IOT 운영체제들의 기능적 특징들의 비교 및 분석 (Comparison and Analysis of Functional Features of IoT Operating Systems)

  • ICT 산업이 변화하고 있다. PC에서 모바일 기기로, 모바일 기기에서 웨어러블 기기와 IoT로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 IoT에 맞는 운영체제가 필요하게 되었고, 이러한 필요성에 따라 다양한 IoT 운영체제들이 개발되어 나오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 디바이스들을 지원하는 IoT 운영체제의 종류에 대해 논의하고, 기술동향을 분석하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 PC 유저 인터페이스에 관한 것으로 T33521을 기반으로 한 MMC, SSFCD 카드의 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 이는 12Mbit/s의 USB를 활용하고 있으며 윈도우 98등에서 동작 가능하다. 또한 8/16M 그리고 32M SMC 플래쉬 메모리에 대한 읽기/쓰기 모드 및 다양한 유틸리티 프로그램을 구현하였다.

  • This paper describes UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) control system which employs PC104 modules. It is controlled by application program based on Linux OS. This application consists of both Linux device driver in kernel-space and user application in user-space. In order to get data required in the unmanned flight, external devices are connected to PC104 modules. We explain how Linux device drivers deal with data transmitted by external devices and we account for how the user application controls UAV on the basis of data processed in the device driver as well. Furthermore we look into the role of GCS (Ground Control Station) which is to monitor the state of UAV.

Protein Kinase A Functions as a Negative Regulator of c-Jun N-terminal Kinase but not of p38 Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase in PC12 Cells

  • Cyclic-AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) seems to function as a negative regulator of the c-Jun $NH_2-terminal$ kinase (JNK) signaling pathway. We demonstrate here that the activity of the PKA catalytic subunit (PKAc) is reduced in apoptotic PC12 pheochromocytoma cells. Apoptotic progress was inhibited by dibutyryl cyclic AMP (dbcAMP), an analog of cAMP. The rescue by dbcAMP was attributable to inhibition of the JNK but not of the p38 signaling pathway, due to the induction of PKA activity. JNK was present in immunocomplexes of PKAc, and PKAc phosphorylated JNK in vitro. Presence of p38 kinase, however, was not prominent in immunocomplexes of PKAc. Our data suggest that JNK is a target point of negative regulation by PKAc in the JNK signaling pathway.

  • Analog-digital converter boards for use in personal computers have recently being improved markedly, many kinds of high speed(1 MHz - 10 MHz sampling rale) and over 12-bit vertical resolution A/D boards released. It can be applicable to high frequency magnetic measurements. In measurement of magnetic properties of high frequency, digitizing oscilloscope or trasient recorder are being used. but, those price are often expensive, we constructed PC controlled A-C B-H loop tracer that can measure Bs, Br, He, permeability and may be applied about 100 Hz - 20 kHz range. it use IBM PC compatible 1 M Sample/s, 12 bit A/D converter board with SSH(Simultaneous Sample and Hold).

가미귀비탕의 미백효과에 관한 연구 (The Study on Depigmentation of Kamikwibi-Tang)

  • Objective: This study was performed to investigate the depigmentation effects of the extracts of Kamikwibi-Tang. Methods Inhibition of tyrosinase activity, melanin production & cell viability in cultured B16 melanoma cells, UV screen and cytoprotective effects on PC12 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide were measured. Results: The extracts of Kamikwibi-Tang did not have any inhibitory effects on tyrosinase activity and did not show any inhibitory effects on melanin production in melanoma cells and also did not have any inhibitory effects on UV screen. But the extracts showed high cytoprotective effects on PC12 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide. Conclusion : These results suggest that Kamikwibi-Tang indrectly inhibits melanin biosynthesis which is involved in hyperpigmentation and could be used as a whitening agent for the skin.

