Purpose -The purpose of this study is to analyze how the accreditation system affect the selection of business strategies in social enterprises, which create social value rather than maximize profits. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 40 accredited and 53 non-accredited social enterprises. This research employs a Fuzzy-set/qualitative comparative analysis to compare the combinations of factors that affect a social enterprise's performance Findings - The results show that for accredited enterprises organizational capabilities are significantly more important than networking capabilities, whereas for non-accredited enterprises internal communication, governance capacities and networking competencies are most important capabilities to improving their social performance. And also The accreditation systems for social enterprises would entice social enterprise away from business strategies based on with local society, which is differentiated with commonly accepted social enterprise model. Research implications or Originality - This research suggests that the accreditation system for social enterprises should be redesigned for enticing social enterprises in Korea to be more localized to meet local needs in terms of positive changes of local society.
One of the roles of the Semantic Web services is to execute dynamic intra-organizational services including the integration and interoperation of business processes. Since different organizations design their processes differently, the retrieval of similar semantic business processes is necessary in order to support inter-organizational collaborations. Most approaches for finding services that have certain features and support certain business processes have relied on some type of logical reasoning and exact matching. This paper presents our approach of using imprecise matching for expanding results from an exact matching engine to query the OWL(Web Ontology Language) MIT Process Handbook. MIT Process Handbook is an electronic repository of best-practice business processes. The Handbook is intended to help people: (1) redesigning organizational processes, (2) inventing new processes, and (3) sharing ideas about organizational practices. In order to use the MIT Process Handbook for process retrieval experiments, we had to export it into an OWL-based format. We model the Process Handbook meta-model in OWL and export the processes in the Handbook as instances of the meta-model. Next, we need to find a sizable number of queries and their corresponding correct answers in the Process Handbook. Many previous studies devised artificial dataset composed of randomly generated numbers without real meaning and used subjective ratings for correct answers and similarity values between processes. To generate a semantic-preserving test data set, we create 20 variants for each target process that are syntactically different but semantically equivalent using mutation operators. These variants represent the correct answers of the target process. We devise diverse similarity algorithms based on values of process attributes and structures of business processes. We use simple similarity algorithms for text retrieval such as TF-IDF and Levenshtein edit distance to devise our approaches, and utilize tree edit distance measure because semantic processes are appeared to have a graph structure. Also, we design similarity algorithms considering similarity of process structure such as part process, goal, and exception. Since we can identify relationships between semantic process and its subcomponents, this information can be utilized for calculating similarities between processes. Dice's coefficient and Jaccard similarity measures are utilized to calculate portion of overlaps between processes in diverse ways. We perform retrieval experiments to compare the performance of the devised similarity algorithms. We measure the retrieval performance in terms of precision, recall and F measure? the harmonic mean of precision and recall. The tree edit distance shows the poorest performance in terms of all measures. TF-IDF and the method incorporating TF-IDF measure and Levenshtein edit distance show better performances than other devised methods. These two measures are focused on similarity between name and descriptions of process. In addition, we calculate rank correlation coefficient, Kendall's tau b, between the number of process mutations and ranking of similarity values among the mutation sets. In this experiment, similarity measures based on process structure, such as Dice's, Jaccard, and derivatives of these measures, show greater coefficient than measures based on values of process attributes. However, the Lev-TFIDF-JaccardAll measure considering process structure and attributes' values together shows reasonably better performances in these two experiments. For retrieving semantic process, we can think that it's better to consider diverse aspects of process similarity such as process structure and values of process attributes. We generate semantic process data and its dataset for retrieval experiment from MIT Process Handbook repository. We suggest imprecise query algorithms that expand retrieval results from exact matching engine such as SPARQL, and compare the retrieval performances of the similarity algorithms. For the limitations and future work, we need to perform experiments with other dataset from other domain. And, since there are many similarity values from diverse measures, we may find better ways to identify relevant processes by applying these values simultaneously.
