  • In this paper, design of efficient NDB(Network Data Base) for the activation plan of chain information network. The DB structure build up, logical structure, store structure, physical structure, the data express for one's record, and the express using linked in the releation of data. Also express as hierarchical model on the DSD(Data Structure Diagram) from the database with logical structure. Each node has express on record type, the linked in course of connective this type, the infuence have efficent of access or search of data, in the design for connection mutually a device of physical, design for database, and construction a form of store for logical. Also activation of chain information network of efficent, using POS(Point Of Sale) system in OSI(Open Systems Interconnection) environment for network standardization, and build up network a design for system.

  • 본 논문에서는 의료임상 문서의 구절(phrase)를 대상으로 고차원 개념의 정보를 태깅하는 시맨틱 태깅 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 시스템은 의사들이 기록한 임상 기록으로부터 정보를 추출한다. 태깅은 UMLS와 POS, 약어 태깅이 된 문서를 대상으로 HMM 모델에 의거하여 이루어지게 된다. 태깅된 결과는 의료 상에서의 경험적 지식을 추출하는데 이용되어 의사들의 의사 결정을 지원하게 된다.

Sentiment Analysis System Using Stanford Sentiment Treebank (스탠포드 감성 트리 말뭉치를 이용한 감성 분류 시스템)

  • The main goal of this research is to build a sentiment analysis system which automatically determines user opinions of the Stanford Sentiment Treebank in terms of three sentiments such as positive, negative, and neutral. Firstly, sentiment sentences are POS tagged and parsed to dependency structures. All nodes of the Treebank and their polarities are automatically extracted from the Treebank. We train two Support Vector Machines models. One is for a node level classification and the other is for a sentence level. We have tried various type of features such as word lexicons, POS tags, Sentiment lexicons, head-modifier relations, and sibling relations. Though we acquired 74.2% in accuracy on the test set for 3 class node level classification and 67.0% for 3 class sentence level classification, our experimental results for 2 class classification are comparable to those of the state of art system using the same corpus.

  • In this paper, we propose a conversational quality measurement (CQM) system for providing the objective QoS of high quality mobile VoIP voice telecommunication. For measuring the conversational quality, the VoIP telecommunication system is implemented in two smart phones connected with VoIP. The VoIP telecommunication system consists of echo cancellation, noise reduction, speech encoding/decoding, packet generation with RTP (Real-Time Protocol), jitter buffer control and POS (Play-out Schedule) with LC (loss Concealment). The CQM system is connected to a microphone and a speaker of each smart phone. The voice signal of each speaker is recorded and used to measure CE (Conversational Efficiency), CS (Conversational Symmetry), PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) and CE-CS-PESQ correlation. We prove the CQM system by measuring CE, CS and PESQ under various SNR, delay and loss due to IP network environment.

  • Recently, new concept, NP(Network Processor) was emerged into communication systems to cope with the various service requirements from Internet users. NP is an unique promising technique to capable of implementing of the packet processing in wire-speed and providing the flexibility for supporting the newly network services, having satisfied with implementation using hardware and software respectively in past, This paper deals with the implementation techniques and evaluation results of the line card capable to do packet forwarding function with packet processing power of wire-speed and applicable to various physical interfaces. There are several interfaces of POS, Gigabit ethernet and EPON in E-OLT(EPON Optical Line Terminal) system of PATH(Photonic Access To Home) network. Therefore, the E-OLT's packet forwarding engine have to support various subscriber's interface in wire speed. Our system is implemented the subscriber's card in daughter board and the setup procedure is done by system firmware based on the module's identifier acquired from installed physical board.

  • A hologram scanner for POS bar code symb9ol readers has been developed. This system is composed of scanning optics, optical detector, video signal circuitary and preprocessor. In contrast to conventional scanners using polygonal mirrors, which complicate the scanning optics, the hologram scanner developed in this research was made up with simple optics and higher reading performance was achieved. And in order to read abar code symbol omnidirectionally with highdensity scan patterns, the new real time decoding technique was proposed. The advantage of this technique is less hardware and lower clock rate. High speed processing and improved readability for tilted symbol was confirmed experimentally.

