The purpose of this study is to propose the human resource management strategies of non-standard workers that can contribute to accomplishing both corporate social responsibility and business purpose in efficient and effective ways. For the purpose, this researcher investigated circumstances under which Korean companies are using non-standard workers and systems related to those workers. In Korea, the Non-Standard Workers Protection Act was enacted and revised, and became effective on July 1, 2007. The main provisions of the act are as follows. First, the systems of discriminatory treatment prohibition was legally stipulated, Second, restrictions on overwork for fixed-term and part-time employees and the written statement of working conditions were compelled. Third, only 26 kinds of jobs were permitted for worker dispatch in accordance with positive list system. To achieve their business purpose, companies often use standard workers, but sometimes non-standard workers unavoidably in accordance with their business strategy. This study propose main human resource management strategies of non-standard workers such as determining the scope of jobs, strengthening legal and systematic human resource management, improving human relations, extending the grievance procedure and converting non-standard workers into standard ones.

A literature study on cancer therapy of warm-hot oriental medicine was done, and the results were as follows. 1. In oriental medicine, oncogens are six exopathogens, seven modes of emotion, overwork, pathogenic factors, and especially related with pathologic cold situation. 2. There are many capillaries in tuomr, and because temperature of inner space of tumor is higher than normal organization. Tumor cell has a character which is weak for high temperature. 3. Warm-hot herb drugs have effects of dissipating mass, warming kidney to reinforce yang and dispering, so it has a function of suppressing tumor as well as improving immunity in cancer therapy. 4. In traditional medical books, main prescriptions of cancer therapy are xinzhiyinyanggongjiwan(新製陰陽攻積丸), qianjinxiaoshiwan(千金硝石丸), feiqiwan(肥氣丸), xibenwan(息賁丸), fuliangwan(伏梁丸), beiqiwan, bentunwan(賁豚丸), zengsunwujiwan(增損五積丸), and these are composed of warm-hot herb drugs. 5. In current, the study of warm-hot drugs is progressed in immunological capacity, anti-tumor activity, stimulating bone marrow and regulating hormone secretion. It will be expected that advanced study of these must be accomplished in cancer patients.

Intravenous (IV) injection is widely used to supply Ringer solution directly into a vein in hospital. Generally, a passive injection method has been used, which causes the inconsistent flow rate of fluid and inappropriate control of injection time by a patient. It leads to an unnecessary nurse's overwork and decrement of IV injection's effect. To solve these problems, flow control infusion pumps have been developed. But because of relatively heavy weight and high price, its usage has been limited. In the present study, a new automatic IV injection system is developed. It is installed with a small pressing mechanism driven by a small electric motor to regulate the flow rate by pressing tube. Proportional integral derivative (PID) feedback control algorithm is applied to control the electric motor. The system is smaller in size and uses lower power than the existing commercial product. The newly developed system is also installed with networking capability, which enables monitoring the status of several automatic IV injection system at the same time.

Objectives : The aim of this study is comparing the improvement of Bell's palsy and Ramsay hunt syndrome according to treatment duration. Methods : The 11cases diagnosed as Ramsay hunt syndrome and 30cases of Bell's palsy who visited Cheong-ju Oriental Medical hospital from February 2006 to June 2008 were evaluated. We used Yanagihara's unweighted Grading System to confirm the improvement. Results : In the analysis of cause, except the "none", the most common cause was "Overwork" in both two group. After 5-day treatment the score was getting worse but after 10-day treatment score was improved in both group. The improvement of Bell's palsy group was better than that of Ramsay hunt syndrome group after 5-day and 10-day treatment, but there was no significance. Conclusions : In comparison of Yanagihara's unweighted grading score checked before treatment, after 5-day, 10-day and 15-day treatment between Bell's palsy and Ramsay hunt sundrome, there was no statistical significant difference.

