콩가루 고추장을 이용한 샐러드 드레싱의 품질 및 관능 특성 (Quality and Sensory Characteristics of Salad Dressing Prepared from Soy Powder Gochujang)

  • This study focused on the evaluation of the quality and sensory characteristics of salad dressing prepared from soy powder (Gochujang), in order to increase the level of usability for the Gochujang which is the representative seasoning and spice of Korea. The moisture content and pH of the salad dressing increased in proportion to the increasing amount of soy powder (Gochujang) (p<0.001). Regarding the sugar and salt contents, 20% of the soy powder (Gochujang) shows $26.17^{\circ}Brix$, While the largest value for salt content was 4.8%, with a significant difference existing among varivous samples (p<0.001) As the added amount of soy powder (Gochujang) increased, the sugar content of the salad dressing increased with a statistically significant change (p<0.001). Regarding chromaticity, when soy powder (Gochujang) was added the levels of lightness and yellowness showed a decreasing tendency, and the level of redness showed an increasing tendency, with a significant difference existing among various samples(p<0.001). The results of a sensory showed that, as the amount of added soy powder (Gochujang) increased, the color intensity, Gochujang flavor, and hot taste increased (p<0.001). The results of a sensory showed that, as the amount of added soy powder (Gochujang) increased, the Salad dressing of the glossy, sour flavor, sour taste, and oily level decreased tendency (p<0.001). The results of an acceptance test showed that a 15% content of the soy powder (Gochujang)showed the greatest acceptance values in categories such as appearance, taste, texture, and overall acceptability. Therefore, when making a salad dressing with Gochujang, it is appropriate to add a 15% content of Gochujang to improve the quality and sensory characteristics of the salad dressing.

The effects of a maternal nursing competency reinforcement program on nursing students' problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, self-directed learning ability, and maternal nursing performance in Korea: a randomized controlled trial

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a maternal nursing competency reinforcement program for nursing students and assess the program's effectiveness in Korea. Methods: The maternal nursing competency reinforcement program was developed following the ADDIE model. This study employed an explanatory sequential mixed methods design that applied a non-blinded, randomized controlled trial with nursing students (28 experimental, 33 control) followed by open-ended interviews with a subset (n=7). Data were analyzed by both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Results: Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that significant differences according to group and time in maternal nursing performance; assessment of and intervention in postpartum uterine involution and vaginal discharge (F=24.04, p<.001), assessment of and intervention in amniotic membrane rupture (F=36.39, p<.001), assessment of and intervention in delivery process through vaginal examination (F=32.42, p<.001), and nursing care of patients undergoing induced labor (F=48.03, p<.001). Group and time improvements were also noted for problem-solving ability (F=9.73, p<.001) and emotional intelligence (F=4.32, p=.016). There were significant differences between groups in self-directed learning ability (F=13.09, p=.001), but not over time. The three main categories derived from content analysis include "learning with a colleague by simulation promotes self-reflection and learning," "improvement in maternal nursing knowledge and performance by learning various countermeasures," and "learning of emotionally supportive care, but being insufficient." Conclusion: The maternal nursing competency reinforcement program can be effectively utilized to improve maternal nursing performance, problem-solving ability, and emotional intelligence for nursing students.

아마씨 가루를 첨가한 쿠키의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Cookies Made with Flaxseed Powder)

  • 본 연구에서는 아마씨 가루를 밀가루 중량기준 0%, 6%, 12%, 18%의 비율로 첨가한 쿠키를 제조한 다음, 반죽의 밀도, pH, 수분 함량, 쿠키의 퍼짐성, 손실률, 팽창률, 경도, 색도, 관능평가, 과산화물가, 산가 등을 측정하였다. 반죽의 밀도는 대조군과 실험군 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고 pH는 첨가군이 대조군보다 높게 나타났으며 수분 함량은 낮게 나타났다. 퍼짐성은 아마씨 가루 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하였고(p<0.05) 손실률은 대조군과 6% 첨가군 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고 12% 첨가군이 가장 높았으며 18% 첨가군이 가장 낮았다. 팽창률은 대조군과 6%, 12% 첨가군 간에 차이가 없는 반면, 18% 첨가군은 대조군보다 감소하였다. 경도는 아마씨 가루 첨가군이 대조군보다 유의적으로 낮았고(p<0.05) 명도와 황색도는 아마씨 가루 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하였다. 관능검사결과 아마씨 가루 첨가량이 증가할수록 쿠키의 표면색, 고소한 맛이 강하게 평가되었고 전반적인 기호도는 12% 첨가군이 대조군보다 높은 점수로 평가되었다(p<0.05). 저장 기간에 따른 산화 안정성을 측정한 결과 과산화물가는 모든 시료에서 저장 30일까지 증가하다가 감소하였고 산가는 저장기간 동안 지속적으로 증가하였으며 각 시료 간에 유의적인 차이는 없었다.

