For 0 < $p$ < ${\infty}$, ${\alpha}$ > -1 and 0 < $r$ < 1, we show that if $f$ is in the space of Dirichlet type $\mathfrak{D}^p_{p-1}$, then ${\int}_{1}^{0}M_{p}^{p}(r,f^{\prime})(1-r)^{p-1}rdr$ < ${\infty}$ and ${\int}_{1}^{0}M_{(2+{\alpha})p}^{(2+{\alpha})p}(r,f^{\prime})(1-r)^{(2+{\alpha})p+{\alpha}}rdr$ < ${\infty}$ where $M_p(r,f)=\[\frac{1}{2{\pi}}{\int}_{0}^{2{\pi}}{\mid}f(re^{it}){\mid}^pdt\]^{1/p}$. For 1 < $p$ < $q$ < ${\infty}$ and ${\alpha}+1$ < $p$, we show that if there exists some positive constant $c$ such that ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}}$ for all $f{\in}\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}$, then ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathcal{B}_p(q)}$ where $\mathcal{B}_p(q)$ is the weighted Besov space. We also find the condition of measure ${\mu}$ such that ${\sup}_{a{\in}D}{\int}_D(k_a(z)(1-{\mid}a{\mid}^2)^{(p-a-1)})^{q/p}d{\mu}(z)$ < ${\infty}$.

The notions of P-I-open (closed) mappings, P-I-continuous mappings, P-I-neighborhoods, P-I-irresolute mappings and I-irresolute mappings are introduced. Relations between P-I-open (closed) mappings and I-open (closed) mappings are given. Characterizations of P-I-open (closed) mappings are provided. Relations between a P-I-continuous mapping and an I-continuous mapping are discussed, and characterizations of a P-I-continuous mapping are considered. Conditions for a mapping to be an I-irresolute mapping (resp. P-I-irresolute mapping) are provided.

인터넷 스트리밍 시스템은 스트리밍 소스를 공급하는 미디어 서버와 이로부터 미디어 스트림을 받아 분배하는 스트리밍 서버, 그리고 스트리밍 단말기들로 구성되며, 기존에는 하나의 스트리밍 서버에 다수의 단말기들이 직접적으로 연결되는 방식을 취하고 있다. 이러한 클라이언트-서버 형태의 중앙 구조에서는 스트리밍 서버에 대한 트래픽 집중으로 병목 현상이 발생하며, 한 스트리밍 서버의 용량에 따라 스트리밍 단말기의 개수가 제한되는 등 확장성 및 수용 능력의 한계라는 단점을 근본적으로 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 극복하여 확장성을 제공하기 위해 P2P 분산 아키텍처를 이용하는 P2P 스트리밍 시스템에 대한 연구가 최근 들어 진행되고 있다. 그러나 P2P 방식을 이용한 인터넷 스트리밍 시스템을 설계, 구현, 테스트하기 위해서는 실제 많은 컴퓨터들이 필요하며, 네트워크의 다양한 구성이나 트래픽 변화에 따른 실험을 하기에는 현실적인 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 P2P 스트리밍 시스템에 대한 다양한 연구 및 실험을 지원하기 위해, P2P 스트리밍 시스템에 대한 구조적 모델 및 동작 모델, 시간 모델, 성능 지수들을 정의하고, 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 지원하는 NS2 시뮬레이션 라이브러리를 이용하여 P2P 스트리밍 시스템 시뮬레이터 P2PStreamSim을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 테스트 P2P 스트리밍 시스템을 사례로 적용하여 P2PStreamSim 의 동작을 검증하고 성능을 평가하였다.

In an attempt to develop a variety of expression vector systems for Corynebacterium glutamicum, six types of promoters, including $P_{tac}$, $P_{sod}$, $P_{sod}$ with a conserved Shine-Dalgarno (SD) sequence from C. glutamicum, $P_{ilvC}$, $P_{ilvC}$ with a conserved SD-1 ($P_{ilvC-M1}$), and $P_{ilvC}$ with a conserved SD-2 ($P_{ilvC-M2}$), were cloned into a modified shuttle vector, pCXM48. According to analysis of promoter strength by quantitative reverse transcription PCR, $P_{sod}$ and $P_{sod-M}$ were superior to tac and ilvC promoters in terms of transcription activity in C. glutamicum. All of the promoters have promoter activities in Escherichia coli, and $P_{sod-M}$ displayed the highest level of transcriptional activity. The protein expression in constructed vectors was evaluated by measuring the fluorescence of green fluorescent protein (GFP) and SDS-PAGE. C. glutamicum harboring plasmids showed GFP fluorescence with an order of activity of $P_{ilvC}$ > $P_{ilvC-M1}$ > $P_{sod}$ > $P_{ilvC-M2}$ > $P_{sod-M}$, whereas all plasmids except pCSP30 with $P_{sod}$ displayed fluorescence activities in E. coli. Of them, the strongest level of GFP was observed in E. coli with $P_{sod-M}$, and this seems to be due to the introduction of the conserved SD sequence in the translational initiation region. These results demonstrate that the expression vectors work well in both C. glutamicum and E. coli for the expression of target proteins. In addition, the vector systems harboring various promoters with different strengths, conserved SD sequences, and multiple cloning sites will provide a comfortable method for cloning and gene expression, and consequently contribute to the metabolic engineering of C. glutamicum.

