증착조건 및 열처리조건에 따른 $ZrO_2$박막의 미세구조와 전기적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study of the microstructures and electrical properties of $ZrO_2$ thin film on Si(100))

  • p형 Si (100)기판 위에 reactive DC magnetron sputtering으로 증착한 $ZrO_2$박막에 대하여 증착 조건과 열처리 조건에 따른 미세구조의 변화 및 전기적 특성 변화를 관찰하였다. 증착 및 열처리 온도가 증가하고 power 증가할수록 $ZrO_2$의 굴절율은 증가되어 이상적인 2.0~2.2에 근접하였다. 상온에서 증착된 $ZrO_2$ 박막은 비정질이며 $300^{\circ}C$에서 증착한 경우 $ZrO_2$박막은 다결정이었다. 산소 분위기에서 열처리를 수행한 박막의 RMS 값은 증착직후보다 높아지고 계면 산화막은 산소의 확산에 의해 두께가 증가하였다. A1/$ZrO_2$/p-type Si(100)의 C-V과 I-V 특성을 관찰하였고, 그 결과 산소분위기에서 열처리하는 경우 계면 산화막의 두께증가로 Cmax 및 누설전류가 감소함을 알 수 있었다.

Aspergillus awamori 입국으로 제조한 Aronia 막걸리의 발효특성 및 항산화 활성 (Fermentative Characteristics and Antioxidant Activity of Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) Makgeolli prepared with Ipguk cultured by Aspergillus awamori)

  • Aronia makgeolli was manufactured using Asp. kawachi (AK) and Asp. awamori (AA) with tannase activity, and physicochemical properties were examined during the fermentation period. The pH was decreased during the fermentation period after the first day, while the acidity increased. Reducing sugars increased highly on the first day of fermentation, and then they gradually decreased as the fermentation period elapsed. On the 7th day of fermentation, it was in the range of 0.38~0.61%. The alcohol content gradually increased during the fermentation period and it ranged from 13.4~14.2 v/v% by the 7th day of fermentation, and the alcohol content of makgeolli added with Aronia was somewhat lower than that of makgeolli prepared without aronia. The L value increased as the fermentation period elapsed, and the L value of makgeolli added with aronia increased rapidly. The a value gradually decreased, while the b value gradually increased as the fermentation period elapsed. The content of total polyphenols increased during the fermentation period of AK makgeolli. However, the AA makgeolli was not significantly increased, as compared to the initial stage of fermentation, and it was lower than that of the AK makgeolli. The radical scavenging activity of the DPPH was higher in the makgeolli added with aronia, and the antioxidant activity of AA makgeolli was higher than that of AK makgeolli. In the sensory evaluation, in the AK makgeolli, the palatability deteriorated due to the bitter taste and the astringent taste derived from the aronia. However, in the AA makgeolli, astringent taste was very weak and the sensory quality was good.

종결정 코팅용액 pH 값이 α-알루미나 지지체 표면에 성장하는 Silicalite-1 제올라이트 분리층의 미세구조에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the pH Value of Seed Coating Solution on Microstructure of Silicalite-1 Zeolite Separation Layer Grown on α-Alumina Support)

  • 본 연구에서는 silicalite-1 제올라이트 분리막 합성 시에 종결정 코팅용액 pH 변화가 제올라이트 분리층 미세구조에 미치는 영항을 고찰하였다. 75 nm 크기로 합성된 종결정은 에탄올에 분산된 후 침지코팅법으로 지지체 표면에 코팅되었으며 분산용액의 pH는 2.2, 7.0, 9.3으로 조절되었다. pH가 7인 경우, 균일하고 두께가 $3{\sim}4{\mu}m$인 silicalite-1 제올라이트 분리층이 형성되었고 분리층 결정입 크기는 100 nm로 미세하였다. 반면, pH가 2.2와 9.3인 경우, 분리층 두께가 얇고 불완전하였으며 분리층 결정입 크기도 약 $1{\mu}m$로 조대하였다. pH 7에서 완전한 제올라이트 분리층이 형성된 것은 침지코팅 중에 지지체와 종결정이 서로 다른 부호의 전하를 가져 정전기적 인력이 작용하여 균일하고 조밀하며 두껍고 다층의 종결정 코팅층이 형성되었기 때문이었다. 반면에 pH가 2.2와 9.3인 경우, 침지코팅 중에 지지체와 종결정이 서로 같은 부호의 전하를 가져 정전기적 반발력이 작용하기 때문에 불완전한 덮힘에 의하여 불완전한 분리층이 형성된다고 판단되었다. 결론적으로, 종결정 코팅용액의 pH가 silicalite-1 제올라이트 분리층의 두께, 결정립 크기 등 미세구조를 결정하는 중요한 인자임을 확인할 수 있었다.