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support perception of workers in medical institutions on intrinsic job motivation, and to check whether there is significance in the mediating effect of work-family conflict and work-family balance factors in this process. The results of empirical analysis through the questionnaire are as follows. First, it was confirmed that organizational support recognition had a significant positive effect on work-family balance as well as intrinsic job motivation, and work-family balance had a significant positive effect on intrinsic job motivation. Second, it was confirmed that organizational support recognition had a significant negative effect on work-family conflict, but work-family conflict had no significant influence on intrinsic job motivation. Third, in order to reduce job stress for medical institution workers, it is necessary to reduce job intensity, assign appropriate workload for ability. And in order to improve manpower operation and job efficiency, Job training and staffing in the right place are needed. Fourth, in order to improve positive organizational support perception and intrinsic job motivation, It is necessary to induce long-term service by providing support and institutional devices to increase attachment to the current job and recognize organizational problems as their own problems with various incentive systems. The limitations of this study and future research directions are as follows. First, it is believed that an expanded analysis of medical institution workers nationwide by region, gender, medical institution, academic, and income will not only provide more valuable results, but also evaluate the quality of medical services. Second, it is necessary to reflect the impact of the work-life balance support system on each employee depending on the environmental uncertainty or degree of competition in the hospital to which medical institution workers belong. Third, organizational support perception will be recognized differently depending on organizational culture and organizational type, and organizational size and work characteristics, working years, and work types, so it is necessary to reflect this. Fourth, it is necessary to analyze various new personnel management techniques such as hospital's organizational structure, job design, organizational support method, motivational approach, and personnel evaluation method in line with the recent change in the government's medical institution policy and the global business environment. It is also considered important to analyze by reflecting recent and near future medical trends.
Purpose - This study examined the relationship between individual creativity and its related variables to observe how individual creativity contributes to organizational performance. In addition, this study strived to explore how to maximize the utilization of individual creativity and innovate the structure of the organization itself so that teams and organizations can respond more effectively to new rising trends. this study aimed to examine whether the value congruence between individuals and organizations (propensity congruence, goal congruence has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as dependent variables by exerting individual creativity and synergy as independent variables. Research design, data and methodology - SPSS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. Descriptive Statistics and correlation analysis were performed, and the reliability factor (Cronbach's α) was calculated. Afterwards, we analyzed the moderating effects of structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 309 copies. Results - First, Individual creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that decision-making processes fused with individual creativity could create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and transform the organization. Second, value congruence adjusted the influence of individual creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value and secure the pool of creative talents who will be a potential future basic source of organizational success and competitive advantage. Second, managers should be able to identify those with creative talents and expertise, and use them to increase their knowledge sharing performance, while also developing emotional and motivational creativity. Third, in order improve knowledge sharing performance, managers should pay attention to the emotional aspect of creativity. Fourth, managers should strive to create an environment that is beneficial for the reinforcement of individual self-management capabilities. Fifth, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative thinking, opinions, or solutions. Sixth, managers should promote the dissemination and integration of new knowledge based on the creative views and attitudes of team members.
Purpose - Korean women suffered from serious experience at unfair personnel practice in the work and coexistence between work and home affairs. The study examined woman workers' career plateau perception and success who worked for local public enterprises, that is to say, regional public corporation invested by local government, and investigated mediating effect of dual commitment as well as control effect of self-efficacy from point of view of various access to variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated women employees of regional public corporation by empirical analysis. The author collected 337 copies from 380 copies and made use of 325 copies after excluding copies with improper answer. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. Results - The study investigated effect of career plateau (structure and content) upon subjective career success (job satisfaction and career commitment) according to questionnaire material: First, not only structural plateau but also content career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment (structure and career). Second, dual commitment had positive influence upon subjective career success from point of view of organizational commitment and career commitment. Third, structural career plateau had positive influence upon career success, and content career plateau had positive influence upon job satisfaction. Fourth, structural career plateau did not have significant influence upon job satisfaction, content career plateau and career satisfaction. Fifth, subordinate variables (organizational commitment and career commitment) had mediating influence upon career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Sixth, self efficacy did not control career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Conclusions - Women employee's career plateau cognition mediated dual commitment to have influence upon career success and to be likely to help career success theory study. Career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment and career success of women workers. The study shall give base of counteraction from point of view of control and motivation of women workers thinking of career plateau.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze cases of big data-driven business in the financial industry, focusing on organizational structure and business processes using big data in banking industry. Design/methodology/approach - This study used a case study approach. To this end, cases of two banks implementing big data-driven business were collected and analyzed. Findings - There are two things in common between the two cases. One is that the central tasks for big data-driven business are performed by a centralized organization. The other is that the role distribution and work collaboration between the headquarters and business departments are well established. On the other hand, there are two differences between the two banks. One marketing campaign is led by the headquarters and the other marketing campaign is led by the business departments. The two banks differ in how they carry out marketing campaigns and how they carry out big data-related tasks. Research implications or Originality - When banks plan and implement big data-driven business, the common aspects of the two banks analyzed through this case study can be fully referenced when creating an organization and process. In addition, it will be necessary to create an organizational structure and work process that best fit the special situation considering the company's environment or capabilities.

