PMO-P4, being cultivated as "Sanghwang" in Korea, was proved to be P. baumii based on ITS (internal transcribed spacer) sequencing and RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) patterns along with some Phellinus species including P. linteus. The similaraty of ITS sequencing between PMO-P4 and other Phellinus species was given the range of 48.6%~72.2%, showing the highest homology from P. linteus and the lowest from P. gilvus.

The catalytic activity of an inorganic-organic complex with a vanadium-substituted polyoxometalate 1, formulated as [Cu(2,2'-bipy)]$[Cu(2,2'-bipy)_2]_2[PMo_8V_6O_{42}]{\cdot}1.5H_2O$ was studied in the Biginelli reactions. The obtained results showed that, in the one-pot synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones, the turnover frequencies (TOF) for the [Cu(2,2'-bipy)]$[Cu(2,2'-bipy)_2]_2[PMo_8V_6O_{42}]{\cdot}1.5H_2O$ catalyst were higher than the $H_3PMo_{12}O_{40}$ catalyst.

In order to overcome the limitation of market orientation concept, Narver et al. (2004) have extended the original concept into two dimensions, responsive market orientation (RMO) and proactive market orientation (PMO), respectively. Yet, there has been very limited empirical studies that analyzed the differential effects of each market orientation on firm outcomes, especially in the Korean context. We analyze the impact of RMO and PMO on the new product performance in the perspective of SMEs and examine the moderating effect of external factors such as environmental uncertainty and market similarity. The results of this study show that both RMO and PMO have a significant positive effect on the new product performance of SMEs. Also, environment uncertainty shows a negative moderating effect on the relationship between RMO and new product performance, whereas it has positive moderation with PMO. This suggests that focusing on potential customers' needs rather than current needs helps improve firm performance as the competitive environment surrounding the firm becomes more uncertain. Lastly, market similarity showed a positive moderating effect on the relationship between RMO and new product performance, but not on PMO.

The terrestrial wireless backbone network and satellite communications system have been independently developed depending on their own purposes and operational concepts, which results in different characteristics in terms of network architecture and routing protocol operation. In this paper, we propose a method for structurally integrating them in consideration of routing mechanism in an autonomous system. Our approach is that the routers of satellite network operate the OSPF in PTP mode on their interfaces connected to the routers of terrestrial wireless backbone network with grid connectivity, whereas the OSPF in satellite network whose topology is of hub-spoke type runs in NBMA mode. We perform some simulations to verify that the satellite communications system can be integrated and interwork with the terrestrial wireless backbone network by our proposed approach. From simulation results, it is also found that the increases of network convergence time and routing overhead are acceptable.

Information system development projects are increasingly enlarging in size and are becoming more complex in the development environment. The traditional approaches for the development of information system, however, haven't shown the expected performances in the management for them and many researchers have been trying to find a new approach for overcoming this challenges. And one of the new approaches is the PMO and it is introduced to solve the problems of project management and the related organizational, technical, and administrative problems. This study attempted to find the efficient information system establishment plan. In particular, this study wants to research the practicality of PMO and the detailed utilization plans. As a result, this study proposes the structure of project implementation, the requirements, the direction of the basic system design, the scope of system development, and the budgeting for the systems. It is expected to contribute the successful implementation of the project.

여러 산업 분야에서 신기술 도입 및 고객의 요구 사항 변화에 따라 급속한 정보화가 진행 중이다. 정보 시스템을 주요 기반으로 한 금융산업의 경우, 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해 상당한 규모의 차세대 프로젝트를 진행하고. 이를 통해 기업은 법률, 규제 및 고객 요구 사항 등 외부 요인에 신속히 대응하고, 내부 프로세스 개선을 통해 기업의 가치를 성장시키려고 한다. 차세대 프로젝트란 기업이 반드시 성공시켜야 하는 프로젝트로, 금융권은 프로젝트 성공률을 높이기 위해 PMO 제도를 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 프로젝트 준비단계 산출물인 제안요청서 (RFP)를 국제 프로젝트 관리 표준인 ISO 21500 (Guidance on Project Management)을 기준으로 제안요청서 (RFP)가 프로젝트 성공에 필요한 제반 기능과 정보를 포함하고 있는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과 차세대 금융 PMO의 RFP는 ISO21500의 기준과 상당한 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 향후 제안요청서(RFP) 작성의 중요성을 인식하고, ISO21500 관리 기준에 맞춰 기능을 개선하고 보완해 나간다면 프로젝트 성공률을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

최근의 정보화환경을 반영한 정보화 관리방법과 도구의 통합 활용에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이제는 기존 프로젝트관리 방식만으로는 다원화된 업무, 고객 요구를 충족시키지 못한다. EA, PMO 등 보다 발전된 방법들을 도입하고 활용해야 한다. 그러나 아직도 공공부문 정보화추진에 유용한 개념과 도구들을 통합적으로 활용하지 못하는 것이 현실이다. 공공부분 정보화 정책 환경이 변했지만 아직 현실에 맞게 그러한 사항들이 반영되어 있지 않다. 변화에 맞게 적절한 수단과 방법을 개발하고 지속적으로 발전시키지 못하면 기대한 효과를 거두기도 어렵다. 이제는 CIO 등 정보화를 추진하는 여러 주체가 범정부 EA, IT거버넌스, IT아웃소싱, 각종 지침과 기준 등을 통해 업무생산성을 제고할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법에 대한 제시가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 EA기반의 PMO제도 적용 활용을 위해 방법론 및 도구의 통합적 활용이 가능한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 기존 연구결과, 정책, 사업에 대한 문헌연구 및 분석 등을 통해 함의를 도출한다. 결과는 공공부문 정보화 추진 시 생산성 제고를 위한 참조 및 연관되는 유사 IT정책을 추진할 때 방향 정렬(Alignment)에 필요한 시사점 제공과 선행연구로서 의미가 있으리라 기대한다.

facile and efficient method for the preparation of Z-aldoximes is improved by means of H3PMo12O40 catalyst in solvent-free media. The major advantages of this method are: operational simplicity, low catalyst loading, selectivity, mild reaction conditions, short reaction times and excellent yields. The recovered catalyst could be used in new attempts without any purification.

Rate constans for the chloride exchange of some arylmethylchloride in dry acetone have been determined, and activation parameters have been evaluated. The reactivities of substates are explained with perturbational molecular orbital (PMO) method and HSAB principle. It was found that carbon-chlorine resonance integral at the transition state is a out 67% of ${\beta}$, the carbon-carbon resonance integral.