P(VDF/TrFE) 필름의 두께에 따른 인체 감지형 초전형 PIR 적외선 센서의 특성 (Effect of P(VDF/TrFE) Film Thickness on the Characteristics of Pyroelectric Passive Infrared Ray Sensor for Human Body Detection)

  • A thick 25 ${\mu}m$ thickness poled P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor has been fabricated and then thin 1.6 ${\mu}m$ thickness P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor has been fabricated also. These thick and thin P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor was mounted in TO-5 housing to detect infrared light of 5.5 ~ 14 ${\mu}m$ wavelength for human body detecting with each other. The noise output voltage of the thick P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor were 380 mV and NEP(noise equivalent power) is $3.95{\times}10^{-7}$ W which is the similar value with the commercial pyroelectric infrared ray sensor using ceramic materials as a sensing material. The NEP and specific detectivity $D^*$ of the thin P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor were $2.13{\times}10^{-8}$ W and $9.37{\times}106$ cm/W under emission energy of 13 ${\mu}W/cm^2$ respectively. These result caused by lower thermal diffusion coefficient of a thin 1.6 ${\mu}m$ thickness PVDF/TrFE film than the thick 25 ${\mu}m$ thickness poled P(VDF/TrFE) film pyroelectric infrared ray sensor.

알코올 투여에 따른 혈압의 변화 양상 : 용존산소량에 따른 혈압 변화 (Aspect of Blood Pressure after Oral Administration of Alcohol : Effect of Dissolved Oxygen on Blood Pressure)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effect of dissolved oxygen in alcohol to blood pressure of healthy persons. Methods: Subjects (n=30) were randomized in a double blind crossover study to receive 120 mL, 240 mL, 360 mL of alcohol (Korean spirit, 19.59 v/v%, dissolved oxygen is 8 ppm and 20 ppm). Blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and blood pressure were measured applying Lion SD-400 Alcolmeter$^{(R)}$ Breathalyser and Tensoval duo control. Pharmacokinetic parameters ($C_{max}$, $T_{max}$, $AUC_{last}$, $K_{el}$, $V_d$, Clearance) were calculated using Winnonlin$^{(R)}$ program. The difference of parameters and values were analysed by student t-test using Microsoft$^{(R)}$ Excel program. Results: The $AUC_{last}$ values of 8 ppm group and 20 ppm group in 240 ml administration were $6.15{\pm}2.60cg{\cdot}min/ml$, $5.33{\pm}1.84cg{\cdot}min/ml$ (p<0.05) and those in 360 mL were $11.93{\pm}5.70cg{\cdot}min/ml$, $10.33{\pm}4.60cg{\cdot}min/ml$ (p < 0.01), respectively. Thus, the $AUC_{last}$ was significantly decreased. On the other hands, there was a significant change in systolic blood pressure (SBP) after alcohol administration. All measured value after 360 mL of alcohol administration was significantly decreased (p < 0.01). Conclusions: The dissolved oxygen in alcoholic beverage has no effect on blood pressures but the alcohol administration has an effect on blood pressure. Thus, SBP can be used as a biomarker of alcohol administration and utilized in PK/PD modeling of alcohol.