Defect Severity-based Defect Prediction Model using CL

  • Software defect severity is very important in projects with limited historical data or new projects. But general software defect prediction is very difficult to collect the label information of the training set and cross-project defect prediction must have a lot of data. In this paper, an unclassified data set with defect severity is clustered according to the distribution ratio. And defect severity-based prediction model is proposed by way of labeling. Proposed model is applied CLAMI in JM1, PC4 with the least ambiguity of defect severity-based NASA dataset. And it is evaluated the value of ACC compared to original data. In this study experiment result, proposed model is improved JM1 0.15 (15%), PC4 0.12(12%) than existing defect severity-based prediction models.

Acupuncture Analgesia in Total Thyroidectomy for Graves' Disease: A Case Report

  • This study included a 42-year-old female farmer with a 2-year history of Graves' disease who visited the hospital for a total thyroidectomy for her grade III goiter based on World Health Organization classification. Besides Hegu (LI4) and Neiguan (PC6), extensively used for acupuncture analgesia in thyroid surgery in previous studies, three additional acupuncture points for acupuncture analgesia in thyroidectomy were evaluated in this study: Shuitu (ST10), Quepen (ST12), and Yifeng (SJ17). In this case, we used an electroacupuncture stimulator to stimulate the acupuncture points and combined acupuncture analgesia with diazepam and atropine sulfate administration as adjunct medications to calm the patient. The operation was completed without any complications. The findings revealed that stimulating the five acupuncture points, i.e., Hegu (LI4), Neiguan (PC6), Shuitu (ST10), Quepen (ST12), and Yifeng (SJ17), for acupuncture analgesia combined with adjunct medications is safe for maintaining an adequate level of analgesia and hemodynamic stability during thyroidectomy.

디지털 인터넷 라디오 수신기 구현에 대한 연구 (The Study on Development of a Digital Internet Radio Receiver)

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷과 연결되어 사용되는 일반 PC가 아닌 소형의 임베디드 인터넷 라디오수신 단말기의 구현에 대하여 논의한다. 이러한 시스템의 표준이 아직 정하여 있지 않으며 알고리즘 또한 비공개 상태이다. 따라서 PC의 인터넷 라디오 수신 방식을 분석하여 끊김이 없는 고음질의 임베디드 인터넷 라디오 시스템을 구현을 위하여 여러 업체의 PC 인터넷 수신 알고리즘은 분석하고 하드웨어는 자체 개발하였다. 본 인터넷 라디오 시스템은 실시간 인터넷 라디오의 멀티스트리밍 기능, 임베디드 프로세서, 플래쉬 메모리, TCP/IP 인터훼이스, MP3 디코더 등으로 구성되어있다.

Genetic Algorithm을 이용한 상수관망의 최적설계: (II) -민감도 분석을 중심으로- (Optimal Design of Water Distribution Networks using the Genetic Algorithms:(II) -Sensitivity Analysis-)

  • Genetic Algorithm (GA) consists of selection, reproduction, crossover and mutation processes and many parameters including population size, generation number, the probability of crossover (Pc) and the probability of mutation (Pm). Determining values of the parameters is found critical in the whole optimization process and a sensitivity analysis with them seems mandatory. This paper tries to demonstrate such importance of sensitivity analysis of GA using an example water supply tunnel network of the New York City. For optimization of the network with GA, Pc and Pm vary from 0.5 to 0.9 by an increment of 0.1 and from 0.01 to 0.05 by an increment of 0.01, respectively, while fixing both the population size and the generation number to 100. This sensitivity analysis results in an optimum design of 22.3879 million dollars at the values of 0.8 and 0.01 for Pc and Pm, respectively. In addition, the probability of recombination (Pr) is introduced to check its applicability in the GA optimization of water distribution network. When Pr is 0.05 with the same values of Pc and Pm as above, the optimum design costs 20.9077 million dollars. This is lower than the cost of 22.3879 million dollars for the case of not using Pr by 6.6%. These results indicate that conducting a sensitivity analysis with parameter values and using Pr are useful in the optimization of WDN.
