모델기준 PID 유전 제어기를 이용한 DC 서보 전동기 제어 (DC Servo Motor Control using Model Reference PID Genetic Controller)

  • In this paper, model reference PID genetic controller was proposed in order to overcome the difficulty of reflecting control performance required in the overall control system and defects of the adaptation performance in the PID genetic controller. The proposed controller comprised Inner feedback loop consisting of the PID controller and plant, and outer loop consisting of an genetic algorithm which was designed for tuning a parameter of the controller. A reference model was used for design criteria of a PID controller which characterizes and quantizes the control performance required in the overall control system. Tuning parameter of the controller is performed by the genetic algorithm. The performance of proposed algorithm was verified through experiment for the DC servo motor.

  • This paper presents a DC servo motor controller using self-tuning PID algorithm, which can support Multi-processor for the real time processing. Computer simulation as well as experiment using Multi-processor(8088) are implemented with self-tuning PID algorithm. Presented algorithm is used to compare the performance of the controller with that of the classical PID controller through computer simulation and experiment. The result which use the Self-Tuning algorithm show that motor output follows the reference input trajectory fairly well inspite of load disturbances and parameter variations.

  • In thermal power plant, the efficiency of a combined power plant with a gas turbine increases, exceeding 50%, while the efficiency of traditional steam turbine plants is approximately 35% to 40%. Up to the present time, the PID controller has been used to operate this system. However, it is very difficult to achieve an optimal PID gain without any experience, since the gain of the PID controller has to be manually tuned by trial and error procedures. This paper focuses on the neural network tuning of the 2-DOF PID controller with a separated 2-DOF parameter (NN-Tuning 2-DOF PID controller), for optimal control of the Gun-san gas turbine generating plant in Seoul. Korea. In order to attain optimal control, transfer function and operating data from start-up, running, and stop procedures of the Gun-san gas turbine have been acquired, and a designed controller has been applied to this system. The results of the NN-Tuning 2-DOF PID are compared with the PID controller and the conventional 2-DOF PID controller tuned by the Ziegler-Nichols method through experimentation. The experimental results of the NN-Tuning 2-DOF PID controller represent a more satisfactory response than those of the previously-mentioned two controller.

  • In this paper, Tuning method of the parameter P.I.D of the 2DOG-PID controller for having a required response to the disturbance and the setpoint is studied by the neural network. This algorithms is simulated in the level control of the steam generator and the flow control system, and resulting represents than the conventional PID controller.

  • In this paper, Model following PID control system, which is combined PID controller with Model Reference Adaptive Controller, is proposed. To decrease complex and much calculation which is produced in tuning process, the tuning method of parameter with fuzzy algorithm is introduced. Fuzzy algorithm isn't used in the form of controller generally much used, but tuner. Experimental results show that proposed controller has the PID parameter be tuned by fuzzy algorithm. Therefore, We expect model following PID to be operated in the real-time control.

  • Among various modern control theories, PID control has been well used for several decades. PID algorithms needs son tuning methods are used for selecting PID parameters. But in some cases various kinds of performance indices are used instead of well-known tuning rules, and so variable type of performance index must be tested so that controllers, output characteristics and disturbance rejection property meets some specifications. In this paper, linear conbinational type of performance using error signal, time, control input and robustness is used to the PID control of air conditioning system. By the 2 DOF PID parmeters minimizing perfromacne index, controllers, output characteristics and robustness properties are analyzed. Simulations are done with MATLAB m file and mdl files.

  • PID제어기는 산업자동화 설비에 널리 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 시스템 특성이 변화하면, 정밀제어를 위한 매개변수 결정과 동조가 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 PLC를 사용한 전문가 자동동조 PID 제어기를 제안하였다. 전문가 자동동조 알고리즘은 Ziegler-Nichols의 계단응답법과 전문가 지식을 기초로 하였다. 제어의성능 실험은 가변부하시 유도모터 속도제어의 수행에 의하여 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, a method of auto-tuning of PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) and PIDA (Proportional-Integral-Derivative-Acceleration) controllers is proposed that can be applied to a time-delayed second order model. The proposed identification method is based on step responses, but it can be easily automated rising digital controller unlike the existing graphical identification methods. We provide a ways to yield parameter identifications which is independent to initial values of the plants. The tuning rule is based on the pole-placement strategy and is formulated so that it can be implemented using a digital controller with ease.

2 자유도 지적 PID 제어기의 파라미터 설정 (Optimal Tuning Strategy for 2-Degree-of-Freedom i-PID Controllers)

  • This paper is concerned with the problem of setting controller's parameters when applying the intelligent PID (i-PID), which has recently been proposed and had many successful results, to the two-degree-of-freedom (2DoF) PID controller structure. Generally, the parameter settings of conventional PID controllers are known to be quite difficult and be dependent on the characteristics of the plants. In addition, it is less known how the two 2DoF parameters are set up for the improvement of transient characteristics. Here, we are going to present one of the criteria for parameter setting in the case of using a 2DoF i-PID, by evaluating the error signals to the set-point and disturbance. That is, we first, obtain parameters of i-PID by optimizing the disturbance responses, and then determine two parameters of 2DoF component through optimizing set-point response. The standard values of all parameters are calculated for the 7 types of test batches and rounded up as a table.

  • 제어이론들 중에 PID제어는 지난 수십년간 잘 활용되고 있다. PID 알고리즘은 PID 파라미터를 선택하기 위해서 사용되는 튜닝법이 필요하다. 그러나 어떤 경우에는 잘 알려진 튜닝법 대신에 제어기, 출력특성 및 외란제거 성능 등이 어떤 사양을 만족하도록 다양한 종류의 평가지표들을 사용하기도 하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 오차신호, 시간, 제어입력 및 견실성을 사용한 성능지표의 선형조합을 사용하여 공조시스템의 PID제어를 한다. 성능지표를 최소화하는 2 자유도 PID파라미터를 사용하여 제어기, 출력특성 및 견실성을 분석한다. Simulink를 포함한 MATLAB을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 한다.