13번 환염색체의 모자이크 증후군 (A case of mosaic ring chromosome 13 syndrome)

  • 13번 환염색체 증후군은 정신발달의 지체, 성장 장애, 안면부 기형, 중추신경계 기형, 심장기형, 손발의 기형, 골격계 기형 및 항문기형의 특징을 가진다. 많은 수의 13번 환염색체 증후군에 대한 보고가 있었지만 국내에서는 오직 6예의 임상증례 고가 있다. 이들 보고는 모두 순수한 13번 환염색체 증후군을 보고한 것으로 본 저자들은 13번 환염색체 모자이크 현상의 증례를 경험하였다. 산전진찰 상 자궁내 발육지연이 의심되었던 남아에서 안면부기형이 관찰되었으나 이 외에 이학적 검사상 심장 기형, 골격계 및 외부 생식기 기형은 특별히 관찰되지 않았다. 시행한 세포 유전학 검사상 13번 염색체의 ring/monosomy/dicentric 모자이크 현상이 나타났다. 이후에도 근력저하, 성장과 발달지연을 보이고 있다. 저자들은 안면부 기형, 소두증과 대칭성 자궁내 발육지연을 보인 남아에서 13번 환염색체의 모자이크 증후군을 경험하여 기존에 보고된 다른 증례들과 임상 양상을 비교하여 보고하는 바이다.

ERP로 확인되는 인지정보 처리에 대한 정서 점화효과 (Affective Priming Effect on Cognitive Processes Reflected by Event-related Potentials)

  • 본 연구는 스트룹(Stroop)과제를 이용하여 정서가(affective valence)로 구성된 역하의 정서유발 점화자극이 인지과제 수행에 영향을 미치는지와 일반인에서도 정서장애 환자와 같은 지표가 나타나는지를 반응시간과 ERP(사건관련전위) 패턴으로 확인해 보고자 하였다. 측정된 데이터는 정서가(긍정 및 부정)와 일치여부로 수행되는 인지과제의 조합으로 제시되어 수집되었고, 전위변화의 특성인 진폭과 정점 잠복기를 기준으로 그 효과가 검증되었다. 먼저 반응시간 행동분석 결과, 중립 정서자극을 제외한 역하의 정서자극에 의해 목표과제의 반응을 촉진하는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러 부가적으로 수집된 사건관련전위를 분석한 결과, 불일치 요인이 결합된 부정적 정서정보가 긍정적 정서정보에 비해 더 높은 음전위 및 지연된 잠복기를 보임으로써 표정과 관련된 정서유발-특정적인 N2효과를 확인하였다. 그리고 동일한 조건에서 긍정조건에 비해 유의한 차이의 양전위와 함께 더 짧은 잠복기를 보이는, 인지적 판단과정의 차이를 시사하는 P300의 효과도 관찰하였다. 이는 역하의 부정적 정서정보가 인지처리과정에서 자동적으로 억제되는 경향과 함께 해당 정서의 탐지를 가속시키는 한편, 주의자원의 적절한 재분배를 가능케 하여 목표자극의 반응을 촉진시킨 것으로 해석할 수 있으며, 기능적이고 인지적인 반응의 차이에서 역하효과를 비롯하여 과제 수행 정도에 영향을 끼치는 정서관련 재인과정의 중요성을 시사한다 할 수 있다.

  • 한우의 수정란을 보존하기 위하여 고급육계통과 다유계통의 공란우를 선발하여 과배란처리에 따른 황체의 반응, 황체수에 대한 채란된 수정란의 수 그리고 채란 수정란수에 대한 이식가능한 수정란 생산에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 다유계통의 공란우는 이유시 체중에 대한 육종가 상위 20%이내, 고급육 계통의 공란우는 육질에 대한 육종가 상위 20%이내의 종빈우를 선발하였다. 과배란처리 방법은 발정후 11일차에 PEG 30% FSH를 견갑부에 피하주사로 1회 투여하고 13일차에 PGF$_2$a 25mg을 투여하였으며 15일차와 16일차에 각각 2회씩 인공수정하였고 23일차에 채란하였다. 과배란처리에 따른 황체의 반응은 좌측난소가 47.1% (242/513), 우측난소가 52.8%(271/513)로써 우측의 반응이 좋게 나타났고 황체의 반응과 비교하여 채란된 수정란의 회수율은 79.9%(410/513)로 나타났다. 회수된 수정란 중에서 이식이 가능한 수정란은 86.5%(355/410)이었고 수정란의 발달단계에 있어서 상실배는 61.6%(219/355), 배반포는 38.3%(136/355)로 나타났으며 두당 이식가능한 생산수는 6.4개였다.

