This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.

현재까지 국내에서는 적외선 관측위성을 보유하고 있지 않으나 해외에서는 다양한 형태의 적외선 관측위성이 개발되어 운용중이다. 본 논문에서는 적외선의 일반적인 특성과 이에 따른 영상활용의 방안을 분석하였다. 아울러 적외선 관측위성의 해외 개발현황을 주요 위성 사례별로 조사하여 소개하였다. 해외의 경우 산불감시, 화산활동 연구, 해수면 온도 측정, 지표면 온도 측정, 기후변화 연구, 환경 감시 등 다양한 분야에서 적외선 영상이 활용되고 있다. 국내도 이러한 추세에 맞게 저궤도 적외선 관측위성의 개발을 추진해야 할 것이다.

Purpose:This study aims to suggest the future direction for applying service design to improve the quality of healthcare as part of hospital service innovation and present implementation plans in Korea, based on a review of quality improvement activities and the current status of service design applications. Methods: Through a literature review, we examined the status of service design introduction and application in the healthcare field, focusing on cases in the US and Europe. The possibility and limitations of service design in the healthcare field were examined through a comparison of oversea and domestic cases. Results: Recently, service design has begun to be applied to the healthcare field worldwide. Service design shows the possibility of an alternative that alleviates and complements the limitations of existing quality improvement activities. It also offers the possibility of creating new organizational improvement and innovation approaches through integration and convergence with existing quality improvement activities and management innovation. Conclusion: To effectively apply service design to hospitals, it is necessary to integrate internal organizations related to service improvement, combine methods, and objectively measure and evaluate performance. To this end, we propose the operation of a nationwide education and training center for quality improvement and service design led by academic society. Service design will provide an opportunity to change the management innovation and organizational culture of hospitals beyond the scope of the current quality improvement, which deals only with micro-subjects of individual hospitals.

중ㆍ저준위방사성폐기물관리시설의 안전심사체계의 확보를 위하여 미국, 일본, 프랑스 등 국외방사성폐기물관리 안전심사체계와 국내 인허가 심사체계 및 기술기준의 개발현황을 살펴보았다. 국내 방사성폐기물관리시설의 인허가는 원자력 관계법령에 따라 전체 5-6단계에 걸쳐 이행되며, 원자력법규와 기존의 원자력발전소 건설허가 심사기간을 참조할 때 건설ㆍ운영허가에 소요되는 기간은 총 32개월로 추정된다. 방사성폐기물의 안전관리를 위해 현재까지 전체 15건의 과기부고시를 개발하여 운용하고 있으며, 2005년까지 5건의 기술기준을 신규 개발 완료할 예정이다.

This study was designed to derive the characteristics of shared space composition of shared housing for one-person household through an examination on domestic and overseas cases. To examine the systematic approach to the planning of shared space, the concept and current status of shared housing were analyzed; and, the concept of shared space was derived based on the concept of Altman and, through the analysis on cases of shared housing, the shared space was classified into shared spaces for living support, passage, and community. And then, based on the standard of classification of shared space, the configuration of shared space in shared housing was examined through the analysis on domestic and oversea cases. Thereby, the arrangement and function of each type of compartment in shared space were examined and the configuration of the shared space prepared for an entrance of residents was analyzed and classified into 6 types. Each type revealed a relationship between privacy, living, passage and internal community which were all provided with respective configurative characteristics of each space. Result obtained from this study is estimated that they could be used as a basic data for the design or planning of shared spaces in shared and further, they could also be employed for the design or development of shared spaces of such houses taken the type and characteristics of residents into account.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute which have been carried out from 2014 to 2017. Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute has been developed since 2014, the test is operated in 99 institutes of 46 countries now (As of first half of 2017) When this study analyzes the result of evaluation for 4 years, it was found that the number of nations enforcing the evaluation, institutes and examinees has continued its growth. In the early stage of evaluation, the examinees from Asian regions take up majority but the recent proportion of European region is getting bigger gradually. In addition, only beginner level evaluation was carried out in the early stage but recently its range is expanded to the intermediate level. This Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute can be utilized very valuable data which can diagnose the present and future of oversea Korean language education. In order to elevate public confidence as Korean language achievement test, this study suggested, first, increase the feedback effect of evaluation, second, establish the learning history information of examinees along with the test scores, third, conduct the training for evaluator in order to increase the validity and reliability of the evaluation, fourth, seek to utilize the results of the achievement test.

우리나라 건설시장의 침체로 해외 건설시장을 개척하고 동시에 부족한 자원 확보의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 아프리카 국가 중 정치경제적 성장가능성을 인정받고 있는 콩고민주공화국 건설시장 현황을 파악하고 우리나라 건설업체의 효과적인 진출방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 문헌연구와 콩고민주공화국 현지 방문조사를 수행하였으며 결론은 다음과 같다. 콩고민주공화국은 독재로 인한 정치적 불안정성과 전쟁으로 인한 저개발로 인해 도로, 철도, 항만, 공항 등 다양한 인프라 투자를 필요로 하고 있다. 콩고민주공화국에 진출할 경우 투자비 회수의 안정성, 단계적 건설의 가능성과 건설된 인프라의 이용가능성, 공기와 투자비 회수의 선순환 등 여러 가지 조건을 고려해야 하는데, 이를 충족하는 인프라유형은 도로 분야로 판단된다. 콩고민주공화국 정부의 부족한 재정과 풍부한 자원을 고려할 때, 도로 건설에 소요되는 투자비와 이윤을 회수하는 방식은 인프라 건설과 자원을 교환하는 패키지딜 방식이 가장 적합하다.

일반 국도의 선형개량사업 및 도로 확포장 사업의 일환으로 터널의 수가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 최근들어 집중호우 및 이상기후로 인하여 국지적인 강우가 발생하여 갱구사면의 붕괴도 적지 않게 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 국내의 터널 갱구사면 피해 및 유지관리를 효율적으로 대처할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 일반국도변에 기설치 운영되고 있는 터널 갱구사면의 현황 및 상태에 대한 조사를 실시하고 수집된 데이터의 효율적인 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발, 향후 유지관리를 위한 상태평가 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 국도변의 터널 갱구사면의 형태를 분석하기 위하여 현장 조사를 통하여 국내의 터널을 진입형태, 갱문형식, 터널 유형 등 기하학적인 형태에 따른 분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 사용하여 입력, 수정 및 조회가 가능한 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 개발하였고, 조사된 갱구사면의 위험상태에 대한 등급을 분류하기 위한 상태평가 기준표를 제시하고 이에 따른 등급을 분류하였다. 본 상태평가를 이용하여 국도변의 터널 갱구사면을 분류하여 위험 등급에 따라 향후 지속적으로 유지 관리를 실시할 수 있도록 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는 것이 주 목적이다.
