육상운송업체 조직 구성원의 내·외재적 동기와 심리적 주인의식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Internal and External Motivation and Psychological Ownership of Organizational Members in a Land Transportation Company on Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 육상운송업체 구성원의 내·외재적 동기(즐김, 도전, 성취감, 인정, 보상)와 심리적 주인의식이 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입)에 미치는 영향과, 내·외재적 동기와 조직유효성 간의 관계에서 심리적 주인의식의 조절 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 육상운송업체에 근무하는 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 육상운송업체의 내재적 동기요인 중 도전, 성취감은 조직유효성의 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 즐김은 유의수준에서 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 그리고 조직몰입에는 성취감만이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 즐김과 도전은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 외재적 동기요인인 인정은 조직유효성의 직무만족, 조직몰입 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 보상은 직무만족에는 영향을 미쳤으나 조직몰입에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 심리적 주인의식은 직무만족, 조직몰입 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 심리적 주인의식은 내재적 동기와 조직유효성의 관계에서 즐김, 도전과 직무만족, 조직몰입의 관계에 조절 효과가 없으며, 성취감과의 관계에서는 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 주인의식은 외재적 동기와 조직유효성의 관계에서 인정, 보상과 직무만족과의 관계에 조절 효과가 있으나, 조직몰입과의 관계에서는 조절 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 직무만족을 통한 조직몰입을 유도하고 이후 심리적 주인의식으로 이끌어 경영 성과 제고의 필요가 있다.

  • The study defines the concepts of coaching, analyzes coaching process, and the impact of manger coaching on organizational performance. From these studies, coaches constantly monitor the coaching process, motivate and direct when members unable to find a way. Effective coaches work with the infinite variety of issues which people face as they embrace change, and resist it, enabling them to confront their hopes and fears along the way. Especially, the impact of coach is crucial to improve the organizational performance.

조직의 공정성, 조직문화 개선 그리고 서비스 접점이 병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Fairness, Organizational Culture Improvement, and Service Encounter on Hospital Management Performance)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of fairness, culture, and service points on organizational management to maximize the ability of organizational members. The subjects of the survey were selected from major hospitals, small and medium hospitals. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, but 404 (80.8%) were used for the final analysis. The SPSS WIN 20 program was used to analyze the collected data. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in this study, organizational fairness did not show any general difference, and fairness was obtained with relatively high scores. In terms of improving organizational culture, size of hospital there is a statistically significant difference. the larger the organization, the more the organizational culture needs to be improved. Organizational fairness were significant differences in service encounter points and size of hospital. Second, the correlation between fairness, organizational culture improvement, service contact point and management performance showed a very positive correlation. Third, fairness has no effect on business performance. However, in this study, organizational culture improvement and service contact points are statistically significant and positive (+) influence on dependent variable management performance. Therefore, in order to improve the organizational culture of the hospital, it is necessary for the CEO to the vision, core, to discuss and make a reasonable plan. In order to actively cope with rapidly changing hospital environment, it will be necessary to positively support the of new medical market and the increase of market share.

ICT 산업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effects of CEO's Transformational Leadership on Members' Innovative Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the ICT Industry: The Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy)

  • 빠르게 진보하고 있는 과학기술의 영향을 크게 받고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT) 산업에서 환경 변화에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해서는 CEO의 효과적인 리더십 발휘가 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 ICT 산업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십이 조직구성원의 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ICT 산업에 속한 기업체에서 1년 이상 일하고 있는 종업원들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 417부를 받았으며, SPSS와 Amos를 이용한 분석 결과, ICT 기업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십은 구성원의 자기효능감에 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 구성원의 지각된 자기효능감은 자신의 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미침과 더불어 CEO의 변혁적 리더십과 자신의 혁신행동 조직시민행동 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기술혁신의 중심에 있는 ICT 산업에서 구성원의 자기효능감 향상을 통해 혁신행동과 조직시민행동을 불러일으키기 위해서는 변혁적 리더십이 CEO의 핵심역량이 되어야 함을 시사한다.