Comparison of Nanopowdered and Powdered Ginseng-added Yogurt on Its Physicochemical and Sensory Properties during Storage

  • This study was conducted to compare the physicochemical and sensory properties of yogurt added with nanopowdered ginseng (NPG) and powdered ginseng (PG) of different concentrations (0.1, 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7%) (w/v) during the storage at $7^{\circ}C$ for 20 d. The pH and viscosity values of yogurt added NPG or PG decreased during the storage. The pH values of the yogurt samples were ranged from 4.0 to 4.6 as a reflective of the fresh state. Viscosity values of yogurt with NPG at lower concentrations 0.1 and 0.3% (w/v) showed higher values during increased storage time. DPPH radical scavenging activity was significantly higher in the NPG-added yogurt than in the PG during the storage period (p<0.05). The lactic acid bacteria (LAB) counts ranged from $3.0{\times}10^9$ to $1.3{\times}10^9$ and $2.2{\times}10^9$ to $1.1{\times}10^9CFU/mL$ in 0.3% NPG and PG-added yogurts, respectively. Increased storage period showed decrease in LAB counts irrespective of the type of ginseng powder and storage period. In sensory test, 0.1 and 0.3% NPG-added yogurt showed similar results to control in yellowness, viscosity, and bitterness. Based on the data obtained from the present study, it was concluded that the concentrations 0.1 and 0.3% (w/v) of NPG could be used to produce NPG-added yogurt without significant adverse effects on physicochemical and sensory properties, and enhance functional value of yogurt.

p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene Hexanoate의 구조 : 또다른 Cone Conformer (Structure of p-tern-butylcalix[4]arene Hexanoate : An Another Cone Conformer)

  • An another symmetric cone conformational isomer of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene hexanoate(C/sub 68/H/sub 96/O/sub 8/) was prepared and was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystals are orthorhombic, Pbca, a=20.625(3) Å, b=21.291(3)Å, c=30.22(4)Å, V=13271(2)ų and Z=8. The intensity data were collected on an Enraf-Noninus CAD-4 diffractometer with a graphite monochromated Mo-Kα radiation. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by least-squares calculations to a final R value of 0.138 for 2394 observed reflections. The molecular conformation is distorted symmetric cone with the flattening B and D phenyl rings.

  • In this study, through dissipation test of DMT predicted Horizontal Coefficient of Consolidation at marine clay. CPTu Dissipation test, laboratory consolidation test compared with $C_v$, through it examined application. The result, DMT calculated horizontal coefficient of consolidation by $P_2$-Log(t) method of DMT-A method and C-$\surd$t(min) method. This horizontal coefficient of consolidation calculated larger than $P_2$-Log(t) method. $P_2$-Log(t) method of DMT, Torstensson of CPTu and Houlsby & Teh(1991) appeared similar to tend. This approximate value is possible application in marine clay. It'll need to study continuously through collection of data.

  • Zinc-Borosilicate is used as a side insulator wall to make high breakdown voltage with one Field Limiting Ring in a power p-n junction device in simulation. It is known that surface charge density can be yield at the interface of Zinc-Borosilicate glass / silicon system. When the glass is used as a side insulator wall, surface charge varied potential distribution and breakdown voltage is improved 1090 V under the same structure.The breakdown voltage under varying the surface charge density has a limit value. When the epitaxial thickness is varied, the position of FLR doesn't influence to the breakdown characteristic not only under non punch-through structure but also under punch-through structure.   • Piezoelectric or magnetostrictive materials, known as smart materials, have been researched widely for sensors or actuators in micro system technology. In our research, thick sol-gel lead zirconate titanate(Pb(Zr$\sub$1-x/Ti$\sub$x/)O$_3$) films were fabricated and their characteristics were investigated f3r angular rate sensor applications. The thickness of the PZT films is 1.5${\mu}$m, which is required by a vibration angular rate sensor for a good actuation and sensing. The remnant polarization of the PZT flms is 12.0 ${\mu}$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The electromechanical constants of PZT thin film showed the value of susceptance(B) of 4800${\mu}$ s at capacitance of 790pF. The PZT films were applied to the vibration angular rate sensor structure and the vibration of 1.78 ${\mu}$m in amplitude at the resonant frequency of 35.8㎑ was obtained by driving voltage of 5V$\sub$p-p/ of bulk piezoelectric materials with out of phase signal through voltage and inverting amplifier.
