도시 아파트거주자의 주생활양식과 실내분위기 선호 연구 (A Study on the Life Style and the Interior Preference of Urban Residents in Apartments)

  • The Purpose of this study is to classify the life styles of urban residents in apartments and to find out possible correlation with their preferences on interior ambience.The selected samples were 3,000 residents from Seoul, Pusan, Kwaungju and Cheonan, and 2,750 of them were analyzed.'The results can be summarized as follows.1.The life style patterns were classified into S types, namely organized type, decoration-oriented type, self expression type, practicality-oriented type and fashion-oriented type. 2. Interior image were classified into 4 types, namely characteristic image, contemporary image, classic image and rich image.3. The interior preference was correlated with the life style patterns, such as organizd type preferred to contemporary image, decoration-oriented type preferred to rich image, self expression type preferred to classic image and practicality-oriented type preferred to characteristic type.4. The patterns of life style and the interior preference differed significantly according to the size of apartment and the age of owner.

  • 우리나라에서 건설산업의 구조개편, 건설기술의 경쟁력 향상 등과 맞물려 CM에 대한 다양한 논의과정이 있었으며 건설산업기본법('97) 및 건설기술관리법('01)에 CM제도가 규정됨으로써 명실상부하게 체계를 갖추게 되었다. 이 중 특히 공공사업에 대해서는 효율성 제고라는 문제의식에서 출발하여 제도의 활성화를 위한 시범사업(Pilot Project)이 정부를 중심으로 추진중에 있다. 현재 추진중인 시범사업은 제도의 정착, 활성화 뿐만아니라 기존의 CM제도를 좀더 구체화하고 다양화하는 과정으로서 그 시행의 중요성을 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 시범사업의 추진을 통하여 현재의 감리중심의 CM제도에서 발주자 및 사업특성을 고려할 수 있도록 Owner형 CM, PM형, 민자사업 적용방안 등 다양한 CM적용형태를 모색해야 할 것이다. 이러한 노력들은 공공사업의 효율성 제고 뿐만아니라 민간부분에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

공공임대주택의 2단계 공급방식 적용 방안에 관한 연구 - 일본 스켈레톤 임대형 SI주택 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application of the Two Step Supply System of Public Rental Housing - Focused on the cases of SI housing with skeleton rental in Japan -)

  • In recent years, there has been a demand for a residential supply model that can actively and flexibly cope with various housing demands in the changing paradigm of public rental housing. This study focuses on the two-step supply system that has been studied in Japan. It was used to examine and analyze cases to recommend a supply plan that can be used for domestic public rental housing. In more detail, the literature review of the two-step supply system discloses that four types by supply methods (A-1, A-2, B-2, and C-2) and four types of relationship (construction and management combine entities type, management entity type, construction entity type, a separated entity type) can be categorized. In addition, from the actual case study, it revealed that the way of linking and supplying activities among the entity can have a great influence on "ease of supply (supply)", "diversity of housing demand (diversity)," and "quality of construction (construction)". "Ease of supply (supply)" refers to whether the construction entity is separated, and the owner is a manager. "Diversity" refers to whether the management subject is separated, and if the owner is also the constructor or the manager. "Construction" is whether the management entity is connected and managed by the management entity and can be evaluated in "Good", "Middle", and "Bad" level. As a summary, even if the existing public rental housing in Korea can be separated into a skeleton and infill system, the result suggested that it has a limitation on response to residential demand. In addition, the paper was able to propose an improved plan to make the infill as a secondary operator.