공동주택내 이산화질소(NO2) 및 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs) 노출에 따른 건강 위해성 평가 (Health Risk Assessment by Potential Exposure of NO2 and VOCs in Apartments)

  • Indoor air quality has become a topic of interest and concern. Especially changes in construction design and the increased use of synthetic products may result in an increasing of complaints and health effects about the quality of indoor air at home. In this study, nitrogen dioxide($NO_2$) and volatile organic compounds(VOCs) within new and established apartments on the basis of 4 years of building year were measured every 3 days consecutively during 60 days. We selected each 10 house in Seoul, Asan and Daegu, respectively, and produced risk numbers for hazard quotients, and predicted increases in incidence of cancer. The calculations were made for the adult with default exposure values and also made for a worst case scenario using Monte-Carlo simulation as describing the reasonable exposure(RME). Mean of Monte carlo analysis by benzene, in the construction under 4 years (male: $9.2{\times}10^{-5}$, female: $1.0{\times}10^{-4}$) and over 4 years (male: $6.8{\times}10^{-5}$, female: $8.3{\times}10^{-5}$) exceeded $10^{-6}$ of permitted standards in US EPA, RME of Monte carlo analysis. In construction under 4 yews (male: $9.9{\times}10^{-3}$, female: $9.6{\times}10^{-3}$) and over 4 years (male: $9.8{\times}10^{-3}$, female: $7.8{\times}10^{-3}$) exceeded $10^{-4}$ of maximum permitted standards in US EPA. The hazard index of non-carcinogenic pollutants by nitrogen dioxide, toluene, m,p-xylene and o-xylene, both male and female in apartment constructed under 4 yews and over 4 years was found less than the permitted standards of hazardous health effects in CTE. Significant cancer risks and non-cancer hazard quotients were predicted in under 4 yews of building year.

유리도광체를 이용한 평판조명용 광확산패턴의 최적설계 연구 (Study of Optimal Light Scattering Pattern Design for Flat Lighting Device using Glass Light Guide)

  • In this study, it was investigated about optical simulation in high brightness and high uniformity general lighting using glass light guide plate. And we adopt edge-light emission type light plate. Edge-light type lighting has been used LCD application, especially note PC or smart phone backlight unit. Because it had the good properties such as slim shape and light weight. We thought this type was suitable for general lighting application such as wall attached type or ceiling mount type. But many of edge-light type lighting had problems. It called slanted output light rays. That was main key parameter how could control the direction of output light rays. We investigated the solution of this problems, using ray tracing method, we recognized the major fact of the solution relied on the geometric structure of diffusing dot shape. We set the conditions of aspect ratio in diffusing dot shape such as 0.5 to 1. And, at first, we designed diffusing dots shape based on the results of optical simulation and made specimen. as above condition, and acquired good result in confirming dots shape such as the value of the output rays's peak angle was around 75 degrees. And good light distribution characteristics were measured by slated spectro-radiometer. It was shown that the effective ways of designing light distribution characteristics using optical simulation such as ray tracing linear method for making general lighting using glass light guide plate.

동중국해에서 해양환경 변화에 따른 노무라입깃해파리의 연간 출현 변동 파악 (Inter-annual occurrence variation of the large jellyfish Nemopilema nomurai due to the changing marine environment in the East China Sea)

  • The Nemopilema nomurai a very large jellyfish that has been found in the East China Sea and is now are migrating to Korea and Japan. To investigate the occurrence of N. nomurai based on the changing marine environment of the East China Sea, we conducted field survey in the early summer from 2006-2008. We observed the marine environment using CTD and the occurrence of N. nomurai using FMT and bottom trawling. We caught the most N. nomurai in 2007 and the fewest in 2008 and environment factors influencing its are more sensitive temperature than salinity. Large quantities of N. nomurai with a small bell diameter were caught in 2007 and large individuals with a significant bell diameter were caught in 2008. This appeared which between the catch and bell diameter of N. nomurai had (-) correlation (R=-0.988, p=0.098). Meanwhile, the spatial distribution of N. nomurai concentrations in lower salinity mixed seawater inflow in Changjiang Diluted Water.

Olive Oil, Flaxseed Oil 및 Perilla Oil을 급여한 Mice의 지질대사에 미치는 목초액의 영향 (Effects of Pyroligneous Liquor on Olive, Flaxseed and Perilla Oils in Lipid Metabolism of Mice)

  • Our objectives in this experiment were to study the effects of oils that are high in contents of unsaturated fatty acids (olive, flaxseed, and perilla oils) and pyroligneous liquor on plasma lipid concentrations in mice. Male ICR-mouse (n=10 per group) were fed powdered form diets containing oil and pyroligneous liquor for 60 days. The cholesterol level of the PP group ($96.71{\pm}25.75$ $mg/d{\ell}$) was lower than that of the COW group ($133.56{\pm}21.53$ $mg/d{\ell}$). Levels of triglyceride of COP, CFP, and CPP groups were $121.10{\pm}50.79$ $mg/d{\ell}$, $77.80{\pm}38.58$ $mg/d{\ell}$, and $92.40{\pm}33.04$ $mg/d{\ell}$, respectively (p<0.05). The dietary addition of olive oil increased the plasma lsevels of cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol. On the other hand, the dietary addition of flaxseed oil and pyroligneous liquor increased the plasma level of HDL-cholesterol and decreased the plasma levels of LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride compared with those of the control group. Further, the dietary addition of perilla oil decreased plasma triglyceride but increased HDL-cholesterol. The decrease in the cholesterol level was much higher in the CFP group. In conclusion, the dietary addition of long-term pyroligneous liquor effectively decreased the plasma levels of cholesterol and triglyceride and increased the plasma level of HDL-cholesterol. The additional dietary administration of flaxseed and perilla oils increased the effect of pyroligneous liquor.
