  • 최근 요식업계의 성장과 기업화 과정을 통하여 POS 시스템 사용이 일반화되었으며 관련 데이터 생산량이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 경향에 따라 종래와 다른 영업정보의 분석 생산을 위한 빅 데이터 기반의 요식업계 POS 데이터 분석시스템으로, 지역별 업계 영업현황 분석정보를 제공함으로써, 요식업계는 물론 정책 생성에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 구현하여 제안한다.

  • Recently, software distribution method, along with advent of era of Web 2.0, is rapidly evolving from ASP(Application Service Provider) method into SaaS(Soft as a Service) method due to development in concepts and technologies including SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) Web Service, On Demand and Component. Determining factor in market competitiveness of newly emerging SaaS business model will be analyzed by focusing on Group-Wares, POS(Point of Sale) System, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), which are the most representative SaaS business models in Korea. It is anticipated that the outcome of analysis of determining factors for market competitiveness for each of the main SaaS Business Models acquired through questionnaire survey can be utilized as important benchmarking material in setting the direction of cultivating SaaS market by the government as well as new entries into SaaS market.

The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction for the Employees of the Service Sector: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Perceived Organizational Support (서비스직 근로자의 개인-직무 적합성과 직무만족 관계에서 조직후원인식의 매개효과 분석)

  • This study examined the mediating effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on the relationship between the person-job fit and job satisfaction of service workers. POS is divided into socioemotional POS and instrumental POS. To achieve the research purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on workers in charge of service jobs in domestic companies through an on-line survey system and finally, the results of 281 respondents were analyzed to verify the hypothesized research model with an 80.3% effective recovery rate. The findings are as follows. First, the person-job fit has positive effects on job satisfaction and POS. Second, among the sub-constructs of POS, socioemotional support has mediating effects, but instrumental support has no mediating effects on the relationship between person-job fit and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications for the human resource development and management of service workers. Overall, changes in the recruitment system, which can judge the person-job fit of employees who perform emotional labor facing customers, organizational culture and personnel system for establishing socioemotional support system, and compensation and workforce development system, are needed to enhance the job satisfaction of service workers.

  • PV (Photovoltaic) power generation system has been widely studied as a clean and renewable power source. Tracking the MPP (maximum power point) of a PV array is usually an essential part of a PV system. This paper describes POS (Photovoltaic Output Sensorless) MPPT method and optimization technique of its operational characteristics for grid-connected PV generation system. A DC-DC converter has been used to step-up the PV voltage and DC-AC converter has been used for connecting the system to the grid. Optimization technique has been implemented to optimize the current and voltage controller gain parameters and duty ratio increment of DC-DC converter. Simulation results reveal that the proposed control has better response.

Validation of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Associated with Carcass Traits in a Commercial Hanwoo Population

  • Four carcass traits, namely carcass weight (CW), eye muscle area (EMA), back fat thickness (BF), and marbling score (MS), are the main price decision parameters used for purchasing Hanwoo beef. The development of DNA markers for these carcass traits for use in a beef management system could result in substantial profit for beef producers in Korea. The objective of this study was to validate the association of highly significant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) identified in a previous genome-wide association study (GWAS) with the four carcass traits in a commercial Hanwoo population. We genotyped 83 SNPs distributed across all 29 autosomes in 867 steers from a Korean Hanwoo feedlot. Six SNPs, namely ARS-BFGL-NGS-22774 (Chr4, Pos:4889229), ARS-BFGL-NGS-100046 (Chr6, Pos:61917424), ARS-BFGL-NGS-39006 (Chr27, Pos:38059196), ARS-BFGL-NGS-18790 (Chr10, Pos:26489109), ARS-BFGL-NGS-43879 (Chr9, Pos:39964297), and BTB-00775794 (Chr20, Pos:20476265), were found to be associated with CW, EMA, BF, and MS. The ARS-BFGL-NGS-22774, BTB-00775794, and ARS-BFGL-NGS-39006 markers accounted for 1.80%, 1.72%, and 1.35% (p<0.01), respectively, of the phenotypic variance in the commercial Hanwoo population. Many genes located in close proximity to the significant SNPs identified in this study were previously reported to have roles in carcass traits. The results of this study could be useful for marker-assisted selection programs.

  • Though the number of food franchises has been increased these days, there has not been less success for food franchise than failure. One of the several failures is the distrust between franchisor and franchisee factors because the franchisee thought its franchisor does not make its accounts and operations transparent. In order to resolve it, the large business food franchise has used the ERP system, however, small business franchise has run a very simple information system, which is linked to POS system and consists of simple functions to insert or inquire the result of data on sales and order etc to identify the status of both franchisor and franchisee because of financial difficulties and manpower shortage. Thus, small business franchise needs the cost management between them with low cost for efficient business administration. In this study, we suggest the data reference model (DRM) which covers the cost management system and is able to be linked to any POS system. The DRM is a framework whose primary purpose is to enable information linking and reuse across the any POS-based information systems via the classification, structure, model, exchange and management of data.

