Lactic acid bacteria 계열의 복합 생균제가 육성돈의 성장 능력과 혈액 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Feeding Lactic Acid Bacteria-Based Direct-Fed Microbial Complex on Growth Performance and Blood Characteristics in Growing Pigs)

  • 3원 교잡종 (Landrace$\times$Yorkshire$\times$Duroc) 육성돈 72두를 공시하였으며, 시험 개시시 체중은 24.64$\pm$2.46kg이었다. 시험설계는 1)NC(basal diet; antibiotics free diet), 2) PC (NC diet + 0.1% antibiotics; chlortetracycline 0.05% + neomycin 0.05%), 3)DFM0.1(NC diet + 0.1% DFM)와 4)DFM0.3(NC diet + 0.3% DFM)의 4개 처리를 하여 처리당 6 반복, 반복당 3마리씩 완전임의 배치하였다. 총 사양시험 기간 동안, 일당증체량은 PC, DFM0.3, DFM0.1과 NC의 순으로 각각 806g, 781g, 774g및 753g으로 나타났으나, 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 사료효율에 있어서는 처리구간 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 혈액 내 IgG(Immunoglobulin G), WBC(White blood cell)함량에 있어서는 생균제를 0.3%첨가한 처리구에서 가장 높은 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었으며(P>0.05), RBC(Red blood cell)함량에 있어서는 처리구간 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 결론적으로 육성돈에 있어서 Lactic acid bacteria를 기초로한 복합생균제의 첨가, 급여 수준의 증가에 따라 성장 능력과 혈액성상이 개선시키는 영향을 주지 못하였다.

Effects of Multiple Enzyme (ROVABIO® Max) Containing Carbohydrolases and Phytase on Growth Performance and Intestinal Viscosity in Broiler Chicks Fed Corn-Wheat-Soybean Meal Based Diets

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with multiple enzymes composed of phytase plus carbohydrolases (ROVABIO$^{(R)}$ Max, RM) on growth performance, nutritional availability and intestinal viscosity in broiler chicks. A total of one thousand, one-day-old male broiler chicks were randomly allotted into treatment groups that received one of five experimental diets for 32 days. Each group consisted of 40 birds and all experiments included five replicates. The dietary treatments included PC (a positive control diet), NC1 (65 kcal/kg, 0.15% and 0.10% less ME, available phosphorus and calcium levels, respectively, than the PC diet), NC2 (85 kcal/kg, 0.20% and 0.10% less ME, available phosphorus and calcium levels, respectively, than the PC diet), NC1+RM (NC1 plus ROVABIO$^{(R)}$ Max) and NC2+RM (NC2 plus ROVABIO$^{(R)}$ Max). The average body weights, daily body weight gains and feed conversion rates of the chicks fed a diet containing RM improved significantly or tended to improve. The treatments also had no effect on the carcass characteristics or blood parameters, but the viscosity of the intestinal contents of the chicks fed the diet containing RM was significantly lower than that of chicks in the NC without RM groups. Additionally, chicks fed the dietary RM showed increased breaking strength and ash content of the tibia when compared to chicks that received the non-RM diets. Taken together, the results of the present study indicated that the addition of multiple enzymes consisting of phytase plus NSP enzymes improved the growth performance and mineral status of the tibia in broiler chickens fed corn-wheat-soybean meal-based diets with reduced levels of nutrients. Further, these findings suggest that the improved animal performance is associated with reduced intestinal viscosity by the dietary enzyme complex.

PC기반CNC시스템을 위한 Look Ahead 보간 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Look Ahead Interpolation Algorithm For PC Based CNC System)

  • This research aims to develop Look Ahead position interpolation algorithm for small size CNC machine controlled by PC based controller. Look Ahead scheme can process a bundle of CNC's linear interpolation commands simultaneously, which reduces acceleration and deceleration time within single linear interpolation command. The algorithm is derived as simple analytical form which can be adapted to PC based CNC system by C language programming. The performance of the algorithm was verified by tail stock machining G codes experimentally. The average traverse speed of the CNC machine was increased by 27.5% and the total traverse time also reduced by 27.2% with the Look Ahead scheme.

  • This paper proposes a Expert CAPP System for integrating CAD/CAM of rotational work-part by rule based approach. The CAD/CAPP integration is performed by the recognition of machined features from the 2-D CAD data (IGES) file. Selecting functions of the process planning are performed in modularized rule base by forward chaining inference, and operation sequences are determined by means of heuristic search algorithm. For CAPP/CAM integration, post-processor generates NC code from route sheet file. This system coded in OPS5 and C language on PC/AT, and EMCO CNC lathe interfaced with PC through DNC and RS-232C.

