For $1{\leq}p$, $q{\leq}{\infty}$ and $s{\in}\mathbb{R}$, it is proved that there exists a constant C > 0 such that for any $f{\in}B^{s+2}_{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ $${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{B^{s+2}_{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n)}{\leq}C{\parallel}f\;-\;{\Delta}f{\parallel}_{B^{s}_{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n)}$$, which tells us that the operator $I-\Delta$ is $B^{s+2}_{p,q}$-coercive on the Besov space $B^s_{p,q}$.

This experimental shows the possibility of using as biofertilizer, which convert insoluble inorganic phosphate salts to plant-usable phosphate type by immobilized microorganism with calcium alginate. In the case of culture of P. agglomerans on constant medium pH, phosphate was produced 357 mg/L after 18hrs. And in the case of culture of immobilzed P. agglomerans bead, phosphate was produced maximum 295.6 mg/L after 120 hrs. Also as using rock phosphate as insoluble phosphate salts, phosphate was respectably produced 190.3 and 195.2 mg/L after 36 hrs at free cells and immobilized cells. In our experiments, the using soils contained 23.16 g-P/kg-soil total phosphate and 3.76 g-P/kg-soil soluble phosphate. The result of 1g immobilized bead seeding, soluble phosphate was produced maximum 6.14 g-P/kg-soil phosphate and this value was increased continuously.

BLDC Motor has many advantages for control. This paper presents to perform constant speed against disturbance during operation. BLDC motor control used I-P algorithm to have fast response, reliable stability and robust response. In this paper I-P algorithm applied to 50W BLDC Motor According to results, I-P algorithm characteristics is confirmed.

High-speed I/O channels require adaptive techniques to optimize the settings for filter tap weights at decision feedback equalization (DFE) read channels to compensate for channel inter-symbol interference (ISI) and crosstalk from multiple adjacent channels. Both ISI and crosstalk tend to vary with channel length, process, and temperature variations. Individually optimizing parameters such as those just mentioned leads to suboptimal solutions. We propose a joint optimization technique for crosstalk cancellation (XTC) at DFE to compensate for both ISI and XTC in high-speed I/O channels. The technique is used to compensate for between 15.7 dB and 19.7 dB of channel loss combined with a variety of crosstalk strengths from $60mV_{p-p}$ to $180mV_{p-p}$ adaptively, where the transmit non-return-to-zero signal amplitude is a constant $500mV_{p-p}$.

By using the point matching method, the coplanar waveguide shielded by the rectangular waveguide has been analyzed. The particular potential solution of C.P.W has been obtained from the boundary condition by using the point matching method. The line capacitance has been obtained from the total charge of the center conductor per length. The effective dielectric constant and the line impedance have been obtained from the line capacitance of C.P.W.

원자력발전소 1차 냉각재내 방사선량을 감소시키기 위한 효과적인 기술로 평가된 고pH기술을 국내에 적용하기 위해 고리1호기를 대상 발전소로 선정하여 11, 12 주기에 modified pH control mode를 이용한 고pH 운전을 수행하고 constant pH control mode로 운전한 10주기의 운전 결과와 비교, 평가함으로서 그 영향을 분석하였다. 종합 평가 결과, 고pH수질관리 기술을 적용함에 따라 1차 냉각재내와 증기발생기 수실내 선량은 평균적으로 약 20 ∼ 30% 정도 감소하였으며 일정 기간동안의 감소추세를 거친 후 안정화단계에 진입하게 될 것으로 평가되었다.

The effect of fertiltzer application on ponded and percolation water in rice paddy were investigated at the experimental plots during irrigation period. We laid out three experimental plots such as 150% Excessive, 100% Standard and 70% Reduced. The concentration of T-N and T-P in ponded water were increased rapidly after application. The concentration of T-N and COD in percolated water increased with fertilizer application rates, while T-P concentration were almost constant.

This paper presents a new converter composed of a P.W.M controller and a resonant converter which operates at a constant frequency. This converter has relatively simple control circuits and high conversion efficiency. The optimum operating point corresponding to maximum efficient for the S.R.C and P.R.C operating above resonance is obtained.

The Modelling, design and analysis of the steady state and performance characteristic of the constant switching frequency P.W.M controlled LLC and LLCC-type P.R.C are presented continuous conduction mode of operation. A set of characteristic frequency are plotted which design parameters can be obtained.
