Ubiquitous is a new computing environment with IT technology and information communication, and appling various equipments likes PDA and application parts. Recently, user's using environment is changing to smart phone and is expanded learning tools to learner without educational environment. Thus, in this paper, we designed SCORM based meta-data to use smart phone. For this purpose, we made U-learning server and smart phone process server that is to handling with existence LMS and SCORM. To apply smart phones characteristics that have different ones each other, meta-data was able to have some resource information as like CPU, screen size and memory. The meta-data adapter could be process the characteristics.

최근 EE타임즈는 시장조사기관인 인스탯/MDR의 보고서를 인용해 스마트폰시장의 폭발적인 성장을 예상하였다. 가격하락과 크기축소 등의 복합적 요인으로 향후 5년간 연평균 44%의 판매증가로 스마트폰시장은 크게 성장할 것이라는 전망이다. 또 이 보고서는 앞으로 약 12~18개월 동안 가장 큰 변화가 나타날 것이라고 예상 하였다. PDA 및 스마트폰 전문업체인 싸이버뱅크와 필기인식 솔루션의 대표주자 디오텍. 이 두 업체는 대기업과 외국기업의 틈바구니에서도 어깨를 나란히 하며 곧 다가올 스마트폰시장의 고속성장을 준비중이다.

기존의 예약 시스템을 보게 되면 주로 뿔을 이용한 정보 검색 및 예약을 하는 일이 많았다. 하지만 요즘 들어서는 사용자들이 웹과 더불어 모바일 디바이스 즉, 핸드폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 스마트 폰 등의 사용률이 급격하게 증가하고 사회가 급변하게 돌아가기 때문에 언제 어디서든지 접할 수 있는 모바일 디바이스를 이용한 예약 시스템이 필요로 하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 본 논문에서는 마이크로소프트 사의 닷넷 프레임워크 중에서 모바일 닷넷 프레임워크 또는 컴팩트 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 예약 시스템을 설계 및 구현 해보았다.

M-Commerce에서 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 보안 기능을 갖춘 결제 솔루션이 필수적이다. M-Commerce를 이용하기 위한 사용자의 이동 단말기는 핸드폰, PDA, 스마트폰 등으로 다양화 되어가고 있으며, 이 중에서도 PDA의 인터페이스와 이동 접속은 기존 핸드폰의 유선 인터넷의 정보 의존도가 높은 단점을 극복할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 타원곡선 암호를 이용하여 PDA 기반의 신용카드 결제 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템의 SECURE CARD모듈은 PDA 단말기 자체에 개인정보, 배송정보, 카드정보를 암호화하여 안전하게 저장함으로써 단말기의 정보입력시에 필요한 불편함을 제거하였다. 또한 프로토콜은 M-Commerce에서 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 서비스 등의 보안기능을 제공하도록 설계되었다.

In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the purchase intention of Smart-Phone which was introduced recently. Smart-Phone is a new information technology that converges PDA into a mobile phone. It has a various functions such as phone, information processing, Internet search etc. New information technology like Smart-Phone gives us a very important and interesting research issue, which is to find and prove the factors influencing the purchase intention. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the purchase intention of Smart-Phone by expanding Technology Acceptance Model. We include the perceived playfulness to the research model in order to analyze the factors. This empirical paper proves that the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease-of-use, and the perceived playfulness give positive effects to the purchase intention. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that various and useful applications and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

본 논문에서는 PDA상에서 음성으로 명령어를 제어하기 위해 Window CE 3.0 환경에서 음성인식기를 설계하였다. 전처리과정에서 26차 특징파라미터를 추출하고, HTK를 통해 학습하였다. 트라이폰 기반의 가변어휘 음성인식기를 설계하였으며, PDA의 응용프로그램은 Embedded Visual C++언어를 사용하여 22개의 음성명령어를 제어하도록 하였다. 그 결과 PDA상에서 $92\%의 인식률이 나타났으며 이것은 음성인식이 모바일 환경에서도 접근이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

The paper describes implementation of smartphone edition based on embedded Linux, which is composed of smartphone middleware and basic applications. Existing smartphone platforms entails loyalty expenses and has difficulties on customization due to the closed policy of their source codes. Although GPE - based on embedded Linux has solved the loyalty issues, other problems are remained unsolved. Since GPE has been designed for relatively large PDA-level devices, applications are generally inoperable under the condition of small LCD size and input methods without touch-screen; the condition is typical limitations of the smartphones. In the implemented smartphone edition of the paper no loyalty is required, because the smartphone edition is based on embedded Linux. It also supports keypad-only operating functionality such as moving between folders or running applications with operations. Besides, it provides more user-friendly environment to use the smartphone editionscreen interfaces and indicatorsto those of the regular cellular phones.

Instead of existing cell phones, PDAs are observed as leading wireless Internet devices recently Numerous applications are developed by extended usage of PDAs and it should be installed appropriately according to devices. Furthermore, when battery is discharged, all data stored in RAM(Random Access Memory) becomes obsolete. So it should be recovered or reinstalled from flash memory, backup media or something. In this paper, we present an automatic application installation system(PAIS : PDA Automatic Installation System) to solve problems that users have to install applications by themselves whenever it is necessary. With this system, users feel comfortable by saving time and effort to install each applications and application development companies save cost needed to make materials illustrating installation process. Consequently PAIS may flourish wireless Internet business.

디지털 기기의 기능이 발달하고, 디지털 기기의 보급이 활발해 지면서 PDA, 디지털 카메라, 휴대폰 등의 디지털 장비들이 생활필수품이 되었다. 특히 휴대폰은 국내의 약 86%에 달하는 사람들이 사용하고 있는 디지털 장비로 전화통화 뿐만 아니라 문자메시지, 사진기능, 동영상 기능 등과 같은 많은 기능을 제공한다. 이러한 휴대폰은 여러 기능을 제공함에 따라 사용자와 관련된 많은 정보를 담고 있어 사건 발생 시 분석되어야 할 중요한 물품 중에 하나가 되었다. 그러나 국내 휴대폰의 경우 제조사나 모델의 종류에 따라 휴대폰 메모리 사용방식이 달라 휴대폰 분석에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 휴대폰 포렌식 절차와 기술, 그리고 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 도구들에 대해 간략히 설명하고 이와 함께 국내휴대폰 포렌식 분야에서의 문제점이 무엇인지 알아보고 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes the wireless integrated service for controlling networked appliances. Using wireless devices such as celluar phone and PDA which can communicate through Bluetooth and CDMA technology, home appliances are accessed and controlled from outside of house. The XML and the SMS message format is designed to specify controlling information for home appliances. Also the mobile agent and the message processor for networked appliances are implemented in the home gateway. In order to verify the proposed service system, a universal remote controller for cellular phone and PDA and network appliance simulator on web browser are implemented. Correct operation is verified through simulation using them.