GUI를 이용한 슬라이싱 머신의 자동화 알고리즘 개발 (A Development of the Algorithms for Automation of Slicing Machine with GUI Interface)

  • In this study, PC-based slicing machine and driving software were constructed for the purpose of automation of semi-conductor cutting process. The biggest feature of software is variation of parameter and include data base, signal monitoring, error report, corresponding action or automatic motion planing. Parameters were drawn and algorithms were developed to make software by GUI interface. The cutting experiment was done for sampled wafer to see the effectiveness of the soft automation. From the experimented and implemented results, it is shown that parameters for automation of slicing process could be drawn, then its algorithms constructed. It could be considered what is the merit of this slicing machine by comparing the PC-based and the NC-based.

  • 본 논문에서는 전용의 NC 포스트프로세서를 범용의 NC포스트프로세서로 설계하고 이를 클라우드 컴퓨팅환경에서 기업에 서비스 하는 방법을 제안한다. NC 포스트프로세서를 인터넷 기반의 클라우드 환경으로 이행하는 것은 사용자 인터페이스와 프로세서 엔진이 분리되어 각각이 사용자 PC, 그리고 클라우드 환경에 설치되고, 이 두 모듈 사이를 네트워크로 묶어주는 구조이다. 이러한 구조는 기존의 서버-클라이언트 구조 혹은 데스크탑 가상화 등에 따른 어플리케이션의 네트워크와는 차별화되며, 사용자 인터페이스의 배포 및 이를 운용하기 위한 웹환경의 구축, 그리고 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 NC 포스트프로세서 엔진의 운용 등이 플랫폼적으로 통합된 시스템 형태를 갖도록 설계하였다.

Xylanase supplementation in energy-deficient corn-based diets: impact on broiler growth, nutrient digestibility, chyme viscosity and carcass proximates

  • Objective: The goal of the current study was to investigate the impact of various concentrations of xylanase in energy-deficient corn-based diets on the growth performance, carcass characteristics, nutrient digestibility, and digesta viscosity in broilers from 7 to 35 days of age. Methods: A total of 280 seven-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly allocated to one of the five dietary treatments following a completely randomized design with 8 replicates and 7 birds per cage. The treatments were: i) positive control (PC, without xylanase); ii) NC-1 (80 kcal/kg ME reduced from PC); iii) NC-2 (100 kcal/kg ME reduced from PC); iv) NCX-1 (NC-1 + 2,000 U/kg xylanase); and v) NCX-2 (NC-2 + 3,000 U/kg xylanase). Body weight, weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio were determined weekly to evaluate growth performance. One bird per pen was sacrificed for ileal digesta collection to determine the viscosity and digestibility of energy, dry matter, crude protein on days 24 and 35, however breast and leg meat samples were obtained for proximate analysis (moisture, crude protein, fat, and ash) on day 35. Results: Birds fed diets supplemented with xylanase regardless of the amount had higher (p<0.05) body weights, daily gains, and improved feed efficiency compared to NC diets all throughout the experimental period. Feed intake was not affected (p>0.05) by the addition of xylanase. Moreover, lowered (p<0.05) viscosity of the ileal digesta were observed upon xylanase inclusion in the diets compared to the birds fed NC diets on day 24. Ileal nutrient digestibility and meat proximate composition were not affected (p>0.05) by xylanase. Conclusion: The present study indicated that the xylanase at 2,000 U/kg and 3,000 U/kg levels compensates for the 80 kcal/kg and 100 kcal/kg dietary energy levels, respectively, without having adverse effects on the growth performance, carcass characteristics, nutrient digestibility, and digesta viscosity of broilers.

표면거칠기를 고려한 NURBS 곡선보간기 (NURBS Curve Interpolator for Controlling the Surface Roughness)

  • Finish machining of a curved surface is often carried out by an NC system with curve interpolation in the field. This NURBS interpolation adopts a feedrate optimizing strategy based on both the geometrical information and dynamic properties. In case of a finish cut using a ball-end mill, the curve interpolator needs to take the machining process into account for more improved surface, while reducing the polishing time. In this study, the effect of low machinability at the bottom of a tool on surface roughness is also considered. A particular curve interpolation algorithm is proposed fur generating feedrate commands which are able to control the roughness of a curved surface. The simulation of the machined surface by the proposed algorithm was carried out, and experimental results are presented.

  • Miniaturized machine tool can be used to produce 3D features based on CNC and PC-NC technology in the micro/meso scale. Wide applications of CNC technology are developed and there are lots of know-hows in the cutting process and their CNC application. It helps micro/meso scale structure to machine components, which can be used directly for practical applications. In the present research, as the machine tool is miniaturized, the manufacturing machine tools costs less when compared to the equipment used in other micromachining technologies. Moreover, with advancement of micro tool technology, the cutting process can be used to produce micro/meso scale parts. In conclusion, the proposed system can reduce the cost by utilizing the current machining technology, and as a result, complex micro/meso parts can be produced efficiently with high productivity.
