This paper surveyed and analyzed cases of DB development overseas to set the range of DB to be developed for analyzing energy-saving policies in the domestic transportation sector. The foregoing prerequisites were used to establish system for classification in the broad scale under which system for classification in detail indicators that suit one in the broader indicators was set based on analysis of domestic / overseas cases to determine DB development range in the transportation sector required to analysis domestic energy-saving policies. Accordingly, six items subject to the broadest classification were determined, i.e. energy consumption, energy basic unit, emissions of greenhouse gas, economic indicators, transportation volume / transportation records and basic automobile data. Large classification and sub-items determined by surveying expert opinions were set and proposed as DB classification indicators.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and investigate relevant indicators so that R&D performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes can proceed. A suitable performance evaluation model was presented based on the surveyed indicators. Based on the presented performance evaluation model, the importance was analyzed to calculate the weight for each indicator of the performance evaluation model. Methods: The method applied in this study presented a performance evaluation model based on the organizational performance evaluation cases of advanced overseas countries. By using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique, the weight of each indicator of the performance evaluation model was studied. Results: As a result of examining the indicators necessary for the evaluation model, focusing on overseas cases, 13 evaluation items were derived. A weight was calculated for the importance of the study results. And the scientific/technical research results showed the highest excellence. Conclusion: Key indicators of performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes were derived and presented through detailed modeling in three stages. A realistic model that can objectively evaluate the performance of government-funded research institutes was proposed using the AHP technique.

In aviation, with the rapid transformation of the mobility industry, UAMs are emerging to operate green low-altitude airspace in urban environments. In order for UAM aircraft to fly safely transporting passengers and cargo in low-altitude urban airspace, a traffic control system that supports the safe operation of the aircraft is essential. In particular, traffic control systems that reflect the characteristics of the flight environment, such as operating at low altitude in urban environments for a short period of time, are required. In this study, we define the definition of UATM and its main services that perform traffic control for the safe operation of UAMs. In addition, we analyzed the development trends of UATM systems based on domestic and overseas cases. Based on these analyses, we present the results of the concept design of the UATM system. After analyzing UATM development cases, we found that there is no commercialized UATM system, but overseas development is focused on systems that can integrate ATM and UTM. And we identified key stakeholders and interface data, and performed UATM system architecture and functional design based on the identified data. Finally, as a necessary element for the future development of UATM systems, we propose the establishment and advancement of UAM traffic flow management systems, the establishment of integrated control systems, and the development of interface with aircraft operation systems in preparation for the unmanned UAM aircraft.

This study was designed to derive the characteristics of shared space composition of shared housing for one-person household through an examination on domestic and overseas cases. To examine the systematic approach to the planning of shared space, the concept and current status of shared housing were analyzed; and, the concept of shared space was derived based on the concept of Altman and, through the analysis on cases of shared housing, the shared space was classified into shared spaces for living support, passage, and community. And then, based on the standard of classification of shared space, the configuration of shared space in shared housing was examined through the analysis on domestic and oversea cases. Thereby, the arrangement and function of each type of compartment in shared space were examined and the configuration of the shared space prepared for an entrance of residents was analyzed and classified into 6 types. Each type revealed a relationship between privacy, living, passage and internal community which were all provided with respective configurative characteristics of each space. Result obtained from this study is estimated that they could be used as a basic data for the design or planning of shared spaces in shared and further, they could also be employed for the design or development of shared spaces of such houses taken the type and characteristics of residents into account.

Because the Apple Pay which created by U.S's Apple Inc. and launch of Samsung pay in last August in domestic, people have high interest in Pin-Tech industries and new method of easy payment. In this paper, it will study newly introduced Pin-Tech industries and marketability of Pin-Tech industries. Also it will propose safe use of Pin-Tech services based on cases in domestic and overseas. This paper is organized as follows. In Chapter 2, it will study concept of Pin-Tech services and status of Pin-Tech services in domestic and overseas. In Chapter 3, it will look technical trends of Pin-Tech services. In Chapter 4, it will propose direction based on analysis of cases of Pin-Tech services. This paper will finish with conclusion in Chapter 5. Given the global trends, Korea is now just took the first steps in new Pin-Tech era. The Pin-Tech services are in situations that it is not yet activated in domestic due to the various financial regulations and procedures. In this paper, it will shows cases of concerns of Pin-Tech services and domestic authentication which relates to easy payment certification. If Pin-Tech services are develop with easy payment certification and adapt to domestic environment and develop based on stability and security as mentioned in this paper, domestic Pin-Tech services and security technology will grow to the world level. Also it requires unceasing research and efforts from relevant government officials, security companies and Pin-Tech ICT companies.

