The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of productivity according to environmental factors among 25 Regional base public hospitals. Also this study is to propose a method to improve the productivity of Regional base public hospitals in the future by improving the public performance and stable management performance by studying the productivity variables affecting profitability. The survey period was based on the last three years, and 25 Regional base public hospitals were selected for the survey. The dependent variable is the total capital medical marginal profitability and the medical profit marginal profitability which are the indicators of profitability. The independent variable, productivity, is classified into three indicators: capital productivity, labor productivity, and value added productivity. The ANOVA analysis method was used to analyze the productivity difference according to the frequency factor and the environmental factors of the Regional base public hospitals. Finally, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to examine the productivity variables affecting profitability. The results of this study showed that there were differences in productivity due to environmental factors such as hospital size, competition in the local medical market, and differences in management performance. The difference in productivity and profitability depending on the environmental factors suggests that it is difficult for Regional base public hospitals in each regional base to perform a balanced public service. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to provide balanced medical services such as government financial support expansion, regional medical demand forecasting and facility infrastructure construction.

In this article, we propose a typology of industry convergences which encourages to invent new types of products and services through combining technologies across industries and identifying success factors of convergence industries which were resulted by industry convergences. In detail, the proposed typology of industry convergences is analyzed based on three viewpoints such as academic areas that provide the knowledge of convergence technologies, industry structures for the existing markets, and user experiences used for improving user friendliness. Such viewpoints can not only be considered as the sources for convergence industries but also be closely related with success factors of convergence industries. Based on the typology and the success factors of convergence industries, we suggest the implications about policies for the domestic industry convergence. It is expected that the results of this article can be widely applied to further activate industry convergences to overcome the recent global economic downturn.

본 연구는 대구, 경북지역의 실내 수영장에서 수영프로그램에 참여하고 있는 여성을 대상으로 여성의 스포츠여가활동을 통한 신체적 자기효능감이 일반적 자기효능감과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 신체적 자기효능감은 모든 일반적 자기효능감 변수에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 신체적 자기효능감은 자신감, 끈기/노력, 대인관계, 상황극복에 모두 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 신체적 자기효능감은 생활만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 자기효능감은 생활만족에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 자신감, 대인관계 변수는 생활만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 상황극복, 끈기/노력 변수는 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 40세 이하의 여성에서만 신체적 자기효능감이 생활만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 일반적 자기효능감 변수 중 40세 이상에서는 끈기/노력, 40세 이하의 여성에서는 상황극복과 끈기/노력 변수가 생활만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

IT의 기업 내 수용과 확산의 과정에서 나타나는 추진동기(motivation)와 IT저항 그리고 변화관리의 관계를 Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)를 적용하는 9개 자동차기업의 15개 의 다중사례를 기반으로 다루었다. 이를 통해서 추진동기가 IT의 조직 내 확산에 미치는 영향과 IT저항과의 역학적 관계, 그리고 이 과정에서의 변화관리의 역할과 그 중요성을 고찰하기 위한 탐색적 모델이 제안되었다. 또 추진동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 (1)경쟁, 불확실성, 경향, 상호연결성과 같은 환경적요인, (2)중앙집중성, 규모, 리더, 혁신후원가 및 복잡성과 같은 조직적요인, (3)인지된용의성, 인지된유익성과 같은 기술적 요인들을 살펴보았고, 이와 관련된 주요 명제 6가지를 제안하였다. 여기서 추진동기가 IT저항을 충분히 극복할 경우에 수용 및 확산이 지속되고, 변화관리가 이 과정에서 추진동기에 정(+)의 작용을 하고, IT저항을 줄이는 방향으로 전개되는 것이 중요함이 논의되었으며, 환경요인, 조직요인 및 기술요인이 추진동기에 미치는 영향이 있음이 구체적으로 관찰되었다. 이를 통해서 IT의 조직 내 수용과 확산을 위한 요소들에 대한 정의와 그 시사점을 제시하였고, 특별히 PLM과 관련된 향후의 연구기반을 제공할 수 있었다.

Enzymatic synthesis of sugar fatty acid esters was investigated in organic solvent using Candida rugosa lipase. To overcome sugars insolubility in organic solvent, sugar absorption procedure was done on a silica gel. The product yield was determined by using ion Chromatography, with various factors such as reaction time, enzyme fatty acid molar ratio, number of carbon in fatty acid.

In this work, we consider the flexible manipulator system. Generally, the manipulator system may often be made on the base of the imperfect modeling, joint friction, payload change, and external disturbances. These elements are uncertain factors. These uncertainties and flexibility make difficult to control the system. To overcome these defects, a class of robust control law is proposed for the flexible manipulator system and the singular perturbation approach is applied. To show the effectiveness of this control law, simulation is presented for one degree of freedom flexible joint and flexible link system.

Many organizations are currently adjusting the statistical forecasts with qualitative factors. However, so for a few forecasting system with adjustment process have been developed. They have difficulties in managing knowledge and estimating the quantity of adjustment. In this study, the forecasting support system adopting the frame based knowledge representation and containing the decision making scheme for adjustment is proposed to overcome these difficulties. According to the experiments, the proposed system improves the forecasting performance on gasoline case.

This paper aims to develope a new algorithm to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional E.L.D system based on the B-Constants and Penalty-Factors scheme. The main features of this paper are that the Variabiable Decoupled Method usually employed in the Load-Flow studies is introduced to the E.L.D. algorithm developed by Sasson, using the Powell's Nonlinear Programming Scheme. Besides this, other minor refinements are made to reduce memory spaces and computing time. Case studies show that the method suggested here has the remarkable advantages of computing efficiency and memory requirements over Sasson's.

In some sense an aggregated total of individual companies' competitiveness makes up industrial competitiveness of a nation. However, there are various competitiveness factors that a single company or a small group of companies can not create or overcome Inter-organizational electronic commerce has many of such properties. That is why the role of government is important. In this research, we focus on the efforts that require industrial level efforts. We borrowed various industrial-level analysis frameworks for analyzing the adopt ion and effects of informal ion technology, and applied them to inter-organizational electronic commerce. Based on such analyses, we attempted to draw implications and guidelines for the pursuit of industrial level electronic commerce.

Transgenic animal technology has provided new opportunities in many aspects of biotechnology and medicine during two decades. Several gene delivery systems including pronuclear injection, retroviral vectors, sperm vectors, and somatic cell cloning have been tried to generate new functional animals. In the future somatic cell cloning technology will be a major method in the transgenic animal production. Many factors enhancing overall transgenic efficiency should be overcome to facilitate the industrial applications of transgenic technology. Transgenic animal technology has settled down in some areas of the medicine, especially the mass production of pharmaceutical proteins and xenotransplantation. Thus, animal biotechnology will contribute to welfare of human being.