플라스미드 pKM101과 이의 돌연변이제 pSLA의 mutator 유전자를 subcloning하여 재조합 플라스미드 pJB200과 pJB210을 선별하였고, umuC36- uvrA6-(TK 610) 균주에 도입하여 UV와 MMS에 대해서 보호효과와 돌연변이율에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 재조합된 플라스마드는 UV와 MMS에 대해서 nonmutability인 umu- 균주에서 완전히 돌연변이율을 회복시켰고 보호효과를 크게 증가시켰다. 이 사실은 muc 유전자가 cloning된 재조합 플라스미드가 돌연변이원의 처리에 의해 효과적인 발현을 하며, muc 유전자 만으로도 pKM101의 기능을 나타낸다는 것을 확인하였고, pSLA의 muc 유전자가 그 효과에 었어서 높은 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 pKM101의 muc gene을 포함한 pJB210 은 recA - (JC2926) 균주에서 돌연변이 유발능에 영향을 미치지 못한 것은 muc 유전자가 recA 유전자에 의존함을 알 수 있었다.

Rain events are extremely important for phosphorus (P) dynamics in rivers since large portions of annual river P loads can be transported in particulate forms during only a few major events. Despite their importance, a precise estimation of P contribution in river sediments after rainy seasons has rarely been reported. This study estimated the longitudinal variation in the concentrations of different inorganic P fractions in bed sediments of the South Han River over a rainy season, through using the sequential extraction method. Non-apatite P was the dominant form, representing more than 60% of total inorganic P (TIP) content in sediments. Although no significant variation of TIP contents was observed, the proportion of bioavailable P in TIP pools decreased after the rainy season. The concentrations of individual inorganic P fractions ($NH_4Cl-P$, $NH_4F-P$, NaOH-P, and $H_2SO_4-P$) were significantly different across sites and after the rainy season (p < 0.05, two-way ANOVA). $NH_4F-P$ and NaOH-P concentrations in sediments increased in a downstream direction. After the rainy season, $NH_4Cl-P$ concentrations in sediments decreased whereas $NH_4F-P$ and $H_2SO_4-P$ concentrations increased. The redistribution of individual P fractions in sediments observed after rainy seasons were possibly due to the changing contribution of various sources of runoff and the variation in flow related particle size. Current estimation of P in bed sediments of the South Han River suggests a lower potential of internal P loading from sediments after the rainy season.

본 논문에서는 하이브리드형 P2P(Peer to Peer)를 이용한 화상회의 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술 하였다. 제안된 화상회의 시스템은 클라이언트-서버와 P2P를 기반으로 하는 하이브리드형 P2P 구조를 가지며, 클라이언트-서버 구조는 게정관리, 클라이언트 리스트 및 상태정보를 교환하기 위해서 사용되고 P2P(Peer to Peer) 구조는 실시간 화상회의를 수행하기 위해서 사용된다. 제안된 시스템은 서버에만 몰리던 멀티미디어 데이터를 P2P에 의해 클라이언트로 분산시킴으로써 서버의 트래픽이 감소되고 네트워크의 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 본 시스템은 고속 네트워크 상에서 통신 프로토콜과 응용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 다자간 화상회의를 시연함으로써 본 시스템의 타당성을 검증하고 분석하였다.

P2P 분산시스템에서 각 피어들은 항상 온라인 상태를 유지하지 않는다. P2P 시스템은 각 피어들은 하나의 시스템의 구성 요소로써 유기적으로 작동되는 일반적인 시스템과 다른 것이다. 이런 경우 P2P 시스템을 이용하는 사용자에게는 신뢰성이 떨어지는 시스템이 될 수 있는 것이다. 이에 많은 P2P 연구에서 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다운로드 되고 있는 자원에 대해 신뢰성 있는 연결을 제공하기 위해 다방향 프로세싱 P2P 검색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서는 새로운 자원 제공 피어의 선택을 위한 로딩 부담률이 높았는데 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하고자 한다.

The first zoea of Petrolisthes trilobatus Osawa, 1996, from a female collected in Japan is described and illustrated. Its morphological characteristics are compared with those of other known species of the genus Petrolisthes. The first zoea of P. trilobatus appears very similar to those of P. lamarckii, P. asiaticus and P. hastatus. However, it could be distinguished from the others in having a spine on the lower posterior margin of the carapace, three pairs of setae on the postero-dorsal surface of the telson and minute spinules on the dorsal margins of the abdominal somites 2-5. Based on zoeal morphology, it is suggested that the zoeas of Petrolisthes could be divided into two groups: the first group (P. coccineus, P. moluccensis, P. lamarckii, P. trilobatus, P. asiaticus, P. hastatus, P. pubescens, P. tomentosus, and P. carinipes) and the second one (P. ohshimai, P. armatus, P. boscii, P. tridentatus, P. tonsorius, and P. japonicus).

In this paper we show that the projective properties of representations of a quiver $Q={\bullet}{\rightarrow}{\bullet}{\rightarrow}{\bullet}$ as left $R[x]$-modules. We show that if P is a projective left R-module then $0{\longrightarrow}0{\longrightarrow}P[x]$ is a projective representation of a quiver Q as $R[x]$-modules, but $P[x]{\longrightarrow}0{\longrightarrow}0$ is not a projective representation of a quiver Q as $R[x]$-modules, if $P{\neq}0$. And we show a representation $0{\longrightarrow}P[x]\longrightarrow^{id}P[x]$ of a quiver Q is a projective representation, if P is a projective left R-module, but $P[x]\longrightarrow^{id}P[x]{\longrightarrow}0$ is not a projective representation of a quiver Q as $R[x]$-modules, if $P{\neq}0$. Then we show a representation $P[x]\longrightarrow^{id}P[x]\longrightarrow^{id}P[x]$ of a quiver Q is a projective representation, if P is a projective left R-module.