어린이집 통학버스 운전자의 유형에 따른 안전의식에 관한 비교연구 (Safety Consciousness according to School Bus Driver's Type at Child Care Centers)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집 통학버스 운전자의 안전의식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 대전, 충 남북 지역의 어린이집에서 통학버스를 운전하는 어린이집 원장과 지입형태의 운전자 276명을 조사대상자로 하였다. 자료분석을 위하여 PASW Statistics 18.0을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 원장과 지입형태 운전자의 안전의식 수준은 각각 6.46(SD=1.65)과 6.82(SD=1.75)로 나타나 지입형태의 운전자가 유의미하게 더 높은 것으로 나타났다(t=1.958, p<.05). 둘째, 조사대상자의 안전의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 각 집단별로 크게 다른 것으로 나타났다. 어린이집 원장의 안전의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사고 경험 유무, 감각추구성향, 안전지향동기, 보호자 등의 안전의식, 지각-운동기술 순으로 나타났다. 반면에, 지입형태의 운전자의 안전의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 안전지향동기, 건강상태, 일일 운전시간, 경제상태, 보호자 등의 안전의식 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 어린이집 통학버스 운전자의 안전의식을 향상하고, 교통사고를 방지할 수 있는 몇 가지의 실질적인 방안을 제시하였다.

생애주기에 따른 주거이동 특성 분석 (The Analysis on the Characteristics of Residential Mobility by Life-Cycle)

  • 본 연구는 부산시의 주택순환과정을 살펴보기 위해 가구의 생애주기에 따른 주거이동 특성을 분석하였는데, 설문조사는 부산시 거주 만 40세 이상의 성인들을 대상으로 결혼 이후 현재까지의 주거이동에 대한 주거경력을 조사하였다. 통계자료 분석의 결과와 설문조사 결과는 모든 항목에서 유사한 결과를 보였는데 이를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 설문대상자들이 현재 거주하고 있는 주택을 살펴보면, 주택유형은 아파트가 절대적으로 높은 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 주택의 점유형태는 자가소유이며, 주택규모는 30평형대, 거주기간은 6년 이상 10년 미만이다. 주택자금마련 방법은 저축과 은행대출이 대다수를 차지하고 있는데, 현재 가구의 소득만으로는 자가소유의 희망주택을 마련하는 것이 불가능함에도 불구하고 주택금융을 활용하여 내집마련을 하는 주거문화는 임대료를 지불하고 임차소유를 하는 외국과는 다소 다른 우리의 주거문화이다. 그러나 주거만족도의 측면에서 주거이동은 주택규모를 확장시키고 점유형태를 변화시켰기 때문에 주거이동으로 인해 대부분의 가구가 주거의 질이 향상되었다고 인식하고 있으며, 현재의 주거에 대해 매우 높은 만족감을 보인다.

  • The urban renewal type redevelopment project is a project to improve the urban environment for the recovery of urban functions and revitalization of commercial districts in commercial and industrial areas. Urban regeneration projects are not progressing smoothly. The urban renewal type is not so for landowners, who require a high level of professional knowledge and experience to carry out smooth projects. In addition, the core part of business conflicts can be seen as the problem of management and disposal methods. Therefore, as landowners, etc. become the actual subjects, the public will take charge of project execution, but all development gains and losses will be attributed to the owner of the land, etc.

커피 전문점 선택요인과 만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Customer Choice and Satisfaction Factors among Three Types of Coffee Shops)

  • Purpose - Theorists and researchers in the area of customer satisfaction generally agree that product satisfaction intervenes between expectancy disconfirmation and various post-purchase cognitive states including attitude and behavioral intention. Studies in a variety of settings have supported the effect of expectation and its disconfirmation on satisfaction, but only a small number of studies address the cognitive consequences of satisfaction decisions and none report data on choice processes such as brand selection. This study examines the influence of satisfaction and its determinants on behavioral intention and product preference in eight coffee shops across the country. Generally it was found in both overall and summed attribute analyses that satisfaction was a function of expectation and disconfirmation, that intention was a function of satisfaction, and that preference was influenced by satisfaction and disconfirmation, the latter having the greater effect. Research design, data, and methodology - The main objective of this study was to assess the dimensions of consumer selection and satisfaction in choosing a coffee shop. In order to achieve this objective, a study of coffee shops across the country was conducted. This study comprised in-depth questionnaires distributed to coffee shop customers. A survey was conducted from September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011, involving franchise coffee shop, independently owned coffee shop, and roastery coffee shop customers. Results - Hypothesis 1-1, which states that coffee shop choice attributes differ based on the type of coffee shop, is accepted. It has a significance level of 0.05, according to choosing properties of coffee shop by convenience of transportation, varieties of beans, residence of the owner (manager), information, and relationships. Hypothesis 1-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor differs depending on the type of coffee shops, is accepted. The P-values for cleanliness and varieties of beans were 0.04 and 0.00, respectively, and have a significance level of 0.05, according to the satisfaction with the chosen coffee shop. Hypothesis 2-1, which states that the importance of the choice attributes in coffee shop selections differs based on the demographic characteristics of the customers, is accepted. According to the t-test result, convenience of parking and residence of the owner (manager) are significant. Hypothesis 2-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor will differ depending of the type of coffee shop, is accepted. Conclusions - This study has shown that intention to revisit a certain shop is most likely correlated to satisfaction in all cases. In order to offer subsequent developments for coffee shops, this study also identifies relations between customer satisfaction and selection by finding significant factors. In order to maximize customers' satisfaction, coffee shops should analyze and satisfy customers' needs and wants in terms of coffee service. While the findings do not generalize beyond the mall sampling procedure used here, we have hopefully identified a close approximation of the process of satisfaction decisions used by consumers generally.

