussion to build on international norms as appropriate to the pr ogress of space technology and space commercialization.

The Effect of Use Value and Benefit Attributes of Mobile Online Games on Use Satisfaction of Chinese Users (모바일 온라인 게임의 이용 가치 및 편익 속성이 중국 이용자의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • For mobile online games, this study examines how use pursuit propensity, use interest, use, service quality, and system quality, which are attributes that evaluate the use value and benefit for Chinese users, have an effect on use satisfaction. Empirical analysis results; all composing factors of four attribute had a positive effect, and the degree of effect was different according to game types in use interest and use, service quality. In terms of use pursuit, there was no difference between game types, and innovation pursuit and relationship pursuit were found to be similarly important effecting factors. In terms of use interest, there was a difference between game types. Sense of solidarity in single-player game and sense of achievement in multi-player game was found to be the most important effecting factor. In terms of service quality, there was a difference between game types. Easy of game in single-player game and function of game in multi-player game was the most important effecting factor. In terms of system quality, use convenience was found the most important effecting factor without difference between game types. Based on these results, this study suggested a strategy to enhance game development and loyalty to companies in the game industry.
