This paper expands empirical research on family satisfaction by introducing the family APGAR scale, developed and validated in the field of nursing, to measure the satisfaction of business-owning families and applying the Stafford et al.(1999) model of sustainable family businesses to the assessment of family satisfaction. More specifically, this study compares the differences in the effects of business- and family-related variables on family satisfaction for the families of lifestyle business owners and earner business owners. The sample was drawn from the 1997 National Family Business Survey. The family satisfaction was greater for the families of lifestyle business owners, but the family variables made a greater contribution to the explanation of variance in the satisfaction of families of earner business owners. The regression equation explained a higher percentage of the variance for the families of earner business owners. Nine family variables were significant in the satisfaction equation for earner business owners, in contrast to seven significant family variables in the equation for lifestyle business owners. Structured families had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of lifestyle business owners. The family manager's education, putting the family first rather than the business, and the family management score had significant effects on the satisfaction of earner business owners.

우리나라 산림의 소규모 분산적 임업경영 여건 개선과 산주의 고령화, 부재산주 증가 등으로 인한 임업경영의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 산림의 매매, 임대차 등을 통해 임업경영 규모의 확대와 방치된 산림의 효율적인 경영관리와 산림을 담보로 한 임업인 노후생활 안정지원을 위해 산지은행제도 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산지은행제도의 도입 타당성 및 수요 등을 파악하기 위해 산주, 비산주 및 귀농 귀촌인을 대상으로 산지은행제도 도입의 필요성, 기대효과, 이용의향, 도입방안 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 소재산주 262명, 부재산주 152명, 비산주 427명, 귀농 귀촌인 101명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과, 산지은행제도 도입이 필요하다고 응답한 비율이 산주 77.5%, 비산주 63.8%로 나타났으며, 산주와 비산주 모두 산지은행제도에서 이용의향이 있거나 수행하기를 기대하는 사업으로 연금과 임대사업을 선호하였다. 귀농 귀촌인의 설문조사에서도 약 75%의 귀농 귀촌인들이 산지은행제도가 농산촌 생활에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대하였으며, 임차와 매수사업에 대한 사업이용 의향이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통한 산지은행제도 도입의 타당성 분석결과를 바탕으로 산지은행 정책수립에 필요한 자료제공은 물론 산지은행제도의 기본방향, 주요기능, 사업종류와 범위 설정 등을 결정하는데 있어서 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose - This research examined the relationship between business orientation and business goals and satisfaction of Korean-American business owners. Research design/data/methodology - Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and Small Business Orientation (SBO) were the theoretical constructs underlying this research. The responses from 200 Korean-American business owners who participated in the 2005 National Minority Business Owner Surveys were used for data analysis. Results - Noneconomic business goal was positively related to business owners' SBO tendency, and those with a SBO tendency had the higher business satisfaction than those with EO. Conclusions - The findings suggest that policy makers should develop business assistance programs that correspond with owners' business orientation.

사유림 경영 활성화를 위해서는 산주들의 참여가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 선도산림경영단지 내 산주들의 참여를 확대할 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선도산림경영단지 내 산주들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 참여수준을 파악하고 Arnstein의 주민참여 8단계 이론을 적용하여 산주들의 참여수준을 분석하였다. 연구결과 선도산림경영단지 산주들의 참여수준은 형식적인 단계에 머물러 있으며 의사결정 과정에 미치는 영향력이 매우 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제도적으로 산주들이 단지 운영을 위한 의사결정과정에 참여할 수 있도록 산주협의체를 제도화하고 선도산림경영단지 산림경영 담당자와의 파트너십 체결을 제안하였다. 다만 본 연구에서는 단지 운영에 적극적인 일부 소재 산주를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시함으로써 전체 선도산림경영단지 참여 산주들의 의견을 대표하는 데에는 다소 한계가 있다.

Purpose - It is necessary to identify the level of marketing activities of the businesses that are recognized and carried out by the small and midsize businesses that have been supported by the government's small-business policy Research design, data, and methodology - The method of data analysis of this study was conducted by the researcher's acquaintances and center staffs who visited small business owners in a small - scale company operating a business. Results - It is found that the financial support part of the support programs for the small business owners is not related to the center affection among the support programs for the small business owners of the government. This is a fact-finding process that can be regarded as a forming process that has a significant effect on. As a result of the analysis, both marketing activity and center attachment were found to be possible parameters which have significant influence on business performance. Conclusions - Developing a variety of contact and customer management programs with small business owners in the field has enabled the government's policies to effectively penetrate the site, and these efforts eventually resulted in more business results for small business owners.