Postpolio syndrome (PPS) is widely known to manifest as muscle weakness in patients affected by poliomyelitis in early childhood. This is caused by the long-term overwork of motor nerves regenerated from surviving nerve cells. We report a characteristic delay in recovery from muscle relaxation after administering rocuronium to a patient with PPS under general anesthesia with desflurane. A 59-year-old woman was scheduled to undergo surgical debridement for jaw osteonecrosis. She had a history of poliomyelitis at the age of 2 years, and was diagnosed with PPS at the age of 51 years. General anesthesia was induced with 80 mg propofol, 50 ㎍ fentanyl, and 30 mg (0.69 mg/kg) rocuronium, and maintained with desflurane and remifentanil. The durations of train-of-four (TOF) count 0 and 1 were 96 and 37 min, respectively. Five minutes after discontinuing desflurane, the TOF count was 4. Three minutes after administering 200 mg sugammadex, the TOF ratio was 0.83, and the tracheal tube was subsequently removed. In summary, the effect of a single dose of rocuronium on twitch in TOF monitoring was significantly prolonged in a patient with PPS, which may have been exacerbated by desflurane.

This study has been implemented to explore the method to improve job satisfaction and service quality of its staff by figuring out the effect of job satisfaction of geriatric hospital staff on service quality. For this reason, we conducted a questionnaire survey on April 2 to May 22, 2013 to target 300 people ten geriatric hospital workers in Busan Metropolitan City area, was utilized to study the final total of 276 parts. Firstly, It was found that work satisfaction, wage satisfaction and colleague satisfaction have an effect on job satisfaction, and Secondly, satisfaction and fellow satisfaction of business, were analyzed to affect, but had no effect conservative satisfaction Thirdly, for the effect of job satisfaction on the service quality, it was found that job satisfaction has an effect on service quality. Therefore, it can be concluded that service quality for patients can be improved only if job satisfaction of staff is improved, and by reducing stress caused by overwork of staff and boosting their morale through reasonable wage and compensation.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to compare the improvement of Low back pain (LBP) depending on female inpatient's Bone mineral density (BMD) after menopause. Method : We evaluated 10 cases of normal and 25 cases of osteopenia and osteoporosis based on Bone mineral density test among the female inpatients with LBP who were after menopause, admitted at Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine from January 2008 to August 2008. Result : Depending on the analysis of pathogenic cause, most were without specific reason and except that, overwork and lifting heavy weight were the most common reason. Using improvement-analysis based on treating period, the normal group showed higher decrease of Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) than osteopenia and osteoporosis group. Conclusion : Statically, among the female inpatients with LBP, who were after menopause, had no significant differences between the normal group and osteopenia and osteoporosis group's improvement rate, depending on treating period.

Background: Bojungikgitang is one of the most common herbs in oriental medicine. Principally, this medicine heals illness from overwork and stress. Therefore, it is frequently used in the ancient community. Because of insufficiency in data, objective judgements are difficult in remedial effects by Bojungikgitang. In order to make objectivity diagnose data, this research is developed. Purpose: The aim of the research is to make questionnaire for the medicine and the objective is to sell to the public from the local clinic. Methods: The questionnaire which includes symptoms and signs for diagnose of Bojungikgitang is studied by the Delphi method and average value. Results: By the Delphi method and average value, 25 Items of questionnaires are choosen for the research. Conclusions: Further research is necessary for modification of questionnaire by statistics and certification by clinical trial. The statistics and verification by clinical trial is necessary with modification for further research.

Objectives : This study was to investigate the effectiveness of Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture complex therapy on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods : We investigated 30 cases of patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis, and devided patients into two groups : We treated one group by complex oriental medical treatment with Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy, and did the other group by complex oriental medical treatment without Bee Venom pharmacopuncture therapy. To investigate the effectiveness of treatment applied for two groups, we used Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System at baseline, 3 weeks and final. Results : 1. Male, Female is same ratio in distribution of sex, the number of left side is more than that of right side in distribution of lesion, the average age is 49.33. 2. Pain back of the ear showed the highest frequency among Bell's palsy related symptoms at onset, the overwork was a major cause of Bell's palsy in distribution of cause. 3. As a result of evaluation by using Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System, treatment score after 3weeks was marked higher than that before treatment and treatment score after final treatment was also marked higher than that after 3weeks within each group. 4. After final treatment, Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy group showed signficant difference on Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System compared with Acupuncture therapy group. Conclusions : Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture therapy can be available for relieving symptoms related with peripheral facial paralysis.