The Impact of Value Inclination of SME Members on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on the Role of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to find out a range of cues that trigger employees to willingly make efforts for corporate development in small and medium enterprises. This was determined by assessing the effects of employees' value inclination on their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as how they perceived their organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 126 valid questionnaire sheets collected from SME employees were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 involving simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical moderated regression analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis. Results - The analyses highlighted employees' personal value inclination had positive effects on their job satisfaction, which in turn enhanced their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, individualist and collectivist inclination exerted greater effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. The study also revealed that perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Hence, CEOs in SMEs should avert any dichotomous analysis of their employees' value inclination, respect their personal value inclinations and also apply factors that could raise their job satisfaction. Likewise, it was shown that SME employees need to make personal efforts for organizational development.

조직구성원의 정보보안 의식과 조직의 정보보안 수준자의 관계 연구 (A study on the Relationship between Organizational Member′s Information Security Mind and Organizational Information Security Level)

  • This study examines the relationship between the organizational member's information security mind and organizational information security level. The influential relationships among organizational members' information security mind are investigated, and the relationship between organization's information security level and information security mind has been analyzed. As a result, too manager's information security mind is shown to give the biggest influence to other group in the organization. A strong positive correlation exists between organizational member's information security mind and the level of organization's physical, technical, managerial information security. However, there is no significant difference in information security level by types of business. In the future, a more profound study on information security mind is necessary. And alternative methods of information security level estimation need to be studied.

감정노동과 상사의 감성지능이 간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the effect of emotional labor and leader's emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment for nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nurses' emotional labor and the importance of leaders' emotional intelligence roles by verifying them with job satisfaction and organizational commitment for 396 nurses at 8 university hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. It was found that emotional labor had a negative relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And leaders' emotional intelligence has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, leaders' emotional intelligence has no moderation effect on emotional labor and dependent variables. As this study shows that emotional labor and leader's emotional intelligence affect organizational effectiveness of hospital nurses, it would be important to not only manage members' emotional labor but to also develop the emotional intelligence of both leaders and the staff.

  • 본 연구는 정보화경영체제의 운영이 조직행동 및 구성원의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. IMS의 운영과 조직성과에 대한 조사를 통하여 양자 간의 상관관계를 찾고자 하는 것이다. 그 결과 IMS를 인식하는 수준은 조직성과의 수준은 결정한다는 것을 발견하였으며 조직성과를 증진시키고 지속적인 경영을 수행하기 위해서는 IMS가 주요변수가 될 수 있다는 점을 제시하게 되었다. 향후 조직성과 분석과 효율적인 IMS의 운영방법에 대한 논의가 요구된다.

  • Business process redesign(BPR) has been widely adopted as an organizational change method since 1990s as the competitive pressures have forced organizations to constantly change. Although BPR has provided successful stories to gain dramatic improvement in performance and has been promoted as an enabler of organizational change, many organizations have faced serious challenges with widely mixed results due to the lack of understanding for potential organizational conflicts and the improper targeting of critical processes in the initial stage of BPR. This paper proposes a cognitive map based method to help organizational members identify potential organizational conflicts, capture core business activities, and suggests guidelines to lead to the necessary organizational change. A computerized tool has been developed to support the real world cases. Working procedure of the proposed method is illustrated with its application to the real BPR project of a dairy company.

  • Recently, many organizations are actively adopting Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. However, most existing studies on EA have focused on the adoption stage of EA. Now the research concerning effective management and utilization of EA after adopting EA is keenly required. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and the EA utilization capability of organizational members impact on EA performance at the post-adoption stage of EA. Based on Resource Based View (RBV), this study proposed the model and the hypotheses describing that the impact of the role of EA operating unit on EA performance is mediated by the EA utilization capability of organizational members. In order to test the hypotheses, the field survey whose respondents were seventy four Korean public agencies which have adopted EA was conducted by means of questionnaire. Data analysis was done with partial least square (PLS), which is a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique that uses a component-based approach to estimation. The results of the empirical analyses showed that the organizational operation ability of EA operating unit significantly influenced EA performance via the EA utilization capability of organizational members, but that EA education and training performed by EA operating unit did not. The results of this study provided a lot of theoretical and practical implications regarding EA management activities at the post-adoption stage of EA to enhance EA performance.