The purpose of this study is to derive practical implications by verifying the influence of MSME owners' leadership type and management performance on knowledge management. In addition, we tried to verify the mediating role of knowledge management between the leadership type and management performance of MSME owners. Leadership types were divided into transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Transformational leadership consisted of charisma and inspirational motivation, while transactional leadership consisted of situational rewards and management by exception. For data collection, we conducted a survey targeting workers in small businesses. After excluding insincere data that were inappropriate for analysis, we used the remaining 243 samples for empirical analysis. To test the hypothesis, we adopted regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis as analysis methods. As a result of the empirical analysis, all seven hypotheses derived were supported, and the main results are summarized as follows. First, we found that MSME owners' transformational leadership and transactional leadership had a positive effect on knowledge management and management performance. Second, we found that knowledge management of MSME owners had a positive effect on business performance. Third, both transformational leadership and transactional leadership of MSME owners were found to be partially mediated by knowledge management in relation to management performance. Based on these research results, we derived practical implications for MSME owners.

우리는 현대 사회에서 중요한 역할을 하는 소상공인의 성공 요인을 깊이 있게 조사하고 분석하여, 그들의 경영 성과에 미치는 요인들을 명확하게 이해하려는 노력을 기울였다. 우리는 소상공인의 경영 역량, 정부 지원 서비스, 그리고 정책 지원 자금의 이용 여부를 주요 변수로 설정하였다. 우리의 연구 결과, 소상공인의 경영 역량과 정부 지원 서비스는 그들의 경영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이는 소상공인들이 자신의 역량을 강화하고, 정부의 지원 서비스를 효율적으로 활용함으로써 경영 성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 정책 지원 자금의 이용 여부는 정부 지원 서비스가 재무 성과에 미치는 영향에만 조절 효과를 보일 뿐, 다른 경영 성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 정책 지원 자금의 이용이 필요하긴 하지만, 그 자체만으로는 충분하지 않으며, 다른 변수들과 복합적으로 작용해야 효과를 볼 수 있음을 시사한다. 우리의 연구는 소상공인의 성공을 위한 새로운 방향성을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 소상공인 및 관련 정책 결정자들은 어떤 요인들이 소상공인의 경영 성과에 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 어떻게 이러한 요인들을 효과적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있는지에 대해 깊은 통찰을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구는 기업 경영 및 소상공인에 대한 학문적 연구에 중요한 기여를 하였다. 소상공인의 성공 요인에 대한 깊은 이해를 통해, 이들의 경영 성과를 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 새로운 연구 방향성과 전략을 제시하였다. 이러한 노력은 소상공인의 사회적, 경제적 가치를 높이는 데 한걸음 더 나아가는 계기가 될 것이다.

As the business environment for construction enterprises has been worse, the level of their dependence on public projects increases. Under these circumstances, the public owners should pursue more efficient management process and make continuous efforts to establish strategic project-oriented organizations. There are growing concerns on owners' role with the recognition that the public owners are the key stakeholders to improve effectiveness in public sectors and reinforce competitiveness of entire industry. This study reviewed the characteristics of public construction projects with the concept of program, evaluated the current status of program management capabilities, and discussed the requirement for effective program management.

As the DT of micro businesses emerges as an important task, the government is also promoting support projects such as policy establishment and micro business education. This study aims to develop a new index (checklist) that can objectively measure the level of digital literacy required for DT in the tertiary industry, which accounts for the largest share of micro business owners. In this study, indicators were derived through review of existing studies and FGI, and the validity and reliability of Likert 5 were measured for decision makers in the tertiary industry. In the field of digital literacy for micro business owners, a total of 22 indicators were developed, largely composed of basic technology environment competency, information utilization competency, information dissemination and production capability, and mind recognition capability. This study has academic significance in that it can contribute to accurately understanding the digital capabilities of micro business owners by developing a digital literacy index for micro business owners, a specific group lacking in research.

본 연구는 사유림 경영 활성화 방안 중 하나인 사유림 경영 규모화 사업의 참여에 영향을 주는 산주 특성을 분석하여 사유림 경영 규모화 사업의 조기 시행과 확대를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 산주 373명을 대상으로 사유림 경영 규모화 사업의 참여의사 및 개인 특성 등을 설문조사하였으며 이항 로짓 분석(Binary-Logit Analysis)을 적용하여 사유림 경영 규모화 사업 참여에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하였다. 로짓 분석을 위해 설정한 산주의 특성 즉, 독립변수는 성별, 연령, 학력, 직업, 소득, 거주지, 산지소유목적 그리고 산림조합 조합원 가입유무이다. 분석 결과, 사유림 경영 규모화 사업에 참여하겠다는 산주가 373명 중 267명(71.6%)이었으며 나머지 106명(28.4%)은 참여거부 의사를 나타냈다. 산주의 연령이 낮을수록, 직업은 자영업이 그리고 산지 소유 목적이 산림 경영일 경우 사유림 경영 규모화 사업 참여 확률이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.