The current formal and memorized design repetition training and practice is wandering in the uniform flat design thinking expression. To change these two-dimensional current issues into a three-dimensional design method, set the direction for each grade level under the integrated convergence educational goal and carry out projects step by step to understand design, the principle of spatial composition, the introduction of traditional design history, and the overall design of craft design. Creative and practical skills such as approach should be cultivated. Designers can only be produced through systematic education and training. In order to lead society and succeed, a designer who has experienced solutions and countermeasures on how to adapt themselves to the demands of various changes in the times must come to the field. Education experts insisted on innovation of the organizational structure and subject of the education system, and emphasized the importance of education in response to the rapid pace of change in the 21st century. This study aims to propose an educational system that combines academic research with a structural approach to tasks by setting a project that reflects the needs of society for convergence practice in which design and adjacent disciplines are linked through understanding and analysis of these issues.
In 1977, the Main Street Program(MSP) of the United States was founded by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to revitalize downtowns which suffered major declines in their economy and population. This study analyzed the methodology of MSP such as the Four-Point Approach and the Eight Principles, history of MSP, local program organizational structure, local program budgets and funding, official designation and so on. Three successful cases were discussed the background of an introduction to MSP, implementations, results and revitalization statistics. To be able to apply rural development projects in Korea, this study showed the implications such as the need for a program's ethic and methodology, a strong public-private partnership, a dedicated organization, a full-time professional program manager, a commitment to good design and comprehensive work plan, and an educational program of ongoing training for staff, volunteers and other residents.

There are many large and small spaces in the interior of the building, and these spaces are arranged and connected to form a systematic spatial structure. A structure is a collection of several parts to form a whole. In other words, the spatial structure in architecture can be seen as a whole organized and organized as individual unit spaces are gathered together. Therefore, in order to understand the spatial structure, we first need to define the unit spaces that form part, how they are interconnected and arranged, and then understand how and how these unit spaces are organized to form a whole. The main purpose of this study is to study the structural system of space based on the shape information of space on architectural plane. This means interpreting the process and method of how the unit spaces defined as a certain shape on the architectural plane are organized step by step, integrated into a higher level, and eventually integrated into one whole. In this paper, the shape and layout of the unit space are identified in the architectural plan, the connection relation is defined, and expressed in the network form. And suggests a new methodology for interpreting the organizational process in which the following spaces are integrated as a whole. This new methodology is based on human perceptual characteristics. When people recognize an object, they recognize the object partly and completely. We want to explain the relationship between parts of space and the whole according to their characteristics.

Advances in Information Technology and in Biomedicine have created new uses for CAD technology with many novel and important biomedical applications. Such applications can be found, for example, in the design and modeling of orthopedics, medical implants, and tissue modeling in which CAD can be used to describe the morphology, heterogeneity, and organizational structure of tissue and anatomy. CAD has also played an important role in computer-aided tissue engineering for biomimetic design, analysis, simulation and freeform fabrication of tissue scaffolds and substitutes. And all the applications require precision geometry of the organs or bones of each patient. But the geometry information currently used is polygon model with none solid geometry and is so rough that it cannot be utilized for accurate analysis, simulation and fabrication. Therefore a case study is performed to deduce a transformation method to build free form surface from a rough polygon data or medical images currently used in the application. This paper describes the transformation procedure in detail and the considerations for accurate organ modeling are discussed.