  • 현재 명동성당을 제외한 나머지 성당에 성물 방에서는 성물 판매 및 입고 장부, 수입 지출내역을 수기 식으로 운영 하고 있다. 따라서 본 시스템은 성당 성물 방에 적합한 판매재고관리 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 개발 시스템은 성당에서의 성물 입고 및 판매, 재고 관리에 목표를 두고 주로 통계 및 재고관리와 반응 형 웹에 초점을 맞추어 개발되었다. 재고 관리를 위한 입고현황, 판매현황, 제품현황과 거래처 관리를 위한 거래처 현황, 거래처 거래현황을 주목적으로 하였다. 재고관리의 경우 재고가 적정재고 보다 수량이 적으면 알림을 띄워 알려주고 재고가 없으면 판매 할 수 없도록 하였다. 시스템을 개발함으로서 보다 효과적인 재고관리에 주력하였고, 입고, 판매, 수입 지출 내역을 장부로 직접 작성하면서 생기는 오류에 관련된 문제를 해소하도록 하였다. 스마트 폰에서 볼 수 있는 App을 별도로 개발 하지 않고 하나의 시스템으로 운영되어 유지보수 및 관리를 손쉽게 하기 위하여 반응 형 웹을 적용하여 스마트폰, 데스크 탑, 태블릿 PC등 각각 해상도가 다른 화면에서 동일한 정보를 제공하도록 하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a method for the improvement of EZW encoding algorithm. The EZW algorithm encodes wavelet coefficients using 4 symbols such as POS(POsitive), NEG(NEGative), IZ(Isolated Zero), and ZTR(ZeroTreeRoot) which are determined by the significance of wavelet coefficients. In this paper, we applied threshold to wavelet coefficients to improve the EZW algorithm. The coefficients below the threshold are adjusted to zero to generate more ZTR symbols in the encoding process. The overall EZW image compression system is constructed using run-length coding and arithmetic coding. The system shows remarkable results for various images. We finally present experimentation results.

  • We propose a speech act analysis method for Korean dialogue using Support Vector Machines (SVM). We use a lexical form of a word, its part of speech (POS) tags, and bigrams of POS tags as sentence features and the contexts of the previous utterance as context features. We select informative features by Chi square statistics. After training SVM with the selected features, SVM classifiers determine the speech act of each utterance. In experiment, we acquired overall $90.54\%$ of accuracy with dialogue corpus for hotel reservation domain.

  • 본 논문에서는 Agere Systems사의 네트워크 프로세서를 사용한 고성능 IP-DiffServ/IP-MPLS 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 성능을 분석한다. 제안한 시스템은 기가비트 이더넷 뿐만 아니라 ATM과 POS 등 다양한 인터페이스를 제공하며 코어 및 에지 라우터로서 MPLS LER 또는 LSR로의 역할을 수행한다. 성능분석은 OPNET을 사용하여 시스템을 모델링한 후 입력 트래픽에 대해서 DiffServ 클래스별 지연시간과 지연의 주된 원인을 분석한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 시스템의 성능을 극대화할수 있는 네트워크 프로세서의 최적 파라메터를 도출한다. 성능분석 결과, 시스템이 각 서비스 클래스에 대해서 원활한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 프리미엄 서비스에는 최고의 우선순위를 부여하여 큐에 데이터 블럭들이 찰 때 마다. 즉시 서비스해 주어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 트래픽이 특정 출구 라인카드로 몰리는 핫스팟이 발생할 경우 트래픽의 지연이 증가하게되는데 이 지연의 주요 원인은 출구 라인카드에서의 큐잉에 의한 것임을 알 수 있었다.