The Effect of High Performance Work System on Research Performance: The Moderated Mediation Effect of Perceived Organizational Support (고성과작업시스템이 연구성과에 미치는 효과: 조직후원인식의 조절된 매개효과)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of a High Performance Work System(HWPS) on research performance. In addition, this study examines the mediation effect of Innovation Commitment(IC) and the moderated mediation effect of Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and seeks to reveal the antecedents and boundary variables that affect research performance. Design/methodology/approach - The level of analysis is at the individual level. A survey was collected from researchers at government-funded research institutes in the Daejeon and Sejong areas. 265 questionnaires were used in the final statistical analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 21. Correlation analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping by Process Macro were performed using the SPSS 19. Findings - As a result of the study, HWPS has a positive effect on IC, and IC has a positive effect on research performance. Through this results, it was found that IC mediates the relationship between the HPWS and research performance. In addition, POS positively moderated the mediating effect of HPWS on research performance through IC. Research implications or Originality - First, IC can be increased through a HPWS. Second, the effect of the HWPS on individual research performance through IC provides implications that the HWPS can be effectively applied not only to general companies but also to research organizations. Third, the boundary effect of POS was revealed. Fourth, research performance was measured through objective quantitative indicators rather than subjective.

Structural Relationships among Perceived Organization Support, Work Engagement and Turnover Intention Focusing on Workers in Small and Medium Sized Companies: Conditional Direct/Indirect Effects by Participating in Work and Learning Dual System (중소기업 근로자의 조직지원인식, 업무몰입, 이직의도 간의 구조적 관계: 일학습병행 참여에 따른 조건부 직·간접 효과)

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS), work engagement (WE), and turnover intention (TI) among employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) characterized by whether or not to participate in the work-learning dual system (WLDS). Also, this study intends to explore the effectiveness of WLDS by examining significant differences between the two groups. To achieve the purpose of this study, we have conducted surveys between August and December in 2018. A total of 616 cases (321 cases from SMEs participating in WLDS and 295 cases from general SMEs) were finally selected and used for data analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of the study revealed that POS had a significant and positive effect on WE. Also, POS had a significant and negative effect on TI. In addition, the mediating effect of WE in the relationship between POS and TI was found to be statistically significant. Furthermore, the results revealed that the conditional indirect effect between POS and TI depending on participation in WLDS was statistically significant. However, the conditional direct effect between POS and TI due to WLDS participation was not statistically significant. Based on the results, academic and practical implications were discussed.

A Korean POS Tagging System with Handling Corpus Errors (말뭉치 오류를 고려한 HMM 한국어 품사 태깅 시스템)

  • 통계 기반 접근 방법을 이용한 품사태깅에서 태깅 정확도는 훈련 데이터의 양에 좌우될 뿐 아니라, 말뭉치가 충분할지라도 수작업으로 구축한 말뭉치의 경우 항상 오류의 가능성을 내포하고 있으며 언어의 특성상 통계적으로 신뢰할만한 데이터의 수집에도 어려움이 따른다. 훈련 데이터로 사용되는 말뭉치는 많은 사람들이 수작업으로 구축하므로 작업자 중 일부가 언어에 대한 지식이 부족하다거나 주관적인 판단에 의한 태깅 실수를 포함할 수도 있기 때문에 단순한 저빈도와 관련된 잡음 외의 오류들이 포함될 수 있는데 이러한 오류들은 재추정이나 평탄화 기법으로 해결될 수 있는 문제가 아니다. 본 논문에서는 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)을 이용한 한국어 품사 태깅에서 재추정 후 여전히 존재하는 말뭉치의 잡음에 인한 태깅 오류 해결을 위해 비터비 알고리즘적용 단계에서 데이터 부족과 말뭉치의 오류로 인해 문제가 되는 부분을 찾아내고 규칙을 통해 수정을 하여 태깅 결과를 개선하는 방안을 제안한다. 실험결과는 오류가 존재하는 말뭉치를 사용하여 구현된 HMM과 비터비 알고리즘을 적용한 태깅 정확도에 비해 오류를 수정하는 과정을 거친 후 정확도가 향상됨을 보여준다.

  • 스마트폰 보급률이 점차 증가하게 되면서 모바일 시장도 다양한 분야로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 POS 시스템의 기능을 유지하면서 고객들이 손쉽게 모바일 웹을 이용해 QR code로 접근할 수 있도록 설계 및 구현하였다. 매장의 각 테이블에는 각각의 QR code가 부착되어 있으며 이를 통해 손쉽게 주문할 수 있어 업주는 데이터베이스를 확인하여 테이블 별로 관리가 가능하다. 구현된 시스템이 고객과 업주 모두에게 편의성을 높여줄 것으로 예상한다.