모바일 상거래 플랫폼에 적합한 음성 템플릿 기반의 사용자 인증 기법 (The Voice Template based User Authentication Scheme Suitable for Mobile Commerce Platform)

  • 전화 기능과 컴퓨터 기능을 갖는 스마트폰의 보급으로 장소에 구애받지 않는 모바일 상거래에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 상거래 서비스는 인증 기법을 적용하여 거래 내용과 거래 당사자에 대한 법적 구속력을 갖는 증거를 남겨야 한다. 스마트폰은 개인용 컴퓨터와 달리 개인정보 노출의 위험이 있고 기기 분실 및 도용에 따른 대리 인증이 상대적으로 쉽다. 기존의 패스워드 및 토큰 기반의 인증 기법은 사용자와 아이디를 물리적으로 연결시키지 못하므로 대리 인증 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 스마트폰을 모바일 상거래 플랫폼으로 활용하기 위해서는 법적 구속력이 있고 대리 인증이 어려운 새로운 사용자 인증 기법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 고유 음성 정보와 스마트폰 USIM 정보를 접목한 모바일 ID를 생성하고 이에 기반을 둔 사용자 인증 기법을 설계 및 구현하였다.

공공임대주택 유형별 구성재 사전예방보전 수선시기 설정연구 (Analysis of a Repair Time Preparation for the Preventive Maintenance in a Public Rental Housing Types)

  • The rental housing has been a main role to supply a living space to the household who can not be available for the home-owner. Specially, the public rental housing is targeted for the low-income household and supplied with low rental fee. Therefore, the rent owner should manage and maintain the housing condition decently with a systematically maintenance plan which includes a repair time and scope, a repair cost. Among them, the repair time is important to make a repair plan. The repair time would be explained with two types, which is divided into a breakdown maintenance and a preventive maintenance. Each of them has a advantage in a repair cost, maintenance of the living condition and provision of the repair scope and method. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time in 12 components of the public rental housing which is reflected from a preventive maintenance. This study shows that overall, a permanent rental housing has a longer repair time than any other rental housing in 12 housing components. A public rental housing is closer to the a permanent rental housing then a redevelopment rental housing in repair time. On the other hand, the repair time of the 12 housing components is different form the rental housing. This leads to further study in difference of the repair time according to a tenant type.

  • Recent growth in global economic situation has led dramatic increase in new buildings of large containerships. These increased new building orders have brought keen concerns of developing and improving the quality of design and increasing the productivity of the vessel in order to satisfy the ship Owner's various requirements. For the increment of productivity and quality of containership, the plastic type bearing pad of cargo hatch cover has been investigated intensively for years with the supplier of cargo hatch cover. The result of investigation showed that there are numbers of advantages for the Owner and Builder over the existing bronze bearing pads which are better corrosion resistance long life time, low friction coefficient, easy maintenance, easy installation, better production lead time and low maintenance cost.