Purpose: This study aims to clarify the concept of entrepreneurial leadership by reviewing the relevant existing studies, and to examine changes in entrepreneurial leadership research through review and statistical analysis on the articles published in Korean and international journals. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Among the papers published between 2010 and 2020, 8 Korean studies and 42 international studies (UK and US) that clearly identify entrepreneurial leadership as research topic were analyzed. Results: Examinations on the yearly trends, keywords, and research methods reveal that research on entrepreneurial leadership is increasing recently with the emphasis on the statistical analysis. Keyword analysis shows high frequency of team and innovation for domestic research, while overseas research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and gender associated keywords. Conclusions: This study has confirmed that overseas studies employ various methodologies, focusing on statistical analysis and that the effect of entrepreneurial leadership are in progress. For domestic cases, studies on entrepreneurial leadership are limited in number. Research topics and methods are areas that need further improvements. Research on entrepreneurial leadership has recently begun, requiring diversity in the subjects and methods for future development

Recently, Korean customs authorities have attempted to impose customs duties on the warranty charges paid by Korean subsidiaries ("the taxpayers") of multinational corporations to their overseas headquarters, or their affiliates, as indirect payment of the price actually paid or payable for imported goods and services, and the taxpayers' complaints have been steadily increasing. The key issue of Korean Supreme Court decision, 2018Du56619, revolves around opposing interpretations of the Korea Customs Act and the WTO's Customs Valuation Agreement in determining who is responsible for paying duties levied on warranty charges. The Supreme Court's ruling was consistent with its previous interpretations of the WTO agreement on customs valuations. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, a Korean subsidiary, stating that the overseas corporate headquarters' payments of warranty charges to Korean dealers are made on behalf of the Korean subsidiary, which is ultimately responsible for covering warranty charges. Thus, the Korean subsidiary's settlement of the warranty charges to their Korean dealers through the overseas headquarters is effectively the same as a direct payment to the dealers. Therefore, the Korean subsidiary performed warranty services on its liability and account. As such, the court ruled that warranty charges should not include tariffs on the indirect payment for warranty services in such cases. This paper presents the comparative legal implications for the warranty charge clauses in the WTO agreement and the Korean Customs Act and analyzes the Supreme Court's decisions.

Currently in design and manufacturing of railway train overseas markets, criteria for a collision condition between vehicles is noted in design specification. In the event of a train crash, it can be verified by crashworthiness analysis or an actual crash test for car's performance to keep the safety of passengers and to minimize the effect of damaged for vehicles. In this paper, it is described for carbody structure to meet the allowable condition in collision analysis through improvement of shape, position and arrangement for carbody frame. This report describes the shape of end frame for carbody structure and the results of analysis applied to actual cases for overseas.

Recently Korea has imported and executed Performance Based Design for the method to settle the dangerousness on outbreak of fire of high-rise building. The overseas country's PBD is autonomic but It is unable to carry out the essential role of PBD as the performance based design that based the code based design in the domestic. Also It occurs the problems that different the classification standard of building as dualisation between the building code and the fire services act. In this study, We have investigated overseas's cases for the PBD of high-rise building and have drawn the improvement direction & the problem of domestic's PBD by comparing and the analysing the domestic regulation.

There is concern about the increased risk of accidents from manual investments due to ground handling service operators, aging equipment and manpower shortages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of ground treatment services and safety management at the airport. Therefore, this study analyzed the domestic and overseas ground operation status and the license handling procedure of aircraft handling business. In addition, a case study on the evaluation system of international organizations examined the applicability of the certification body to the Korean situation. It is practical in that it provides policy implications for improving the quality of groundwork not covered in previous studies. This is expected to improve the constitution, improve quality, improve airport operations, and operate safely.
