Purpose - This study aimed to check the influence of job characteristics of members of small and medium businesses on authentic leadership awareness of superiors and organizational citizenship behavior, and if the MPS between awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated. This study aimed to find the influence of job characteristics of SMEs members on leadership awareness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of motivating Potential Score. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple & multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics all had positive influence on authentic leadership except skill variety and positive awareness on authentic leadership enhances organizational citizenship behavior of members. Also, MPS partially mediates awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Providing skill variety such as expanding jobs to members of SMEs does not have influence of positive leadership awareness of leaders and partial mediation of MPS means that job characteristics along with positive leadership awareness on superiors enhance organizational citizenship behavior and contributes in developing the organization.
Purpose - This study empirically validates the theoretical argument of the effect of authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, and the mediating roles of followers' self-awareness and psychological ownership between authentic leadership and followers' organizational citizenship behavior. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 380 office workers in Korea were surveyed through on-line, and the result was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equational modeling. Results - The authentic leadership was shown to be related positively to followers' self-awareness and psychological ownership, both of which were associated positively with their organizational citizenship behavior. The complete mediating effects of followers' self-awareness and psychological ownership were verified between authentic leadership and follower's organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusions - While followers' self-awareness was rarely studied in the authentic leadership study to date, it was found to play a role in the authentic leadership process into organizational outcome. It is argued that the followers' self-awareness as a mediating role between authentic leadership and organizational outcome seems to be more appropriate than the leader' s identification of previous thesis in explaining the authentic leadership effect.
The purpose of this study was to measure employee ‘awareness’ and ‘practice’ of business ethics in the foodservice industry, and to determine possible correlations between these two variables. Self administrated questionnaires were completed by 1003 employees and data were analysed to ascertain frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and canonical correlation. Two factors were obtained from factor analysis of business ethics(BE) awareness; “Organizational awareness”, and “Individual awareness”. Similarly, two factors were also obtained for business ethics practice; “Systematic practice”, and “Compensatory practice”. Canonical correlation analysis produced two significant functions. For canonical function 1, it was found that organizational awareness of BE was positively correlated with systematic practice. For canonical function 2, it was found that individual awareness of BE was negatively correlated with the compensatory practices of BE. The findings of this study demonstrate that higher organizational awareness of business ethics in the foodservice industry led to higher systematic practices of BE, while higher individual awareness of BE led to lower compensatory practices of BE. In conclusion, higher organizational awareness of BE places a higher priority on building an external system from an institutional perspective, while higher employees awareness of BE leads to higher expectation from the company, resulting in relatively low compensatory practices.

There is no prior research on organizational commitment and supervision for social welfare public officials in charge of public-private cooperation in public welfare fields. Therefore we are designed to determine the impact of social welfare public officials' public-private cooperation awareness on organizational commitment to verify the moderating effect of supervision on the effect between public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment. The analysis data is 242 questionnaires collected from Incheon public health and welfare officials visiting towns, villages, and villages in 10 counties. Using the SPSS 22.0 program, descriptive statistics and relationships between variables were analyzed, regression analysis was performed to analyze the influence between variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify supervision control. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the perception of public-private cooperation affects organizational commitment, interacts with supervision satisfaction, and has a moderating effect. Based on this, in order to improve the organizational commitment of social welfare public officials during public-private cooperation work, specific measures were proposed for sharing awareness and understanding between the public and private sectors, establishing an official system, and establishing a supervision system.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of multicultural competence on the organizational effectiveness of daycare teachers and to provide basic data to improve organizational effectiveness of daycare facilities. To achieve this goal, 258 childcare teachers attending C university were sampled for convenience and statistical processing was performed using PASW. First, there was a positive correlation between organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, and job satisfaction in the relationship between multicultural knowledge and organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. second. The relationship between multicultural awareness and organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, and organizational commitment were all statistically correlated. Third, multicultural knowledge and multicultural awareness have positive effects on organizational commitment, organizational adaptability, and organizational productivity. Fourth, multicultural knowledge has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve organizational effectiveness of day care facilities in the era of convergence, education programs related to multicultural knowledge and multicultural awareness are needed for daycare teachers.
The purpose of this study is proving the effects of the internal customer satisfaction management on worker's job satisfaction at general hospital. In the relationship between the management and the satisfaction, the study also finds the moderating effect of the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice. For this study, it was surveyed targeting 270 employees who work in seven general hospitals in Busan. As the result, 246 questionnaires returned. All of these questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The method of analysis is descriptive statistics using SPSS VER. 18.0, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, in the effect of the internal customer satisfaction management to worker's job satisfaction, it has positive effect to internal communication and the commission of authority and it has positive effect to worker's job satisfaction. Second, the organizational support awareness & the organizational justice have moderating effect on the relationship between the internal customer satisfaction management and worker's job satisfaction. Third, the study proves that supporting management hierarchy shows positive effects for all socio-demographic characteristics in the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice.

Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the behavior of faithfully performing one's duties and being faithful to other roles. Firefighters' awareness of organizational citizenship behavior is closely related to national and individual safety and is very important. The smooth communication and cooperative attitude of fire department employees means organic unity at the disaster site. The purpose of this study was to analyze the awareness of organizational citizenship behavior among firefighters. As a result of analyzing the overall level of organizational citizenship behavior of firefighters, the average score was 3.83 points (out of 5). In particular, significant implications emerged regarding work-related appointment times and words and actions between co-workers. In the future, we hope that firefighting policy authorities will make a lot of efforts and academic research by subsequent generations will be conducted to make firefighting more trustworthy to the public.
In order to effectively attain the objectives of an organization, it is important for the leader to provide an environment where members can co-exist and mutually advance, and also to have an emotional impact on them. This study examines the structural relationship among emotional intelligence in leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational performance effects of emotional leadership in the nursing profession of a general hospital. A structured questionnaire was sent to 550 nurses in 11 general hospitals in Seoul Metropolitan City, among which 350 responses were used in the analysis. The independent variable, emotional intelligence in leadership, was measured by 18 items, including self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management. The dependent variable, organizational effectiveness, consisted of 46 items, including 15 items regarding organizational commitment, 20 items on job satisfaction, 3 items on turnover intention and 8 items on organizational performance. The structural equation modeling technique was used to identify the impact of emotional intelligence in leadership on organizational effectiveness. The results of the analysis show that the emotional intelligence in leadership of superior nurses has a significant impact on the nurses'organizational commitment and job satisfaction. While the direct effect on turnover intention and organizational performance was not significantly high, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were parameters in low turnover intention and high job performance. In conclusion, emotional intelligence in leadership is critical as nursing services in hospitals are based on interpersonal relationships. Therefore, by developing appropriate programs and training, hospitals can anticipate improved self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management of nurses, and further improve the effectiveness of the nursing profession.

To follow the government policy on 'balanced development of county', the employees of public agencies to be relocated should get used to the new working and living environments such as changing their homes or living away from their family. This study aims to figure out the awareness of the employees of public agencies to be relocated on such organizational change with Person-Organization fit concept and then to find out the effect of positive or negative awareness on job attitude such as organizational commitment and turnover intention. It is expected that public service motivation, the intrinsic motivation for public employees, positively acts as a medium between the awareness of organizational change and job attitude, which this study confirms through an empirical analysis of the employees of electric power public enterprise to be relocated. This study proves that firstly the awareness on organizational change is not directly related to organizational commitment, however, it affects directly turnover intention and public service motivation as an immediate cause and secondly public service motivation has a positive correlation to organizational commitment but it doesn't affect turnover intention and lastly organizational commitment has a negative correlation to turnover intention. Besides, this study empirically finds out that public service motivation has mediating effect which is significantly affects the awareness of organizational change, organizational commitment and turnover intention, and organizational commitment has mediating effect between public service motivation and turnover intention as well.
This study was conducted with the following three study objectives. First, effects of safety awareness level of lab researchers to the improvement of safety culture in the organization Second, effects of organizational safety behaviors to the improvement of safety culture Third, test of mediating effects of organizational safety behaviors in the relationship between safety awareness level and the improvement of safety culture. The results show that organizational safety behavior is an indispensable factor for the improvement level of safety culture. Especially, the factors in safety training activities, safety compliance and management system are mediating variables which affect the safety awareness level and improvement level of safety culture, which shows these variables are very important factors in reducing safety accidents through the improvement of safety culture. Therefore, safety behaviors in the organization should be considered with priority. If the organization leads to improve safety awareness through regular safety training and rewards and punishes according to the test results, safety awareness could be improved. This study was conducted to identify the necessary factors to improve the overall safety culture in the organization and contribute to the diffusion of safety culture by improving the safety training awareness of the researchers.
